Hi,

I have placed an order on ebay on 18th july 2016, i got a mail on the next day[protected] saying that the item has been shipped by seller and the estimated date of delivery will be between[protected] to[protected].
The courier name and AWB details are also provided in mail as below

Courier name: BLUE DART
Airway Bill Details: [protected]

But on 27th i got a call from the haripad blue dart office, address of the office is given below

They said than they cannot provide home delivery my home, (Pin code of my home is 689623) either i need to come to the location where they can come, or the item will go return on that day itself. but i was in office at that time so i refused to accept their demand.
They disconnected the call by telling that "sorry sir the item will be dispatched back to seller"

I had opened claim in ebay saying "item not received",

Today, 30th july 2016, i got a call from ebay regarding the same, and the customer service executive said the tracking details shows the item has already been delivered on 27th july 2016.
I was shocked and contacted the above mentioned BLUE DART office, and i came to know that the item was delivered at somewhere else for closing their report as "delivered" and they did it with out taking any confirmation from me.
The so called manager is trying to justify the issue like, "the executive tried to call me but i didn't pic the phone so he did that"

Here i have a doubt in integrity of BLUE DART, is that the right way to deliver the item when the recipient couldn't accept call??
If the recipient is not picking the call, then the item should have been returned.Or at least they should sent an SMS saying that we will deliver the item at this particular location, please collect.

EBAY is refusing my claim due to this, so kindly provide a solution for the same

    My parcel Waybill Number : [protected]
    is not yet delivered.
    Each time i call customer care, they say "the shipment is out fir delivery" but i have not received my parcel.

    Its been 3 days since the shipment is out for delivery and it was supposed to get delivered.

    Pathetic service from blue dart.
    I have written a numerous mails but all in vane.

    I need a strict action on this, before i take this issue further.

    Below is my mail conversations.

    I won't be available at the delivery location from 1st August 2016 onwards, so cannot receive if delivery is attempted then.

    Hence requesting you to take this issue in High priority and arrange its delivery by today itself.

      I booked a document vide Cn No. [protected] dates 28.07.2016 from mumbai to kolkata. Documwnt arriver kolkata on friday 29th july by 10 am and till now its been not delivered. Yesterday it shown that address not found. Very clearly contact number is been mentioned on the covernof document. If in any case the delivery man dint found the address than why he dint called. And today from 14.11 it showin that out for delivery and it 7.30 om till now its not delivered and not a single call from there end regarding late delivery of document. We choose such a reputed courier services just for the prior delivery of documents but 3 working day wasted of ours just for the neglegancy of delivery department. And now they will say sorry and wil go through evrything. Is it the services they provide. Please help me

        I have been struggling to receive my shipment for AWB no. [protected], it's out for delivery for the last 6 hours and customer care executives are useless, have called 10 times to 10 different executives all confirming about the shipment to be delivered, without having any clue about the actual status. Worst service and they should bear the financial damage for such pathetic service

        My product is expected to deliver it today, however it is not delivered yet stating delivery delay. Would appreciate if someone look into this and help us in arranging the delivery tomorrow after 12 pm .

        Looking for a speedy response.

          My shipment (Reference no. EV[protected] ) has
          not handed over to me. Shipment has arrived in respective branch which
          is near to my address, on 29 July 2016. I have not got call from
          anybody however shipment status mentioned is Consignee Refusing To
          Give Necessary Identification Undelivered Shipment Hold At Location..

          Not sure how they wrongly assign status of shipment without
          approaching customer.

          Bluedart is getting paid for their service then why not they provide
          proper service???

          This is the second time I have got same frustrating experience from
          blue dart courier company. Need to take serious action against them..
          When all other courier services provide proper services..Why Blue dart
          Not giving proper service??

          So I request plesae delivered my shipment no. EV[protected] as soon as posiable.

            This is regarding tracking number [protected] and expceted delivery date was Thursday 28th, however still my order is not delivered and when I called Parvati Service Station in Pune Mr. Sachin Khedekar person whom I talked was very arrogant literally started shouting on me this really frustrating that after paying shipping and product amount we have to bear the poor service of Blue Dart. Please take strict action on Sachin Khedekar.
            Pathetic and worst service ever always update fake status in the tracking like 'customer address is incomplete' or 'customer house is close' even though we are at home. I request if you are not able handle the order volume then please stop accepting orders and close your business,

              I've opened a current account with HDFC and they have shipped me the welcome kit containing the cheque book, ATM and internet banking details. They have provided me the blue dart AWB - [protected] for tracking. Just checked the status. Its saying "Shipment Detained By Regulatory Authorities"
              How, why and who can detain the bank paper I'm surprised.

We found the some catroon brusted and check the goods to your dirver-in-chaarge of the vehicle. The some goods found shortage. We note down the your document. But the your local office not response. I will inform the your local office. Then they told to us send the security person foe the checking the goods.
                Note: we have regularly goods received last three year no complaint

                  AWB# [protected], my product has been reached Gurgaon on 25th July with bludart and since then they have not delivered it even they didn't contact me once though I contacted them 10 times at least regarding the same to deliver ASAP daily. They are saying, they will deliver today but they don't deliver at EOD. This is the worst service experience. They are even not allowing customer to collect their order. Shame on them. Their has to be some penalty on them so that they will learn out of it. Don't take any service from bluedart. Flipkart, Amazon are best.

                    This consignment is lying in vimananagar office since last 2 days and the team there is only updating comments as no landmark found. I have already called your customer service and confirmed the landmark but the team is not arranging a call back to me. I see this is the worst service provided by bluedart and going forward i am not going to recommend this for any material delivery.
                    Really bad service. No customer touch provided.

                            I was out of station and every time i used to get a call from bluedart but this time no one has called me today when i am back to delhi and check the status through website o[censored]rs its mentioned delivered to vikas. I have verified everyone in my building there is no vikas residing. Kindly look into this on a urgent basis as its for my eyes i cant live without those lenses.

                              The expected date for my delivery was 26th July 2016, I stayed home all day checking out the Blue dart tracking thing and at the end of the day the status mentioned that 'Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed'. Like seriously I had mentioned everything in my address and still this happens. The disappointment level is too high and I would expect this to resolve soon. The Blue dart office is a stones throw to my house and these guys ain't locating my address. I need help.

                                I dont know how these people are trained that they can't find a house that is on road. Twice they came to deliver the card 1st time it was a week ago now the second attempt was made yesterday and every time they email me back that i dont stay at that address, but when i do online shopping then those people never face problem in finding my house so just guessing who is at fault here...???
                                And then they use such numbers which you cant even callback on. There customer service number is useless. You can never reach them when required.

                                  My parcel tracking no. is [protected].
                                  I had received call yesterday from [protected] regarding my parcel but at that time i was not available. so they had word regarding delivery for today evening (25 july 16). today am trying this no. more than 6 times but nobody attend my call & not given any alert regarding my 12000 cost parcel. i want to know the status of my parcel & when it will be deliver. now blue dart update wrong address without contact me. there is certain fraud in the delivery system

                                    While booking the consignment, i was informed that it would reach within 2 days by 20th july.
                                    I am extremely disappointed that it was urgent for me to be delivered in time but it has been a week and it has still not been delivered.
