The negligence of the duty by delivery boy. My order details:

I've placed an order on 9th march 2018 when the delivery was to be done between 2-4 working days.
The delivery boy said that he will revert me a call back after delivering someone's stuffs but there was no call till the working period and also he didn't answer to his call back when i've called him.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I need to query about my parcel but the office of yours doesn't ever pick up the phone for continuous two days. Worst experience. Will never book anything with bluedart. [censored]s
The courier boy is not prepared to wait for 1 or2 minutes till the required ID is brought from upstairs.By the time ID is brought he left without delivering the courier.This does not speak well of the companys service.Kindly arrange for the delivery immediately.

    delivered to someone else

    I have ordered an earphone from headphone zone. And i have paid via internet banking. The delivery status is received but i haven't received my delivery still and i gave them two phone numbers.. They dint even make a single call. And when i called bluedart ulsoor branch.. They dint even pick my call. I want my delivery by today and u want u to take severe action on those branch guys...

    I have orderd from dentalkart, courier boy behaviour was unacceptable, he doesnt have sense to speak to doctors, dosent have even respect to other people, always in hurry and he dint even think of to return money form change..i had to ask him twice to return my change money, simply expalined he dint have change...later he started arguing to do complaint regarding to higher side, so request you take immidiate action against him...otherwise i do have to extend to you people on twitter

      Recently i had a shipment through your courier service. And i was very dissatisfied and disappointed at your service. Firstly the person informing me through call asked me to go to the office as they have no delivery person available. I went received my product. Then later the same day they call me saying i have a different product that i need to pick up myself. And when i query them why can't they had informed me the first time. They started arguing telling me that's not how they do their work and stuff. And the argument went on. They said they would do nothing about the delivery if i wanted my product i would have to pick it on my own.
      Well one thing is sure i[censored] don't do anything you're gonna lose a customer

      Today I visited blue dart courier office locate at somatane fata talegaon Dabhade to file a complaint against the delivery guy but the manager was rude against me and treathen me...it wasn't the type of customer experience I felt u should give...

        I order lehenga...but u send mi 2 cheep sarees...n your contact details all wrong...
        Worst service ever by blue dart. They claim to have attempted to deliver when I was sitting at my doorstep and no one appeared. Blatant lies. When I called the customer care they were least helpful. I don’t recommend their service to anyone.

            My bluedart tracking number is [protected] but due to some landmark and incomplete address the delivery didn't deliver my credit card at my shipping address until i updated my contact number on the credit card therefore i visited to blue dart office noida sector 63 but the person was available at counter he didn't give the credit card he said that he will deliver credit card at my office address b/148 sector 10 noida 201301 but till now i did not receive my parcel so please deliver my credit card at my office address

              Dear sir/medam this time i have worst experience in shipment delivery. My shipment is still pending for delivery from 09/03/2018. Your delivery manis update the remark on portal consignee's address unlocatable/land mark needed. And return back. 3 time same remark update but not calling me.

              If there are an issue in address can some one have called to ask for conferm the address.

                The worst and the most pathetic services i am experiencing, they shipment comes without information and i have something urgent and important that is going to be delivered.

                  Mobile booked in online and they sent through blue dart courier and the tracking details saying shipment already delivered and the recipient name is premraju at night 10 pm in our address there is no single person in the name of premraju, but blue dart customer care still debating that shipment already delivered.
                  Without information how they delivered to 3rd person at the time of 10 pm.
                  The customer care people not responding properly.

                    Today bluedart delivery boy contacted me and his number is [protected] and said he is outside of my home in gurgaon and want to give my parcel but when we went outside nobody was there and he stopped receiving the call and he updated my parcel status is - nobody there in house so undelivered. What d hell with bluedart?? Very poor services of bluedart and delivery boy is lier. Government must take strict action against bluedart

                    My PRAN (from NPS) is dispatched through Blue dart from Mumbai to my address, but the courier person updated the status as Consignee Out Of Station, and keeps the shipment almost 7 days on the Hub.I already mailed Blue dart about this, but there is no action taken,

                      I booked a product from online store, they had given the product to bluedart service but yesterday itself the tracking details say the courier had our for delivery but still now i did not get the courier, but today the when i track the courier it saying consignee's address incorrect but the bludart service even did not call to me then how can the bluedart service can tell the consignee's address incorrect all the time the bluedart service is doing same things, then we have to go to bluedart service shop and want to pick the courier ourself so that why we giving the shipping charge kindly take action on the bluedart courier service.

While tracking it is showing that the courier has been delivered to some Shikha, while it is not been received by the person i have sent it to. i have called several time blue dart office but no luck.

                          My self sanne lal living in rangpo, sikkim many times the courier is coming in blue dart service but the service provider are not coming to deliver this product they always call and ask come and pickup the courirer such a many time not to possible to go and pickup courier the service provider is very bad please work and improve your facility in sikkim city, rangpo ibm.

I was informed by blue dart that they attempted on 6th march 2018 but house was closed. But i was not the case, i was present at house. Thereafter, i received another message that your address is no complete. You never call me to ask full address. Your cc no. Always busy where i have to go..

                                    I was neither contacted by sms nor email regarding the item to be received and now i am getting 2 sms mentioning failed attempt to deliver the item to my address. I also want to add that i was having problem in recieving items from blue dart before.in each cases the courier service told me to pick up the item by myself which is a bit difficult and time consuming for me. My home address is in the guwahati city and no other courier services except blue dart had problem in delivering items to my home since the road conditions is good here.

No. [protected] are correct and your track id showing that on dated 08.03.2018 'pemises close' while i was present on delivery address & on dated 09.03.2018 'we are unable to deliver due to address detail'. I have not got a single call by your courier boy, so why you are putting false statement on your site without contacting me. I think you have incompetent staff,
