    My wifes bank documents were sent through your courier services and as my wife is a working women she was in office when this guy (sachin bagal) having employee code P36249 came for delivery at my residential address and he called my wife for the exact location for my house and when my wife informed him that she is not available at home as she was in office this guy denied the delivery so she suggested him to take the package back to their office and she will come tomorrow morning to collect the same, this guy started a very awkward conversation and said he will make this package as wrong address and will return the parcel to the sender again and with a very rude and bad arrogant tone he concluded the conversation with my wife.

    I really feel that Blue Dart as a large company they must be more polite and particular with the customers but i was wrong its all just a name but the services are worst in this matter. never expected such for Bluedart.

    I dont expect any more support from BlueDart consumer complaint team but make a small change in the way the person talks to a lady when she is expecting a parcel very badly and guys like Sachin Bagal mess up the companies reputation for just travelling to the destination and going back without delivering the parcel and with a very loud mouth full of crap.

    I hope that the parcel stays in the blue dart office when my wife is going to pick it up personally.

    Thanks and Regards for just hearing my side of problem, even i dont want that company should remove such guys i just want they should be a little more strict about the way this guys converse to any person.

        I got courier from kotak bank through blue dart courier service your executive called that i have got courier and i replied that recently i have shifted to new house so i will collect from your office with identity proof and i went to your office at diamond park visakhapatnam but your executives told they will give at house only so they have rejected and replied they will return .I have shown my messages received from kotak bank but they have not respond properly and also told that compliant whom ever you want this is rule so we will not give to you whether your right person in that courier very emergency documents are there.

        This is the right way to deal the customer i request to solve my problem.

          Approximate weight: 6+ kg

          Issue: cheated by the company. The item was sent by road and not as contracted. The route taken was kochi, salem, bangalore, by road. On speaking to the office representative, he confirmed that this.

            I had my credit card to be delivered to me by blue dart courier at vasai west my clinic it was of hdfc bank credit card when i called the blue dart people they said your address is wrong and it can't be delivered at your office being a doctor i leave from home at 10 am and returns at 11 pm i had all my verification done by hdfc person i had consignement number as[protected] after all when i call and informed about this rude behaviour of the blue dart courier they even don't call me once and decided that its wrong address i m really annoyed of hdfc as well as blue dart how careless they are they had done verification at my office address and now they said address is wrong kindly take a strict against culprit whoever it is and make sure it get delivered to me at my office adress

            Bluedart is terrible. For each delivery they would arbitrarily mark the shipment as rejected to accept or some other reason. They have cost me and sellers immense time and money to deliver simple products. I request everyone out there to stop using this company. AWB: [protected]. They marked it as "Consignee Refused To Accept" without even attempting delivery. I hope companies like these need to start paying compensation for such reckless actions.

                #‎Bluedart‬, being such a reputed delivery service company how can it mess up things like road side company. ‪#‎Worst‬ service. I'm facing ‪#‎consignment‬ delivery issue. This was supposed to get delivered by 21st May 2016 but still not been delivered. In traking system i can see there response as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable", which is totally incorrect, i have been receiving packages and mails on this address by every other company and i am living at this address more than 5 years. Moreover i didn't receive even a single call or miss call from this ‪#‎courier‬ company or by the courier person. When I tried to call call customer support([protected]), my call is disconnecting in middle, no answer. In website i can see my pincode(560085) nearby bluedart phone no as [protected], in this numberr im getting this number doesn't exists. Don't know whom to contact. Kindly assist. Thank you.

                  I want to complain about this courier company blue dart. My awb no. Is [protected]. And the reason is i was supposed to receive a package from icici bank on 20 may from this courier company. And when i checked the status of my application on this company's website it shows that "no such consignee at the given address", which is totally incorrect, i have been receiving packages and mails on this address by every other company and i am living at this address more than 2 years ago. Secondly, i didn't receive even a single call or even a miss call from this courier company by the courier person to say that courier is going to be delivered today, not even at the time of delivery. So how can this company update this status?
                  Now, when today i. E 21 may i called in morning to the customer care of this department, i was told that the package will be delivered within first half, now it is almost 17:00 and no contact no call from delivery person. Again shameful. I don't even know when this package is going to be delivered by this company, today or tomorrow or never? Thirdly, when i called the local office of blue dart, there are 4 contact no. Given on their website, all are not reachable, two no. S are switch off and others are not reachable. If i compare this service from other courier service providers then there is hell lot of difference. Other companies even provide the contact no. Of the person who is going to deliver the package. But this company needs a lot of improvement. I never had send any package by this courier company as this has happened with me earlier as well by this company, but this time i am helpless as the package is from a bank. And i can't do anything. And for these good reason i will refrain people from using this courier company in future.

                    I have not received my courier bill no [protected] till date, which was not received as we were not at home, even no called received from courier service.
                    After then i called blue dart on 18 may and enquired and i told them to deliver my courier after 2 pm, again on 20 may i called the company they they will delivere it, but the same has not been received till date. Its very casual approach by such a reputed company. Please look into the matter and resolve my grievance.

                      Kotak mahindra bank send a credit card to my address through Bluedart.

                      On 19th May 2016 i got call from Blue dart person Mobile Number :[protected] sir you got a creditcard from kotak mahindra i will deliver the credit card on next day.

                      Next i called to same number he lift the phone and said i'm very busy don't call me and cut the call.

                      After 3 hrs again i called to same number but no response he is not lifting the phone and not reply to my messages.

