Subject: Shipment received in damaged condition/Claim letter.
Respected Sir,
I Mr. Kishore Khandelwal would like to complain about my Shipment which was dispatched from Baroda by Mr. Nimesh Shah, AWD NO.[protected] and was at Nagpur in damaged condition. The shipment was delivered to our residence on 13th April 2011 around 9.00 p.m. The person who delivered the shipment was Mr. Sanjay Yadav Mobile No.[protected]. He has demanded Rs.1400 from us towards octroi charges but when we asked for the octroi receipt he didn’t gave us any receipt and taken Rs.500.00 from us. Also he didn’t let us check the shipment saying he don’t have time to wait and hence we had taken a signed letter from that delivery man admitting that he didn’t given us time to check the shipment and also he knew the fact that the shipment is damaged at the time of delivery . The total invoice value of the shipment is Rs.50,000.00 including Rs.4,000.00 customs duty, but we have declared the value as Rs.35,000.00 as advised by the staff of Blue dart in Baroda.
We request you to kindly replace the product i.e. Sony Bravia LCD TV EX400 46 inches as soon as possible. I am sending you the snaps of the shipment in damaged condition and also the copy of invoice of the LCD TV. Please let me know if any other information is needed.

Horrible Service !

My father had shipped me a LCD TV and an OTG from Kerala to Hyderabad ( DHL and BLUEDART - WayBill # [protected] )

By the time it reached my house yesterday, the LCD TV screen was completely broken as can been seen from the attached pictures. Also the OTG was dented on the corners as well.

In spite of being marked as Fragile on the packing, so much damage has occurred to my TV and OTG, that I think it was dropped at-least 2 -3 times from great heights, else such damage is not possible.

This has to be addresses ASAP and the compensation provided else I will be forced to sue DHL and BLUEDART

    I booked my order in Big Shoe Bazaar and they gave this pack to Blue Dart and then they have not delivered at right time company write in its website that we will deliver your product within 48hrs and when i tried to call in the customer care of delhi which shows in the map of blue dart on first page which is totally incorrect and then in the website i search the number of kanpur then i start calling and i have tried 150 TIMES but somebody was picking my phone but was not answering so what is this why your company is paying to the employees when they dont have time to pick and talk with the customer so i am very dis appoint.


    I am writting this complain only to inform you that if you want to check this then plz once you try this and do a call in the kanpur hub and then you will automatically now the fact.

      On March 23 Citibank has send Citibank Credit Card thro Blue dart Couriers to my house address in Urapakkam & the courier has reached Blue Dart Courier Office ,Maraimalai Nagar on March 24 .From March 24 I was following with Blue dart Courier office to receive the courier.On March Blue Dart Courier office Persons confirmed me that my courier has been taken for delivery by the executive & provided the executive contact details Mr.Damodaran - [protected].But when I tried to his number it was switched off for the full day .Next day I have received SMS that my citibank Credit card is undelivered due to incorrect address.Immediately I have called to the Executive Damodaran for checking the status ,he has told me that on march 25 he could not deliver my courier due to his vehicle got punctured
      But he has provided the comments against my courier Address incorrect.Please take necessary actions to deliver my courier & take severe actions on this type of executives who provides wrong details & spoil the name of the Blue Dart

        Blue Dart damaged my passport

        I work for an IT company and recently had to go abroad for attending a business meeting. I applied for a visa and had to send my passport to Delhi for the stamping. Since Blue Dart is the only private courier company in India which is authorised to handle passports, my passport was sent to the embassy through Blue Dart.         Kotak Mahindra Bank had sent me a new Debit card sometime around 18th January 2011 through Blue Dart (airway Bill No.[protected]) to my Ghaziabad address. This consignment was delivered to some unauthorized person on 27th of January 2011 as I & my family were away from Ghaziabad for the entire month of January 2011 & the house was locked till 12th February when we returned to our Ghaziabad residence.

