Dear bluedart
1. Please refer my following consignments :-

2. It is intimated that my shipment no [protected] was delivered to me after a long struggle. When i track the same i came to know that the delivery was updated wrong information that i am out of station. When i complaint the matter to customer care and also mailed he again did the same and updated wrong information that consignee not available. I again complaint the matter then your courier delivered me. It is also intimated that he had handed over me the card without seeing valid id proof and even he had not taken my signature. When i complained this matter to your customer care, she informed me that we will take action against him.
3. Now again my shipment was couriered by citi bank from your courier service vide shipment no [protected]. This time i advance mailed you that please instruct the courier boy that the same may please be not repeated. But it is regret to say that my mail was even not acknowledged by bluedart. Today when i track my shipment that it is out for delivery then i called the courier boy on his no [protected] as i have saved his no previously. He replied my that it will be delayed and delivered me in the evening.
4. At 4 pm i again called him, then he replied me that i will deliver you tomorrow as today is not possible. I have told him that i have to go out of station tomorrow so please arrange delivery today, then he replied me that today is not possible, then i have told him that then i will comlaint the matter
He replied me that you can complaint anybody,

5. I again called the customer care and infomred about the matter, a lady customer care promised me that my shipment will be delivered me by today, as she sent the necessary instructions to the concerned office.
But after all the efforts he has failed to delivery my shipment today, it is still showing out for delivery, very poor.
6. I would also like to inform you that your customer care conversation is worst, your paying them, so please try to improve their language, please try to learn from american express credit card customer care service.
Their language is very harsh. Extremely poor.
7. Citi bank only-please try to avoid blue dart as perhaps they have some proud that they are the best. So please try go javas, they are the best in siliguri, but in delhi bluedart are the best, they have never given me change to raise any finger against them, but in siliguri a courier boy is not following their instructions,
