We are two working individual who are cannot receive the package on wee hours. Its a request to deliver the package after 7.30 in evening. The delivery man is not ready to listen any of our plea. Blue dart last week delivered to me at 8.00 in the evening. Has your rule changed in one week. Kindly resolve this matter. This is too tiresome to us as it is very important to us....

I haven't received my shipment regarding AWB [protected]. But in your tracking system it is showing that the shipment was delivered on 25th September 2018 at 4 p.m. whereas I haven't even receive it. How could you update your status randomly like this without delivering? Respond immediately regarding whereabouts my shipment....

Hi, I had purchased three tickets from book my show for a football game at yuva bharti stadium, kolkata. And the tickets were supposed to be delivered by 24th, however we have received the courier and instead of three tickets there is only one.

We are really upset about the service of a company like blue dart and we expect a quick solution....

My courier with named yogita goyal its waybill no. [protected] its pickup date 10 aug 2018 from chennai to gulabpura is not delivered as on date . many time we coordinate ur local distributor but they dont give any answer about it . so i request u its document is very important to me my working is effected and make daily loss bear . give ans....

From 22 sept i am following for my shipment but not received even though no one answering to my calls.

Whenever i seen my tracking i seen wrong comments added by blue dart team.

I added all my details even though no action taken really bad service by pune viman nagar branch.

Icici credit card delivered to other person on other address. Which is not acceptable at all. Any loss financial due to this will be settled by blue dart courier as this is the issue created by them.
Revert back immediately with justification and acceptance on bearing of loss.
How it is possible that things like credit card can be delivered to other person.

My consignment (Waybill no. [protected]) was delivered from delhi on 11/09/2018 and reached at raigarh, c. G. Office on 20/09/2018 at 10:56 am. But each and every time since 22/09/2018 (Once in every day), when i talked to the customer care executive of bluedart courier service, they says that it will deliver to me within 48 hours.
But till now, during tracking it is showing that it is kept with raigarh office. Ihave...

I have been tracking my package and important one for 3 days and blue dart is showing prohobited area with no calls/sms etc which is pathetic. I need the courier asap.

My SBI card has been couriered from the bank by BLUE DART vide REF No EV[protected] and the tentative delivery date was showing 24/09/2018. But still that is not delivered.

Today, when I checked the tracking status of that shipment, delivery boy has updated status that Consignee's address incorrect.
So many courier and other docs I received on my address even phone bill but not yet received any complain ever related...

I am not getting my shipment of waybill no [protected] despite giving correct address...i want to complaint against that particular courier boy because he never delivers documents on my address..but other stuffs from amazon, paytm get delivered to my address by same courier service bluedart..so please do something regard this else i would file a complaint against you guyz in consumer forum....

I've not received any tracking number for the courier i got. I'm getting a call from the service agent and no further information. They are disconnecting the call straight away. I've tried calling the KPHB blue dart office number which was available on google. But none of them are answering the calls. When finally i made it to the office they are asking the tracking ID so that they can help. but I havn't received any ID.

Bluedart is worst.. 4days passed and they receive the parcel but neglect to delivery on my address, as they saying that address is no hut no. Incomplete. Infront of face they just refused to deliver the products.
I want to say if they know before the booking any product why they dont tell us that they will not be able to deliver the product without hut no. ... Just nothing they wasting the golden time of people, doing harassment, irritate....
