Dear blue team,
Hope this complaint is being read by the top officials of blue dart and get aware of the pathetic customer service that has been offered to simple customer like me.
This is a serious concern and must be dealt on an immediate basis or else this complaint will keep on repeating till this gets sorted out.
Date of incident - 4th july 2016 and 6th july 2016
Awb no [protected].
The above mentioned awb no [protected] containing bank package of icici - new account opened was supposed to get delivered at 6/j ananda palit road near entally post office kolkata -700014 on 4th july 2016 where the field staff - courier boy updated the tracking details as consignee has shifted. kindly check the tracking details below

The issue is that i am staying at the given address from birth and the courier did not even called me on the registered mobile no with icici bank - [protected] and in the tracking details it is mentioned consignee has shifted.
Today morning i mailed miss swati ghosh - assistant manager of kolkata branch. though she responded but she consistently made the customer feel that the negligence has happened from my end. when asked her that the courier boy should have called on my number she replied "please be informed that bank shipments have a defined delivery norm which needs to be adhered to and hence we are not authorised to call and arrange delivery of bank instruments. the guidelines are put forward by the bank to ensure security of bank instruments and to avoid any fraudulent act."where the icici customer service team assured me that registered mobile number is given to track the customer if necessary. she has been ruthless to me while interacting with me specifically earlier also around in december 2015 with regard to her behaviour which is absolutely unaccepatable and i wonder how can she be part of customer service bluedart.
My issues are laid below for your action-
1) registered mobile number is given for what reason - kindly verify. so a person needs to take a holiday from work and sit at home to wait for package to be delivered... is it so?... and top of it all my family is unqualified to receive the package. is it so?... then why miss ghosh kept on talking to me about sops and sops something probably she has learned recently in blue dart institution and has a exam to be given so that she can survive another year in your organisation and jeopardize the brand image of blue dart (i really don't know whether this brand image matters to an institution like "bluedart"). icici bank team has confirmed that registered mobile number can be called if necessary to deliver the package.
2) swati ghosh - assistant manager blue dart also insisted to take my wife's number and whether my wife has a pan card to deliver the package to my wife. if this is the case she is contradicting the point in her reply mail below which i guess she recalled it

3) upon telling her that i will put this matter on the consumer forum platform she actually threatened me that blue dart's legal team will take care of. i mean why this attitude miss ghosh - do you really doing justice to your position and salary which you are drawing. i dont think so as your only aim is to demean the customer on the other side of the issue so that your track record remains clean. to cover the same she puts up a date where we had an interaction where actually she was wrong and ultimately i was refunded the money. i replied thanking her.
"kindly note that bluedart believes in being transparent in their communication with customers and continues to strive towards providing customer delight as affirmed in your trail mail below dated 5th december 2015. please be rest assured that the matter will be address on priority and further communication will be provided to you by the concerned member."
Kindly address the above points which is actually bothering me a lot where the customer has been kept so low in your set of principles.

During the course of our discussion you have mentioned to have taken up the matter with your respective bank. we too have forwarded the below mail to our concerned team for further investigation and assistance. delivery will be arranged as per the standard operating procedure laid down by your shipper.
