This is regarding refusal of delivering PAN card and usage of abusive language by the courier delivery executive of blue dart.and said nobody was there where as in actual my family member is there further I contact customer care officer Ms. Neelam she is also misguide me and my docket also return to NSDL Mumbai office.

And return by docket no [protected].

I am sorry to say with this experience i will never ever use blue dart services.

but still thats not getting. please responce my concern. i want to know about the status of my courieer.

    I courired a Bankers Cheque to Dell India Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon, HR from Noida on Septemeber 9th. My way bill number is - [protected]. I followed up 10th by calling customer service and I was told that pin code mentioned on my package was incorrect which was not the case as I get that cross checked there. I was told it will get delivered on 11th September however, on following up 11th I got the message again that it will get delivered on 12th. On asking, I was not provided with a valid reason. Moreover, the customer service executives I spoke with were not polite and hung up on me multiple times.

    My plight is that I need to get this cheque delivered in one piece and it been already delayed. I have asked them to get it back to me or to the desitination at the earliers, and hoping some resoulution.

    Please help.

      Not Delivered the laptop and did not respond well

      Hi This is karthik i happen to send the laptop which i was using to my brother who lives at NaviMumbai.
      I choose the Dart Apex since there was a money back guarentee and also would reach NaviMumbai on saturday and it would be easier for him to collect the box since it is an off for him.

      The laptop did reach Mumbai and was suppose to be delivered at navi Mumbai .I would have called up a hundred times to the Bangalore...

      one consignment (consignment no. [protected]) was sent from goa to delhi on 24/08/09 containing goods that get spoiled if stored long term. it was sent through the costliest blue dart as they promised to deliver it in 48 hrs. after the parcel reached delhi, i called the blue dart service regarding my parcel (on 26/08/09) and i was told that the consignment is on way and i will get it by 26th evening. i asked if any problem in delivering to the mentioned address, they said no problem. still i gave them my mobile no. requesting that if there is any problem, then kindly call me. now till 29/08/09, i have not yet received it and on calling the blue dart service, they talking that it cant be delivered to my address and i should collect it from their office. i asked them if i have to collect it from their office, then why i paid heftily for the same. they said that they cant.
      now my complaint is that who is responsiple for my goods that will get spoilt because of non delivering in time plus the mental distress caused to me because of irrational behaviour of their staff.

        Hi,

        I have deposited one of my important document at DHL counter, Vadodara on 20th August, 2009, Thursday to be delivered to Shibpur Howrah, West Bengal. The document was supposed to be delivered on 22.08.2009. But still on 25.08.2009 ( Tuesday) when am submitting this complaint, that document did not reach its desired destination. I paid Rs.260 to get quick delivery of courier service company. But I am really upset after having this type of mismanagement of the company. I sent mail to the customer care of Blue dart. They didn't mind even to send a single reply. As a citizen of India, it's my plea to look into this.

          A parcel sent from Bangalore was returned undelivered reason PIN Code not serviced.This PIN code was created after a new post office was created out of PIN code753002.When Bluedart used to give service to people of Bidanasi just because a new PIN 753014 which is not in their in their list of Cuttack city Bluedart refuses.There is a need to ascertain who decides the list in Bluedart about the pin code listing.when a city expands new pin codes intrduced by postal dept should be included.PIN CODE 753014 is already about 10 years old.Kindly help

          I have had a similar experience since i also stay in Bidanasi ( Sector-10). I was supposed to receive a courier from Delhi but it was returned undelivered causing me a lot of embarrassment. I hope Bluedart gets it act together.

            I opened a new account with HDFC bank and the welcome kit was couriered to me through Blue Dart Express ltd. Since the kit wasn't received in stipulated time, I checked on the Blue Dart tracking website and found a message that the recipient wasn't available at the delivery address. On enquiry I found that the delivery person made visits to my house on different days between 11 AM and 3 pm. I informed the staff that I will be available at my house until 8 AM. The person negotiated and asked me to wait until 9 AM so he could deliver the package.
            He still couldn't make it.
            At 11.30 I get a call asking me where I am. "I have come here so many times. You are never at home"
            I asked him to deliver it in the evening, he says "I will only deliver till 4 pm. After that you collect it from my office"

            I would like to bring to the notice of Blue Dart Express Ltd. that banks generally open account for earning people - People who have a job/business etc and hence go to work somewhere. Such people cannot be expected to be available at home during office hours. Thus such packages should be delivered at convenient time or at a flexible delivery address.

