It's pathetic company who does not take customer's concern and requirement seriously. Contineously i've been following for my urgent documents ([protected])from the bank but in return very poor response getting from the customer care executives.They've even updated wrong information to thier system , that they've attempted to deliver it Thrice but in actual they'd only attempted once for delivery. Due to my stretch working hours i am unable at home for receiving the letter , but when Blue Dart have mentioned their working hours between 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. , they should give some extra minutes to facililate thier customers who are unable due to working schedule as I am having. After all my daily followups, finally to my shock casually they've returned the letter to the bank when it was confirmed to me yesterday i,e, 26/04/2010 that they'll somehow manage to deliver it by 6.30 p.m. , It is shame for this kind of company to exist in Courier industry , where their main motive should be to give better facility to thier customer , when they are already charging high from the them.
It's pathetic company giving false information to their customer. It is always better to stick with Govt. post rather than relying on non-cooperative companies.

This letter is very urgent to me , incase if i fail to do my relevant work due to Blue dart failure of delivery of letter , strong action will be taken.

This company is very unreliable; please ask all your vendors to use DHL...at least not to use Blue Dart!
The staff of this company does not have any manners to talk either!

    Blue Dart — Worst delivery service by Blue dart on way bill no 69054366533

    Main problem is delivery people don't carry any cell phone so that they won't be tracked. None of the person came to my house for delivery but they made a statement that address is incomplete. its been more than a week to deliver a product and they said i have to collect it from main office. Worst service.
    It is not an entry restricted building, lots of online purchase done from this office, and every items delivers timely, only Bule Dart is the only courier company, who finds the restricted enrty in this building. This the the worse courier service I have ever seen, full of worthless people. It's does not deserve any RATING.

      This is regarding refusal of delivering credit card by the courier delivery executive of blue dart.

      Primafacia - The person came with the delivery package - a credit card from ICICI Bank. he said that I may produce either my driving licence or PAN card. On production of driving licence, he asked for PAN card details. My driving licence is genuine, I failed to understand why he asked for another id proof. That annoyed me. he went without delivering the card.

      If this blue dart employees will do...then i don't think that anybody will be interested in getting services from blue dart.

      Second concern is the collection of credit card any how that bank has to see how they will get me that courier delivered.
      To Bluedart,

      I am Niteen from Jodhpur. I have two complaints regarding for your poor services. In october I have ordered an Dinner set from Homeshop18, But they contact me for my address and then tell me to wait at a place for 15 minutes. I waited for 2 hours but none of them come to me. After ward I go For the office of Blue dart in jodhpur and again they tell me to wait for 10 minutes and again I waited for more than I hour in the office for my consignment. Second Now I have ordered an Camera from homeshop18 and my waybill no . is [protected], which is to be delievered on 8 Dec.2009, But when I tracked my Consignement for Status I have Seen they have comment as, "Consignee address is wrong." They never tried to contact me for the verification of my address and just put up a comment for that, How can they do that. I am now thinking to go to the Consumer forum For both of the companies, Homeshop18 and Blue dart for their lack of service and poor services.

        But when I confirmed from the Ghaziabad office I came to know that the above mentioned coureer wad sent back to the origion without informing me and when I asked the local cureer boy who looks Blue dart (Hapur) I came to know that din't receive it. When I made a call to your Gzb office the responce of the office incharge Mr.Yogesh([protected]) of gzb was not good and satisfactory.

          I purchased a mobile from ebay on 03 march 2010, which was to be delivered by the Blue Dart Curiour but i have not received the product yet. When contected the local blue dart office at janakpuri the person adressed himself Kumar used abusive language and thteatened not to make a call next time.

            BLUEDART - consignment no. [protected], the Delivery man come to our door step to deliver the consignment, the lady at home asked him what you came for, in that the person has very rudely replied & leave the place saying, your consignment will be sent back to sender. & the Consignment not deliver, later when we try to track For consgnment got respounce that permises was looked, this is bad service which was given by BLUE DART courier service.

