I have ordered a product in snap deal. And the estimated delivery as on september 14, 2018. But the product was out for delivery was on before september 10, 2018. I was unavailable to receive the product. The courier man was very rude with me. I tried calling his number. But he didnt pick up my call. He just speaks unwantedy.. Mentioning that why you don't have money in hand to buy a product.. Please keep money in hand and then buy a product....

On 5th september evening i received a telephonic call from blue dart courier boy, stating that axis bank debit card has to be delivered to me but i was not available at delivery address. I told him that, i'll come tomorrow morning around 10:30-11:00 a. M to the said address so that i can collect it. He told me that he will give it back to axis bank of trimulgherry branch. So i went next day morning i. E. On 6 september but it was not delivered...

I have made several calls to the blue dart courier agency number toll free number [protected] and given landmark & also guided several time on dated 8th sep 2018. It was said, will be delivered today afternoon but unfortunately not till now late evening.

This was not expected from a brand like bluedart. I am a student from iit madras and my courier was supposed to reach me a week ago. Hi i supposed to get deliver from bank through blue dart courier service. They used to call me on weekdays so i told them to come on saturday. Because, i should be available to take the courier as it is a bank procedure. On that day morning i got a call from courier boy and he said he will come around 2 pm i said okay and told him to come for sure on that day. After 2 pm i called him he said he will come at 4 pm.

They told me the shipment will deliver by 10.30 am to 12 pm of 06/09/2018.
I paid as per there service cost 530 rupees. It was very very urgent documents
For my business. Unfortunately shipment was gone through normal or regular mood without inform me and it will deliver 07/09/2018. It is a huge loss for my company. Its very harmful for this service....
