Hello i'm coutloot seller.my two order was gone to rto in coutloot ship via blue dart . but no any return from me. And in coutloot return order status shown is deliverd to seller. But trully no any order product return to me and many i contact to bluedart delivery boy. And other employee..but no can give right answer what happened with my return products...my 1st RTO return order tracking id:-[protected] and my 2 nd RTO return order id:-[protected] pls bluedart check it and solve it...pls to contact me for this issue...my contact no.[protected]

      Blue dart company parcel kitne din mein deliver karti hai

      Kya main Jaan sakta hun Bharat Sarkar ne aisi farji company ko kyon licence de rakha hai customer ka samay barbad karte Hain agar aapse company nahin chal rahi hai to band kar do baki dusre companiyan parcel lekar de degi
      [protected] is number ka order de nahi rahe or na inform kar rahe kya he kyo ni dena.
      Meri aapse ek hi gujarish hai yah Blue dart company ke khilaf ek case kar do main aapko mere area ke Kai sare customer lakar...

      My item is shipped on May 10th and delivery date is 18th May.

      It's just sitting in their warehouse.

      Customer care number is not working.

      Office number is not available in Google maps.

      Worst part they didn't even try to contact me

      Please help me get it delivered

        On 13th May 2022, My shipment (waybill no- [protected])was dispatched from HDFC bank to be delivered by 15th of May 2022. when i tracked the shipment on bludart website i found out that it is showing the shipment is delivered on 17th May 2022. To inform you, neither I received any call or message from bluedart regarding the shipment nor the shipment delivered to me. the shipment contains sensitive information that can cost me a lot.

            Courier person called me during evening but I was not able to receive, I then called him back and he said he would deliver the parcel in the morning, next day. Now he is not picking up phone and I received a message saying my parcel was delivered! I have not received by parcel. My order number is [protected]
            Kindly look into this.

                I never received my package from Bangaluru but the bluedart tracker says that it's delivered. Also, the recipient name shown in the tracker is Rahul. 1st thing is how can the delivery guy give the package to anyone other than the person concerned. Also, there is nobody in my family named Rahul. I need immediate help. Please look onto this asap.

                Never received my package from Bangaluru but the Bluedart tracker system says its delivered. Also the recipient there is named Rahul and there is no one in my family who goes by this name. Please resolve this asap.

                  I have a Bluedart Shipment with waybill number [protected] and since last 3 days the package is at bangalore center and status is constantly updated as Contact Customer Service.
                  I tried reaching out to the customer care and they every time they will say that it will be delivered today /tomorrow but it is not arriving.

                    Dear sir, Iam inform you that my last order was not packed in box. The Delivery man of blue dart delivered my Products in ordinary bag. So iam not conform that Products was original. How does it possible? And how can I trust on Products.please investigate why that bad things happening .                         Blue Dart delivery guys are using Consignee not available, out of station as false reason code to hide their inefficiencies.

                        This is the third instance from Manyatha Tech Park center where they couldn't locate me or find address or sent me out of state(or event country) to mark delivery status.

                        I am sure the same guy will miraculously find me/my house or bring me back to Bangalore tomorrow when they try again.

                        Be professional and use right reason code to state the delivery failure. Some suggestions - Bad boss, Workload, Over commitment, Inefficient work management, I am bored today, Need to be there somewhere etc. as options for Delivery guys to pick in such scenario.

                          I order a product through bluedart express on 9Th May. The delivery was expected on 15th May. 14th May onwards, they were updating the status as consignee's address unreachable, even though the delivery agent doesn't called me. Yesterday on 18th May, in the evening, I contacted customer care, she re-confirmed the address, which was correct. She said, company will contact bluedart amritsar office, where my product was reached. Yesterday night at 8:29 pm, I got the message as my product is delivered. I don't know where they delivered my product. My product goes missing. Kindly resolve my issue.

                            I have booked a parcel from Gehna shop & they have sent me via docket no. [protected]. When i have checked the courier details its showing delivered on 23 April 2022 but consignment is not delivered to me as on date .I have checked with Blue dart team & their office at A-4 Sec-63, Noida. but they have told me that parcel has been delivered to your security guard. But our security guard has not received it. Also i have told to provide me POD copy but the staff Mr. Inderjeet Singh(Mob-[protected]), Mr, Vinod Bisht(Mob-[protected]) & unknown person(Mob-[protected]) have denied to provide POD copy & misbehaved with me

                            My issue has not been resolved as on date.Also the security officer of Blue dart team has come to my office & told me to monitor the activity of my security guard. I know very well he has not received the parcel . The delivery boy has not deliver the parcel to my security guard. Pls look in to this matter seriously otherwise I will take strict action against your team members,

                                My blue dart courier got delivered to a different address and it's showing delivered.its an important document. Why is there no check done to ensure if it is delivered to the correct person or not .

                                My way bill number is [protected].

                                Who is gayathri? I don't know him. Why don't you check the name before delivering.

                                Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                  From 3 days am receiving an exception that no consignee at the given address. I was at home, they didn't even attempt a single call.                                     Our one of the shipment is getting delayed by Bluedart.

                                    The estimate date was to be 14 Mar 2022 but it has been not delivered yet. On tracking status it’s showing Consignee address incorrect/undeliverable. We checked from our side, the address is correct and also we sent parcel multiple times there.

                                    I had a call with my client and he said that he haven’t received any call from delivery boy. Here is the tracking number [protected]. Please delivered the product as soon as possible.
