Ref : [protected]. The delivery was never attempted and straight away rejected from Rajarhat hub where as I stay in south Kolkata, Behala. They didn't even bother to call me and notify about the parcel being declined. I called the customer service but my call was disconnected several times. Very incompetent and poor customer service.

    Dear sir my pan card tracking no is [protected] i hv a complaint about delivery this document started from mumbai on 12th.. Reached raipur on 13th aug. It should be delivered on same day. But i understand some time not possible.. So may be next working day... I also understand 14th was sunday and 15th was national holiday.. So anyhow it should be delivered on 16 anyhow.. But instead of delivering it your raipur office put a total lie on status that customer is not available.. Which is totally wrong address is for my home and i was here whole day no body came and no body called.. This is shameful for organisation like you. Give me your more emails of your higher authorities i will talk to them. Today is 17th, half day gone.. And again shameful act that neither its delivered nor status is updated till now its 1.45 pm. When i will get it what is diffrence between your and other normal courier services??? You should really improve your service... When i called yourraipur office they said its ony pan card so not important.. Its strange i am writing about it to india government too.. Thanks

    Further development to above i just called your tollfree no. And talked to mr naim.
    When i told him that you hv posted totally wrong update at your website he was amused and told me i am right he knows he is wrong. Also clearly told me that your staff is not available and i will get it tomorrow.. Why??? When i cross questioned he could not give any reasonable answer just said nobody is working today.. Pl check recording its 1.55 pm now i just put up phone..
    Its strange experience from such a big courier... Give me your higher authorities emails and phone no. I will report to them

      My order not delivered yet... Its 12 days one n i received a msg

      Your order from paytm with blue dart awb# [protected] is undelivered as premise closed. To reschedule, please call please call[protected] from 9am-9pm mon-sat... How come its happen..

      I waited yesterday morning as it supposed to be deliver yesterday only.. How come it has been closed.. Is any one responsible person is there who can reply in this regard.

      Very disappointing..

          Dear sir, i have ordered one mobile phone redmi 3s prime grey 32g on dated 09.08.2016 (time : 12:03pm) for rs.8999/- order number was [protected] as i check my delivery status on today morning there mentioned no delivery due to consignee refuse to accept so cancelled.
          But at my given mobile number no calls have been received from the courier company, i contact their local address hisar office, they given the same reason, my tracking number is [protected]. you are kindly requested to please check the matter on urgent basis. it is not fair to cancel the order without given any reason. it will break the trust of customers.

                I have ordered my nivia football shoes through paytm and it is dispatched by paytm on the other day itself. It is telling that your order will be delivered by bluedart courier services. The tracking number given to me by bluedart courier services is [protected].
                My order had reached saugor on 14th of august itself and today is 15th of august and i haven't received my order yet!
                Please do the needful.

                    I AM KISHOR way bill no [protected]. I told coustamer care execuative iam nt available my home address we catch me only company address. I inform two times to your executive. so why we are try to deliveried my home address again and again. I got a courier pick up message at august 2nd still im not received my card. till again re scheduled my home address. my company address is known address why your delivery boy failed to delivered my card till 12 days iam daily inform my time office any credit card delivery please inform me your delivery boy reach one time my company address.

                      I had purchased 2 live rose plants worth Rs. 1116/- from Ms Shiatoshi, Kolkata . There were delivered to you by 4 pm on 8th August, 2016 and were shipped vide AWB No. [protected]. The plants were sent on a Bharat Darshan from Kolkata to Delhi to Hyderabad to Mumbai to finally Indore where these were lying since 10 am on 12.08.2016. No delivery was attempted yesterday as my Pin code was allegedly incorrect.

                      Your courier came at 06.05 pm today, i.e. a few minutes ago. The PIN CODE 452018 was mentioned correctly on the package . My mobile number [protected] was also mentioned correctly.
                      Thus, the sole excuse that you had for your inefficiency is also untenable. I have refused to take delivery as the live rose plants in the package ( alive when picked up by you)are dead by now due to your callousness and inefficiency.
                      Please now advise me the escalation matrix as I am not satisfied with your
                      service. I need a compensation of Rs. 1116/-. If I do not hear from you by Tuesday, I will ask my lawyers to send a legal notice followed by a consumer forum case.

