I am working in indusind bank, vijay nagar branch indore, and my account opening kit (Atm card and chaque) has to be coming by bluedart service on the mantion address:- a j 143, flat no 303, ruchi apart ment, dispatched date is 03/08/2016. But no any service provider call me and when, i am no receive my document, and i am still calling on your vijar nagar bluedart office landline no. [protected], but no budy responce me.

    As per the message from ICICI bank a shipment sent through Blue Dart was to be delivered to me by Aug.3, 2016 but the delivery man did not visit my place as mentioned in the shipment, on 3rd& 4th of Aug.'16 and the blue dart website shows "premises closed". It is brought to your notice that there is a security check at the gate of my apartment and the security men denied any visit of delivery man.This conduct of delivery man is beyond my comprehension. Pl. look into the matter and do the needful.

        I ordered a reliance 4G w iPod device from shop.rcom.co.in on last month July 09, 2016.

        Based on network problem, i cant attend call at July 21. But bluedart express are not intimate any other further steps

        Simply keep it that devices in blue-dart office for one week up-to July 27 and return back to shipping company.

        Even i have given my email id and phone number. but they are not interested to intimate once again.

        its very worst courier service in my point of view.

        And also i want to share about Girnar NewTel Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. this company provides lot of contact numbers for customer care.

        But they not responding.. there also worst thing.

        Totally i am disappointed through below company's

          The consignment was booked on 28th july 2016. As as per the tracking details, the consignment was supposed to be delivered on 1st aug, but as 30th july being sunday, so the delivery was to be on 1st aug 2016. But today its 4 aug 2016 time: 4:18 pm the consignment has not reached yet. We have made numerous calls and emails to the courier company and to the delivery person as well, but he does not answer to the calls at all. We were given assurance for the delivery on 3rd aug by 1 pm. Therefore i dont seem to have any power more to do than to file this complaint against the courier company. The parcel contains important documents which needs to reach my associate office and some serious application needed to be done, but due to the delay the application seems to may get cancelled and i shall face a huge loss in work/business.

          Even after requesting the customer service to send the shipment on priority but received a message that courier service has a holiday on Sat-Sun where as I checked the nearby office which was open.Third class service

            Without contacting the customer they have update as I have changed my address, this has happned many times.our indian post is better than this.
            when I contacted the customer service they are talking to me in bad tone.
            and they are not bother about customer service.
            last time also it took one week to deliver the courier, so I will suggest the first flight courier is the best.

              On 29th july, 2016 at about 2.57 p.m, the delivery person called me and asked to stand near the desired location, i.e. infront of my house( Ramnagar road no-4, west side of banibidyapith school). Accordingly we waited for about 45 minutes but he didn't arrived.So we have called him at about 5 p.m and asked the reason for not arriving.Then he told us that he left and he will deliver on the next day i.e. 30th july.But he didn't arrived, so accordingly we called him several times, but he didn't recieved our call. On 1st August, 2016. We went to the bluedart office situated at Amulya market, post office chowmuhani, Agartala.The person in the counter couldnot help us, they asked to wait there till the delivery man come back to the office. He arrived at about 6.30 p.m.We asked him about the reason for the non-delivery.He denied the fact, he said that he waited for us and then returned the parcel, to the original place.We then told him that, he could have asked us to collect our package from their counter. He then said that that this is not his headache. He was very rude. I want to ask you that is this the way, you behave with your customer? This package contain very important documents, which is very crucial at this period.So, I request you to take some necessary actions against this, Or i have to take the next step. I wanted to know this delivery person's name, but he didn't told me, Also none of the people present in the counter co-operated .I want to get my package as soon as possible.If you didn't take any action, I am bound to take action against your company.                 The only thing I can check is the status on your website is parcel is moving from your one office to anther when the delivery date was 2nd august 2016.

                I ordered a mobile from tata cliq. After 10 days I don't got that. They call me for delivery BT don't come. Now they tell that I receive that parches. The parches address was mine. BT they delivered that others name. That person is not my familiar. How can they do that????? Plz refund my amount. And notice that matter urgently.