        That debit card fell in wrong hands & that person has fradulently withdrawn Rs 60000/- from my Account. I have suffered a very heavy loss.I would like that a suitable action is initiated against Blue dart ghaziabad at the earliest. The stolen card was utilized on 6th March 2011 to make withdrawals & I came to know of withdrawal of money while checking statement on 7th March.

          i ordered a slipper from www.yebhi.com however they sent it through blue dart . order no: YBH302205, Airway bill number:[protected] , shipping provider: blue dart, worth Rs-995

          however the blue dart has delivered it at wrong address and they arent responding to our queries in a well manner and are saying that they have delivered the item, when we have not recieved it . however we sent an email to yebhi .com for the refund they also havent refunded the amount till now ........................
          we have settled the dispute with www.yebhi.com, as our package was regained on 8 march and the blue dart had deliver it on the wrong address. however we would like to withdraw the complaint

            I have applied for a new PAN Card wide application no [protected] to NSDL Mumbai & got the parcel to be delivered by the Blue Dart Express Ltd wide their receipt no [protected] which further reached on 19/2/2011 at Delhi. But till next three to four days,I didn't get the parcel after then I made a complaint about at their Najafgarh Road,Delhi office via phone at which they told me that there was nobody at home which is absolutely false as always my parents remains at home for all the day.
            Then they agreed to reschedule to deliver within next two days, again which they didn't delivered the parcel & returned to the origin.
            Therefore I request you to strictly avoid the services for the same company as they are cheating with the govt as well as public too.

              I am very much disappointed by the lack of professionalism and approach towards customer grievances by the so called advertised "experts in couriers services in the whole of South-East Asia:BLUE DART".

              My package (Cong Number [protected]) was booked from Dimapur, Nagaland on the 11th of Feb.2011 (Friday) and the promised date of delivery was on 14th Feb2011 (Monday) at Noida, UP. As evident from the nature of the complaint, the package was not delivered in time, the package was very brutally handled with the contents inside totally destroyed and the officials had no track of the package. Following were the events that followed.

              1. On the 14th of Feb 2011 the package was failed to be delivered following which I called up the Customer Care service and lodged my complaint. I was assured that the package will be delivered the next day. The tract report in the website said that Consignee not in place, which is false as the place to be delivered was my office. My Office timings are from 9am to 5pm and i have been waiting since Monday till Wednesday up-to 7pm for the package.
              2.Second day again the package is not delivered. Customer Care again reassures delivery the next date.Tract report still the same.
              3.Third day again delivery not done, track report suggests that the consignee premises were closed that too at noon 2.30 pm. The guards in my office are the ones who usually pick up mail and couriers and they are on duty 24/7. My office receives parcels,mails and couriers even on Sundays.
              A guy from the Customer Service gives me the Noida office number but noone there is the least bothered to pick up the call even for once.I stop calling them after nearly 65 calls.
              Late evening I get a phone call from the noida office and the reason given is that the person who brought the package for delivery had problem with the address.Funny enough that when the package holds the consignee's mobile number why dont these guys have the brains to call up the consignee and clarify the address?And on top of all they kept on uploading false track reports.
              4.On Thursday i get the package and the material inside was totally broken.It contained a photo frame made of glass.
              5.I call up the officials at the Dimapur Office who talk very rudely and blames the sender for the mistake.I ask them that when the package was being packed infront of them and knowing that it contains glass why didnt they put a fragile sticker over it?The guy replies that they usually dont take glass for courier and just because the customer forced him to send it he did it which means that the officials in the Dimapur office are working against company policies.So tomorrow if a guy walks into your office with a gun in his hands and ask you to deliver a bomb you will do it.
              This is my second bad experience in the last one month span which clearly tell me not to commit the mistake o[censored]tilizing or referring the courier services of BLUE DART ever again.

              Later on Thursday I get a call from the Noida office for confirmation of receiving the package. I tell them the condition for which all I get is a big silence. I do not expect for a miracle to happen from their sides after seeing all the complaints lodged in this site. They wont rectify their mistakes ever so I have decided to rectify myself by not opting their services ever in my life.

