I waited the whole day at home today for the consignment and when i checked the status, it says item could not be delivered due locked premise which is false status and i feel bad for the same. I got a phone call from delivery guy he asked me where he should come to deliver the package. I told him the address but he got confused and went to other location. When he called me back I clarified him the location but he started shouting at me. It was offensive. In my past experiences I have never dealt with any unmannered delivery guy.

It's totally fake commented to address ltd by agent already this registered at will be sent by blue dart courier many times so it's totally fake first off i'm telling you do providing of given below this information blue dart courier fake information provided from address related you please see here.

Waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues. Pls contact hdfc for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days.

According to ever again information i am telling you the blue dart agent did not any contact bih address by mobile number anyway he did not to enable according to blue dart blue dart not reached the my address already i have received many times the blue dart couriers in this address so it's totally fake by blue detergent if you are not taken action i will to completely to authorise action for the this types of fake updated information against from this address issue

He misbehaved with the customer and showed extremely rude behavior.. Really disrespectful and pathetic.. If this happens again i swear i will stop ordering from nykaa. Plz take the responsibility.

I am receiving message from blue dart that they have delivered me my courier to somebody at my old address. I don't know him. Nor i am able to contact them at[protected].

Even before delivering it to unknown person they are not calling.

I kindly request axis bank not to send couriers to me without my permission as address my be old one. Also blue dart customer service is worst than then a local courier. Please dont use blue dart coureir.

My ref no is ev[protected]. My envelop is lying at chakan office, no one called me for the same before delivery. I contacted several times to chakan office, they said they will deliver the same on 25th of sept 2018. I had got a call on 25th sept morning from the delivery boy saying he will come at 5 pm, i kept waiting for him from 4pm to 6pm. He was ignoring my calls and finally has put my number on blocklist. I never expected this kind of service from one of the reputed courier company. Till date have not received any response on the same.

My passport and visa were dispatched throught your courier service from vfs office delhi at august 24, 2018. I am attaching the screen shot of messages which was sent by vfs delhi. The courier was reached me around 12pm at august 27, 2018. I am also attaching the screen shot of message of delivery of the item received from you around 10:40am at august 27, 2018.
Nearly three days were taken for a smaller distance between delhi and roorkee i. E. Only 180 km.
My flight daparture time was 4:00am at august 27, 2018. I missed my flight due to this. I am attaching the flight ticket.
I have lost around sixty thousand.
I expect you to kindly compensate my losses.

I was waiting for my parcel from hdfc bank but not delivered by blue dart yet. When i tried to check status on website, it says "consignee not available". But this is false status. Nobody attempted delivery at my place. I was there at my home all day, even nobody called me as well.

I tried to connect with blue dart customer care, but not able to connect with your executive.

This is not first time. Even last time the same thing happened with another parcel and finally that order was not delivered

I am not sure how your delivery person update false status when customer is never contacted by blue dart. Even no feedback is asked if the consignee is not available.

Please help as the parcel is an important one.

I ordered mi band 3 which is shipped in bluedart iam living in amla nearest bluedart office is in betul. Iam trying to contact them since 2 days as i am needing the product urgently. As i can see the product is already reached betul first of all they never answered my calls once they did they said its sunday and we don't do delivery on sunday. I asked them that i can come to betul to receive my product which is 36 km from my house still they denied to deliver. Now the conclusion is i will never use bluedart in my life nor will suggest anyone to do the same. Thanks for amazing customer service.
