I ordered a package from nykaa cosmetics. Bluedart was their delivery partner. I checked into the nykaa website and my package showed delivered. I was shocked since i did not even receive a phone call from the delivery boy. Later i complaint to nykaa and they shared the proof of delivery to me. There was a fake signature on it. I reached out to bluedart office and asked them "where is my package and tell me whose signature this is?" they sent the delivery boy to prove their point and he accepted in front of me that he did the signature and he had given it to his girlfriend after we applied some pressure on him. Even when i reported this to his superiors they did not revert back to me or follow up and finally i got the refund from nykaa. Bluedart just ignored this issue.

    A Credit Card is sent to me from SBI Gurgaon through Blude Dart vider their way bill No. [protected] & REf. No. EV[protected] on 20.10.2018. The same reached at Amritsar on 21.10.2018. But the same has been Deliverd to me till date i.e. 26.10.2018 14.52 P.M.
    I contact Amritsar office of Blue Dart Mr. Rajinder Cell NO. [protected]. He said that he cannot deliver the document and i can take document from their office. I further Contact Mr. Lalit Head of Branch at Amritsar on his Cell NO. [protected] on 24.10.2018 to till date today 26.10.2018 . He said that he will get deliver the document, but till date the same has not been delivered. It may be that he has no old on his staff and they give no ear to him.
    Please help me and get deliver the document at the earliest and oblige.

      My credit card is blocked due to new card issued. Bank holder sent a new card through blue dart service on 15th oct 2018 from chennai. Expected delivery of my new card is 16th oct 2018. Still now they do not delivery my new card. Bank holder sent my new card to my office address located in mindspace, hitech city, hyderabad. I called every day to blue dart customer care number [protected]. Customer care representative said today you will receive your card but i didn't received the card. Every customer care representative said like this sorry sir for this delay we are delivering your card today itself. I argued very day getting same reply but my card is not yet delivered. I ask him to raise a ticket for this issue but they didn't raise any complaint. I am very much frustrated about their service.

      Month end came i don't have enough my money to buy my needs. Because of them i am unable to purchase my needs. If i have my card am able to fulfil my needs.

      I would like the commission to intervene in this and get us justice and i want the blue dart to take resposibility of the timeless delay and the pain taken by us by calling them over phone every now and then.

      I need the blue dart company to bear the expenses of phone calls, penalty for non delivering of the document on time etc and make then pay an amount of 10 times of the courier charges which is 200 x 10 = rs.2000/-

        Hello, bluedart is supposed to be a courier company. That means to deliver the products at the mentioned address. I wonder is it a supermarket or other shops? Everyone have to go there and stand in queue (Or a mess) to get something sent to their address!!
        What is the point in purchasing online and sending things if you have to go out all the way to a shop and collect it??

        Bluedart ettumanoor is not delivering my product for the second time.
        They will keep it a few days and send it back!!
        What an irresponsible company!!
        Pathetic customer care ever!
        My second order id is given which is not send back yet.

          I am supposed to receive my package - [protected] on 15th oct 2018, but without any notification, if i see tracking details of the package its showing ' delivery attempted-premises closed'. None of the blue dart representatives have contacted me regarding this, and the status is simply getting updated. Tried calling customer service, no one is there to answer the call.

            My Awb no is [protected]. From one week Every morning blue dart delivery guy at morning called me that they are coming for delivery and they did not come. I called customer service 3 4 times & they are also giving me same assurance. I am already did all the payments online and this parcel I needed ASAP. Highly disappointed service from blue dart.

              Hi my debit is not delivered by blue dart.
              My address is right then also its not delivered.
              Such a poor service. All other courier are delivering on same address but blue dart is having address issue. There customer care is also not help i have sent mail to them but still no action.

                My parcel arrived at bluedart office kanpur on last week of september delivery boy called me and told to deliver the parcel on 29 sep but didn't. After that he never called me neither delivered my parcel. On tracking i came to know that my parcel will be delivered on secondary address while i never requested for secondary address neither i have. I went to bluedart office and they said that they will deliver it to my address with in 2 days but didn't.
                At last they returned my parcel to the origin place.
                On 16 oct my parcel has been redispatched via bluedart and i got an sms from bluedart to deliver it on 23 oct but didn't. It is very urgent.