                A shipment from my bank was sent to me thru BlueDart couriers, Thane. Since I knew I would be unable to receive it personally, I requested my mother to atay at my hous eto receive the same. As suggested by the bank I provided a letter of authorization, my passport which carries my mother's name and her photo IDs with her to present to the courier boy. He refused to handover the package to my mother quoting that "Surnames do not match". Obviously,since I am married, the last names will not match. Moreover we tried explaining to him that we beingsouth indians, we do not have surnames. Even my mother-in-law has a different last name tahn mine. While the bank is clear about what they wnt, Blue Dart is absolutely illogical!!!!

                  hi my name is prajyot kuckian,,,,i have sended a parcel throught new jersey to bhubaneswar for my fiance,, parcel contend valentines gift,, i sended to her frnd so she can be surprise wen will reach to her,, but wen parcel reached i was suprised by missing digital camera n a ladies purse,,there were two parcel one was regular with electronice digital camera i had insured it n shown n second one was sent throught cargo bcoz it had perfumed both reached togeter on 3rd february 2011 to my fiances frnds place wen it was handed over to her,, by blue dart courier guy named litu akka arjun boran a they said me wen i complaitian he said her that one box has electronic n another has lapptop ,,how come he knew it had electronic,,the parcel came from cargo was sealed but another one wich had camera was cut from one side as if somone can put their had n drag out few things,, my fiances frnds dnt opened it bcoz it was suprise to somone n she sign wen my fiance opened it camera n purse was missing,, rest evrything this is there,, even accessiories of digital camera is there,, but camera is missing i complaint bombino office same day n waited for 3 days to reply but i dnt got any ,,so today i called up BHUBANESHWAR

                  i spoke with a guy name kishore as he said to me , i guess he lied he was so rude,, nt ready to listen to me wen i said abt all this he called that guy and asked did you told abt electronics in that parcel he said no n siad both parcel was sealed ,,, they started blaming me n my fiances frnd,, how she sign n all wen m saying he had mentioned abt all those things n box was open for one side flower petals wich i had added in there was falling down they dnt listened to me n said talk to ur new jersey office n kept the phone,, it was so rude there is no customer service blue dart had so brand name in this market ,, but thye dnt have people with good communication skills,,, cant tackle the situations they run,,, im pretty sure that courier guy has stolen my digital camera ,,,,,so i wanna take a serious action to it,,, can someone help me in this,, plz will be really appreciated,,,

                      despathched on 02.02.2011 with correct delivery address but surprised to know from the courier website that address of consignee incorrect and unable to deliver. after contact the recipient and Chennai branch of courier office[protected] we came to know that the address was correct and our recipient had to collect it personally from the particular courier delivery office . this caused lot of tension and calls and time. kindly look into this matter as such incidents can cause lot of loss to the consignee and consignor.

                      I have taken a very bitter experience by sending one Parcel from BLUE DART Courier service.
                      I booked a small envelope on 14.10.2009 at Blue Dart’s Patiala Office. The Patiala Office assured me to deliver the envelope by 16.10.2009. They had asked me to pay Rs. 230/-, the amount is 9 times higher than SPEED POST charges. The bill number was [protected].

                      Even after charging 9 times, the Parcel was NOT delivered to my son at the given address till 17 00 Hrs on 20.10.2009.
                      My son had to walk to the Mysore office of BLUE DART to take the delivery at 17 45 Hrs. on 20.10.2009.
                      Such poor service reflects badly on their claim to deliver the goods in time.
                      I shall never use BLUE DART Courier service in future and advice all my well wishers to keep away from this courier service.
                      Even after charging a whooping sum of Rs. 230/- , which is 9 times higher than the Speed-post charges, they delivered the parcel like an ordinary post.

