None of the bluedart person contacted or visted my adress. Instead i visited blue dart they are said that they wont attempt cal they visit address they saying. We people feom mrng 9 to eve 7 we work at offices we dont get any proper response from these courier services and they return courier saying that the persons arent available

Tracking number -[protected] My ieltes trf have losted by your branch of ludhiana that was coming to me from idp but they have losted it and the tracking status shows it has deleved on[protected] but i have not received any parcel att my address from blue dart. I already have send you 2 time companies regarding that but you are not taking any kind of action about my test report form . I am getting too late to apply for January intake student visa so kindly request to idp to ishue new one trf for me or find my parcel . I have send you many time emails but you are not replying me, . Please send me information.
Hope you will solve my proplem as soon as posible

Where i find you people mentioning the wrong status in the tracking details my parcel is not received and nobody came to deliver me this a very wrong thing that blue dart people are doing when erver blue dart person came for delivery if the premises is closed then they they leave a small slip on the door but here there is nothing like that i am fed up with the service its very important documents that i have to receive please see the issue by senior authority

Amazon delivered a product through blue dart courier service to me but when i filed a return of the product with amazon they send me an email about the date of delivery which was[protected] from 3-6pm but till date non of them had come to collect the return order. Neither they called till date. It has already been delayed by 4 days because of bluedart.

My important bank documents and cheque books have been repeatedly delivered at wrong address by blue dart courier services at ajmer inspite of repeated complaints to ajmer blue dart courier services. Even after informing so many times they neglect it and don’t listen. My documents are precious and personal and it’s a mental trauma as i keep waiting for my papers and it causes unnecessary delay and search to track my parcel every time if it’s through blue dart ajmer

सर मुझे earbuds वापिस करवाना है ३ days हुई है लेने
के लिए earbuds का चार्जर भी उसमें फ़िट नहि है और चार्जिंग भी नहि टिक रही earbuds की २ गाने में ही बैटरी low हो जा रही सर please return करना है कर दीजिए

Not delivering the package and updating false things like the consignee not available or the recipient not available.

The customer service also not replying properly. So fake service. When i called them they always telling the system is down. Also the behavior of bluedart service center representative are too rude and mannerless.

I m working in oracle office and they kept status im shifted from my place.
There was not even a call from the couried guy.
It is deeply disappointing and inconvenient regarding the courier service.
I did not expect this from a renowned courier service.

As i should have been delivered a credit card from hdfc bank at my work location with order id [protected]. As i will be available from 3.30 pm onwards at my work, the delivery person is not delivering the card, and suggesting me a different address to pickup the delivery, which is not possible as it is away from my work.
So please solve the issue and make the delivery after 3.30pm and help me.

I m from durgapur, west bengal. My mails such as credit card and other come through blue dart.
But blue dart office in durgapur has not delivered my mails to me at home. Last 4 times i had to go to the office and collect my mails. They are just updating in the site as, 'consignee not available'. But i am always present at my resident. They are not calling me at all, but on quiry they tell that call was made.

Blue dart ajmer rajasthan agency, not deliver parcels and deliverables. If customer not track online and it self pick from agency however blue dart ajmer return back to the parcels.
If you audit the update data of deliverables, usually update in system "short address", incomplte address, address not in area and many more objections.

Please sensitize the agency owner for the same.
