I am supposed to get my parcel delivered today i.e on 08-June-2022. The delivery guy called me at 6:53, I missed the call as being in driving and called him back almost 10 times, dropped a message to him, and shared the delivery location on WhatsApp as well.
These days BLUEDART services are too bad and worst. The delivery people are updating the status without even attempting and trying to deliver to just skip their work. It might be because of too many deliveries assigned to them. The management should look from the perspective of employees as well and train them properly

Our courier box was wet and opened and materials were corrupted.
We need full refund for this.
Courier person said he already informed Patna people. But she didnt get any messages.

Blue dart received my product from seller on 28th may. They called and informed that my location is undeliverable area. But they took the product because their system is hasn't updated my area as undeliverable. In this case, the default is caused by them, not the seller or buyer..Thus, I would like to avail my product since the non-updation of bluedart system is their fault.

The consignment not delivered at my address but the fake reason mentioned "CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE''

Recently, I ordered boat bluetooth earphones and I was supposed to receive them on 30th of May. It's been a week, I repeatedly get the message that my address is incomplete or incorrect and my order is delayed even though I have updated my address multiple times. The seller or the delivery person has never contacted me in any way . In the query section, I have mentioned my mobile number time and again but nobody has ever contacted me. And I got mail from boat to review the product which I have never received. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

My parcel i coming through blue dart and at 8:45pm on 4th june i received a text from blue dart that your parcel will deliver today and after few minutes i got another text that consignee address is incorrect.
The delivery boy didn't call me once neither i got any text.
This is ridiculous .
Do not trust blue dart

I didn't receive my shipment bluedart and none of the person from bluedart make a call to him and returned the product

I'm waiting for this package from last 1 week.

and its been 10 days and no one initiated delivery and keeping some wrong information such as 'Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery'

This is to get your attention on the matter that my consignment of AIRWAY BILL NO.-[protected] (attachment given) is not delivered on the correct address on top of that the proper recivents name is not given on the consignment note it is mentioned SLF but no person with this name is there in our organization the shipment bearing Parrafin Block of a Cancer patient the blocks are required for further treatment of the patient. We have tried contacting the branch office of Dibrugarh Blue Dart but they are ignoring our request.

Kindly look into this matter on urgent bases and do the needful as it is a matter of a person"s life

My order was not delivered showing that address was unlocatable even though delivery partner did not make any effort to reach out to me.
I had even called the blue dart customer care number and given then the correct address and phone number again and told them to contact in case of issues.

My order was not delivered to the address given on the order. I asked the delivery boy to deliver at my place however he denied that my order cannot be delivered to my address, stating that I gave wrong Pin number and I had to go and pick my product from 6 KM distance by hiring auto rickshaw. My order was delivered at Damra Bazar, Assam. Before I order my product I check the pin number whether it is deliverable or not but it says deliverable, my village pin number is 783122 name of the village is Damas, North Garo Hills Meghalaya bordering Assam, Also Damra Pin number is 783122.

This is very frustrating and not done. whats the point of ordering online and I have to go and pick the product from different location when I have handful of work. when it is showing deliverable after applying pin number when checking from the website and the delivery guy denying to deliver to the location given!
My next product is yet to come if I have to go and pick up from the same location I will sue your company. When I go to pick up my product I will take a video recording, I will ask the delivery guy why he denied to deliver to the address given and I will send it to you then you see it what I will do. We live in a social media world now!!!

On 1st June 2022, there was a package to be delivered at my house (destination). The delivery agent used bad words and abused me. After talking harshly and abusing me he told me collect the delivery from the location he's giving. This was the pathetic behavior from bluedart.

I have not recieved the parcel yet and now the time is 10.50 am (2nd june, 2022) while in bluedart tracking screen it is showing as delivered at 10.23 am (2nd june, 2022).
As this is an oreder from my side which is prepaid so usually does incur tension to whom are they delivering my product.
And secondly their telephonic number to contact is busy plus till now no call came to my mobile regarding...

The expected delivery date mentioned as 30th May. But I didn't received the item and I couldn't able to contact customer care number.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
I tried to contact customer care number but it is not working at all Then why you people are giving this number?
This is a big negligence from bluedart team.
Please deliver my item today itself otherwise I will post this in social media that will impact bluedart credibility.

The pacakge i was supposed to recive with important documnets was deolivered to the wrong address. The company customer care hotline numberes did not work at all . I sincerely urge the concerned party to look into this matter at the earliest .

The order for Paytm fastag was placed on 23/05/22, after which it was dispatched to dehradun on 24/05/22 through Bluedart courier (AWB NO. [protected]). The product did reach to the destination city on 25/05/22, but has not been delivered till date despite calls, msgs, tweets, and email. Everyday the date has been extended but product is still undelivered. I have even tried requesting to get the courier address so that i could pick it myself. I have lost all hope now. Please help.
The latest update is that they are mentioning that customer has moved away from the given address. This is stupidity of the highest order. i have not once received a call from bluedart or any delivery person, yet this new status. Please some help.
