Hi,

The bluedart is the worst courier company in respect to the information on tracker as well as their delivery service.

My credit card issued to the address where i am not living right now and i got the information from hdfc that the bluedart is the courier who is delivering my credit card. After some day when i got informed from hdfc that the credit card is delivered to the location i found with awb it is stating that in bluedart courier tracker that it has been delivered to my previous address and handed over to me. Where i never got my credit card.

The credit cards are the highest security item which have to be deliver to the credit card owner or person who is authenticated by credit card owner.

But, what the hail they were delivered to someone except me - when they instructed from bank not to deliver to any one else.

I want to trace the receipt of my shipment, however no mail or phone support is available.
while calling the cust support numbers, it asks for my confimation of shipment for which i am unable to confirm, repeatedly pressing 1 for confirming my shipment yet IVR says no response.
For mail support, i put up at Pune, so I mailed to bluedart bombay and delhi both, n both are giving delivery failed error.
Need help urgently

I have placed an order for vvoguish multi cotton tops having order id: [protected] & waybill no : [protected] on 1 aug 2016 but, it still not gets delivered to me.

Blue draft is really one of the worst courier service provider. Please no one can go for it.

As per bluedart tracking details, my courier reached gwalior on friday, 5th august, on 6th august, it was updated that address incomplete but no call was made to me regarding courier by bluedart. Also, i tried calling on gwalior branch nos. [protected], [protected], [protected], around 50 times each day...but noone picked up the call till date. Terrible service bluedart. I need my courier asap...and these unemphathetic people are just delaying it.

From past 2 days I am regularly tracking my courier awb no.[protected] but blue dart courier guy neither call me nor deliver my courier to me instead on 1 day the written address does not recognised on 2 day when tracking it written that premises closed . When nobody comes to deliver and call me . I have mail many times and explain address but nobody is listening.

I was to receive courier on 4th and there is no delivery till now. I called to customer care and he said that the product will be delivered on 06th of August and that dint happen.

When I check in the site about status, its mentioned as "Delay Caused Beyond Control". There is no rain nothing and I haven't received a call from your side that the product will be delivered on so n so date/ delayed.

I see daily the change in the status without any information to me..

I used to have high regards to Bluedart but with this experience I will definitely say its the worst service provider... Horrible!!!

I got a call from my blue dart city office Muzaffarnagar that please collect your courier no. [protected]. I personally went to collect it with my original I'd but executive deny to handover me my courier and told me to submit photocopy of my id, I don't fell comfortable to submit my id bcz it was first time any courier company asking for photocopy of id, is it manadatory it submit photo copy of id??

My tracking ID is EV[protected] My courier was dispatched on 15th July and the courier partner didn't called up and send the courier back saying consignee has been shifted but how can my school address be changed. SBI people send the courier again and still the courier is lying at mohali blue dart location saying consignee shifted i call the courier office yesterday i.e 4th August saying kindly deliver my courier and they said they they will deliver tomorrow i.e 5th Aug in the morning. After waiting I called them and confirmed about the courier to be delivered before 2 and they said they have already sent it for delivery and has been instructed to deliver before 2 pm and still the courier has not been received i want a strict action to be taken against them as they are harassing people like this only same case happened with blue dart courier in Mandi Gobindgarh they also kept a very important document with themselves for 03 days without even informing the receiver. Their harassment s are increasing day by day kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

I am working in indusind bank, vijay nagar branch indore, and my account opening kit (Atm card and chaque) has to be coming by bluedart service on the mantion address:- a j 143, flat no 303, ruchi apart ment, dispatched date is 03/08/2016. But no any service provider call me and when, i am no receive my document, and i am still calling on your vijar nagar bluedart office landline no. [protected], but no budy responce me.

As per the message from ICICI bank a shipment sent through Blue Dart was to be delivered to me by Aug.3, 2016 but the delivery man did not visit my place as mentioned in the shipment, on 3rd& 4th of Aug.'16 and the blue dart website shows "premises closed". It is brought to your notice that there is a security check at the gate of my apartment and the security men denied any visit of delivery man.This conduct of delivery man is beyond my comprehension. Pl. look into the matter and do the needful.

