IS IT POSSIBLE TO FIND OUT THE FACT OF OUR CONSINGNMENT SENT FROM DEHRADUN TO MUMBAI ON 21.12.2010 BY AIR THROUGH BLUE DART VIDE POD NO.[protected] .TILL TODAY NOT DELIVERED AND NO ONE KNOWS WHEREABOUT. INSPITE OF SPENDING RS.3304/-FOR 24 KG .IS IT JUSTIFIABLE FOR THE ORGANISATION. THOUGH I FEEL ASHAMED TO SEND THIS MAIL TO YOU BUT I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION SINCE I AM NOT GETTING RESPONSE NEITHER FROM THEIR DEHRADUN OFFICE NOR FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME FOR THEM IT BECOMES A REGULAR FEATURE FOR BLUE DART DELHI IT SEEMS NOW A DAYS BLUE DART DELHI BECOMES BLUE OR DARK

Blue Dart-Ahmedabad — Non delivery of consignment

I booked 1 Raakhi gift from "sendgift2india.com"
The gift had been given to Blue Dart for delivery with complete address and Phone numbers.

Following are the details of my consignment, this is second time im facing this problem.

Blue Dart — Non-delivery of consingment

Subject: Pls deliver at my parcel at this addres TODAY !!

Hello! Blue Dart Team of Bangalore,

Its a matter of disgrace that you have not delivered my parcel till date!
It was 9 days ago on[protected]Thursday) that I consigned a parcel from your Guwahati office
with the assurance that it will be deliverd on Saturday. (No. [protected])
You did not deliver on the said day and
on Monday, the 24th your delivery boy went on consignee's address only to find nobody there.
However he did not make a call to consignee (her no. was mentioned on the parcel) to ask her
whereabouts. On Tuesday when I called on to your Bangalore office, you told that parcel
was not delivered due to non-availability of consignee at the address. Had your person delivered
the parcel on Saturday 22nd August on time he could have found the consignee because that
happened to be her holiday. Nevertheless, even after so much harrassment and even after so many
contacts over phone with your person he failed to deliver the consignment till date. Now he has
stopped attending the call from consingee!!!
Its really disgusting!! I never expected such a poor service from BlueDart!!
The parcel was a gift and due to abnormal delay by you it has lost its time-value!!
I wish you people could understand your responsibility and deliver the parcel on time.

did not deliver credit card despite contnuous follow up
Consignment Note#[protected] shipped from Chenna on 31.1.13, to Bangalore, not received as yet(6.2.13). Contacted customer service and they advised to contact Blue Dart, N S Palya, Bannerghatta Road, Near Alliance College, Near Uduppi Hotel. They are unable to provide the contact number of this office. From Justdial, we got their number and talked to them. They said, it will be delivered today but till the writing of this message, the item is not delivered. Today(6.2.13) again I contacted them at about 4.30PM but I was told that they are on break and to call them after 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I found their line busy or not responding. Therefore, I contacted customer service but they disconnected the line. It is really frustrating that a company of repute, Blue Dart and their staff function so irresponsibly and least bothered about customer satisfaction/convenience. Top management of the company to be blamed for this state of affairs.

    This is to inform you that, I was expecting a vital consignment from my bank HSBC couple of weeks back.

    When I inquired few days back, about its non delivery, I came to know that it is returned.

    Let me tell you that though me and my spouse are both working, still my wife stayed home to receive the same on 16th dec 2010 after getting their confirmation of delivery on that day but no body appeared on the day. Next day a delivery person came and informed my relative in my house that last week he has gone back 3 times earlier and now he returns as he requires a proof of identity. Now my question is...if I had to believe he returned 3 times earlier then why he tells the requirement of identity proof on 4th time(it should be 1st time) and not in 1st time and why BLUDART fails to deliver on committed date(16 Dec2010). Are we expected to stay back in home to receive the same for indefinite time?

    Now when I called your customer care on this Saturday( 18th dec 2010) one customer care lady confirmed me the delivery on this Wednesday( 22Dec 2010) . Now I took a day off from my office and stayed back to receive the same today(22 Dec 2010) . When it doesn't appear on promised time, I called your customer care only to find that it has been returned to the sender. I had to call back my bank and arrange the delivery to bank branch itself so that I can pick it up from there only.

