    I ordered mi band 3 which is shipped in bluedart iam living in amla nearest bluedart office is in betul. Iam trying to contact them since 2 days as i am needing the product urgently. As i can see the product is already reached betul first of all they never answered my calls once they did they said its sunday and we don't do delivery on sunday. I asked them that i can come to betul to receive my product which is 36 km from my house still they denied to deliver. Now the conclusion is i will never use bluedart in my life nor will suggest anyone to do the same. Thanks for amazing customer service.

              I received SMS from Blue dart that shipment of blue dart air way bill [protected] from axis has been delivered to Nithin. No person is there in my Family with that name and I am not in receipt of above shipment. Please look into the matter and make arrangements to deliver the shipment to me at the earliest.

                Sir I ordered for aari needle on 25 of September and now I got a message saying that they are not able to locate the address. But i didnt get a call from they to check the location. I got the message that the parcel has reached a palce know as Balaramapuram which is just a few kms from the address that i gave to deliver the parcel.Few months back also i ordered for one item and they did the same.
                So please do necessary actions.

                  This is a very bad on the name of providing service, the courier (Bank Credit Card) is not being delivered at home, Bluedart courier tracking states that there was no one at the mentioned address, but actually there has been no one who has attempted the delivery at the destination address.

                  I have faced the same issue all the time with Bluedart and Frequently happens in LoniKalbhor area pin: 412201
                  My courier with tracking # [protected] is now showing the status of "Held at Location".

                  The Courier office delivery staff happily returns the couriers to the source address without attempting any deliveries.

                  Furious for such ### service by bluedart.

                  Instead please shut down your business.

                        I'm complaining about my parcel from 3 days. They aren't coming to the correct given, , when I'm calling y I didn't my parcel till now? they are saying no one is there in that address. These guys are just playing with our things and money. And not doing their jobs correctly. And I call to ICICI bank customer service and given my number to call when they are coming to give parcel. They also said that courier will call me when he is coming to deliver my product. But that courier is not calling and not doing his work properly.                           Hi team my name Siva Krishna kattinti. My waybill no are [protected], [protected]. Following up from Thursday onwards to receive my deliever as soon as possible. As it's urgent for me. But until now I didn't receive my parcel. Also updating status as wrongly like I am postponing the deliever for future like that.                             Vide awb no. [protected], a letter from a bank is supposed to be delivered by you on 29.09.2018, as per your cargo status report. Though your delivery man started from your bhowanipur, kolkata office at 14-44 hrs, but failed to deliver the same at my residence at kasba, kolkata, just half an hour distance from bhowanipur. Interestingly, the status report at 18-59 hrs indicates 'loacation not tracable & requires land mark'. Had the delivery man really tried to locate my residence at all, he should have called me over phone. He didn't & kept me waiting for the whole day. This is not at all expected from a reputed company like you. However, the land mark is ' near new kasba police station'. Please arrange to deliver positively by 30.09.2018.

                              I ordered an item via amazon, with my home address and pin code. The product received at the nearest blue dart courier service at irinjalakuda. They called me and told that they didnt make the home delivery, if you dont collect the item from their office, then it will return to amazon. I also paid for the item, and they didn't make the home delivery. Very bad service from blue dart dhl.

                                Wide my order[protected] from Ishashoppe the material was shipped via Blue dart to my address. On 19th I approached the blue Dart Office at Ayyanthoe Trissur and informed me that the goods is send for delivery through the delivery boy Kiran. I was waiting for three days and I contacted the boy Kiran in his cell phone and He promised me that he will supply the goods on Monday 24th. But he didn't deliver the goods . I contacted the customer care of Blue Dart and complained. The agreed that the material is available in the Blue Dart Ayyenthole office and will deliver next day morning. But I didn't get the material . when I called the customer care again they told that the material is returned.

                                    Updated by AnMont                                     They committed yesterday dated 28th OCT 18' that it would be delivered today. but today when i call them no response - its 3 numbers which i tried calling and everything failed. but they have updated stating Holiday - Next Day delivery. Please make me understand what happening. Why false commitments. Any you guys charge hi to the partners and also to a customer and commit that the delivery would be done within a day or 2. Utter ###-ism

                                      My icici credit card was supsd to come 2day i was cld once. Couldn't atnd. After 20 mins i cald him bck he didn't atnd the call. I cald him more than 6 times. He didn't giv even a msg. I left him 2 msg. He didn't respnd.in tracker unable to locate only calng 1ce. Y do u keep such worst fellows in service. Vry worst. Worst. Please throw away such employees. Irresponsible people

                                        Dear sir/mam my certificate has been lost by your company kindy find my certificate that was comint after my result dat[protected] from idp but i have not got it because my packet has lost by your company agent and they tell me you should complain about it to our website then we can reissue your certificate from idp and i already did it on 21 september my complaint number was 601451 after that they sent me 1 mail about that the product has ben delved but i told him i have not received any parcel from blue dart then thy texted we will shear the parcel sheet as soon but after that i have no information about my certificate kindy find my parcel or request to idp for reissue my certificate because i have urgent need of it. I want my certificate verry hurry because i am getting late for processing my visa.
