HDFC BANK SEND ME credit card through Blue Dart Express.My (Dear HDFC Bank Card member, your Credit Card has been dispatched to your registered address thru Bluedart courier vide awb no [protected] on DT-22/10/2018. ).
Without check Adhar number he dispatch credit to other person on 24.10.2018.I told to centre but they are not responding.

    I had ordered a product from hdfc bank which was suppose to be delivered on 15.10.2018 which i haven't received yet, reference number of the product is [protected]. Just once i got a call from delivery person confirming the address after which he never turned up, after that for couple of days i got a message saying that delivery will be attempted today, even though i didn't receive the parcel. Kindly do the needful and get the product delivered.

      Yes bank kit is been dispatched since friday but it didnot reached saying Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark though we have provided proper landmark and phone no we didnot get any phone call to ask for delivery yet

      since we are calling customer care of blue dart since last saturday and asking for status no one is giving proper answer where the kit is its simply updating status this nobody knows any update and not providing contact no of the person who is delivering the kit

        I have 2 orders with order id[protected] and order id[protected].The delivery guy have contacted me on 26th october 2018, as i was out of station on that day i told him to deliver me on monday, today its tuesday i am repeatedly trying the contact number provided by the courier service to reach for reshedule of delivery date but it doesnot connect, the number provided is useless, and they havenot contacted me till yet by themselves and i have seen my products are still there in the agartala service center.It will be very helpful if you deliver my orders as soon as possible.

          I called blue dart customer care today regarding my undelivered package which was dispatched from hdfc chennai. One of your executive called "ishika" picked up my phone. She took the details and put the call on hold 2-3 times for a very lone time. Then i asked some questions about the courier but the way she replied was very rude said "abhi toh bataya na aapko". Then i asked her to transfer my call to l2 level then the reply i got was "aapko aur koi baat karni hai toh mujhe batao" then i again i asked her to transfer my call to l2 level then she cut my call.

          There were many times i called blue dart for courier but nobody talked in this way. This is not expected from blue dart. I wonder what training they get to deal with the customers if they are talking like this. Very dissapointed.

            Today i recived a mail from hdfc bank. Your card has been dispacted and delivered on 30th oct18. And the waybill no [protected]. At that time check through bluedart track system. Status updated undelivered shipment held at location//consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed. What is the issue. No call received from your office if address is not traceable. Very poor service

            Hi I am sanaulla here I got sms on 23.10.2018 from blue dart in that mention they should deliver my hdfc card. I was waited from morning till now no one has come and no one called. I am checking online to track but delivery person updated consignee shifted from given address. Please check
            Courier delivery person taken back the courier packet back 02 times, because i was not able to come out of office building .
            I asked him to come to office reception but he denied to do so.
            For third time i had came out of building to collect the packet.
            Dispatched on 15th October but till today (23rd October) not delivered to final destination even after continuous follow up with blue dart customer care.

            My address is correct and very easily reachable but delivery boy not provide me parcel even we are in contact with phone
            We have courierd one document from Hyderabad to Silvassa. thr'Blue Dart Plus.When the time of booking they informed us next day the courier will reach at Destination.But now they are communicating us, the couriered will reach in couple of days.
            I order from shop clues I called them they said you will get your parcel tomorrow but they return my parcel back to seller within contacting me
            I had placed a order on lenskart, the parcel had been couriered by blue dart number [protected], the product was not delivered but status showed delivered to ramya.kindly look into it.

              I had purchased some product online and bluedart is the courier partner. The product was to ship to indore and to be delivered by 22nd october. It has been more than a week since it is lying in the same location (Vijaynagar hub-indore) but it’s status has not been updated and it remains undelivered despite being in the same city.
              I have made repeated calls and written emails to bluedart but no action is being taken.
              Please help.

                I am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address.
                They do not call me for reference/direction or actually don't want to deliver. Bad service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. This is very annoying service.

                I am seeking the resolvment for this issue as soon as possible.

DELIVERY PERSON WAS IRRESPONSIBLE .22/10/2018 DELIVERY BOY WAS CAME to deliver point AND CALLED ME I told wait 5 minutes I came to searched him but He went without information. I collect the product after the 2 days late. bluedart service very very bad

                      The product( mark card) bearing the airway bill number Blue Dart Awb# [protected] by the British Council was delivered in a crushed way. The delivery person did not give a proper answer to the question about this state of the product. This shows the irresponsibility of the delivery team and the quality of the brand is questioned.

                      It's was clearly mentioned on the sides of the cover of that it must not be bended .

                      Very poor delivery service.My order is returned back just because I didn't get sms prior to delivery about the same and didnt receive any information about delivery person prior to delivery.And now they will attempt that after 2days and again with not any prior sms.How one can be available for 24hrs.Secondly now I don't trust blue dart.

                        Hi this is SRINIVASAN and I work with Accenture.Actually my office was in bellandur till last week.While I applied for credit card they said that it will be delivered in 3 to 4working days.Unfortunately it didnt and the delivery guy is not delivering to my current working location.

                        The message which I got is "Dear HDFC Bank Card Member, Your Credit Card despatched through Blue dart courier vide Awb - [protected] on 23/10/2018 is pending for delivery".

                        I dont know what to do next So kindly make arrangements to deliver my card to ACCENTURE BDC3
                        TOWER-A(BANNERGHATA).

                          My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 26th october but still it has been not been delivered either because either "consignee's address incomplete/landmark" (Even though blue dart has my correct address details as they confirmed on phone) or now on the tracking page, the latest update is "undelivered shipment held at location". Please get this resolved asap.

                          I pravish kumar shukla say that my product delivered date at 29/10/2018 and my product come in blue dart office but it could not delivered at time if i call in your kanpur office blue dart he says that tommorow will delivered and this statement last three date day tommorow delivered
                          Your siwan branch (Bihar) 841226 is the worst one, I have never seen in the matter of delivery and customer relation.
                          I have ordered from titan site with order tracking id https://www.bluedart.com/?[protected] .
                          They didn't deliver it for 4 days and neither phoned .
                          Even no response on calling and the official are very bad at interaction.

                              It's quite disappointing that the package for which I have paid Rs.600 was supposed to be safely delivered but instead it was eaten up rats. Is this a way a parcel should be delivered by you guys that too from a flight?
                              The delivery boy has not deliever the courier in my home, I did't get any call from delivery boy. But in status it showing consignee address unlocatable landmark needed, i am requesting you to respond to this email as soon as possible awaiting for your reply because i urgently need that courier.
                              so please solve my issue immediately.
                              So i request pls help me & resolve this issue as soon as possible, because my current debit card was expired.

                                The parcel has reached its main centre in lal chowk srinagar j&k on 20/10/2018 and today is 29/10/2018 and they have yet to deliver the parcel. When i call them thay always say tbey will deliver it today but nothing happend. So from this complaint i want to convey that you should take action against this complaint as this will decrease the value of your courier service. Thank you

                                    Docket no [protected] sent on 26/10. Assured delivery on 27/10. Passport was sent. Flight missed because of non receipt. My son lost admission in the university, because he was not able to travel. Lost close to rs.50000/- and also mental agony and his dream of studying in a foreign university was shattered. Neither your staff nor the call centre was able to give a clear reason for non delivery. Who is to bare the loss?

                                        I have ordered a product from mi.com
                                        . I as well the message from you was received to me, throughout the day i was in home but no fellow come to deliver product. When tracked in the web site of bluedart i was shocked to see that the status was consignee not available at home. Being very good courier service provider i was not expecting to be like this, i am very disappointed, stupid people of bluedart
