Blue Dart delivery guys are using Consignee not available, out of station as false reason code to hide their inefficiencies.

This is the third instance from Manyatha Tech Park center where they couldn't locate me or find address or sent me out of state(or event country) to mark delivery status.

I am sure the same guy will miraculously find me/my house or bring me back to Bangalore tomorrow when they try again.

Be professional and use right reason code to state the delivery failure. Some suggestions - Bad boss, Workload, Over commitment, Inefficient work management, I am bored today, Need to be there somewhere etc. as options for Delivery guys to pick in such scenario.

    I order a product through bluedart express on 9Th May. The delivery was expected on 15th May. 14th May onwards, they were updating the status as consignee's address unreachable, even though the delivery agent doesn't called me. Yesterday on 18th May, in the evening, I contacted customer care, she re-confirmed the address, which was correct. She said, company will contact bluedart amritsar office, where my product was reached. Yesterday night at 8:29 pm, I got the message as my product is delivered. I don't know where they delivered my product. My product goes missing. Kindly resolve my issue.

      I have booked a parcel from Gehna shop & they have sent me via docket no. [protected]. When i have checked the courier details its showing delivered on 23 April 2022 but consignment is not delivered to me as on date .I have checked with Blue dart team & their office at A-4 Sec-63, Noida. but they have told me that parcel has been delivered to your security guard. But our security guard has not received it. Also i have told to provide me POD copy but the staff Mr. Inderjeet Singh(Mob-[protected]), Mr, Vinod Bisht(Mob-[protected]) & unknown person(Mob-[protected]) have denied to provide POD copy & misbehaved with me

      My issue has not been resolved as on date.Also the security officer of Blue dart team has come to my office & told me to monitor the activity of my security guard. I know very well he has not received the parcel . The delivery boy has not deliver the parcel to my security guard. Pls look in to this matter seriously otherwise I will take strict action against your team members,

          My blue dart courier got delivered to a different address and it's showing delivered.its an important document. Why is there no check done to ensure if it is delivered to the correct person or not .

          My way bill number is [protected].

          Who is gayathri? I don't know him. Why don't you check the name before delivering.

          Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

            From 3 days am receiving an exception that no consignee at the given address. I was at home, they didn't even attempt a single call. How is it possible that i get all other orders delivered to my doorstep and bluedart delivery guys aren't able to deliver the product.

              Our one of the shipment is getting delayed by Bluedart.

              The estimate date was to be 14 Mar 2022 but it has been not delivered yet. On tracking status it’s showing Consignee address incorrect/undeliverable. We checked from our side, the address is correct and also we sent parcel multiple times there.

              I had a call with my client and he said that he haven’t received any call from delivery boy. Here is the tracking number [protected]. Please delivered the product as soon as possible.

                    The package was expected to arrive on 15 may 2022 but it showed an update which said that wrong pincode and the package is misrouted then the next day it said out for delivery i kept waiting even checked the map the courier guy had delivered many couriers in the nearby places as shown by the map but it didn't come to my place they didn't even call me and just updated it as No Such Consignee At The Given Address

                      My courier(laptop) has NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED to the recipient but the tracking website shows it as DELIVERED.
                      I have tried calling the customer care multiple times but could not get a proper response. I even reqiested them to dhare the delivery person details so that at least I could check but all they keep saying is that we do not have such details. I dont understand how a logistics company does not have details of who delivered a particular package, which in this case has not been delivered .
                      Appreciate an inmediate and quick response on this.

                        I ordered a product that was suppose to be delivered on 13th May. The agent called me asked me the address and said that he would deliver it in the evening. But after few moments I got a message that consignee not available. Same thing happened the next day. They didn't even reach my place or even near it and they are sending messages receiver not available while sitting in the office. Kindly deliver my product as soon as possible. This is quite irritating behavior.

                            This company is full of fraud and I am ready to file an official complaint to drag them down and hope they shut down, Their customer care number never connects. All over locations their ratings is always below average.

                            On the incident: On 13th May my parcel was supposed to be delivered, for which I got a message. Yet the agent did not contact me till 7PM and he just asked an address he can deliver my package at that moment. I told him my home address and he said he will deliver by 9PM.
                            This all is shady and unsafe already.

                            Then they never called but the package status went to delivered.
                            Next morning, 14th May I called the agent but he rudely said to come and collect it from the office else someone going my route will be handed the package and I may get it by 7pm. At this point it was unbearably rude and unprofessional. I went to complain but their customer care numbers were not connecting. At last I filed email complaint.
                            Still nothing. The agent never called. The customer care have not approached.

                              I have ordered a Samsung mobile phone from Samsung website with order number [protected] on May 3rd, 2022.

                              Samsung has dispatched the order on 3rd May, 2022 with blue dart with waybill number [protected].

                              It was constantly updated with wrong tracking status for delayed service. For instance, my delivery pinched is 742101 but they updated in tracking status that due wrong pincode, shipment connected further.

                              Eventually on 13th of May after 10 days delivery boy reached my premises.Normally it takes 2-4 days from anywhere in India and this was apparently sent from Mahestala Kolkata which has 2 days delivery time normally.

                              Now while purchasing the mobile under exchange, Samsung has directed (I have email) to download cashify application and run the application to generate the mobile health/condition report in querty code or passcode format. This query code for the phone to be exchanged, was supposed to be shared with the delivery agent.

                              This delivery agent did not listen to me and was not interested to look over the querty/pass-code. He started looking over the phone in unprofessional manner which might cause damage to the phone. He told that he cannot deliver the phone when I tried to clarify about the query code.

                              Then he returned without delivering the phone and updated in tracking status that I have refused to accept the phone. Eventually the phone was sent back to shipper.

                              I have called the blue dart customer care centre multiple times without any proper resolution. This phone cost 12609. I want a equal compensation for this harassment from blue dart.

                              Blue dart Berhampore centre unprofessional behaviour and false update of status should get addressed by the Bluedart India management.

                                  My 2 cards, one from S(shipment number 394******10) and one another card and one AC from Croma shipment number 508*******3, have been returned without even trying to deliver. The shipments were well on time but as soon as they reach mohali hub of bluedart, they stay there for 4-5 days and then they send it back by saying shipment undelivered due to address issues. I live in a famous society and i have been receiving all my other orders easily. 3 days ago even some delivery guy from bluedart called about the delivery of AC and asked me about the address i told him exactly and asked him about the cards, he said that there is some problem of staff here. And now even after knowing the address, my ac is also undelivered. I am going to consumer court if i don't receive my shipments.

                                    They delivered to Anshu who is unknown to me and even then did not call me single time.

                                    It was a mental harassment for me because it’s credit card and worried about misusing it.

                                        My prepaid order is not being delivered for 3 days. It was supposed to be delivered on 9th May 2022. I got the error message that the address is not locatable/landmark missing. My parents called customer care thrice, provided full details, and were reassured that the item would be delivered. However, we got the same error the next day. After calling again, the customer care agent said that the phone number was missing which is completely untrue. It is extremely urgent for me to receive the item.