              Hi,
              A set of important documents were sent to Mumbai on 25th Feb 2010. Even after constant follow ups the documents were not delivered on time. Blue dart claimed the consignee was closed when attempted to deliver. I found out there was no entry made at the gate nor did the delivery boy leave a note of his arrival. With no alternate the consignee himself had to personally collect the documents from Blue dart office on 3rd March 2010.

              At first Blue dart accepted the delay and obliged to refund once i proved missing entry at gate of the delivery boy and no chit/note was left at the consignee`s location. Nothing happened even after repeated follow ups. Today a Blue dart superior tries to claim the consignee was closed when Blue dart attempted to deliver,again back to square one.

              My interest is not to claim 250 Rs but unwilling to pay for inferior service.
              Pls register this complaint and guide how to proceed.

                Blue DART COURIER was supposed to deliver a parcel Waybill Number : [protected] Reference No : ORA[protected]TS to me from INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB NEW DELHI. THE PARCEL WAS BOOKED WITH AN 'INCOMPLET ADDRESS' BY INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB. BUT MY MOBILE NO WAS ON THE PCL. INSTEAD OF CALLING THE MOBILE NUMBER AS GIVEN ON THE PCL TO VERIFY THE ADDRESS, THEY CHOSE TO SIMPLY RETURN THE PCL TO INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB!. THEY HAVE NOT FOLLOWED DUE PROCEDURE BY CONTACTING ME ON THE GIVEN MOBILE NO> ON THE PCL. LEADING TO SO MUCH INCONVENIENCE TO ME to GET THE PARCEL WHICH IS STILL AWAITED AFTER ALMOST THREE MONTHS!

                THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM BLUE DART IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

                  I would like to inform you that i have purchased some goods on line they send it through Bluedart courrier(track id [protected]) & first flight(track id D[protected] , the item has not deliveried to me , when i track it i found that they are showing that consginee not available but the reality is that thay have not contacted me at all , they did not try to ring me up . kindly look into this matter.

                  i completely agree with the above...

                  the wrost experience was mine when i ordered a product which has to be courier through first flight courier company (LA0423148)...
                  it has to travel from hyderabad to raipur...

                  but the fools traveled it from hyderabad to indore indore to nagpur and nagpur to raipur which took 5 days the hell is the service and i didn't get the product yet...and no customer responce is there...the route can be hyderabad to nagpur and nagpur to raipur...but what to say ...suffering is for only customers not for others...

                  the wrost experience...with first flight courier their seervices and customer care support...

                  i have send 19 emails of complaint but they not even answer me one of them...

                  they not even pick up the calls and give right informations only postponed dates nothing else...


                  all the reviewers i want to tell you that be aware of this and choose a good courier servics...

                      Dear Sir/Mam

                      The courier person from Blue Dart comes for a courier delivery from my bank.
                      He asks me to sign and give my phone/cell number on his delivery record for handing over the courier.
                      I sign the paper to receive and argues over giving phone number. I say you can check my ID for
                      verification if I am the right person for this courier as the courier is on my name. Even then he argues for my number. I tell him that I do not give my personal numbers and you show me your rule for asking cell number. I also tell him that even government services from postal department does not ask phone number, who are you to ask my number? He keeps arguing but gives me the courier angrily.

                      I want to know what is the rule and can they really ask for the number or what does the law say?
                      Please help as this could serve everybody better.

                      The courier vendors require the phone numbers so that the concerned company or the bank who has sent you the courier can keep a record of it.

                      the POD number is recorded in the company's record and helps it trace your courier as the courier vendor may falter at times..

                      You should not argue with the vendor as he is not asking for anythin wrong.
                      Incomplete records make it hard for the company to trace.

                      so please cooperate with the vendors, they will not distribute your personal numbers or call you..its kept confidential and that is the rule.

                        I had sent a courier by bluedart on 22nd Jan 2010 from Lucknow to Mumbai AWB no. [protected].

                        The courier has not reached till 25th Jan 2010. While the online tracking shows nothing but flight delayed/ cancelled. On trying to call the Lucknow Bluedart office, I get false reassurances that it would get delivered today.
                        i also sent courier thru bd. But i never had such an issue

                          I munish sharma applied for the PAN card. The Income tax department send me the PAN card through Blue Dart Express Ltd. vide airway bill no. [protected]. At the time of Delivery they said that it out of Delivery area, and you have to collect it from our faridabad centre.

