Dear sir/mam my certificate has been lost by your company kindy find my certificate that was comint after my result dat[protected] from idp but i have not got it because my packet has lost by your company agent and they tell me you should complain about it to our website then we can reissue your certificate from idp and i already did it on 21 september my complaint number was 601451 after that they sent me 1 mail about that the product has ben delved but i told him i have not received any parcel from blue dart then thy texted we will shear the parcel sheet as soon but after that i have no information about my certificate kindy find my parcel or request to idp for reissue my certificate because i have urgent need of it. I want my certificate verry hurry because i am getting late for processing my visa.

    Its was suppose to delivery on 20th sept 2018, today is 29 sept, still i have not received by consignment.

    When i have contacted with care people, they will talk like they are the boss.
    They don't have common snce.
    Simply they are fooling to customers. I have been suffering past 10 days?

    Who will take care of those?

      My credit card was supposed to come through blue dart. I was held at my delivery center for 4-5 days. I talked to customer care 3 times in 5 days. Every time they told me that it would be delivered next day. Finally, it was sent back according to waybill status.

      I didn't get a single call from blue dart, i even provided the alternate contact number.

        It is sad to inform you that i submitted my courier by fast delivery dated on 26/09/2018 and as per your officials commitment the courier will be delivered at kolkata dated on 27/09/2018. My consignee mr. Shibu das is waiting for the courier (As courier contains medicine) as he is suffering from chronic depression problem it is very important to reach medicine by 27 of september 2018. I had made several calls to your call centers and office but nobody is giving a satisfactory response. I am very upset by your service. At good faith i have submitted my courier at but now i m very much disappointed by your service.

                      Since two days i am struggling to receive my product, though im not getting calls from delivery boy and nobody has come to office in person, more than 6 times called to customer care number and spoke to them even they are saying same things not giving proper response.

                      Because of this i ve cancelled my traveling and other working were pending in status.

                      What does the solution will give to the customer, this is not fair at all.

                          The item was completely damaged... I packed perfectly for almost 40mins with bubble wrap and foam sheets... Due to that sheets weight also increased. But my intent is to deliver the item safely.The item cost was about 1000rs but I spend 1200rs just for delivery. Item weight is about 1.7kgs

                            My parcel from mumbai has arrived in my city and it's arrived at 2:58 pm as i tracked on bluedart website. I have waited so long but didn't get delivered to me or even didn't get any call from them. When i tried to contact bluedart customer care number they are also not taking up call. This is the worst service ever. Bluedart is cheap company. I have faced their bad service before. I ordered something from amazon and they shipped it through bluedart but bluedart refused to deliver and said come and pick your parcel. Someone have to take action against them.

And put the status of incomplete address... How ridiculous you are... Such a pathetic service... If you are not able to find address then atleast call... By the way my other order which was also delivered by bluedart was delivered on time... And at that time you had no problem in finding the address... Give me my product otherwise i am going to complaint against you... Even your customer care service is always busy

                                In our area kadugodi, bangalore, pin 560067, we have big challenge in receiving important documents via blue dart courier.
                                Bluedart couriers are not getting delivered and randomly they are updating status as consignee not available.
                                It is found that the number of delivery boys in this area are less and to avoid too much load, they are randomly dropping few deliveries by claiming consignee not available.
                                Our complaints are not reaching correct escallation point in bluedart and no improvement found.

But still undelivered when i called the customer care they also not available and status of parsal says consignee not available where the delivery boy can't call me even one time.                                       Awb [protected]. Your tracking status shows tha premises closed. Whereas my premises never closed. Even your dilivery boy did not try to diliver the parcel because the parcel have mobile no in address.
                                      Even my address n my name is well known in my area. Most of the people know my address that is very easy to locate n near by main road of locality.

                                      So pls make sure dilivery by 28th sep 2018. If not then i will go for legal action against the bluedart n dilivery boy for wrong information n delay n denied dilivery on wrong grounds.

                                        Awb [protected] shows status that premises close but my premises never closed.
                                        Your dilivery boy did not visit the area. Even everyone of my area know my address n name. So that intruct your dilivery boy to diliver in time or tomarrow. If not then i will take legal action against bluedart n dilivery boy for delay dilivery n wrong status. Your sevices are very poor. Spl dilivery service is worst.
