Since two days i am struggling to receive my product, though im not getting calls from delivery boy and nobody has come to office in person, more than 6 times called to customer care number and spoke to them even they are saying same things not giving proper response.

Because of this i ve cancelled my traveling and other working were pending in status.

What does the solution will give to the customer, this is not fair at all.

The item was completely damaged... I packed perfectly for almost 40mins with bubble wrap and foam sheets... Due to that sheets weight also increased. But my intent is to deliver the item safely.The item cost was about 1000rs but I spend 1200rs just for delivery. Item weight is about 1.7kgs

My parcel from mumbai has arrived in my city and it's arrived at 2:58 pm as i tracked on bluedart website. I have waited so long but didn't get delivered to me or even didn't get any call from them. When i tried to contact bluedart customer care number they are also not taking up call. This is the worst service ever. Bluedart is cheap company. I have faced their bad service before. I ordered something from amazon and they shipped it through bluedart but bluedart refused to deliver and said come and pick your parcel. Someone have to take action against them.

How ridiculous you are... Such a pathetic service... If you are not able to find address then atleast call... By the way my other order which was also delivered by bluedart was delivered on time... And at that time you had no problem in finding the address... Give me my product otherwise i am going to complaint against you... Even your customer care service is always busy

In our area kadugodi, bangalore, pin 560067, we have big challenge in receiving important documents via blue dart courier.
Bluedart couriers are not getting delivered and randomly they are updating status as consignee not available.
It is found that the number of delivery boys in this area are less and to avoid too much load, they are randomly dropping few deliveries by claiming consignee not available.
Our complaints are not reaching correct escallation point in bluedart and no improvement found.

But still undelivered when i called the customer care they also not available and status of parsal says consignee not available where the delivery boy can't call me even one time. Awb [protected]. Your tracking status shows tha premises closed. Whereas my premises never closed. Even your dilivery boy did not try to diliver the parcel because the parcel have mobile no in address.
Even my address n my name is well known in my area. Most of the people know my address that is very easy to locate n near by main road of locality.

So pls make sure dilivery by 28th sep 2018. If not then i will go for legal action against the bluedart n dilivery boy for wrong information n delay n denied dilivery on wrong grounds.

Your dilivery boy did not visit the area. Even everyone of my area know my address n name. So that intruct your dilivery boy to diliver in time or tomarrow. If not then i will take legal action against bluedart n dilivery boy for delay dilivery n wrong status. Your sevices are very poor. Spl dilivery service is worst.

Dear blue dart i've ordered an item on 19th september from amazon.in but the item wasn't delivered, as i was tracking my package it was showing that they attempt to delivery the item but they didn't, because this is not the first time i'm facing this problem, they did this twice to me and also with my cousin and with my friends. They just return the item to the seller. I don't know why they are doing this and i also talk to your customer service but they were telling me the repeated line that "your item will be delivered before 7:00pm". Every time. They have also given me a contact number which, i think is not valid. I think you should take serious action on your dhanbad branch. I hope you'll sort it out my problem.

As mentioned aforesaid subject, without attempting the delivery status updated as consignee address wrong..in the courier mentioned the consignee phone number, without contacting the consignee updated the status wrongly... This is shows delivery person negligence.

Please do the delivery once again, and take necessary action against appropriate person...

Your delivery boy is using that unwanted words. When did a cal that time i was lite besy so i cut that call and with in 30s he called back that time i answer that cal he is using that in wanted words. I told hem this is not good u has to talk with proper way heis telng the he's talking good he doesn't point out me heis talking with outer when i asked ur making a call to me and ur talking with outer, then his telling to me only
So when i informed the i rice a complaint against you he telling u will complaint the gohaeed complaint department nothing will do for me.
Dear team pls don't get this type of delivery parsun cas of his bad attitude company will get black mark in marketing.

Blue dart is fooling with fake delivery attempts.
I have stayed home waiting for the shipment. And the delivery guy didn't even attempted and reported premises closed. There are no phone calls. No point of contact. And the customer care even is not reachable.

This is the second time the shipment is being redirected. It contains my bank cards which are very important and urgent for me.

Kindly take action on this kind of fraudulent services

I have not received my TRF yet. I was trying to find my parcel from 2weeks and I call to company daily but today they said that they lost the packet of resutl form what should i do now i realy urgent need of my certificate.