    I am totally fed up with BLUDART''s delivery persons and systems.They only cheat and harras people on the name of on time delivery
    Dear Sir,

    I send one parcel on date may 03-2011 with reference number:[protected].The parcel did not reach the destination.The reason was that the company forgot to put a sticer on the parcel.Even the recipient was available, they did not deliver the parcel.Now i am calling the customer care, they are only telling that it will be delived on today(6-may), but still the recipient did not get the package.


    This type of service makes me never use bluedart in future unless this issue is not rectiried ASAP.

      This is Shailender Kadayan,sir m not satisfied with your service,i applied for policy money i.e policy no[protected] and available no-[protected].You sent my check on[protected] through Blue dart courier but i have not get my check till now.I called so many times to blue dart courier but at morning they said definately your check will be reach today but it not happend when i called at evening they said i dint find your address.Its become 4 days every day they said like that and that person gave me the no of Motinagar Branch of Blue dart courier when i called over there no one pick up the phone .

      Second time i complained you of service Blue dart courier.Please sir i need this money very urgently.I would be very thankful to you if send my check asap on my address which i written below.

      I experienced it twice.
      My Kotak credit card was rejected sent through blue dart saying address is incomplete and could not be delivered.
      Second time they send, it says address invalid.
      Now HDFC credit card was sent through same Bluedart, same is the case.
      Till date I have not recieved any of my credit cards.

        I am highly upset to see BLUE DART WORST SERVICE......... i haven't received my courier till date...though i have been constantly in touch with their customer service, below is my mail which i sent them from Blue dart page http://www.bluedart.com/servlet/RoutingServlet

        In ref to this above Waybill No : [protected], I haven't received my courier till date and from 7th of December, I have talked to Customer care at least 30 times, but they haven't delivered my consignment till date. Yesterday on friday 10th dec i waited for whole day, today i have been in touch with customer care people, Malti, Nitin, Julie, Sohaib, etc...BUT NO ACTION, till this time i haven't get my courier..........THOUGH THEY ARE SAYING YOU WILL GET IT WITHIN AN HOUR.

        Your customer care have not call us a single time to report our query....it seems like they are doing some prank with us... some time they say it will come at 3pm, 4pm, 6pm now 7pm, whole day i have waited for them, but they are simply making fun with us........i am surprise to see such shameful insensitive behavior from your customer care people and to see such a poor service from blue dart.

        When i will receive my courier? I want to have reply from you ASAP

        Blue Dart — Poor Service and not a good customer support

        I have sent Rakee by using Blue Dart Courier on Friday 19th Aug 2010 from Mumbai, Maharashata to Bhuj, Gujarat by paying Rs. 250.00. Right now it is noon on 24th Aug 2010 and parcel is still not reached.
        I DISAGREE FOR THIS AS IN SOME RARE CASE IF THE CONSIGNEE'S PLACE IS LOCATED AT THE LAST POINT FOR WHICH THE DELIVERY STAFF SEEMS TO ATTEMPT AS HIS LAST POINT AS PER IN THE ASCENDING ORDER AND ALSO AS WELL AS IF THE CUSTOMER HAS LEFT OUT DURING THE DELIVERY AT THIS SORT OF TIME, THEN THIS COMPLAINT MAY HAVE HAPPENED. ALSO THE CUSTOMERS MUST KINDLY LISTEN CAREFULLY THAT AN COURIER PERSON IS NOT AN ROBOT AND ALSO ITS NOT NECESSARY TO DELIVER THEIR SHIPMENT ON A TIME COMMITMENT BASIS. LOTS OF NATURAL DELAYS MAY OCCUR IN BETWEEN THE DELIVERY TIMING.SO IF YOU NEED THE DELIVERY ON A TOP MOST PRIORITY BASIS THEN KINDLY PAY THE NECESSARY CHARGES ON THE TIME OF BOOKING YOUR VALUABLE CONSIGNMENT AND THEN POST YOUR COMPLAINT IF ANY DEFAULT MADE BY ANY COURIER. DO NOT UPDATE YOUR WRONG AND NONSENSE COMPLAINT ON THE WEBSITE BY KEEPING THE MISTAKES AT YOUR PART.ALSO KINDLY YOU MUST CLEARLY ACCEPT THAT THE ADDRESS INFORMATION MAY ALSO BE NOT CLEAR ON THE GIVEN ADDRESS.         I agree with the complainer. He is writing very little about BLUE DART service. It is the most vulnerable company.
        I always prefer some other courier service just because this BLUE DART people has an attitude problem... I highly doubt that Mr.PRAKASH is also an employee of BLUEDART who just show the same attitude towards customer as their other CC Executives shows...

