I am K.Srinivasan from Chennai. I had taken a health insurance policy with Religare Health insurance Co.. They had dispatched my Policy (No.[protected] cover through your Blue Dart courier Services, Noida on 17th October'18 and the Way Bill no.AWB [protected] (ref no.[protected]. On tracking i observe that the letter had reached your Guindy Office at Chennai on the 18th Oct evening itself. As 19th is holiday, i expected the delivery of letter on 20th Oct'18. As the letter has not been delivered to me even on 22nd oct, i visited your office on 23rd and i was told that the PIN code given in the letter is wrong and so they could not effect delivery of the letter. I had then furnished your branch my mobile number and my correct address. Despite the fact i had produced my ID, your branch staff refused to give the letter to me and indicated that it will be delivered at the house on 24th Oct'18. As even on 24th, the letter was not received, i visited your Guindy branch today and i was informed that as number of letters are more at their end they could not effect delivery yesterday ie. 24th and assured that it will be positively delivered today ie 25th Oct'18. But till now (7.16 pm) your office has not delivered the letter. I do not know why the delivery is getting delayed.
Company's use your services despite your charging heavy charges on the hope that you will lend best services and effect delivery of letters promptly to customers and on time. The present case is one of the possible worst services from Blue Dart. Taking excuse that more parcels are there and so could not effect delivery tells about the scant response and responsibility the Blue dart bestow towards its customers. I get a feeling even if the letter is sent by ordinary post, it would have reached me by now. I could not but help to believe that expecting timely services from big and so called reputed companies like yours is a far cry.

      I have ordered one product from online service
      My airwaybill number - [protected]

      I have not received the call on date 24 OCT 2018 because of my official work reason

      I got another call from blue dart delivery boy on date 25 OCT 2018 . The delivery boy used very bad language and abusing words to me by his mobile number - [protected] & [protected]

      Am having his audio recording and messages he used to abuse me in very vulgar language .

      Kindly take the action against him or am also having option to file a case against your company
      IPC act 504 will charge

        Good day

        This is regarding dispatch of my card through bluedart courier service with tracking number "awb 35xxxxx91" to amritsar, punjab address dated 18th october-2018. The service and response from bluedart is annoying and highly unprofessional.

        The courier company neither attempted delivery of the card nor contacted us telepathically. When we went to the courier company's office situated at “100/101, national shopping complex, near nandan cinema, gt road, amritsar” on the 24th october morning, we were very rudely told by the admin staff that they do not service this area and the card was returned back to its origin. They told us to contact the dispatcher "icici bank" and we
        As customer should tell bank to not to book parcel's with blue dart as they will not attempt delivery of it next time as well and the same will be returned again.

        This was very rude response from a courier service. If the area mentioned in the address is not under their service area, they should not accept the delivery of the parcel beforehand. Further if they do accept, they should at least make a phone call, so that we can arrange collection by physically going to their office. But they did not do either of these and the response was extremely poor.

        If the company got some ethics and service policies and have access to this review, i want escalation of this poor service rendered by bluedart company.
        I re-iterate, there was not even a single phone call made by bluedart courier company to us and no delivery was attempted at all.

          The shipment was arrived at blue dart office on 18.10.2018, even after more than one week passed the shipment has not been delivered yet. They are just updating the status "undelivered shippment held at location". When will it get get delivered.# pathetic service. Even the contact no provided by bluedart in unresponsive and not information has been shared that how one can get his parcel delivered. They didn't even call me on delivery date.

            Sir, i have received a message from icici bank about my atm card will transmit through blue dart express courier service, krishnagiri, tamil nadu.
            I deleted that message on that day itself. On 23.10.2018, i have received a call from blue dart delivery man about my atm delivery but i was in office and no one in my home. Hence i requested him to keep atm in their office and i will come and collect in the evening.
            He told me that the office is open until 7:30 pm.
            I have visited his office for two days (23 & 24.1018) around 7:15 pm, but they closed their office.
            Today (25.10.2018), i went to blue dart express at 1:15 pm, they replied as atm card returned to bank by the manager. Their answer is very irresponsible manner. They asked me about the transaction id/number to track the letter. I don't have that number. Is it correct way to deal this issue.
            Kindly attend this issue and solve it.

              Today is 25/10/2018
              I placed an order from nykaa.com on 8th octber 2018 and still its not delivered, expecte delivery date was 12thoct. I call so many times to nykaa and they every time told me "we informe the delivery partner, your product will be deliverd within 48hrs!!"
              I also email blue dart and they dnt care about that, no reply as of now.