                  I was waiting for a courier sent by hsbc bank and to be delivered by blue dart services. I waited for 2 days and then went to their online tracking system to check the status where they had written "delivery attempted-premises closed" status. How is it possible? I am at my home only for last 3 days. I would seriously request the bluedart operations head to check this malpractice of non-delivering of the courier.

                    I should receive a package from yes bank with waybill number [protected], while tracking the same, they have updated with the wrong status as i am not available, how can they decide themselves without visiting the address and update the wronf details. When i made a call to customer support they have initiated some instructions to concern and even there is no action on them. This issue is geting raised every time with blue dart couriers

                      Blue dart does not deliver my package and simply changes the status from "out for delivery" to "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark". Also when i try to reach the delivery boy, he keeps disconnecting the call. This is really frustrating because i have seen many cases on the internet with the same status against blue dart and looks like they do nothing regarding this. If this keeps happening then it looks like the end days are nearing for blue dart because it is loosing peoples trust in such a competitive market.

                        I didn't receive my product even now. You are not attending any calls and i didn't receive any reply mail too. When i got enquired with shop they are giving any answers. Track location is kochi mini hub. The expected date of delivery is on 16 of october now its 26 th, now when i go ask with the kochin hub they are telling the product is missing. And my product is oneplus3t handset and it cost 25000. If i didn't get any reply or lagging is going i am going to complaints.

                          I had ordered a device from mi.com which was prepaid, and had to arrive by 28th of october. I had ordered on 24th morning and it reached my nearest hub on the evening of 25th october. Now for some weird reason saying "wrong pincode on website" my shipment has been redirected back to where it came from. Excuse me what the hell? I want my order to reach by 28th safe and sound. I would never recommend others to order prepaid things online if you get to know that the shipping service is of bluedart. Xiaomi should also consider ekart which is much more reliable.

                            My shipment status was out for delivery in clubfactory app as well i got a msg from bluedart saying shipment out for delivery by santosh s on 24th oct morn. I waited till evening and called mr santosh (Number provided in the message sent by blue dart) reg my package, he responded as he is not in my area.. So he will delivery tomorrow (As in oct 25th). But when i checked the status in clubfactory, it stated prohibited area, shipment could not delivery.
                            Anyways i waited till afternoon of 25th for my shipment but yet no call from mr santhosh.
                            When i tried calling him, he was disconnecting my call continuously. I dint receive my package today also. Again the status of the shipment in clubfactory is prohibited area, shipment unable to deliver...
                            My question, wen mr santhosh dint even try to deliver my package upon so many times of follow-up, how can the shipment status can be assigned. That package was so important for me. Pathetic service from bluedart.
                            Fyi: i regularly get packages from fedex, expressbees to my area.. Don't know how my place is a prohibited area.
                            I guess you will consider my request and deliver my package.

                              Sir my way bill no. Is [protected]. My card is delevired at jalandhar on 18 oct 2018. Checked at bluedart tracking. But it will be not delevired to my address till 25 oct 2018. I am going to bluedart office near amritsar byepass but none of your staff giving me any proper response. I m also giving my mobile number but no one contact to me. Please enquire it as soon as possible.

                                My shipment (Awb no [protected]) is marked delivered but not received. I have checked with security guard as well. Delivery person did not call me and his contact no ([protected]) is also not reachable.
                                I just got message that my shipment is delivered. How can it be marked delivered without delivery?
                                I want my shipment to get delivered to me asap.

                                  My bank document which was sent with waybill no. [protected] by blue dart, showed it was out for delivery. I have been waiting patiently at home for the courier to be delivered from 7:00 pm. However at 07:30 pm i got a message that my shipment was delivered. I never received the shipment so how did it get delivered to wrong person, especially when it is a banking document.

                                  I need an immediate resolution to this.

                                      I received text message that my Paytm debit delivered, but I didn't receive and didn't get any call from provider to collect it.

                                      "Your PAYTM BANK Order with Blue Dart Awb# [protected] was delivered at 1617 on 25-OCT-18 to KAUSHTUBH JHA"

                                      It's mentioned that it was delivered to me but it's not.
                                      Please check into this.

                                        I would like to complain on blue dart express regarding their response in delivery.

                                        I got a courier for my room address which is not restricted area. But whenever i track and see the status its showing as 'prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery' which is not fair.