                        Porbandar Branch Blue Dart is not given a good serrvice

                        I am Purchase a Shirt from Snapdeal and Delivery date is 10/08/2016 and i was calling at your porbandar branch and he will tell me yes sir your parcel is reached at Porbandar and deliver today. but i am not received my parcel i was continue followup for my parcel and than tomorrow i was go to your office and received my parcel. its not a good service. If your company don't given service so why your company received a delivery charge ? I am not satisfied with Porbandar Branch Blue Dart it will not given a service.

                        I hope your company will take a action.

                          The delivery of shipment was attempted on primary address. The office was closed so I requested them to deliver on alternate address mentioned on shipment. But they denied to deliver it on same day, and it was Sunday on next day followed by 15th August on monday so they told me to deliver only on Tuesday. Not even ready to deliver on same address If I am available there. They neither send intimation for shipment went out for delivery nor tried to call me to confirm If I am available or not. And apart to all these problem I tried convenience Customer Service Executive for my problem, she even rudely denied for all these.

                              Hello Sir,

                              I request to my ICICI Bank to send me check book. I got a msg that i will be be receiving my check book through blue dart courier. As i know the policy ever courier company attempt 3 times to customers if not available and also call before going (i personally request to my bank that ask them to call before coming to me and mention my contact also but i didnt receive any call) and your blue dart store is just 100 m from my PG.
                              Today when i personally take off from my office i gone there to collect my check book and know my status. i saw they update that i was not available.
                              they updated incorrect info and even didnt call me before coming. when i said sir i am here to collect my check book i also have ID and details please give me my check book they started blaming me that it was my fault we dont give call and all. and didnt even give me my check book.
                              your store was in sukhrali sector 17 M.G. Road Gurgaon.
                              I just want kindly take action for this asap.

                                I have ordered two product from amazon on 10/08/2016 and amazon delivers it with blue dart. but when my product came to nagpur, blue dart office nagpur refuses to deliver the product to khaperkheda (nagpur-441102) and told that they don't have delivery in khaperkheda (nagpur-441102). so my question is, i[censored] dont have delivery in khaperkheda (nagpur-441102) then why they are taking packages from amazon of this address., even lots of courier services deliver product to khaperkheda.
                                Second:
                                Bluedart nagpur office staff is very poor in behavior and treating customer very badly. i try to contact them telephonic-ally on all 4 landline numbers (atleast ten times on each number) but they are not picking up the phone, so how can i get any information about my product.

                                  I have ordered a product through online (MI.com) on Tuesday 09.08.2016.
                                  Order dispatched by Bluedart Currier. But according to the online status the product should be deliver by 12.08.2016. But they have failed to deliver on the proposed date. Waybill No : [protected]
                                  Current status shows Shipment Out For Delivery from Barrackpore. But no one contact me and I have followed up frequently to Bluedart customer care they told me to wait till 9pm. But still now Shipment not delivered to mentioned address.

                                    I got a verification call about my courier from citi bank from blue dart on 08/08/2016. Next day blue dart courier boy called me and told me to wait back at office he will come for delivery. And he made me fool for 3 days. Are you charging money for such kind of services. Whenever i tried to call your customer care, no response from thei side.

                                    It seems i need to request citi bank to send my courier with another courier service.

                                    I will post this and share this on social media as much as i can. And will make sure none of my friends or colleagues will use your service again.

                                      I placed an order from Mi India on 9th august which was to be delivered by blue dart but the expected delivery date is shown 12th august and it hasn't been delivered yet. your toll free number isn't TOLL FREE. It doesn't even work. I tried calling on it but couldn't hear anything thus out of balance as well. Please deliver it asap.

I got a call from no. [protected] today in morning (12 aug) he asked for path to my house i told the way to reach then he called me again after 2 hrs and refuse to deliver package to my house and his behaviour was very rude he shouted on me very badly and said "i m not going to deliver your package if you dont pay me extra money" and since i refused to pay extra he didnt delivered my package : (Never gonna use such crap service again from bluedart.

                                        R sir, subjected way bill no. has been dispatched from Delhi on 11.8.2016 and till date its 12.8.2016 about 3 o'clock and the same has not been received by me and the folder containing legal documents and i have to submit the same on today itself and there are three days official holiday, please resolve my problem and solve the same with immediate effect, the branch officials are saying that they are not having sufficient staff.