              An international courier of size 63(L), 8(w) and 27 (H) is calculated as 2.72 kg by the Blue Dart calculator as displayed below on their website.

              For the courier of above dimensions sent on Aug I was charged for 4 kg instead. It was even agreed by their customer care representative that I have been overcharged. I have been writing to Blue dart customer care since Aug. 03. As I have experienced earlier, there has not been any satisfactory response.

                Blue dart chandigarh is making me foolish. He has updated his records that "Consignee Not Available At Given Address Contact Customer Service" without trying to deliver it. They didn't make a single call also to me. When i try to call their customer care, no one has received my phone.

                  I had send "one admit card of my sister for Bihar combined Entrance Exam for medical" through courier to Patna on 19/05/2009.On Blue Dart counter they said It will reached with in 48 hours. Exam is on 24/05/2009(after five days).On 23/05/2009 I had enquired at both place Bangalore as well as Patna but no information found regarding my letter. Bangalore Customer care people of Blue Dart told me "letter has been received at patna office of blue dart but delivery report is not available". This statement was wrong, they mischief me.
                  And we had received that letter(admit card ) on 27/05/2009(after eight days of courier).
                  And my sister missed the examination as well as one year costly time of her carrier and one year study. She missed one chance of her crucial carrier.

                  Sir who will return her one year time of carrier. Only Blue Dart people are responssible for this...
                  Sir this is not a single case. A lot of people sent their urgent things but unable to receive on time and ultimately they lose their purpose. We can not imagine what purpose the people can loss, it depends upon individual’s situation.
                  Blue dart people said that this is flight service but, to reach Patna it took eight days time. If I had send by simple post then also reached in eight days. Blue Dart makes public fool.

                  This is our right to defend us in future.

                  Sir I made this complain with blue dart then they replied “ Address is incomplete”
                  But address is 100% complete. And one more things if address is incomplete then who
                  It reach after eight days. It means it is clear that Blue dart make us fool.

                  I had spend 1, 20, 000(45, 000-coaching fee + 6000x12- lodging and fooding) in one year on her study for preparation of Medical entrance exam. She attended coaching in Kota –Rajasthan. Who will compensate my loss of money and my sister one year time.

                  Please give consider this case.Thankyou.

                    An urgent Courier was booked for delivery within 24 hours through BLUE Dart. dkt no [protected] dt 22/06/09 at 10.34 AM from Hyderabad to HOSUR 635109, is still not delivered even after 24 hours, (24.06.09). at 15:00 hrs. Lame excuses are being provided with no efforts to contact sender/nor recipient in evensame in time.

                    Respected Sir,

                    I have placed an order with flipkart.com and my product was departed from their warehouse on 8th oct and my product was to be delivered in next two days max but it has been more than 4 days and i'm still waiting.

                    Everytime i call them they say that flight is delayed thats why its getting delayed according to my understanding if flight is delayed still you can deliver it next day. But still they are giving me same old reason from past 3 days

                    Hi, Waybill Number : [protected] The above way bill number was not delivered and also it was falsely claimed that the consignee has changed the address. I have reported the same to me credit card vendor. Please make a note and correct the same. Thanks, Abdul Khader syed.
                    My product awb no.is [protected] dated..12/04/2014 why not delivered till date?
                    My sister had sent me a parcel from New Delhi. It was supposed to get delivered on the 14-August. It didn't. The tracker showed delay in delivery for no reason. Then I waited till 16-August. Tracker now says entry restricted for delivery. The guy might have come and went away without taking the pain to make a call to me. I am so disappointed in the delay for no reason and slack on the part of the management of the company. Utterly frustrated!