                          This is totally harrasing to the consumer, if it is an out of delivery area then why should they received it from the Department for delivery.

                          Kindly give instruction to Income tax department that they should not send any courier by Blue Dart Express.

                            My AWB – [protected] and it contains a DELL laptop. Thinking of sending it thru BLUE DART for safe and sure delivery. I shipped it from Bangalore on 8th Jan 2010 for HPR (Hoshiarpur). But the shipment didn’t reach still on 16th Jan 2010. After chasing with customer care, got to know that shipment is missing. Still they are unable to trace where the shipment is. Could you pls take any action accordingly. All the necessary paperwork and shipment value was declared at the time of shipment.

                            I contacted the Hoshiarpur branch (Mr. Bajwa) he is telling that it is missed and we received only Papers. On arguing with him that how the shipment was missed he said the labor guys are not P.hd degree holders...so it's missed, you do whatever you want.

                            This was not expected from courier giant like BLUE DART… how far the claim is true??? if we donot deliver, money will be returned…but here full shipment is missing…. pls help to trace the shipment at the earliest.

                              I have been dealing with Blue dart/DHL for 20 years and this is the first time I have been very disappointed by your incapable staff at CSC. Mr Niranjan in particular is a birdbrained person who assured me that it would be delivered today itself even though he know very much that it was not possible. Having such staff on the rolls just lets down your customer credibility.

                                As per all pension scheme rules, I have duly filled up all the formalities requested on pension form. Till date I have not received any information or any due amount which I have to receive from pension department.

                                  I have a very bad impression with BLUEDART Courier service of Bhubaneswar.As HDFC Chennai sent me one parcel on 26th Dec 2009 but still 2nd of Jan 2010 Bluedart service didn't deliver my parcel with docket no.[protected].As per their sms I contacted Bluedart office.They denied to hand over my parcel at their office.Even they asked me for any timeslot to delivery.I also co-operate with them for the same & gave a timeslot.But Their agent has not come at all.I don't know what they are doing.I also booked complain with their Kolkata Bluedart office.They have also no responsibility. I hope that All Bhubaneswar people should aware of their service & should hire Bluedart courier accordingly.As per me BLUEDART BHUBANESWAR is a very bad courier service among all.Don't hire them or don't hire their service.

                                  Dear All,

                                  BLUEDART is one of the best couriers in India, but as per my view, its service is very bad. An important Docs had sent from BBSR to Cuttack, which is only 30km. distance. Couriered it on 12/06/2010, POD- [protected]. Where other courier delivered in the same day or very next day, till 15th docs not delivered in Cuttack.

                                  When called to the BLUEDART office in BBSR and Cuttack, no one is picking up the phone.

                                  In this compititive market, if this type of service provided, I'm sure people will change their mind. We prefer better service not good name as BLUEDART.

                                  I also have similar experience with BlueDart, Bhubaneswar . They are also rude and just do not deliver consignments to areas well within the city limits. One of my consignments was returned back to Mumbai and then routed through another courier - in the process it took almost a month to get the material. Unfortunately most of the courier services in Bhubaneswar are bad. I have a better experience with First Flight courier.

                                  I also agree with the statement, 'we want service in place of brand name', since we pay for service not for the brand name.

                                  Not sure, how we can really take these guys to task..

                                  This is to inform you that, Blue Dart service is something like your eyes turn blue in dark light.

                                  This is real experience which I had today only and wanted share with you.

                                  I suppose to receive an envelope from Mumbai and to be delivered to Bangalore residence address. I got tracking number from shipper and checked on web it found to have mentioned flight delayed. I called up customer care (CC) they confirmed that it would be delivered before 6:30PM. I called again at 5:55PM CC confirmed delivery boy left office for delivery. I was waiting at gate till 6:40pm but no one turn out. I checked again on webpage, it found have documented with address incorrect.

