I never recieved this courier which was a watch worth 10000. Ur courier says delivered but nobody was home and name on POD says Savita. Nobody named savita lives nearby. This is truely the WORST EVER COURIER EXPERIENCE. shows delivered for undelivered product

    But we are sorry to say that inspite of being very good & reputed company blue dart shipment. they have not deliver the shipment till now after 5 days inspite of reminding so many times. we suffered a huge loss for that please look into this matter and do according.

      My pran card is dispatched on 07/05/2015, but after waiting a long period i find out that my pran card kit was delivered by blue dart courier service by airway bill no. [protected], but till date i don't receive that when i tried to enqire for the same instead satisfying the customer they shout and deny to tell me the status of my courier.As it is my pran kit in which my pension card and user name and password, if any wrong person got it it will be hard for me to do anything for that.

Its deliverd in uluberia day after tomorrow means 04/07/2016. Bluedart message me it delivered me on 08/07/2016 but till now i not receive my product. And many times i call your customer care number and they totaly misscommunicate to me because one person told me it deliver on 08/07/2016. And i call again on 9th and then someone told me on system my delivery date is 11th and i request him and then he told he deliverd me on same days means 09/7/2016 and i again call on 9th and one person whos name is krishna sahani he told me my phone delivered by sunday definately by specially. Many more times i call your customer care number but noboday can't tell me when i got my courrier. Pls help me bcoz its very urgent. My awb is [protected]. Pls look into my matter i am waiting for your posetive reply.

          I have ordered many online items to my address but everytime i get through bluedart i face problems receving it.when i get the order through other courier service they deliver it promptly.I know bluedart reputation but in my town mandapeta the service is operated by a group of teens who doesnt care about the work.they call me at 10:00am enquiring me to be available that they will be bringing the shipment in half an hour but they bring it in the evening 6:00pm (for them 1/2 hour =6 hours).even then when they bring it at 6:00pm when its clearly on the address its first floor they enquire on ground floor & return back.I already ordered nearly 6 shipments via bluedart (all the 6 times me aggrieved with the service) last time i even warned them about their negligent behaviour.Again now they have done the same thing if they could not find address on main road & nearby very famous temple in the town & even after delivery of 6 times to same address before, on what basis are they running the logistics services i donot understand.This time they didnot even call me nor came to my address but simply returned as address incorrect, the same one to which they delivered 6 times now has suddenly became incorrect.its their attitude and service which is incorrect not my address. Pls do employ a better staff keeping up with the reputation.hope unlike your local staff here you would take the feedback seriously & resolve the issue.

            My name is manish shaw. I frequently buy stuffs online. There is a courier guy who always speaks badly. Even he cant wait for 2 mins. He is setting a bad impression for your brand. Today also he left before my reaching till the ground floor.
            Please make it sure this doesn't happen again. Also give details of the person who is carrying my order in text message you send. So, that i can complain about this to your representative. I dont even know his name.

              It's worst experience again with the bluedart vanasthalipuram, very bad experience, terrible service by bluedart. bluedart reference number ev[protected] as to receive package from sbi dispached on 29/6/16. on 07/07/2016 i missed a call from delivery boy sridhar mob nmbr-[protected], shamshabad area (hyderabad). after an hour i called him he infrmd me that i received a courier from sbi, that day was my weekly off i was not at the office i told him the same and scheduled to next day after 2pm because my shift timings are 0130pm to 0930pm. he agreed. but when i called him the next day after 2pm he told i called you 3times you were not answered but i didnt received any call from unknown numbers or his number he just lied. i ignored and told him to handover my package around 0430pm then his reply was terrible you come and collect somewhere near the place he lives but i can't go there because i'm on duty i requested him to come to my office and handover the package he refused and told me i cant come there you come and collect somewhere 2km away from my worklocation its not atleast the bluedart office, i warned him about his bad service that i'm gonna complain against you, then he laughed and said i'm not bothered then. he disconnected the call i coudn't call him again. the next day he called around 10am to pickup the package its horribe i already told him that my shift timings are 0130pm to 0930pm but his arrogant behaviour wants to trouble me. i requested him to come after 02pm he straightly said i cannot i'am returning the package and he did. my question to bluedart management is
              1. why my shipment sent to secondary address when primary is available. your executives answers was just casual they says "we tried calling you we cannot contact you because you are not answering" which is silly i have all call logs and records there is no bluedart number tried to call me. i have my contact number and mail id to contact me you never try or your staff never anticipate to select the best option to satisfy the consignee. why so casual?
              2. should a consignee go to the delivery boy specified address and time or a courier service providers?
              3. why should a consignee flex to your timings and place. why dont you? where are the ethics?
              4. why don't you contact a consignee when there are options available. why you don't anticipate?
              5. when other e-commerce shipments are delivered without any hassles to the same person and same address. why can't bluedart?
              6. your caption says time definite delivery its really shame to use such when you are not capable. isn't it?
              7. final question is why are you showing wrong tracking status? here my tracking status is "consignee requested to return the shipment" what a terrible service you are providing.
              I have the call records and call logs from my mobile network service provider where i can prosecute you legally to show your worst faces off.
              *what i demand is stringent action against the delivery boy sridhar (shamshabad area), hyderabad, his mobile number is [protected].
              *what do you compensate for the inconvenience i faced because of your worst service.

