I want to know what this going on i think u does not deserve for this service....

Kotak mahindra bank send a credit card to my address through Bluedart.

I am very disappointed when come to know through through mail/cell messages that (1) i was not awailable with cash and (2) not available whereas no delivery boy visited the addressee place nor any call was received from him for delivery of article.
