Complaint against non-delivery of letters/atm card - today i have to receive atm card from axis bank ltd with track number: [protected]. I was tracking the same since morning - at 3.27 pm (Dt.27/10/2018) the letter was out for delivery. To my astonishment at 4.45 p. M the delivery man posted a statement that delivery attempted - recipient not at home - never made attempt my house nor telephoned to me about the letter or no message or paper kept to intimation of attempt made by him. Whole day i am at home to receive the letter, hence wasted my time. Instruct your manager/delivery man/dealing staff to deliver the letter to me immediately through contact no.[protected]/[protected]. My mail address madan. [protected]@gov.in

I cant get it, i understood that the courier is through blue dart express, my nearest branch is tirur
They dont call me or they dont give the purchased item to my shop,
I give them my full address and phone number
They dont call me,
But their customer care call me and check if the item is deliver or not
I cant talk in english or hindi, my native language is malayalam
They talk to me that call through malayalam customer care
But they dont call me

This is such a disgusting with the team you are having in bluedart office in tirupathi as the people are not aware of the addresses of the customers and they are simply returning the courier stating that the consignee is not available and this is such a ridiculous behaviour with you tirupathi team and more over i will never and ever recommend this courier service

Mainly the delivery person mr devendra is not at all delivering the couriers he is simply returning the couriers without handing over to customers

The customer care is so careless calling up endlessly still they don't realize the importance of service... Since morning i was calling to get connected with the rider but none of the customer care person followed up or helped me... They had a lethargic attitude... As it was my need i had to find my own solution.. Like seriously there is no such thing like service... Even taking after so many follow up they didn't resolve my issue

This is regarding my recent experience with blue dart is not good as axis bank sent my cheque book via blue dart. Some lady from blue dart nashik office called me to collect that cheque book. I want to ask you that if you are not able to provide services in rural area why accept such orders? My place is 12 km from nashik cbs.
It my kind suggestion to you is that you should not accept such order. Or you should complete your service according to the order. My earlier experience with blue dart is same. I hope you will consider my suggestion.
Any ways i need to go to your to collect that cheque book.
Because i m needy.

3 times my courier rejected reason that address not proper
I currently living in old city where is house no i will get should i go to court for such bit rejection given by your organisation.
Or should i change my house.
If not deviler to me as per my 7 days tat
I wish i would you in court
As i am also provide mail contact and i'd proof then why are you rejected my courier.

Hi team,

This is ridiculus courier service.

The courier can not be delivered before 12pm in the morning.

Evening 5pm is this the correct time to deliver any courier?

A person can't go outside also because of courier service.

When i called to customer service, they are unable to provide delivery boy number also.

I told to courier boy i'm not available in office or in home for next 7 days. He can't come back after 1 hr also.

I tried calling him again to inform that just leave the courier at nearest blue dart office, i'll pick up from there, the phone is switch off.

Pratapgarh rajasthan blue dart agent not come at homeon 26/10/2018 for delivery the courier & mark online status on blue dart consignee not available. I m out of station. I have not received the courier of awb [protected] which says "undelivered shipment held at location". After that i have talked with blue dart, they told me to call hdfc bank and to send email from bank. I have did the same and hdfc bank sent the email., but the courier tracking status still says that old status.
It's very bad experience with blue dart...

I was waiting for a courier sent by hsbc bank and to be delivered by blue dart services. I waited for 2 days and then went to their online tracking system to check the status where they had written "delivery attempted-premises closed" status. How is it possible? I am at my home only for last 3 days. I would seriously request the bluedart operations head to check this malpractice of non-delivering of the courier....

After delivery date my product is not delivered is u are cheeting me i take complaint to court and give notice immediately take care of my problem and resolve it

I ordered a product in flipkart and it should be delivered on 24th october. When i checked the status in blue dart, it was showing as attempted delivery-premise closed without even coming to my house. I was there in house for entire day. After re-attempting the delivery on 26th, i got a msg at 9.30 p. M as out for delivery. When i checked today morning for the status, its again showing as attempted delivery - premise closed. Looks like they didn't even come to house and telling as attempted delivery.

They should be having my number. They should have called me if they come to house but they didnt even call. I am not sure whether they have the product or missed somewhere and updating falsely. Customer care also not attending the call. Tried many times. Worst service.

My waybill no is [protected]. When I tracked my parcel it shows "Holiday, Delivery On Next Business Day". I asked your delivery boy it has to be delivered at my residence he said okay then also he marked it as holiday. And your customer care no is either not reachable or busy all the time. I'm seriously very disappointed with your services.

I got a message that my credit card will be delivered on 26october2018 but i didn't get any call from them or any message about delivery executive. On 27october2018 i got a call but didn't attend that later when i called back there is a voice saying that this is about bluedart return ee apologise as we can't talk to you now. How can i contact them now about my credit card?

I ordered from amazon, but the courier boy refused to deliver my product at registered address, asking me to collect from their office, it's better to shut down your service as you people harassing customer in the name of door to door service, there is no service at all, i supposed to received my product by yesterday, only because of your poor service, i have to collect from your so called office

Courier boy mentioned wrong comment he called me from mobile number - [protected] talked with him and informed him to come at this place... Then i give information and he said ok... Then he didn't come and i called him 2 times he disconnect the call every time... Not at all recommend such person.

Bludart is not delivering parcel at prohibited area /entry restrictions area then why bludart taking such parcel.wasting time of customer as well as company.and once you attempted and customer approaches to office by tracking parcel, you people refused to give such parcel even after showing identity .then why bludart wasting time of customer.

My order from flipkart with blue dart is awb# [protected], i am chythanya i have placed order on 14th oct 2018 and the item delivery date was on 24th oct 2018 but till now i have not yet received my ordered material and on 26th i got a call from bluedart person that he is coming to deliver but waited upto night at office but no-one had come and after waiting for such a long days suddenly 26th midnight i have got the below message that your order has been cancelled by you, and y i should cancel my order and i have waited for such a long time for this, and this is seriously not acceptable so please take a serious action regarding this issue and
I need my material should be delivered immediately.

This is a kind of service i ever seen, and it is not at all acceptable.