        @PRAKASH... All your arguments are null and void as complainant has called 30 times to Customer Care...
        Blue Dart is generally lazy bums they don't want to move out to deliver the stuff instead they want customers to collect the stuff from their office.From my experience with courier services of past two decades dealing with them extensively as coordinator fabindia kerala production & coordinationI can say that First Flight Couriers are the best. Speed post is much better than most of the couriers. First flight is only exemption.

          I have odered steel dining set from Home shop 18 and they handed the box to Blue dart courier to deliver the goods to me. I started to follow up so that i can get my courier on time. after the intimation from Homeshop 18 when i tried to trace the courier on the blue dart site, i came to know that someone came to my house and the premised was locked but the whole day i was there at my place waiting for the couier to come as i have already informed the courier company to delivery the goods on that particular specific day.when i didn't received the courier i decided to drop a mail to them and i personally visited the blue dart office personally but still i havent got my courier.

            Recently my aunty have redeemed her Mutual investments. The Mutual Fund AMC have send the cheque through Blue Dart courier(The fastest, most reliable door to door service).

            This Fastest service have taken just 7 days to deliver the cheque from Mumbai to Pune. But this is not the story.

            As the courier guy of this most reliable company didn't find my address, he have deliver it in the police station to a person called Bokhare (While my Aunty's surname is Jagtap). Because she have mentioned near police station in the address.

            Now the document is misplaced from police station and the that AMC is asking an indemnity bond of Rs. 220 for reissuing the new cheque.

            What a Reliable Company?

              On Tuesday i got a message stating Dlue dart was trying to deliver a consignment but returned because no one was there at home, but that is not true since my parents was there all time. so they asked me for a time slot to deliver it and i had 2 options one was between 12.00PM to 4.00PM and other was between 7.00PM to 10.00PM , so i sent 12.00PM to 4.0PM but i didnt get the courier yesterday (wednesday) so i called the Bluedart customer service and asked them why it was not delivered and they said it is because of rain, so i asked them to deliver it between 7.0PM to 9.00PM which they said they cannot do it since it was bank consignment , and so i asked them t deliver it on thursday 02/12/2010 between 12.00PM to 4.00PM but i didnt get it so again i called the Bluedart service and asked them what happen and they said they havent received any reqest to deliver it between 12.00PM to 4.00PM and it would be delivered before 9.00PM , so i asked them how that is possible for them to deliver it today in the evening as i was told the same was not possible yesyerday, but they could n answer that and said we dont have any record of you calling , so i asked what is the customer service that you provide and she responded like "Dont think only you an speak rude even i can speak rude"

              Note : i still havent got the courier.

                I had to receive a shipment from Noida. The Blue Dart in Chandigarh got it with them on November 22, 2010 which was scheduled to be delivered to my office in Chandigarh on November 23. Today is December 2 and I have not yet got it.

                After numerous attempts of phone calls and e-mails, I get a response everytime that it would be delivered in next few hours, but all in vain.

                If I track my shipment on their website, it shows "Consignee not available at the address". And the fact is BlueDart executive never came to my office and they admitted this fact on the phone.

                Pathetic service.

                      I had sent courier through Bluedart on 25th Nov from Noida to Jaipur. The waybill no is [protected] for the same. The courier has not been delivered by Bluedart and despite the mobile numbers of both the receiver as well as the sender being mentioned on the courier no call has been made by Bluedart to either of them. On calling up the customer service they do not give any answer as to when the courier will be delivered, are rude to the customer and also do not lodge a complaint .Kindly look into this matter as this is mentall harrassment of the customer and plus loss of documents etc being sent by the customer

                      Courier were dispatched to Delhi vide Blue Dart tracking number [protected] on 18th June to Delhi address.O floor Hotel, Crowne Plaza,New Friends Colony, New Delhi, 110025. Request you to investigate and arrange to make delivery on top priority.
                      My Name is Deepak Prasad ([protected]), I have ordered the sunglass from deal and You , They have courier the same by Bule dart AWB [protected] .
                      On confirm the same from blue dart i came to know that the courier is delivered on 12 Jul 2011.
                      But till date I have not received the same, when the same was again confirmed about the delivery detail it was communicated to me that they dont have name of the person whom the courier was delivered.