                    Hi, It is more than 15 days, shipment has not reached me. Goods is lying in their office at Peenya, Bangalore from last 10 days. No commitment from them when I call, false promises stating it will be delivered tomorrow.

                    with u r balesore odissa offiice and i called on 26 th and requsted to delivery me at earliest. again i also remind u r balasore office yesterday. but their reply was we have no staff in balasore office and many parcels of others also dumping here. i[censored] want prompt delivery pay tips to our staff or donot pre paid to seller. sir how strange this ? how u r balasore staff r dairing to say this ? i
                    Only my suggestion u either transfer u r staff or give them training how to take care o[censored] r custmer to keep u r reputation company like blue dart.

                      On 22-06-09 I had sent one applicataion form (Bharati Vidyapeeth application) through Doc. No. [protected] from Blue Dart Express Ltd., Parihar Chowk, Aundh, PUNE to MACHILIPATNAM (Krishna District - Andhra Pradesh - 1 hour journey from Vijayawada, AP). At the time of booking at 13.00 hrs, I was informed that it reaches within 24 hours of the destination and he had charged me Rs. 260/-. While yesterday i.e. on 23-06-09 when I enquired the document has not reached the destination in the evening also and we were confirmed that it was at Hyderabad, from Hyderabad it will be despatched to Vijayawada in special vehicle and it reaches within 48 hrs from the date of booking not 24 hours. If that is the case in the Pune BlueDart express Ltd. given wrong information on delivery. If delivery time is 48 hrs then I would have not sent through that Courier, because the application should reach and come back to Pune before 25-06-09 after signing. I had paid Rs.260/- for shipping charges. Kindly take necessary action and inform me about the action initiated from your end.

                        It is fact that Blue Dart flight courier company is the most irresponsible company in courier business. They dont care whether courier is delivered or not and give all false reasons and update the same on their server meant for tracking the courier. They don't care for the customer. That is the case for my docket no. [protected] dated 09.06.2009 sent from HDFC Bank Ltd. to be delivered at My residence in Chembur has not been still delivered. I spoke to the customer service Ms. Jeniffer Fernandes on Saturday and she confirmed that they cannot delivery on saturday and will deliver certainly by Monday 15th June 2009 before 12' O clock. Till now I have not received the courier and that shows the commitment on the part of Blue Dart Courier. Now I have spoken to Ms. Pelvian and she told to speak to their Manager who was not on his seat. Latter she informed me that Mr. Peter their manager will revert.

                        I want to know from the management why is it so that you even don't care about the deliveries and what's the use of paying you so much even if the courier has not been delivered till date.

                        If incase I don't receive the packet by today evening along with the reply the same shall be taken to consumer court and company will have to bear the consequences.

                        Hope that there is someone in the company who really cares for the customer and understands the meaning of service.

                        My PAN card has been delivered on 10-Dec-2009 by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected].But i have not received till date.Please help me
                        My AWB – [protected] and it contains a DELL laptop. Thinking of sending it thru BLUE DART for safe and sure delivery. I shipped it from Bangalore on 8th Jan 2010 for HPR. But the shipment didn’t reach still on 15th Jan 2010. After chasing with customer care, got to know that shipment is missing. Still they are unable to trace where the shipment is. Could you pls take any action accordingly. All the necessary paperwork and shipment value was declared at the time of shipment. This was not expected from courier giant like BLUE DART… how far the claim is true??? if we donot deliver, money will be returned…but here full shipment is missing…. pls trace the shipment at the earliest.

                        Blue Dart Express Ltd. — Non Delivery of Consignment

                        Dear sir,
                        there is one packet awb # [protected] was picked up from mumbai on 12th aug'11 for delivery at ghaziabad. This packet is not yet delivered at destination, I have called the helpdesk 3/4 times to inquire the status, every time I have been told that this will be delivered today. Now I have called again to them and helpdesk executive told me that your packet has been sent back to mumbai. I didnt understand the reason for the same and they didnt have anything to explain, this is just a harassement on their part for which I am bearing unnecessarily. Request you to take up the matter and get the packet delivered at my address.