                      This really bad customer service from bluedart.

                        I called bluedart customer care today to confirm about the charges & estimated delivery time for delivery from 110017(Delhi) to 400050(Mumbai). According to them charges were, base fare for 500gm is Rs310 + Rs155 for per extra 100 gm and delivery time was one business day.
                        Then I had a talk with a customer care executive and she told me that if the delivery is made before 6:30pm then it would most probably reach the destination by tomorrow evening .
                        After confirming all the details I went to the bluedart office just below my appartment.
                        Going there was a terrible experience for me. The man in the office took my bag which was supposed to be delivered and without even weighing it said it would cost around 490, before I could say anything, he said this is the starting price, then he weighed it and said it's 1 kg, it will cost 690 something. I could clearly see it was of 600 gms, I continuously said it's of 600 gms but he was avoiding me like anything, then he said if it's above 500 gms then it means it's 1 kg. I then narrated him the entire talk I had with the customer care executive. To which he replied agar wo wala karana h to fir Iski koi garranty nai hogi. I was shocked to hear that. Why are we opting for blue dart then. Then I told him that it's not the first time I'm using blue dart, I have always used this service and never got any complaints. To which he said we will then not pack ur item the way we are packing this sir's item(another customer) I said I want to make a normal delivery, a simple one. To which he said fir to apko khud hi pack karna hoga, hum nai karenge. I asked them to return my back and the politely returned it and I came back and called the customer care again, told them the exact weight that is 600gms and she said it's not possible for them to charge me more that somewhat around 490. And she even asked me to make her talk to them.
                        But I didn't prefer to go back there. Because there behavior was very unprofessional. I want the managers to go through the recordings if they have cameras in there outlets, to check how their staff behave with the customers.

                                I am very disappointed when come to know through through mail/cell messages that (1) i was not awailable with cash and (2) not available whereas no delivery boy visited the addressee place nor any call was received from him for delivery of article. This act of the courier boy will damage the credibility of both i. E blue dart and snap deal. The concerned may be warned and deliver the article by today otherwise i shall prefer consumer court or to file defamation suit against co.

                                  1. Please refer my following consignments :-

                                  2. It is intimated that my shipment no [protected] was delivered to me after a long struggle. When i track the same i came to know that the delivery was updated wrong information that i am out of station. When i complaint the matter to customer care and also mailed he again did the same and updated wrong information that consignee not available. I again complaint the matter then your courier delivered me. It is also intimated that he had handed over me the card without seeing valid id proof and even he had not taken my signature. When i complained this matter to your customer care, she informed me that we will take action against him.

                                  3. Now again my shipment was couriered by citi bank from your courier service vide shipment no [protected]. This time i advance mailed you that please instruct the courier boy that the same may please be not repeated. But it is regret to say that my mail was even not acknowledged by bluedart. Today when i track my shipment that it is out for delivery then i called the courier boy on his no [protected] as i have saved his no previously. He replied my that it will be delayed and delivered me in the evening.

                                  4. At 4 pm i again called him, then he replied me that i will deliver you tomorrow as today is not possible. I have told him that i have to go out of station tomorrow so please arrange delivery today, then he replied me that today is not possible, then i have told him that then i will comlaint the matter

                                  5. I again called the customer care and infomred about the matter, a lady customer care promised me that my shipment will be delivered me by today, as she sent the necessary instructions to the concerned office.

                                  But after all the efforts he has failed to delivery my shipment today, it is still showing out for delivery, very poor.

                                  6. I would also like to inform you that your customer care conversation is worst, your paying them, so please try to improve their language, please try to learn from american express credit card customer care service.
                                  Their language is very harsh. Extremely poor.

                                  7. Citi bank only-please try to avoid blue dart as perhaps they have some proud that they are the best. So please try go javas, they are the best in siliguri, but in delhi bluedart are the best, they have never given me change to raise any finger against them, but in siliguri a courier boy is not following their instructions,

                                    These people have gave some reason of landmark not provided for address inspite of full address has given and after calling several times, they dont want to listen and deliver package.

                                    They will talk like they do not care if parcel reach in time or go back and whatever happen to the person who is gonna need it in time.

                                    I am quite dissatisfied with the delivery services of Bluedart and providing the worst delivery service. My product delivery date was committed as 16th May, the boy was very rude even doesn't have minimum common sense to talk with the customers. He was about to come to my office address to deliver the product. He called and asked me to come to take the delivery on road. I just asked him to come to ground floor. He was not even bothered my words and just cancelled the call. Then I went to him and asked why can't you deliver to exact address. The reply I got from him is too rude which I can't even type here. I don't know what was his problem. The persons who have a lot of attitudes shouldn't come out and work. Again if I receive same kind of response from bluedart. I will surely raise a police complaint on that particular delivery boy.

                                    My shipment has been even attempted for delivery yet. Not even a single attempt has been done from Bluedart courier, Waybill no.- [protected] They just update FALSE/ FAKE status on the their website for shipments always.

                                      I am really disappointed from your poor delivery service. I placed a order through paytm which was shipped on 5.5.2016 but still not received my parcel. from 10 th may its showing in status shipment out for delivery. I was called three times your customer service but everyone says to me that within 14 th it will be deliver because your location is remote area for delivery. Before 10 days i was faced same problem where location was joka. but If you are not able to deliver on proper time then why you take responsibilities. my location is not remote area. so please deliver this order within today...
