WB:[protected], product not delivered Eben after 3 days from the date it reached the destination. No proper response from customer service too. No proper service and really disappointed. Going to file this complaint in all customer forum. Your customer service team least bother about the customer, they are not worry about what customer thinks. Not sure when will I get my product and what kind of action Bluedart gonna take, andbits more than 20 times Bluedart delivered the same pack from the same seller to the same address, now their tracking status says, unlocatable area and need landmark, not even a single call received till now, even today on 3rd of October they promised for delivery, buy end of the day they are saying that they will try delivering it tomorrow. Really frustrating and not a good service at all. Certainly I will not recommend Bluedart to anyone. Such a bad process and bad Customer Service they have.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The delivery boy did not ring me once and he quoted above waybill no as untraceable address.
Pls look into the matter and take stringwnt action against the concerned person.
Other normal courier company can locate our home.