                          Hi,

                          I want to inform one and all about the pathetic service rendered by Bluedart, the so called numero uno in the world in shipments.

                          Two shipments from HDFC Bank were sent to my residence address.

                          I was not informed prior to visit for any of my shipments or I doubt whether any visit was made or not as confirmed by my landlord.

                          When I call up the helpline, they tell me that shipment can be delivered after 11 am only which is not possible for me. Also they tell me that they can not and will not make any call for any shipment to the customer. Rather customer will have to do the followup.

                          I am extremely aghast by the way these people are operating.

                          There is no value given to customer's time and convenience even after collecting money from the shipper (They are not doing it for free/charity).

                            One consignment has been sent by SBI CREDIT CARD by BLUE DART COURIER havingAWB NO [protected]. But till date i have not received any consignment. Now I am staying at Nasik. When I contacted Mrs. Sudha of your Nasik Branch Incharge, she is telling I will get back to you soon. But the soon did not come. i contacted her 5 days back. When I spoke to your officers they told that the consignment was handed over to my wife on 27th March, 2009. But my wife did not get any consignment.

                            I am complainting from Tamil nadu Trichirapalli (dt) area contonment, I have been your coustmer for the past five years in the present office and when i was with other concern an other five years i was dealing with blue dart, but nowdays the pickup person is behaving with my staff in rough manner, and if it is delayed in calling, he refuse to come but that is not favour on my part to complaint about it, but my person when he goes there, also he talking rubbish to my male staff, he behaves as if we are not having any other alternate, i think he is from agency, which you given francies,
                            My humble request please send, your company staff, and let me continiue the business, from to day, i switch over to other courrier, suppose if you do not have pick up facilities inform me, here i do not want to name any body, to create any embrasment

                              I have a sen a cargo to madurai on 19may evening and the above airway bill no in chennai . They have charged Rs 230 for this packet containing documents. As urgent I have sent through bluedart and today 20 my the packet is not delivered. While calling them they it will take 2 days for delivery and we have got all means of transport. According to their rules they say it will go to erode and then to madurai. Does it make any sense . I am makeing this complian after speaking with them they say strictlt it will not be delivered today if you wnat you can complain where ever you want???

                              Tell me a solution what should we in this case??

                                I had placed an order with Dell for a Studio 1555 laptop and the product was handed over to Blue Dart for shipping by Dell after the assembling process.

                                The product was picked up by Blue Dart on 7th May 2009, and i was promised a delivery date of 9th May 2009. I was provided a WayBill No and a Reference No, so that i could track the shipment. Everything was running fine and i was expecting the whole procedure to be less cumbersome.

                                By the evening of 8th May 2009, the status of the shipment changed from the existing In Transit to Flight Canceled/Delayed, Contact Customer Care.

                                I was fairly disappointed to see this newest development and now i am at loss of what is to be done.

                                Usually when a shipment cannot be shipped on a day, the courier agency will try to ship it on the succeeding days. But in here, even Blue Dart has no idea about the product shipment. I have contacted the Customer Care of Dell and Blue Dart and as of now has not received any information regarding this from there.

                                The queer nature of the entire scenario is that, there are plenty of flights plying in between Chennai (where the product was assembled) and Trivandrum (my residence), hence i am dumbfounded by the explanation offered by Blue Dart (flight canceled / delayed).

                                I do not know what is in store for me the following days. Now even i am unsure whether i will be getting the product in my hands..

                                Contacted the Blue Dart CC, according to them the package is already in transit, but it is held in the Erode Checkpost..

                                The website is showing flight delayed / canceled, but they are saying it is being transported by road?

                                This is further to our several Complaints through phone, regarding considerable delay in delivering the Laptop. As per your advertised policy, we were told that we would get the Laptop in maximum 8-10 days. After 19 long days and several calls, we were told that it can take more days again.
                                Thay can't say because it is out of Dell and gave me blue dart's no.When i contact them, it is with Dell.
                                This whole episode is causing us great mental torture and harassment. If Dell cannot deliver on time then on what basis it gets the right to ask and accept the complete payment. .Is the word Dell is Derived from the word DELAY...DELAY..Any way We demand immediate delivery of the Laptop.

