    Above r my details of shipment. We r in house yesterday and today also. Your people called bt didn't talk. Then i called several times bt they didn't pick. And end of day/ evening message came like this.

    "your order from landmark with blue dart awb# [protected] is undelivered since you weren't available. To reschedule, please call[protected] from 9am-9pm mon-sat."

    If such a worst attitude fellow u r having then why does u do the business. I am feeling do bad experience from your side.
    So do thing needful n deliver tomorrow by 8:30 am.

          I register pick up 3 days continuously but but not single day they came for pick up. Very sad to know blue dart service is going day by day worst.. I did’t expect this kind of service from blue dart.
          Three times i register and they provide me token number also and always they are saying pick up will come at before 5 pm. Unfortunetly pick up not happen.. Very sad blue dart..

            Dear sir/madam
            We are calling to blue dart office at muktsar, punjab from last four days they always giving excuses that they will deliver my documents today but still i can't receive my documents. We are not satisfied with the service from the centre because they always giving excuses. As we checked on blue dart tracking by products received by mukatsar courier centre on 29 september 2018. As you know today is 6 october so from last one week the courier is with mukatsar blue dart centres. So please follow my issue as soon as possible because it is too late delivery of my courier

                On 05oct courier person called for delivery at time 18:15, it is not acceptable as delivery address is office.
                I asked him to deliver today (06oct), however today no prompt response and giving another contact nos as expecting to collect my shipment from their office.

                    I'm working as asst. Professor and i gave my college address to the bank to deliver their cards and it's an urgent. Bank respond ed so good and fast forwarded the process so that they managed to send it in 3days. Today i got an mail informing me that my bank cards will be delivered and i got an a call from delivery person
                    As well and he told me that he'll come by 3pm and he didn't. I called him and he said he'll come by 4pm and again he missed. I called at 4pm and then he didn't even answered my call!! I waited for almost 2hours just because of his lie! And i need those cards as soon as possible and tomorrow is holiday!! I felt like bluedart sucks!!

                        Hello team,
                        I would like to share my feedback for the recent shipment of my luggage that was couriered from bangalore to kolkata. The shipment was done via pioneers packers and movers on 22sept'18. I have not received my luggage till today i. E. 6oct'18. The first shipment was due on 1oct'18. As the team could not reach my house (Due to their issue) they informed me stating "we went to your house and no one was present". Now that's a lie!! Next shipment was due for 3oct'18. After several attempts of calling the driver, he informed "sorry today no time. Cannot be delivered". Another date was given to me for the shipment i. E. 5oct'18. I called the concerned person more than 15 times but he never responded the call after the first call where he said, "shipment will be done today after 8:30pm". I was given another date for shipment i. E. 6oct'18 after calling several people from bangalore and kolkata. I also want to inform that i was given incorrect information about the shipment centre (Don't know why). I even called the manager in kolkata and asked for feedback form and all i get to hear is "if you want please call the customer service we can't help you".
                        How can you be so irresponsible when it comes to your work? How can you lie and just not bother about your customers' issues? Is this how you run a company?
                        I have been waiting for my luggage since 2weeks now. Everyday i would listen "not today mam". How many more days should i wait? Blue dart is a trusted company but sadly the inner truth is blue dart does not care about the customers. Try looking at the luggage as your own luggage instead of "let it be not our concern". If your luggage was stuck here for weeks what would you do?

                        I hope i can escalate this matter and hope this time without any lies the management will take some actions

                        No wonder why the customer satisfaction is only 3%

Yesterday i have got a massage from blue dart that parcel is undelivered due to address issue. My complaint is that firstly booked any item after checking pincode by online shopping and after booked. Without search the address and call to me why blue dart sent massage to me that undelivered due to address issue. After that i have continuously calling to blue dart customer call centre but not responded.

                              This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by bluedart. My awb#[protected] is still not delivered although their expected delivery date was 04.10.2018. Even i have called on your customer care number on 05.10.2018 and your staff member assured to deliver the packet by eod, but failed to fulfill his promise but instead of delivery, at night i have received message that “your consigment is undelivered due to address issue.
                              What is this, every courier concern call before delivery of packet but at bluedary side even i have not received any call then how could you say “consigment is undelivered due to address issue”.
                              Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time.
                              I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered by today eod. If you would like to contact me, call me at [protected] or email me at [protected]@gmail.com. I shall look ahead to your reply.

                                  The lady pays more no heed and respect to the customers as thereby behave very rudely.

                                  Such unethical behaviour by the staff (The supervisor lady) tends the customers to opt for other options available. I hope the mannerless and rude supervisor at blue dart office will be thrown out soon

                                    I just got a message "dear customer, blue dart were unable to deliver shipment awb[protected] from icici bank". As per tracking person is not able to locate the place which is really preposterous as i generally get many shipments at the same place. How can it happen? Even i didn't receive a single call for any help. I am very sad with the service of blue dart. Kindly take prompt action and help me in getting the shipment asap.

                                        Worst service i have ever encountered

                                        Myself mallikarjuna rao, i have to credit card on 28th sep itself, but still they are not even trying to contact me, and in tracker they mentioned like wrong pin,
                                        I have requested with customer support please contact me or send delivery guy number, both they are not doing, such a irresponsible people.
                                        They will be keep sending msgs stating that the package will be delivered today and they don't even try to deliver or
                                        Contact the customer but the common status will be "customer not available or incomplete address/landmark" etc etc..
                                        Which itself is a landmark and then in the evening i just got an sms saying "delivery was unsuccessful due to address related issues"
                                        The courier service didnt even care to give me a call.
