I didnt received my credit card on time. I did call customer care but calls were not getting connected. It got connected one time and it got disconnected. It is mention that it is a toll free number but it charged me apart from that it didn't get connected after that. I checked the tracking number on website and it was shown landmark needed. I have given each and every details. This forced me to visit the blue dart office and over there also I didnt get my credit card. The agent told me that it did not get delivered because you have not mention room no. I did mention 158 adarsh nagar, aarey milk colony goregaon east, Mumbai 400065. But the agent from the office told me it didn't get delivered because I should have mentioned room no 158 instead of just 158. The agent was good and help full. But the services are pathetic. The customer service number is shown toll free but it is chargeable apart from that the calls are not getting connected. While delivering the card they should have called me. If my number was not reachable than they should have messaged me. But they didn't even have me call. I am still waiting for my credit card. I am very frustrated. I want some one to call me right now on my number that is +91([protected]).

    A parcel was sent from hyderabad to coimbatore on march 15th. Delivery was due on 18th march 2018. But it has not delivered. When tracked they are saying customer not available. But nobody had called to my number and there is no records with the security personnel about a parcel delivery person. Called the customer service several times and they assured it would deliver on those days and haven't yet delivered.

      I am surprised to note that blue dart courier could not deliver a cover sent to loyola college by saying land mark is required.

      It is shame on blue dart, when i had sent two covers

      [protected] to different persons in the same college is delivered for professor and returned undelivered for another professor for want of land mark.

      Also i had mentioned mobile numbers of both receiver and sendor, the blue dart has no courtesy in contacting contcting either of them

      It is unfortunate that we continue to have association with bluedart. It is time to rethink and tie up of our sbi business with bluedart

        I recently made a purchase from a supplier in india maya aromatics suppliers email address [protected]@gmail.com i have a dhl import account number and the supplier said that blue dart collected this order with tracking number [protected] but my dhl account did not register that this order was collected the supplier maya aromatics said a guy told him make the shipping to him and he will deal with the order. But that would be false and incorrect if the supplier is telling the truth then this needs investigating as now this case is esculating to a higher level my email address is [protected]@beaconoils.co. Uk i have also reported this to dhl in the uk please let me know what you find

        blue dart has had this package for over a week and why was it not shown on dhl tracking that it was collected a week ago? blue dart operatives are either not doing as they should and then holding my package without a reason being added to dhl tracking, i would be reprimanding someone if i was in charge, very shoddy and very suspect

          Yesterday my hdfc bank welcome kit are dispatch to my address but m not there than i was go to blue dart office & ask for my kit they directly told me ur address are shifted that wise we unable to dispatch there but yesterday when dileverd boy called me i was told only m not on there due to some personal work can i will recieve tomorrow than they was cut the call, now to today hez come to my address than they ask me my id thats ok but they ask my address proof by given to my company, i didnt understand why they ask than i was arranged to my company ids xerox and id xerox becoz urgent need to me otherwise, so please stop ur fake promises for best in service, right & fast to dileverd. I told a complain to hdfc also i dont want to receive any courier by bluedart.

            I have contacted customer care 100 times and their response was like it will be Delivered today.

            For the past 3 days I have been checking MA shipment status - Consignee not available

              Hi,
              i ordered a mobile phone to ZOOKR and i recieved a sms that my order has been given to Blue dart for delivery . two times i got sms that my order will be deliver shortly (that day ) but i didn't receive even i got a sms that my order has been cancelled bcz i demanded for open delivery but i didn't demanded . without any information or phone call my order has been cancelled two times without any reason .
              i have raised my complain to their toll free no . ([protected]) they don't have any talking sense that how to talk to the customers they talked me very rudely .

              blue dart is very respected company but this type of customer service is very fake face of the company .
              pathetic service...

              i am paying Rs. 200 to blue dart as a delivery charge so its my credibilty to know so i call your customer care ...
              but your CCE & delivery boys all are fake .

                  I am waiting for my credit card more than one week, but Your people did n't delivered & no phone calls. Last 5 days i followed Bluedart customer care peoples, but I did not get Solutions. Hyderabad - Gachibowli - Indira Nagar is main area, but your delivery people did n't found my location they are did n't try to any calls to customer, finally ready to return the parcel, what is this ????
                  For customer care number need to speek per min 2.40 Rs... This is good for one big level company, I am really Hurted. Thanks for your good service keep it up.

                      Regarding the subject consignment in blue dart kona warehouse hub as on 21 march 0710, it is seen that the consignment is lying in kona warehouse since 19 march 2018. Please send it to guwahati forthwith since it is a govt consignment and payment is to be done by 23 march else funds may have to be be surrendered.

                        My pan card is supposed to received by 8th mar 2018, today i went to their office and receptionist told me that they had received 2000 pan cards at a time so they sent them back to nsdl.

                        Now i want to know from blue dart what is their responsibility if they had received pan cards in a bulk lot, what they were supposed to do.

                        If they cannot deliver bulk lots they should shut down their company asap.

                              This is my shipment number [protected]. I have been tracking my shipment since morning I’ve called hundred of times in Allahabad office but there was no response on telephone. I contacted blue Dart customer care about four times but every time I was convinced by saying that my shipment will be delivered by 3:30 PM then they said it will be delivered by 6:00 PM and now they’re saying that it will be delivered tomorrow. Now when I’m checking my shipment number it is saying that consignee not available. Where as I have not received any call from blue Dart . This kind of service will not lead you anywhere. This is the last time I’m using blue Dart and I won’t recommend it to anyone. Very unsatisfied with your services and especially allahabad branch is pathetic. Please change your staff. Thank you

                                Pl confirm delivery status of given tracking i'd in the subject line as your status shows that item is undelivered due to non availability of the customer but nobody called me from your end on my no. I think your delivery boys are giving you wrong information. So my request you to deliver my item at the earliest. Also your status shows that pl provide landmark but it's clearly mentioned in the delivery address that it's near sky world school.

                                I ordered shoes via Amazon, product was not up to the mark so I decided to return. No one came from bluedart office.they gave stupid reason that staff not available, also no one pickup the call and attend the customer query.

                                There was a delivery from Blue Dart of my card on 15th. OF March, and nobody came to deliver it but getting message like this that I was not available at home.This is all bull [censored] and they are fake in sending these messages nobody even attempted the delivery.

Since I was not there in my house, he has dropped a intimation at my door. There is no address of blue dart office or contact number of the courier boy.