                                  I called CC again and requested why the consignment was not delivered, she didn’t have answer and she mentioned that delivery boy has reached back office. I questioned her again why the delivery boy didn’t contact the customer. She mentioned that the consignment may not have contact number. I confirmed her that the shipper was requested to provide the mobile number on the consignment and was confirmed to be documented on the same. She was asked with consignment available address. She mentioned to contact Mr. Praveen at Blue Dart office.

                                  When I reached HSR Blue dart office one of the executive requested for airway and checked that the envelope was available at the office. He requested me to wait in the lobby.

                                  Another executive reached me with the envelope, and started explaining me that the delivery boy who suppose to visit my residence area is on leave and some other person visited. Then I asked him to check the address and number on the envelope which found to available. Later I asked him whether the delivery boys does not have mobile or a rupee to call customer to confirm address. He didn’t had the answer for that. Then I asked him why the posting has been mentioned on the web that the address was incorrect. He didn’t had answer for that also. I also shown him the same address used for FedEx and DHL who can deliver the consignment why Blue Dart being more domestic can’t deliver the consignment?

                                  I found that they didn’t have answer for the questions raised.

                                  If you compare prize for the shipment (higher than any other local shipper). They can’t provide the service which is within their limits.

                                  BLUE DART is he worst courier service at BHUBANESWAR. THE DELIVERY AGENTS ARE CALLOUS ADAMENT AND SOME HAVE CRIMINAL TENDENCY. THEY EXPECT PERK AND MONITARY BENEFIT TO DELIVER URGENT PACKETS.THE CALL CENTRE OFFICERS ARE INEFFECTIVE AND CALLOUS. I Have bitter experience relating to consignment no-[protected] despatched from Chenai but I have not received the parcel yet. On tracing the consignment I found that the delivery agent has falsely mentioned "Consignee Not Available At Given Address". This is quite false. The delivery agent did not visit my place a tall. I contacted the BULE DART office on 10.12.2010 and they promised to send on 11th again today I contacted office and the delivery agent but they expressed their inability to deliver my parcel before noon. So nobody sould send any document through BLUE DART courier specially when it is destined to Bhubaneswar

                                  Blue Dart — very poor services

                                  i am very disappointed with the services of blue dart moradabad. i was to receive a mug from zoomin which was shipped on 7th through BLUEDART - [protected] but i have not received it till date and i had called the moradabad thrice but the person who picked up the phone responded stating that our staff is very bad and i admit that the services of our centre are poor and i cannot help you. why are we ppl paying so much to this reputed company if we come to here such answers pls justify????

                                  yes this blue dart service is really bad.They are not thinking the policy they running their company will drown them.In my case they are refusing to deliver my letter from a bank saying address written in letter is not matching with my actual address.But cum'on is it really possible to write each and every detail of my address.The letter has my Quarter No, Flat No, Pin Code, Land Mark, name of colony where i live.By the way i lived in a very know place in kolkata as it happens to be a Headquarters of Central Government Department.So it is obvious that there is n alternate address and hence no mistake.But these shameless people say even a minute road no which is not regularly used by us is not in the address.They need to know i live in the Flat not road where they have to deliver the letter.Matter still just between two parties, i haven't gone to consumer court till now but i am seriously considering that.

                                  i disagree to above as the company adhere to the policy laid down by the consignor and the courier company cant deviate the same.if somebody has the bitter experience he can contact the shipper/consignor of the said packet and get clarified and can get their pkt by clarifying with the consignor..as i had the same experience with blue dart once upon a time.But when i spoke with the consignor i could able to understand the problem why bluedart did not delivered my packet.latter i corrected the problem with my address and now i am a happy customer of Bluedart.I think the best service provider is the bluedart.

                                  the service for Bluedart is indeed very bad. My student has been trying since so many days for delivery of a particular polymer (PGA) procured from Sigma, Bangalore, but Bluedart has not been receiveing any calls nor is responsible (they say) for any damage or loss or delay.

                                  I have been trying to call on[protected]which doesnot exist) and the other numbers like[protected]never ever picked up any call) keeps ringing and there is no one to receive it.