                        I am very Upset with the behavior of the Workers/Labours of Blue Dart Service Hyderabad.
                        My Wife's Parcel was withheld by Blue Dart, They are so Poor an helpless that they cant organize delivery at many places one among was my wifes place, My wife is Pregnant and cannot travel so long 70 KMS to pick up the parcel I called from Melbourne, Australia and requested One Mr Praveen since Morning 8:30 AM and asked about requirement about pickup by third party (My Brother) The requested to get ID proof of Addressee and Collection Person and Original Receipt. When they reached there They refused to handover the parcel and demanded for Authorization Letter from the Addressee, This Cheap people dont have enough sources to deliver and rather they want authorization either the person go back 70 KMS and come back with Authorization letter or my pregnent wife should go out and fax theese craps the Authorization letter ? when asked about morning call Praveen is Hiding and not coming on phone call, another one Mr. Murali posing as CEO/Chairman says they have no questioning authority. And do whatever you want.
                        Who is concerned about such a Service ???
                        No Customer Respect, No Manners, No Questioning Authority and Jungle Law prevails in Blue Dart. Its Service with all illiterates.

                          I received a call from Blue dart fr address confirmation on 17/jan/2011. but he did not dispatchd that courrir and rtured undlivered back to chnaii HDFC.

                          I always receive a message that the Blue Dart attempted to deliver the shipment but the premise was locked, though all the time there are people in the house as we are a joint family and this only happens for the credit cards sent by the bank.

                          I believe, that Blue Dart is a useless provider and Indian Postal Services are much much better than Blue Dart.

                          I would strongly recommend and suggest to all the consginers not to use Blue Dart Services as this Company should be shut down! They are usless and lie through their teeth and provide harassment to the consignees!

                              This is in regard to the courier undelivered by Blue Dart Express Limited, Jayanagar 2nd block Branch, Bangalore.

                              I got a call from Mani, Blue Dart services on 3rd Jan 2011 @ 2.30 saying i have a courier to be delivered and clarified the address (Residence).
                              After clarifying the address i asked him to come after 6.30 as nobody will be there @ home. The guy said he cant come after 6.30 and wanted me to take half a day leave to collect the courier.
                              After 2 days i got a call from indiranagar branch saying my courier is due to deliver @ office address (my office is been shifted to Koramangla, i had changed the communication address to Residence).

                              When i tried to convey the same in customer contact center number[protected]Kavitha) It was a very bad experience we have to listen n oblige what they say. They wont listen to us.

                              Kindly request if anybody can help me cause the courier is my ATM card
                              Iam facing this problem from past 30 days i am not able do any trasaction due to this..i have to tranfer the amount to some of my friends and get the cash from them.

                                I had ordered my Personal Photographs online from Snapfish. This packet was not delivered to me i chased for this parcel to Bluedart for a moNth and at last after there investigation they said the parcel has been not traced and asked for Sorry, which doesnot help in anyways, if tommorow my photographs are misussed bluedart is Responsible for it.
                                The delivery Status shows 6th Dec , which was handed over to Shalini leaving in the next house. On enquiry she denied of receiving any parcel. It is the negligance of the delivery boy which may lead to serious consequences.

                                  The gift had been given to Blue Dart for delivery with complete address and Phone numbers.

                                  Following are the details of my consignment, this is second time im facing this problem.

                                  Subject: Pls deliver at my parcel at this addres TODAY !!

                                  Hello! Blue Dart Team of Bangalore,

                                  Its a matter of disgrace that you have not delivered my parcel till date!
                                  It was 9 days ago on[protected]Thursday) that I consigned a parcel from your Guwahati office
                                  with the assurance that it will be deliverd on Saturday. (No. [protected])
                                  You did not deliver on the said day and
                                  on Monday, the 24th your delivery boy went on consignee's address only to find nobody there.
                                  However he did not make a call to consignee (her no. was mentioned on the parcel) to ask her
                                  whereabouts. On Tuesday when I called on to your Bangalore office, you told that parcel
                                  was not delivered due to non-availability of consignee at the address. Had your person delivered
                                  the parcel on Saturday 22nd August on time he could have found the consignee because that
                                  happened to be her holiday. Nevertheless, even after so much harrassment and even after so many
                                  contacts over phone with your person he failed to deliver the consignment till date. Now he has
                                  stopped attending the call from consingee!!!
                                  Its really disgusting!! I never expected such a poor service from BlueDart!!
                                  The parcel was a gift and due to abnormal delay by you it has lost its time-value!!
                                  I wish you people could understand your responsibility and deliver the parcel on time.