I ordered a reliance 4G w iPod device from shop.rcom.co.in on last month July 09, 2016.

Based on network problem, i cant attend call at July 21. But bluedart express are not intimate any other further steps

Simply keep it that devices in blue-dart office for one week up-to July 27 and return back to shipping company.

Even i have given my email id and phone number. but they are not interested to intimate once again.

its very worst courier service in my point of view.

And also i want to share about Girnar NewTel Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. this company provides lot of contact numbers for customer care.

But they not responding.. there also worst thing.

The consignment was booked on 28th july 2016. As as per the tracking details, the consignment was supposed to be delivered on 1st aug, but as 30th july being sunday, so the delivery was to be on 1st aug 2016. But today its 4 aug 2016 time: 4:18 pm the consignment has not reached yet. We have made numerous calls and emails to the courier company and to the delivery person as well, but he does not answer to the calls at all. We were given assurance for the delivery on 3rd aug by 1 pm. Therefore i dont seem to have any power more to do than to file this complaint against the courier company. The parcel contains important documents which needs to reach my associate office and some serious application needed to be done, but due to the delay the application seems to may get cancelled and i shall face a huge loss in work/business.

Without contacting the customer they have update as I have changed my address, this has happned many times.our indian post is better than this.
when I contacted the customer service they are talking to me in bad tone.
and they are not bother about customer service.
last time also it took one week to deliver the courier, so I will suggest the first flight courier is the best.

On 29th july, 2016 at about 2.57 p.m, the delivery person called me and asked to stand near the desired location, i.e. infront of my house( Ramnagar road no-4, west side of banibidyapith school). Accordingly we waited for about 45 minutes but he didn't arrived.So we have called him at about 5 p.m and asked the reason for not arriving.Then he told us that he left and he will deliver on the next day i.e. 30th july.But he didn't arrived, so accordingly we called him several times, but he didn't recieved our call. On 1st August, 2016. We went to the bluedart office situated at Amulya market, post office chowmuhani, Agartala.The person in the counter couldnot help us, they asked to wait there till the delivery man come back to the office. He arrived at about 6.30 p.m.We asked him about the reason for the non-delivery.He denied the fact, he said that he waited for us and then returned the parcel, to the original place.We then told him that, he could have asked us to collect our package from their counter. He then said that that this is not his headache. He was very rude. I want to ask you that is this the way, you behave with your customer? This package contain very important documents, which is very crucial at this period.So, I request you to take some necessary actions against this, Or i have to take the next step. I wanted to know this delivery person's name, but he didn't told me, Also none of the people present in the counter co-operated .I want to get my package as soon as possible.If you didn't take any action, I am bound to take action against your company. The only thing I can check is the status on your website is parcel is moving from your one office to anther when the delivery date was 2nd august 2016.

I had placed a order on 26th july'2016 from ebay site as per the email received my oder was shipped through blue dart and was suppose to be delivered on 30th july as per the tracking details and the messages received. I got a call from blue dart office dharampur (Hp) regarding the same on 1st august that they will deliver it on 2nd august due to non availability of delivery boy. But today on 2nd august i placed them a call on the mentioned number [protected] some guy spoke very rudly and refused to deliver the product saying that that is a non delivery area. But last month i have received one order from blue dart delivered to the same address. The man was very rude in behaviour and said that you can complaint about us where ever u like but we will not deliver the product.

Bluedart., are people really working in this courier service... Whoever is heading this company this is for your info that services provided by your staff is a mere waste of time for everyone your people have my mail to be delivered from your banshankari office address to my residence which is 5 kms and it has been 3 days and your people just say stories when called, also requested to pickup at your location and they say it cannot be handed over. Your lousy service is playing with my time and money, shame on your service capabilities, local post office does a better job, unfortunately much banks have tied up with a pathetic service provider for which they will face the consequences.
