Updated by Vishal Bhande THE COURIER AGENT AT DELIVERY CENTER VERY IRRESPONSIBLE firstly THEY DIDN'T CALLED ME OR NEVER CALLED ON MY RELATIVES MOBILE NUMBER whom is receiver at that city, Kopargaon.

AND THE ### COURIER ASKED TO MY RELATIVE THAT WHAT IS MY RELATION WITH THAT PERSON, ACTUALLY ITS NOT KIND OF BUSINESS SENSE

bcoz HIS DUTY IS JUST UPTO DELIVER PRODUCT TO CUSTOMER WITH HIS MENTIONED ADDRESS AND TO VARIFY RECEIVERS MOBILE NUMBER WHICH IS ALRDY MENTIONED AT DELIVERY ADDRESS

BCOZ IS NOT BLUE DART COURIER its FLIPKART PARCEL and IF FLIPKART READY TO DELIVER MY PARCEL TO ONE OF MY RELATIVES THEN who the HELL IS BLUEDART DHL agent to DENY TO DELIVER IT ??

AND WHY HE DIDN'T CONTACT whats HE WANTED TO DO WITH MY PRODUCT ??

I NEED AN ANSWER FROM FLIPKART WHY HE DID THAT WHY HE DIDN'T CALL OR MESSAGE ME ??

Updated by MBU I got a message from the bank that I had been sent a courier via Blue dart courier, AWB[protected] ON 30th Oct'18.But it is found your staff can't able to find not delivered.Ask him to contact my mobile no.[protected].I will guide him to reach my address. kindly tell me the status thro' my mobile no Hope you will do the best for me.I got many from your courier.

sir i am ajay karkrishna at kolkata my contact no[protected]. it some days a kotak bank credit card alredy sent from your bank site aproxmently 10days still not receive

sir my 2 Parcel held at bluedart courier office of Dalhouise kolkata ( credit and debit card) no any body donnt come my address but why address incomplete mantion in the waybill and customer sifted from given address.

It is really strange...
my waybill no-[protected]. (credit card). and 2nd waybill no--[protected](debit Card)
where as I am at that address only and I have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now I am calling them and i am not getting any response...what should I do?

My kottak bank debit card pin receive alredy another courier since 4days. but address in complete and customer sifted given address mantion for Bluedart, how can posible ????

If customer adderss is incomplete mantion on dated-30.10.2018 so customer sifted given address mantion on dated-29.10.2018. Porsone is not getting this address .then anybody can trust. also my mobile number mantion on shipment below wybill why not call me.

There some customer at kolkata city fashing the harasment from bluedart courier, so rectify this

Updated by Gautam_amit123 There is a bit correction in my complaint..No contact no is provided by the courier service where it could be contacted by my side if the delivery guy is not able to find my location .Moreover the customer care number which is provided is always out of reach or busy.