                                Bluedart — Non Delivery and wrong updates

                                This is regarding the order ref:[protected] and Way bill: [protected] a Dell Laptop that was to be delivered on aug 24, 2009 between 11am-5pm, as per the message sent by Blue Dart. After calling them so many times after 5pm, all they had to say that it has left for delivery and will come, which it did not. The whole day we were sitting at home waiting for the delivery. Not only that. On tracking online without even attempting to come to the destination, they updated the status as - Delivery attemted, but consignee was not available as premises was closed. That is pathetic!! How can they say like this when the whole day we were sitting at home waiting for the delivery. and this is not the first time this has happened. This happened earlier when asked they said they went to a wrong address. Wrong address??!! When the correct address is written on the bill who asked them to go to a wrong address??
                                I have had a good service from them in Bangalore, but this keeps happening ion Chandigarh and the Blue Dart centre here is highle irresponsible.

                                DELL — Studio 15 Delivery Delay forever

                                Can anyone confirm what is the maximum number of times Dell extend their Est. Delivery Date

                                My Order no. is 0378170. I placed my order on 12th Aug. Sales representative told me that I'll get it within a week. Est. Delivery date appeared 25th Aug which finally shifted to 7th Sep.

                                Customer Care is useless. Can not answer you except reading there screen.

                                Sales person rarely pic up the phone and if he does he always promise that by evening product will be despatched and no one can trace him in the evening or for next few days there after.

                                Bluedart — POOR SERVICE

                                Document through Blue Dart yet not received, courieer made on 09.10.09 from Kolkata to Patna but still we have not received.Poor service by blue Dart.

                                I am very upset with blue dart. they are asking my address and promising to deliver the day itself.I had to stay at home as there was nobody to accept the delievery. I had to waste my time.Homeshop18 told me that they had already dispatched the shipment 6 days ago.Till today they are making excuses and not delievering the shipment.

                                Dell studio laptop 1555 — Sending damage piece to the custemor

                                i am Jabir.TC., i bought dell studio laptop on this month dated 12/11/2009, after that system was not working on 14/11/2009. next day 15/11/2009 i called the customer care and they transfered that call to technical department .that person tried to ready that laptop but it was not working, then they suggested me to replace the whole system . he told me that with in three days our person will call you they will assist you for further things. but i dint got any call again i contacted the customer care again they are repeating the same thi8ngs. then they transfered the call to more than 15 persons. finally one MR.Anubav talk to me he told that you got the all informations are wrong. so system replacement will take 24 days then he gave a reference number 2586909, after that today i called the customer care they are telling we dint know that all things if you want replace the system it will take more than 40 days . then i told them to connect the call to Mr.Anubav. the he was telling i dont know that all things i just forwarded your complaint to customer care u talk with them. he transfered the call but nobody is picking that call for a long time. again i contacted the persons from dell he told me that you will got the system replacement in ten days. but after ten days they are telling we dont know about your system, i think they are cheating the customer by sending damaged items.then finally they are telling that on 16th December if you want the system replacement it will take more than 45 working days. i paid 2000 rupees extra for 1 year complete cover damge protection. i just used that system only for two days (less than 5 hours) . Totally i cheated by dell . anybody can help me on this case please call me to my number [protected].
                                very correct !! on pricing they charge the maximum possible but on service they use this crap status of flight delay. I am also a sufferer of same, it was my application which has to reach Patna day after of my shipping and they took in total 5 days, they took 250/- as charge and I am sure ISP must hae delivered before...in India govt do not have a policy to penalize these all business...can't do anything else than learning a lesson to not to use them again [;(]

                                Blue dart is not a good company as they do not deliverd consignment timely after getting huge charges and mentioned at tgheir sites that incorrect address whereas Phone Numbers are also available at parcals.but to hide their weakness they do that.