                I always shop online and whenever the product comes the delivery guy ask me to take from his office. snapdeal and amazon parcels come thru bluedart. this time consignment no [protected] has been sent thru the same by snapdeal bt the person make remark address issue n cancelled the product after that talking to snapdeal customer care they reaarange the delivery. now the main problem is here, inspite of rearranging he did not come for home delivery, i thought because of raining he might not came for 3-4days so my father went there as he was nearby the bluedart office after giving sufficient info n making the delivery guy talk to me then also the delivery guy refused to give the product. again i called him told him to deliver at home then. then the lazy person handed it to my father it takes a. n hour for the qhole process. very frustrating.

                          I sent a consignment from vasant kunj and they took rs. 2950 from me with a guarantee of next day delivery. the shipment has still not been delivered and it's been 7 days! it was a highly urgent delivery. there has been no call from blue dart in this regard. the current status is showing that it's not delivered and one of the reasons given is 'no clear landmark'. the address on the shipment was very detailed with landmark and recipient's and sender's name as well as contact numbers were clearly included. the blue dart people should have called on either of the numbers if there was any confusion.

                          I want the shipment to be delivered immediately plus a refund of the 'extra payment' that was charged from me on the pretext of 'guaranteed next day delivery'.

                          Just now i got a call from Vasant Kunj courier person and he told me that as per Blue Dart bangalore, the phone number of the receiver was not mentioned on the shipment, whereas the name and number of the receiver and sender, both, are very clearly mentioned on the shipment. i can mail you the pics i had taken before getting it shipped. it clearly shows the phone number.

                            I was awaiting a parcel from ebay latest by 6th of July via Blue Dart. However, it is past the date and I haven't yet received my product. On calling ebay, they said it is not there responsibility ones the product is shipped and they have failed to contact blue dart courier service in Kolkata. I'm leaving the Country tomorrow and I fear if I don't receive the charger by 12.30 pm tomorrow, I will have to leave without a phone charger which is a necessity. I don't know how these guys at blue dart could be this unprofessional and irresponsible. Very very disappointed with the service. any help would be great,

                              I have been misguided by your executive that when i bring the shipment by air octroi will not be charged, i asked them what all documents they need. I have given all the necessary docs, even after asking i have told their will be no octroi. At the time of delivery i had to pay 4400/- inr + courier charges. This is not what we expect from blue dart, if your executives have half knowledge they should not speak. I have paid a huge amount to bring back my laptop which was not new. I want you to escalate this issue and give back my octrio money because its not our fault.

                                  Hope this complaint is being read by the top officials of blue dart and get aware of the pathetic customer service that has been offered to simple customer like me.

                                  This is a serious concern and must be dealt on an immediate basis or else this complaint will keep on repeating till this gets sorted out.

                                  The issue is that i am staying at the given address from birth and the courier did not even called me on the registered mobile no with icici bank - [protected] and in the tracking details it is mentioned consignee has shifted.

                                  Today morning i mailed miss swati ghosh - assistant manager of kolkata branch. though she responded but she consistently made the customer feel that the negligence has happened from my end. when asked her that the courier boy should have called on my number she replied "please be informed that bank shipments have a defined delivery norm which needs to be adhered to and hence we are not authorised to call and arrange delivery of bank instruments. the guidelines are put forward by the bank to ensure security of bank instruments and to avoid any fraudulent act."where the icici customer service team assured me that registered mobile number is given to track the customer if necessary. she has been ruthless to me while interacting with me specifically earlier also around in december 2015 with regard to her behaviour which is absolutely unaccepatable and i wonder how can she be part of customer service bluedart.


                                  My issues are laid below for your action-

                                  1) registered mobile number is given for what reason - kindly verify. so a person needs to take a holiday from work and sit at home to wait for package to be delivered... is it so?... and top of it all my family is unqualified to receive the package. is it so?... then why miss ghosh kept on talking to me about sops and sops something probably she has learned recently in blue dart institution and has a exam to be given so that she can survive another year in your organisation and jeopardize the brand image of blue dart (i really don't know whether this brand image matters to an institution like "bluedart"). icici bank team has confirmed that registered mobile number can be called if necessary to deliver the package.

                                  2) swati ghosh - assistant manager blue dart also insisted to take my wife's number and whether my wife has a pan card to deliver the package to my wife. if this is the case she is contradicting the point in her reply mail below which i guess she recalled it

                                  "please be informed that bank shipments have a defined delivery norm which needs to be adhered to and hence we are not authorised to call and arrange delivery of bank instruments. the guidelines are put forward by the bank to ensure security of bank instruments and to avoid any fraudulent act."

                                  3) upon telling her that i will put this matter on the consumer forum platform she actually threatened me that blue dart's legal team will take care of. i mean why this attitude miss ghosh - do you really doing justice to your position and salary which you are drawing. i dont think so as your only aim is to demean the customer on the other side of the issue so that your track record remains clean. to cover the same she puts up a date where we had an interaction where actually she was wrong and ultimately i was refunded the money. i replied thanking her.

                                  Kindly address the above points which is actually bothering me a lot where the customer has been kept so low in your set of principles.

                                    This is shilpi from orient craft limited. delivery boy of your company came to deliver my courier he called me from my office landline and yes he didnot waited for me. i was out for lunch i asked him to wait for 15 min or either deliver to place where i am having lunch. he denied for both the option.

                                    I am very disappointed with your services. can you get my packet delivered today itself.

                                        I hve provided the complete address but still i dint receive any courier r... Y nobody called at d time of delivery so that i cud guide dem d address. . Wen i received 1 shipment on same address frm blue dart den y u r unable to deliver another on same address??? Plz call me on d no [protected] so that i can assist d agent... Dis shipment is very important fr me plzz deliver it today ill b very thankful to yu guyz...[protected]... Believe me guyz u hve worst customer service i hve ever come across... Plz dnt fool customers by saying address is unlocatable since yu neva made an attempt to deliver it...
