On[protected] i have received hdfc credit card through blue dart delivery boy. He demanded rs.20/- for conveyance charges from all peoples whose credit cards delivered by him at gate no.01 of gc crpf campus, phaphamau, allahabad and also threat me, if i am not paid, he return the credit card to company. Reqst take appropriate action against him for taking money from wrong way. Audio also available but not supported.

    If bluedart is booking parcel to deliver at one city you can't just leave it at another city which is approx 70 km away from the delivery address. My awb number is [protected]. This parcel contains important documents and if it is not delivered then i had to suffer a lot.in my case neither nsdl which is the shipper nor the district treasury office nainital which is the receiver has no interest in the parcel if it gets delivered or not but this parcel contains pran kit which will be handed over to me by district treasury office nainital.

      to my home at Howrah - 711106.
      The person who came to deliver the
      4x3x4 cubeic inch packet called me from his mobile no.[protected] and asked me to go where he was to collect the item.
      The delivery person said that my house number was not mentioned on the pack. Though from the enclosed picture it can be seen that he was telling a lie.
      When I again gave him my full address and requested him to come to my address he uttered his inconvenience in unacceptable language.
      Then he came near my house but remained seated on his two wheeler ordered in a very rude manner to come out of the house and carry the goods.
      When I insisted that he should at least get down from the bike to give the product to me, he threatened me that he won't delever the product.
      I demand a proper follow-up and apology from the concerned company - The Blue Dart Express.

        Purchased a product from mi store on prepaid as it was about to deliver by bluedart but later it showed delivered since i haven't received call nor the product. I need clear details whom it was delivered and need courier boys details, mail me back i'll provide you the order id and tracking number. It's ridiculous since dlvry boy was supposed to call, not at all satisfied by package handling. Need serious response

          Greeting of the day,

          I nikil kumar patel, visited to your office with identity proof regarding my shipment [protected] delivery but the person handling all the things related to delivery misbehave and denied to give shipment and said that your address have been changed, we are still resided at old address at 1 days ago he posted on the tracking details consignee not available but atual thing is my brother in law is their and i am in the office, that tym he talked to me and said that i'd card is needed so i delivered shipment tommorow.

          Even a shipment related to idfc bank already delivered one day ago of the above shipment that shipment no is [protected].

          For your ref i am attaching consignment detail please do the needful, if delivery is not done then i go for legal proceedings.

              Dear team,

              I am writing this mail to address a major concern for us and a cheating behavior at the end of bluedart.

              On noticing the february bluedart invoice it was found that multiple shipments sent by our company had incorrect weight entered and billed to us. The list of such shipments was shared on mail for which we received a response from your team with the dimensions of the shipments.

              We expected a more concrete revert as to why the dimensions and weight are being incorrectly charged. On not receiving a response for almost 10-12 days we tried contacting mr amit maheshwari and mr sanjay.

              On speaking to mr amit maheshwari he told that he would like us to invite to one of the warehouses of bluedart and explain the process of charging weight.
              I told him clearly that we are aware of the process but the weight entered is completely incorrect. With that he also told that he is from the credit department and he will not able to help us so i shall contact mr sanjay for this.

              My staff recently received a mail from mr sanjay in respect to the same issue stating that he would also like to invite us to the rama road bluedart warehouse and teach us how weight is charged.

              On personally calling mr sanjay, there were certain statements made by him, that brought me to shock:

              1) while i told him to check why the shipments sent by me a day earlier as well were charged incorrectly, he started to explain me how to pack the shipments and how to put on tape on them. (It is funny how a 5 kg shipment can become a 22 kg shipment with putting extra tape on it.) i told him to give me an explanation for the incorrect weight and he continued to teach me how to put tape and how to pack our shipments which we have been packing since 4 years.

              2) on putting pressure on mr sanjay to prove me the weight of only 2 shipment charged to me incorrectly so that we can clarify that whatever we are saying is on utmost faith. He asked his colleague the cod amount of the particular shipment and said that since this shipment is for 27500 as the cod amount, the weight of the shipment can be 22 kg.
              This infuriated me even more since the cod amount is not a criteria for entering the weight of a shipment.
              My staff had earlier noted the same in the billing as well, the shipments which had a higher cod amount but same weight as the other shipments, were charged more weight.
              We had ignored this because we expected bluedart to be more professional and honest in the billing process.

              3) the next statement made by mr sanjay was goundbreaking and it was the most infuriating for a customer of all other statements.
              He told his colleague while i was on hold on his call that he shall put shipments for central vision with weight more that 5 kg on hold if they see one.
              I hope as person is all senses i understand what he trying to do.
              First bluedart will put incorrect weight on one of my shipments and then my customer will suffer delayed delivery because of bluedart's greed and error in the billing process?

              I addressed the same to you as well mr ajay over the phone and told that something like this is happening.
              But it was found today that 12 of the shipments sent by me yesterday were put on hold and my customers will suffer delayed delivery for those shipments.

              I expect honest and clear people to give me a revert in bluedart.
              I will appreciate to get in touch with sensible people only and get it resolved for me.

              This has infuriated me to the core and i am no more interested in using bluedart services.

                My blood sample reports sent by m/s thyrocare vide awb [protected] have not been delivered and updated as delivered by bluedart. This raised the serious question of integrity of bluedart. Also if the blood sample reports are delivered to wrong person it is a serious breach of privacy and legal action is unavoidable. Also it is to be noted that, the blue dart attavar office to be specific is not doing it for the first time. The same thing had happened with my icic insurance policy, which has been delivered to wrong person.

I had calld and informed to custmr care 2 times on 16th march 2018 to give call before cuming i also didn't left for the day waited not even got the call and what the f* msg stating premise closed. Again cald cc dey teling it will b delivered on 17th but y..? I just waisted my day again same i have to do.

                                    I was supposed to get my parcel on 06 march, today is 15 march and still waiting for it. I have been calling on their customer care number #[protected] from last 6 days and everyday i m getting this reply - "sir, you will receive today only".
                                    Very poor service and totally disappointed.
                                    Look like their customer care has no coordination with the warehouse /delivery office and vice versa.

                                      It was an application form package was send through blue dart courier. I was expecting on 13 march 2018. It did not arrive on time and when i checked on 15th march 2018, the tracking was amazingly displaying wrong information. Refer to the attachment.

                                      Fyi.. I never received a call and my family was at home all the time as we had some guests in our apartment.

                                      Blue dart should take action not to hampering customer & reputation.

                                        Respected concern,

                                        I have applied for pan card with ack no [[protected] ]. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status, i got the following message:

                                        Your pan card has been dispatched on 27 feb 2018 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [[protected]], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 09 march 2018.

                                        Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart office to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 13 march 2018. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. Inspite, they replied that we do no have sufficient staff for delivery.
                                        I also want to clear that the average distance from blue dart office to my address is just 1.5 - 2.0 kms

                                        Also, i contacted on their office number [protected] but the phone is never received.

                                        Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.