                I placed the parcel dated on 11/10/18 from bahadurgarh to banglore. Its estimated delivery date is 13/10/2018. But till now the parcel is not submitted to the destination.                   I ordered one photo from amazon and it was supposed to be delivered by blue dart but no one is supporting.

                  I have complained more than 30times to seller but he is least bothered to help the customer, now i am really fed up for this.

                  I have knocked the door of amazon, the seller and blue dart but no one has customer care.

                  This is the last option left for me to escalate the matter.

                    shipment sent by axis bank not delivered

                    Dear sir,
                    My name is Dipak Kumar Sharma. In axis bank my saving account is available. A Shipment sent by axis bank on date 06.10.18.Its Blue Dart AWB# [protected]. This information recieved by a SMS on 07.10.18. Next day on 08.10.18., I received a SMS ' SHIPMENT FROM AXIS BANK VIDE BLUE DART AIRWAY BILL [protected] HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND RECEIVED BY STAMP.'
                    But actually, it has not delivered on me or my communication address....

                    Blue dart does not deliver my package and simply changes the status from "out for delivery" to "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark". Also when i try to reach the delivery boy, he keeps disconnecting the call. This is really frustrating because i have seen many cases on the internet with the same status against blue dart and looks like they do nothing regarding this. If this keeps happening then it looks like the end days are nearing for blue dart because it is loosing peoples trust in such a competitive market.

                      I am just fed up from the services of blue dart in amritsar this happens in my last order too and again repeated this time. When we track it, it says that it has reached my city i. E amritsar yesterday on 24 oct and it says it was out for delivery yesterday evening and then around 6 pm it says consignee out of town seriously i myself don't know when i went out of town yesterday attached is the screenshot of the same. What the hell with the services of blue dart. I want my courier to be delivered or else blue dart should shut down their business in amritsar when they cant deliver their courier and lie on tracking status.

                        I have not received my querier yet, even the delivery person did not call me during his presence. I have reached querier office directly and gave my contact number eveb the delivery person did not called me. 4daz already gone yet am not received my courier. But in the track status they mentioned reaching everyday to deliver. But no calls done by the delivery person during the arraival.

                        What the # you servicing in courier management. There is no person in the reception of the querier office. Am waiting a lot whenever am reaching them directly.

                            Bluedart has become the most unprofessional courier service ever. They don't do any job & simply update #ty fake comments on their tracking website. For everything they would update a comment stating "address not found" or "phone not reachable". Same thing happened to me for two of my orders. These people are running a # company with mindless people who have no value & respect for people's time. This company needs to shut down & i will take strict action against them.

                              I was suppose to receive my new debit card from hdfc bank. The consignment was dispatched from chennai on 22nd oct and no calls yet by the delivery guy and i receive this message"waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues. Pls contact hdfc for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days"

                              I mean they did not inform me about the delivery and without contacting me how can they say address related issues in a city like bangalore... Just imagine the service in rural areas.. Pathetic

                                I was suppose to receive my new debit card from hdfc bank. The consignment was dispatched from chennai on 17th oct and on 25th oct i got the tracking no. Which showed that consignment is sent back.

                                I mean they did not informed me about the delivery and without contacting me it is sent back. This is the second time sucj incident has happened. The awb no. [protected].

                                  This is pathetic,, one order done on 9th oct, is yet to be delivered..

                                  Worst service i have ever seen with any online shopping, provided we are living in metro city.

                                  So there was one attempt for delivery - when i was not available.

                                  No attempt was done post that, even though i got a message 2-3 times in last week, but no one came to deliver, no one attempt to call.

                                  How bad it can be...???

                                  Pls cancel the order, raise thw refund with penalty. Since i waited for almost 13days to get a package delivered..

                                    My courier with awb number : [protected] is with blue dart and they are not ready to deliver it to me.
                                    They came to deliver it on 17th october 2018. And i was unavailable. So i asked the person to come on monday.
                                    Now if i call the person, he is telling he will not deliver it. Later on he is not even ready to pick my call..
                                    I tried contacting blue dart but they phone number is not valid. Also i sent a mail for which i got no response from them.
                                    Blue dart is a fraud

                                      Hello blue dart i am amazed by the service provided by you people in hyderabad this consignment has not been delivered for last 6 days now. This is my credit card, and yes of course it is not important.. I mean c'mon who needs a credit card right? Bank related documents and cards are never important hence i like your protocol of not delivering it to the concerned person instead wait for them to reach out to your office and collect it.. Justifying the actual purpose of courier right? This has not happened for the first time.. Last time i almost missed my flight because i had to go and collect my documents from your office where your team "works" so hard.