                                  did not deliver credit card despite contnuous follow up
                                  Consignment Note#[protected] shipped from Chenna on 31.1.13, to Bangalore, not received as yet(6.2.13). Contacted customer service and they advised to contact Blue Dart, N S Palya, Bannerghatta Road, Near Alliance College, Near Uduppi Hotel. They are unable to provide the contact number of this office. From Justdial, we got their number and talked to them. They said, it will be delivered today but till the writing of this message, the item is not delivered. Today(6.2.13) again I contacted them at about 4.30PM but I was told that they are on break and to call them after 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I found their line busy or not responding. Therefore, I contacted customer service but they disconnected the line. It is really frustrating that a company of repute, Blue Dart and their staff function so irresponsibly and least bothered about customer satisfaction/convenience. Top management of the company to be blamed for this state of affairs.

                                    This is to inform you that, I was expecting a vital consignment from my bank HSBC couple of weeks back.

                                    When I inquired few days back, about its non delivery, I came to know that it is returned.

                                    Let me tell you that though me and my spouse are both working, still my wife stayed home to receive the same on 16th dec 2010 after getting their confirmation of delivery on that day but no body appeared on the day. Next day a delivery person came and informed my relative in my house that last week he has gone back 3 times earlier and now he returns as he requires a proof of identity. Now my question is...if I had to believe he returned 3 times earlier then why he tells the requirement of identity proof on 4th time(it should be 1st time) and not in 1st time and why BLUDART fails to deliver on committed date(16 Dec2010). Are we expected to stay back in home to receive the same for indefinite time?

                                    Now when I called your customer care on this Saturday( 18th dec 2010) one customer care lady confirmed me the delivery on this Wednesday( 22Dec 2010) . Now I took a day off from my office and stayed back to receive the same today(22 Dec 2010) . When it doesn't appear on promised time, I called your customer care only to find that it has been returned to the sender. I had to call back my bank and arrange the delivery to bank branch itself so that I can pick it up from there only.

                                    I am totally fed up with BLUDART''s delivery persons and systems.They only cheat and harras people on the name of on time delivery
                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I send one parcel on date may 03-2011 with reference number:[protected].The parcel did not reach the destination.The reason was that the company forgot to put a sticer on the parcel.Even the recipient was available, they did not deliver the parcel.Now i am calling the customer care, they are only telling that it will be delived on today(6-may), but still the recipient did not get the package.


                                    This type of service makes me never use bluedart in future unless this issue is not rectiried ASAP.

                                      This is Shailender Kadayan,sir m not satisfied with your service,i applied for policy money i.e policy no[protected] and available no-[protected].You sent my check on[protected] through Blue dart courier but i have not get my check till now.I called so many times to blue dart courier but at morning they said definately your check will be reach today but it not happend when i called at evening they said i dint find your address.Its become 4 days every day they said like that and that person gave me the no of Motinagar Branch of Blue dart courier when i called over there no one pick up the phone .

                                      Second time i complained you of service Blue dart courier.Please sir i need this money very urgently.I would be very thankful to you if send my check asap on my address which i written below.

                                      I experienced it twice.
                                      My Kotak credit card was rejected sent through blue dart saying address is incomplete and could not be delivered.
                                      Second time they send, it says address invalid.
                                      Now HDFC credit card was sent through same Bluedart, same is the case.
                                      Till date I have not recieved any of my credit cards.