                      Hello sir,

                      I had placed a order on 26th july'2016 from ebay site as per the email received my oder was shipped through blue dart and was suppose to be delivered on 30th july as per the tracking details and the messages received. I got a call from blue dart office dharampur (Hp) regarding the same on 1st august that they will deliver it on 2nd august due to non availability of delivery boy. But today on 2nd august i placed them a call on the mentioned number [protected] some guy spoke very rudly and refused to deliver the product saying that that is a non delivery area. But last month i have received one order from blue dart delivered to the same address. The man was very rude in behaviour and said that you can complaint about us where ever u like but we will not deliver the product.

                        Bluedart., are people really working in this courier service... Whoever is heading this company this is for your info that services provided by your staff is a mere waste of time for everyone your people have my mail to be delivered from your banshankari office address to my residence which is 5 kms and it has been 3 days and your people just say stories when called, also requested to pickup at your location and they say it cannot be handed over. Your lousy service is playing with my time and money, shame on your service capabilities, local post office does a better job, unfortunately much banks have tied up with a pathetic service provider for which they will face the consequences.

                            Every time i order something on ebay this company sends me the courier through bluedart which always fails to deliver me the product on time... it's been 3 times now i have been delivering and bluedart has never delivered me the product on time.. and every time i call up to their call center first they don't pick the call rest they don't provide a solution to my question. and after atleast 2 attempts they send me my product.

                                This is the worst courier company in india. every time they are writing false status and unnecessary delay the delivery. i am seriously fade-up with this courier. i would like to request online retailers specifically ebay retailers please dont send your products through bluedart. a copy of the same i will also forwarding to all the online retail stores.

                                  I have placed an order on ebay on 18th july 2016, i got a mail on the next day[protected] saying that the item has been shipped by seller and the estimated date of delivery will be between[protected] to[protected].
                                  The courier name and AWB details are also provided in mail as below

                                  But on 27th i got a call from the haripad blue dart office, address of the office is given below

                                  They said than they cannot provide home delivery my home, (Pin code of my home is 689623) either i need to come to the location where they can come, or the item will go return on that day itself. but i was in office at that time so i refused to accept their demand.
                                  They disconnected the call by telling that "sorry sir the item will be dispatched back to seller"

                                  I had opened claim in ebay saying "item not received",

                                  Today, 30th july 2016, i got a call from ebay regarding the same, and the customer service executive said the tracking details shows the item has already been delivered on 27th july 2016.
                                  I was shocked and contacted the above mentioned BLUE DART office, and i came to know that the item was delivered at somewhere else for closing their report as "delivered" and they did it with out taking any confirmation from me.
                                  The so called manager is trying to justify the issue like, "the executive tried to call me but i didn't pic the phone so he did that"

                                  Here i have a doubt in integrity of BLUE DART, is that the right way to deliver the item when the recipient couldn't accept call??
                                  If the recipient is not picking the call, then the item should have been returned.Or at least they should sent an SMS saying that we will deliver the item at this particular location, please collect.

                                  EBAY is refusing my claim due to this, so kindly provide a solution for the same

                                    Each time i call customer care, they say "the shipment is out fir delivery" but i have not received my parcel.

                                    Its been 3 days since the shipment is out for delivery and it was supposed to get delivered.

                                    Pathetic service from blue dart.
                                    I have written a numerous mails but all in vane.

                                    I need a strict action on this, before i take this issue further.

                                      I booked a document vide Cn No. [protected] dates 28.07.2016 from mumbai to kolkata. Documwnt arriver kolkata on friday 29th july by 10 am and till now its been not delivered. Yesterday it shown that address not found. Very clearly contact number is been mentioned on the covernof document. If in any case the delivery man dint found the address than why he dint called. And today from 14.11 it showin that out for delivery and it 7.30 om till now its not delivered and not a single call from there end regarding late delivery of document. We choose such a reputed courier services just for the prior delivery of documents but 3 working day wasted of ours just for the neglegancy of delivery department. And now they will say sorry and wil go through evrything. Is it the services they provide. Please help me

                                        I have been struggling to receive my shipment for AWB no. [protected], it's out for delivery for the last 6 hours and customer care executives are useless, have called 10 times to 10 different executives all confirming about the shipment to be delivered, without having any clue about the actual status. Worst service and they should bear the financial damage for such pathetic service

                                        My product is expected to deliver it today, however it is not delivered yet stating delivery delay. Would appreciate if someone look into this and help us in arranging the delivery tomorrow after 12 pm .

                                        Looking for a speedy response.