                                  I wonder, it courier services were for easy and quick services, then Blue dart should not have been registering for this cause, and it should be penalised for the same.

                                  Very very poor services.

                                    To Blue Dart

                                    This is regarding refusal of delivering credit card and usage of harsh language by the customer care person in Blue Dart office chennai and misguidance by delivery executive of blue dart.

                                    The delivery executive came with a delivery package while I was not at home and asked my mom for my id proof and said collect the id proof and will be deliverying the pack next day. Next day while the id proof was shown he gave a slip from Blue dart and asked to call the # 28241234. While i contacted through phone the person who attended the phone was not interested to answer my question and spoke in harsh manner. Finally he said show the id proof of the person who is collecting the card. Next day a delivery executive came and said the person to whom the pack is addressed should sign and get pack and again he asked to called me in the same phone#. While i contacted thru phone who person was not ready to talk and so harsh, and said the pack is retured to the bank if you need you call the bank and get it again. I haven't seen a customer care like this.

                                    I will never use blue dart in my lifetime.

                                    I am planning to call HSBC and cancel my credit card if they are going to deliver through Blue Dart again.

                                    WEF 24/11/2008 CONTACTING TO BLUE DART REGARDING CREDIT CARD DELIVERY, BUT NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVING AND REQUESTED TO DELIVER THE CREDIT CARD AFTER 5.00 PM BUT REFUSED TO DELIVER. REQUESTED TO DELIVER MY OFFICE ADDRESS VIZ. CONTROLLER, CQA(A) KHADKI, pUNE-411003 THIS REQUEST ALSO THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER. MOBILE NO. IS [protected]. I HAVE CONTACTED AXIS BANK CUSTOMER CARE ON 27TH NOV 2008.

                                    Very strongly agree, ridiculous service levels even in Ahmedabad!!!
                                    I was at home also, even then I got nothing! & customer care person says, "Thank you for calling Blue Dart", and bangs the phone in my face!!!
                                    Is this customer care service, or customer penalize service?!!!

                                      I want to lodge complaint against BlueDart Courier Cust Care, Pune[protected].
                                      I had to collect my shipment on Dec 28, 2009. I called up cust care no to know the status. They said that shipment would be delivered near by 6 PM. After 6, when I checked my shipment status, I found comment as "Need Dept Name/Extn.No:Unable To Deliver". I had already given my phone number and full postal address. Again I called up Cust Care and they provide me some nos[protected]/31.
                                      I called up at this no but no one entertained me. Dec 28, 2009 gone now.
                                      On Dec 29,2009, I called up cust care again to know the shipment status, they said it would be delivered today but didnt give any specific time. When I told them that current status is "Need Dept Name/Extn.No:Unable To Deliver" and I am not supposed to share my xtension no and I have already provided my mobile phone number, so the delivery should have given me a call. They replied "Not all our delivery boy carry mobile phones. You should contact at 65106830/31". I told them that no one is picking up the phone. They replied "from their you would the mobile no of delivery boy". What is this ? I am fed up of this reply. They are seriously not helping at all. :-(
                                      Can any action be taken against such customer care which are not helpful at all ?

                                      i want to cancel my policy my policy no. is[protected].policy is cancel now & cancel date is 11-12-09 courier date 15-12-09 but i don't have received still now so plz do something

                                        delivery urgently required:Unpolite Rude Behaviour by staff & refuse to deliver by Jamshedpue Office
                                        dear sir,
                                        I was informed by your office that there is a consignment by my name from Axis Bank containing my ATM card.
                                        On personally visiting the branch office they were unpolite & rude to me & refused to give the same even on production of my identity (Driving lisence/PAN card.)
                                        You are requested to dEliver the same at my residence adress as mentioned on the envelope to my parents/spouce in my absence.Else pls deliver the same to my office to me.My contact no-[protected].

                                        Blue Dart Courier — hidden charges

                                        I have sent an item through Blue dart courier , I was charged Rs 1060/- , when it was delivered the perso who recieved this package he was charges Rs 300/- .
                                        Now I want that Rs 300/- back.