                                Well, this is about a credit card delivery.
                                I called HSBC Bank once on 16th October for a renewal card and they assured me delivery by 20th. I called them back on 22nd only to find that it is Blue Dart couriers who did not deliver the consignment. So I called Blue Dart on 22nd.
                                I had to call them 13 times to finally get to speak with someone. And when I got someone, I was told that I am not available in the city! Well, no problem. I told them I'll be leaving the city by 24th evening and if I can get the card today. They said someone will deliver the same to me tomorrow positively. I gave them two mobile numbers, just in case and told them this is very important for me. They took it lightly. Knowing their past pathetic services, I still repeated thrice to ask the delivery man to get to me as I will wait full day for him only in the house!
                                23rd afternoon: I call them to ask about the consignment. Please note I again had to call 11 times to get to someone!
                                Response: Sir, you were not available at your residence!
                                Me: That's untrue as I was specifically waiting only for my card the whole precious day
                                Response: We can't help it!
                                Me: "Of course I was angry at getting no solution"
                                Response: Thank you for calling Blue Dart sir, BANG the phone goes!!!
                                Is this the way to speak to a customer?
                                ...that too after such a pathetic service!!!
                                Now I'll be gone for a few months; how do I get my card? And who do I speak with? To get what response?

                                Bluedart — not keeping promise (NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT)

                                I am really disppointed with your services, I trusted your courier service thats why I gave my expensive parcel ([protected]) in your company's hand(blue dart safdarjung,delhi). And also I made cleared that I need the parcel to be handed to the concern Mr. Pradeep Rana (in pune ) on 25th october morning before 3 p.m. As the conecern Mr. Pradeep Rana office timing starts from 3 p.m. , or to call him and handle the parcel in his office. And your delievery boy in pune is fighthing with the concern that he can't deliever before 3 p.m ( even tomorrow, he wont) and he will not come to his office to deliever . So is that your company's new rule that you wont delievery the parcel in mornings in pune? You should have told me earlier or you should put in your advertisements that bluedart does not and cannot deliever in mornings . The parcel is a birthday present and whats the use now . if you cant deliever as asked. The company in delhi promised me that they will deliever the parcel before 3 pm. or to his office.,but the company is not keeping the promise.

                                This is really disappointing.
                                The blue dart took my complain postively and they did the needful . Now Iam satisfied with the service.

                                Such a poor and irritable service from Bluedart. And they don't even care calling back the recepient, if the first call attempt is unanswered. What a stupid answer that a Bluedart customer care can say to a customer. Moreover the bluedart branch is not answering the call, even customer wants to be delivered desperately.

                                Highest paid courier charge for such a pathetic & poor service???

                                Its true that they are not providing service on time and in resultant they raise excuses like Premises is closed, no one is there to take the delivery . I also faced same Problem twice and i must say that commitments are Big but work is fake .
                                i am from pune.very very bead service.dont trust on blue dart.i dont know how bluedart peoples run this huge courier company.because i order dell laptop and bag pack by BLUEDART from Chennai.on 15oct i received my laptop.but i dont receive bagpack. because BLUEDART send my backpack to wrong person in delhi and im from pune.so till that date to today date i dont receive bag.
                                BLUE DART should have banned years ago.
                                They take ur and consignee mobile nos to never pick calls from them and never call for any confusion.

                                The companies websites shows that i have written incomplete address of my home and they not delivered it.
                                Someone ask these poor people if they cant read english why do they tell us to write our addresses and mobile no. They are so dumb that they dont know the customer value and situation and don't have common sense to call on any no if in any confusion.

                                For least but not last they have worst customer care any one could have.
                                I am very upset to see Blue Dart Bad Service. I have not received my courier till date. which was sent on 11/5/2011 from Kolkata, I constantly telling their customer services last one week but it was not delivered till today morning.