                      Address where the couriered was supposed to Deliver.: ICICI Bank , Sco 129-130, Ground Floor, Sector 9 C Chandigarh. - 160017

                      This is totally cheating from company end as they have not delivered the courier and on asking for delivery detail they also don't have any proper replay for the same.

                      Who will provide justice to me.
                      That was not expected from company Like Blue dart.
                      Worst Courier Service...
                      Overnight courier takes more than 5 days !!!, and no response to customer, they update false data on the tracking "No Such Consignee At The Given Address"...Why dont they call on the given no. if they come... because they dont come, just sitting in the office they update the false status...

                      If document is urgent to you... come and collect from their office... WORST Courier service Ihave ever seen, ...
                      Certainly SpeedPost is much much better...

                        I have sent a Courier by Blue Dart (Airway Bill No. [protected]) from Bangalore to Silchar on the 15th of November 2010. Even after 10 days when I found that the courier was not delivered, I found the following update:

                        Status :Out Of Delivery Area
                        Contact Customer Service

                        On contacting Customer Care in Silchar, they just coolly refused to do anything about the delivery saying the address of delivery (which is within 10 km of the Bluedat office) is out of delivery area.

                        Blue Dart takes 3 to 4 times more than India Post and doesn't want to provide services.

                        I think this is pathetic service and I should be compensated and those lazy employees be sacked.

                        Yes, Blue dart should be renamed to full dirt company, their courier person behaves like jerk.

                          Hello,

                          This is Abhijeet working with the Advertising Company. I was supposed to receive my HDFC Debit Card 15th November. I got a message from Blue Dart stating- we tried to Deliver a shipment to you. Please contact us.[with shipment number details]
                          1- I was available for the whole week in the office they why didn’t I receive the card?
                          2- If Blue Dart have really tried to contact me, then why they didn’t put a note at my company gate which all courier companies does.

                          When I tried to contact Blue dart services again on 19th November, I got a response from Jeniffer- [Supervisor I believe & very impolite lady] we will retrieve this shipment from HDFC and you will get it on Tuesday- 23rd November for SURE.
                          I did call again today [24th November] and I got a response from same lady that you need to call HDFC and ask them to resend that shipment. she simply showed that they are no more responsible for this and now it’s between you and HDFC.
                          Now, as this is the Debit Card shipment, my earlier card is blocked by HDFC and I am not able to use my account for ATM services.

                          If this lady would have told me earlier that we cannot retrieve the shipment and you contact HDFC directly, then I would have receive it much earlier. But just because of the negligence and poor service of Blue Dart I have faced this mental and fiscal trauma.

                          I would request to have some strict action on Blue Dart and its unorganized system.

                            Hi,

                            This is Narasimha, I was supposed to get a courier from Citi Bank. Citi Bank sent this courier to my Residential address.

                            1)Courier Field guy(Santosh : +91-[protected]) called me and asked my office details, then I asked him to deliver at my home address,which was mentioned on my courier. I could not receive it even after two days. Then I called him asked about the status. He replied that, the address is not correct and he directed to another office, and he gave his officer/Manager(Saravan: +91-[protected]) number,and told me that I can log a complaint with him or discuss any other matters.

                            2) Saravan(Manager of the field guy), told that there is no cross number and main number for my address.So, the address is invalid.
                            Is that true, every address in India must be having Cross #, and Main #???

                            Very Interesting part is that, I had received lot of couriers from the same agency from past 4 years at the same address.Finally, he had given another branch(Cunningham Road:[protected] office number to check my courier status.

                            3) This (Cunningham Road:[protected] guy told me that , he is busy and outside of the office and provided number of another guy called Selvam:[protected].

                            4) This Mr. Selvam say's that, Field guy mentioned that the address is incorrect , so we are RTO back to Citi bank i.e, Origin. I requested him to deliver it at my home address, otherwise I will collect it from their office. This sincere officer of the great Blue dart courier agency said that, He cannot hand over at their office, he can deliver at my home address only.He promised me that, he will deliver it by Monday, i.e. 22-Nov-2010.

                            Waiting for collect it by Monday, Mean while, I spoke to Customer care officer, who took 9 mins 24 Secs to check all my courier records and status and promised to deliver 100% at my home.

                            This is the very poor and irresponsible behavior from most expensive Courier agency in the market. They Quotes in advertisements that " They know Asia very well then the others ". Shame on you Blue Dart, Could not deliver to Bangalore inside city address with mobile number, and had delivered many times in the Past for the same address.

