Dear blue dart i've ordered an item on 19th september from amazon.in but the item wasn't delivered, as i was tracking my package it was showing that they attempt to delivery the item but they didn't, because this is not the first time i'm facing this problem, they did this twice to me and also with my cousin and with my friends. They just return the item to the seller. I don't know why they are doing this and i also talk to your customer service but they were telling me the repeated line that "your item will be delivered before 7:00pm". Every time. They have also given me a contact number which, i think is not valid. I think you should take serious action on your dhanbad branch. I hope you'll sort it out my problem.

As mentioned aforesaid subject, without attempting the delivery status updated as consignee address wrong..in the courier mentioned the consignee phone number, without contacting the consignee updated the status wrongly... This is shows delivery person negligence.

Please do the delivery once again, and take necessary action against appropriate person...

Your delivery boy is using that unwanted words. When did a cal that time i was lite besy so i cut that call and with in 30s he called back that time i answer that cal he is using that in wanted words. I told hem this is not good u has to talk with proper way heis telng the he's talking good he doesn't point out me heis talking with outer when i asked ur making a call to me and ur talking with outer, then his telling to me only
So when i informed the i rice a complaint against you he telling u will complaint the gohaeed complaint department nothing will do for me.
Dear team pls don't get this type of delivery parsun cas of his bad attitude company will get black mark in marketing.

Courier number [protected], it has not delivered at courier address. And wrongly you have update the status that premises closed.

Please donot update wrong information. Please update the correct information, we are waiting since yesterday for the courier but yesterday also u have update the wrong information.

Why u guys can not call for 2 rupees or u call i will pay 2 rupess for call. But do not update wrong information

Blue dart is fooling with fake delivery attempts.
I have stayed home waiting for the shipment. And the delivery guy didn't even attempted and reported premises closed. There are no phone calls. No point of contact. And the customer care even is not reachable.

This is the second time the shipment is being redirected. It contains my bank cards which are very important and urgent for me.

Kindly take action on this kind of fraudulent services

I have not received my TRF yet. I was trying to find my parcel from 2weeks and I call to company daily but today they said that they lost the packet of resutl form what should i do now i realy urgent need of my certificate.

Hi, I'm supposed to get my credit card delivered by 15th of Sep but I don't know for some reason I don't get it, i haven't received a call at least, the tracking is saying Undelivered shipment held at location.On the 1st two days it is showing Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery (I don't understand what that meant). I request you to please look into this and get it delivered ASAP.

I ordered the parcel from Rajasthan sikar from khatushyam creations. They couriered the same. The parcel entered in Bihar and then now bluedart of NAWADA did the shameful activity. Nawada hub didn't give me the parcel. I didn't get the shipment and bluedart is showing wrong status that I got the shipment at 3 p.m.
What is the nonsense of bluedart service .shame on you bluedart.
Please help me to get my shipment.

I haven't received my shipment regarding AWB [protected]. But in your tracking system it is showing that the shipment was delivered on 25th September 2018 at 4 p.m. whereas I haven't even receive it. How could you update your status randomly like this without delivering? Respond immediately regarding whereabouts my shipment.

Icici credit card delivered to other person on other address. Which is not acceptable at all. Any loss financial due to this will be settled by blue dart courier as this is the issue created by them.
Revert back immediately with justification and acceptance on bearing of loss.
How it is possible that things like credit card can be delivered to other person.

My consignment (Waybill no. [protected]) was delivered from delhi on 11/09/2018 and reached at raigarh, c. G. Office on 20/09/2018 at 10:56 am. But each and every time since 22/09/2018 (Once in every day), when i talked to the customer care executive of bluedart courier service, they says that it will deliver to me within 48 hours.
But till now, during tracking it is showing that it is kept with raigarh office. Ihave also asked to give me a number of raigarh office, so that i could contact with them. But your executive give me a number of the person who said that he had resigned from bluedart courier service. It is only 45 km. From raigarh to my address i. E. Savitri nagar colony.
So you are requested to arrange to deliver my consignment immediately.

Bule dart marathahalli branch is worst . they even dont bother to deliver package, they do not visit place to deliver package and simply send message that delivery attempted but no recipient was not at home . worst service .
