I am akem. I placed an order on 21 october,
2018 for gravity wrist watch on paytm mall. But other company's watch was delivered to me on october 23, 2018 due to which i returned that product and your servant picked it from me on october 26, 2018. But i have not received refund yet. I want you to solve this issue. Otherwise a strict action will have to be taken. Thanking you.

At the first attempt of the delivery, i didn’t get any call from the company’s delivery boy and later at the same day status was updated as consignee not available. I tried calling to the company’s customer care number ([protected]) which is as pathetic as the company’s delivery service. First of all i have to try for atleast 30 mins to just connect to the phone line which is by the way always busy, secondly when i press 9 to talk to their customer executive the call service hangs me up. Now the status of the parcel is undelivered shipment held at the location from past 2-3 days. How am i supposed to get this parcel delivered to me now???

Delivery boy just calling me and not making an attempt to deliver the parcel to me.i waited for an hour and he did not come where he told that he would come in 10 min . He again called in the evening at 8pm and did not lifting my call(not properly responding)

This is regarding your poor delivery services. We expect you people to provide the delivery in time. I offered a chocolate box for sumone as a. Deepawali gift hamper but your service boy without attempting a call to recipient submitted that the address is not valid and the point to be noted is one month before your delivery service delivered a product in same address.

I had ordered archies products and it was supposed to be diwali gift but this third class courier messed it up, courier was supposed to be delivered today but it was attempted yesterday and during office time when none is at home. I need a strict action against this courier company to make the example out of them so that going forward people fear to do this mishap. I am also going to sue them under certain other sections but for now need compensation from them on this mess.

Need damaging charges worth rs 10000 as this was diwali gift and they messed it up.

It has been found that for a long period of time this company is not opening the shop at arecode branchmalappuram district and it has obeseved many people from different places are not getting their goods parasel in their and when they come to the shop. The shop is locked all the time. And iam waiting for my parcel from 3weeks and i came to the shop 3times for the same till now. I haven't got any information from them and i had faced a loss in my business a minimum of rs 50000 loss because ofthe unavailability of my good on time and i am giveing this complain for the company to take legal action aginst this misconduct and iam kindly requesting for my compensation according to law and consumer protection act 1986 for loss caused by the dhl company

This is extremely frustrating as there were people waiting for the shipment entire day yesterday and no one went to the given address to deliver. I need the shipment to be delivered extremely urgent.

Has applied to icici bank for re issue of debit card. It was despatched on october23 2018 by bluedart bearing number awb# [protected]. On 23rd and 24th october 2018 that delivery was failed due to incomplete address. I strongly say that your delivery boy has not tried to deliver the card just by escaping that the address was not complete in spite it was a complete address.
I ask your explanation on this matter and can you just justify why you could not be sued for causing damage for my financial matters by not delivering my debit card. Without trying and saying that the adress is incomplete is just cheating. I enquired at the main gate security and no person from bluedart visited our colony during 23-25th october 2018. Please look into this matter and beware of worthless and in-sincere employees of your firm.

My name is jay arvind parekh, actually we were expecting a courier from sbi on 6 nov, unfortunately the delivery boy did not call us before coming and my family members went down to buy vegetable the delivery boy left a note saying that he tried to contact but nobody recived and left, later i called the contact center and spoke with a stubborn women called muskan i informed her about the same and told her that i am flying on 10 to jammu and want the delivery to be scheduled before that, she is telling that i only have 3 to 6 slot available on 10 nov and i am explaining her that i am flying at 2 pm but she is just adamant and telling its your problem what kind of customer service is this, blue dart as a company has changed they are not concerned about their customers my waybill no is [protected] in the name of my wife akansha parekh

Delivery boy not delivered my credit card hence he mentioned that i am not available but last 3 days i am on leave staying at my home which mentioned in delivery address. Today i was went to blue dart service office they told me my credit card will be delivered today but not received. When i check with my tracking number [protected] it's shown delivery attempted but not available.

I have been told that my bank consignment would be delivered to me by yesterday. Later, I got a message from blue dart saying there is some address problem. But, delivery guy confirmed me over phone that he forgot to deliver the package and said he will be delivering it today early morning. Since then there is no communication from him.

I made a call to customer care again today morning and they said they would be delivering the product today on priority considering that I would be out of town from tom and need that consignment on priority. Later I gave one more call to customer care and they confirmed that they have escalated the issue and would be delivering the package by 7PM today.

It's already 9PM and no body has delivered the consignment. Without even contacting me they are simply updating status as address no available. I hope I'm clear when I say it's a banking consignment and needed it yesterday. Due to non delivery I stayed back just to collect the parcel. Even today they are not ready to deliver that package. Can I get some escalation contact?

Worst customer care services from blue dat. It is the worst. I want to escalate it to HDFC from next time onwards change the courier services.
On 5th due my unavailability delivery person couldn't able to deliver the product. I have called customer care and asked for delivery on 6th november 2018. But I didn't received the delivery nor any update.
Such a irresponsible delivery services.

I ordered Denim Shirt combo of 4, and I have seen in facebook like there was pure denim shirt only. I ordered that denim shirt 4 pices very honestly but I don't know this order will be fake order and I will get this type of shirts like foothpath. Even when courier came and call me I gone there and tell him the open this I want to show. But this ghuy told me that u can't open it, after that I gave money to his hand I took this percal and I just open it and I saw there is 4 shirt like normal what is cost will be 500 only. When I saw that products and tell him that I don't order that so I don't want this ghuy told me that no I can't take it back. My credit card courier i'm not get. But i'm tracking the website the status is failed attempt. Only one time delivery people is called me. That time i'm in my native. I informed to delivery boy with in two days i'm available. One reach then i will call the delivery boy, only two ring then my call is disconnected. What can i do.

Further please also note that i was making complain to the customer care & the bluedart website & by e-mail to customer services but nothing has been done till date.
Kindly look into the matter so that my mail packet can be delivered as soon as possible.