                              all the employes of blue dart are just useless...i was informed on my cell that a credit card packet from HDFC is to be delivered to me..but, at the time of delivery i was not at my place so told the courier man to plzz resend it after some time..then...he replied that he's not free for only my work..and will send my courier back to mumbai..and just wrote on the paper that the customer has not shown his I.D.....after 2 days when again they called 4 delivery then they told me the place where they can deliver my packet and again, they went to the wrong place .and from there the courier man just giving me a missed call.so that i wud call him back...this type of irresponsible behaviour is totally unexpected from the reputed courier service....this will surely make the image of blue dart down..

                                I am very annoyed with the blue dart service in Gorakhpur. Man who is having franchise of Blue dart in Gorakhpur is not a good person. My Courier(package) was reached to his office in the early morning it was confirmed by him when i called him. He said that he will delivery it to recipient by noon but when i again called him in the noon then he said he will deliver it by evening. Again when it didn't reached it by evening the he said it will not be deliver today then i got aggressive then he threaten me to burn my package. It was very shocking for me that blue dart is giving service to mafiaz (dacoit). He was very rude to me. In the last i sent one man to pick my delivery and at that time he also threaten that man. It was very bad experience to me. I will request blue dart official to do some query or give it to some other person.

                                and i would request to general person to donot use blue dart to send courier to gorakhpur.

                                  Blue Dart has the worst courier services I have ever used. I belong to Delhi and I am working in Pune for now. On Diwali, my mother had made some sweets at home and couriered me as I could not go home this Diwali. Blue Dart instructed to write "Home Made Sweets" on the box as the parcel contained edible item.
                                  The courier was dispatched. After waiting for 3-4 days for the courier, I checked the status online which showed that the courier has been delivered to ME on the previous day at 10:23 AM !!
                                  I had been at home for the whole day and I remember that no one had came. Blue Dart delivery guy surely must have tricked by writing the name and putting my signature (as nothing is verified).
                                  We called up Blue Dart office and got a loose response from them. They agreed to track the courier and get back. It has been a week and I have got no response from them yet.

                                  Shame on Blue Dart courier services for this kind of service.

                                  Please suggest what can be done in this case?

                                  I completely agree that this have happened to you in past. BLUE DART should be banned and fined all the money they have earned by robbing people. No service + No response + No call/intimation + No checking + No reliability + No customer care + Robbing people + Charging 10 Times = BLUE DART

                                    I had booked a consignment containing some important documents from chennai to goa using blue dart courier services from Annanagar branch LR no [protected] dt 02/11/2010 paying a high service charge of Rs 250. Blue dart service claimed that they will deliver the consignment within 24hrs max. but till today i.e 8/11/2010 the consignment has not reached the sent address. when asked the blue dart customer service they dint give me correct information and wasted my lot of time by diverting the calls from one person to another. there is completely no response . what can be done..?

                                      Consignment No [protected] Booked on 02.11.10 from Kolkata. Delivery on 03.11.10 morning.
                                      The following consignment has not been delivered to me even till today irrespective of multiple followup & mails to Customer service Manager.
                                      A confirmation mail was sent by the Customer service Manager stating that the delivery will take place on 06.11.10 morning by 9am. When contact the Custoemr Service of blue Dart . ms Sharda told me that blue dart is unable to make any delivery for next 2 days Z& she hung up the phone.
                                      This is to highlight that courier company like BLUE DART take lot of money from Customer stating that the delivery will be within 24 hrs.
                                      They take the customers for a ride as Delivery are rarely on time. They fleece the customers & the advertise to mislead the consumers on the services they provide.
                                      Strict actions should be taken on these companies when they have to make the delivery on time.
                                      Here irrespective of an email from the Customer Service Manager of Blue Dart consignment has still not been delivered to me.
                                      The consignment has important documents which had to be submitted in a specified time.
                                      Compensation should be given by Blue Dart to me for the harassment & poor quality of service.

                                        It's pathetic company who does not take customer's concern and requirement seriously

                                        I booked courier via blue dart
                                        [protected]- Ref no.

                                        They took three days to deliver document between Mumbai to Nagpur , while other courier services also take three days to deliver the same but they charge 35/- while blue dart charges 250/-.

                                        I selected Blue Dart cause it was very urgent, but they disappointed

                                        And secondly, Blue Dart customer care executives are very rude on phone when we call them for tracking the document.