                                My name is Akash Gidwani i got an issue with (Bluedart) courier service there was a card which was sent to me by HDFC Bank so they called me and crnfrmd that the card has been dispatched but all of a sudden the card was dispatched to my office addres so they called me and told me that they are delivering the card to my office addres so, i told them that i will not be availble in the office they can deliver the card to me to my home address and its bieng 8 days i haven,t got my card yet which is really very annoying for an individual who is waiting for the card since last 20 days and once the card is dispatched the bluedart as they guarntee that they provide service within 24 hrs that is something which is fake continuosly folowing up with bluedart still they werenot able to deliver my card so such kind of pathetic service they are giving to there customers .
                                Ther csr are making fool on the phone it was told to me that the card will b delivered within 24 hrs all of this discussion still they send the card back to Bank i want immediate action shud be taken on this issue otherwise i will file a case against the (Bluedart).

                                last time i complained about blue dart services they got active and resolved my problem in quick time and asked me to treat this an an exceptional error. but i guess exceptions are not repeated regularly till they become your habits . same has happened with blue dart .my awb no [protected] was picked up by blue dart on 4 july from delhi which takes four days to deliver at srinagar . but till now i know nothing about it . i called their local office they told me ur courier has not reached srinagar so we cant do anything it must me in delhi now please stop this mental torture on me and do somthing about the delay

                                A credit card courier was send by HDFC BANK through Blue Dart courier services from chennai . it was expected to reach by 2/09/11 to PGI. the courier was not delivered and on inquiry i was told that since i had not met the courier had returned 3 times while in fact the courier has not come even once.and courier returned . On request the HDFC bank had again send the courier to chandigarh.and was supposed to be delivered on 6.09.11. This time also on inquiry i was told that the courier had visited once and i was not available. which is totaly baselsss as i was in the working place at the courier address but till 7th September 2011 it has not reached.It was very urgent and the the courier man committed it to be reached within 24 hours but still not delivered.                                 Bluedart — NON-DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT

                                Shipment picked up by Blue Dart in way bill no: [protected] dated 02.06.2012 from Gurgaon reached Tirunelveli on 04.06.2012 as confirmed in their website and local office [[protected]]. Even after 5 days of receipt, Blue Dart is not delivering the shipment. No responsible answer is given. I'm thinking of suing them.

                                  My complain is that a sodexo git packet received by my cousin that seal was broken (tamperes) and taping over, there is no idea about seal to my cousin. when I open the tape I found that the gift voucher were missing for Rs. 10, 000/- from voucher no 2111910 to[protected] voucher of rs 10, 000). this is a very big crime who are responsible for this type of poor servie.                                     The following happened in June last year. So far nothing has happened and Mr. Prashanth of Blue Dart who is the Branch Manager doesn't attend to my calls anymore.

                                    A total of 6 boxes were booked to sent to Bangalore (3 parcels), Hyderabad (one) and Kolkata (two) on 16.06.2008. The packages were collected from my store at 7:40pm on the same day. Along with the original invoices inside the boxes, I personally handed over 2 copies of each invoice to your staff who had come in for collection. I was worried about the packages being held up because of the cut-off time since they contained live plants which would perish. I was assured that the packages would leave for their destinations on the same day itself. I was not given a tracking number or receipt since they did not carry the same with them.

                                    However, the next morning I received calls from Bangalore that they had not received the package. I called up your office that afternoon to ask for the tracking numbers. The receptionist told me that no package from me was received the previous evening. It was only at 5 in the evening that I came to know from Mr. Muralidharan that the packages were still lying in your office for want of invoice copies. However, he then made arrangements to ship them immediately.

                                    The agony didn't end there and only one parcel was delivered by the end of the next day 18.06.2008. The astonishing part was that none of the Bangalore consignments were delivered. The Bangalore parcels finally were delivered only yesterday afternoon 19.06.2008. One Kolkata parcel was delivered yesterday evening and as of now, one parcel to Howrah is yet to be delivered.

                                    I have already showed the mails and sms replies that I received from my clients, regarding to the bad condition of the plants. I also showed you that I have already had to ship replacements by other modes of transport. I request you to kindly compensate my losses and damages to my reputation caused by these delays. I request you to kindly refund the amounts of my invoices as under.
