I had to receive my cheque book and credit card from sbi from gurgaon which is very urgent to me sbi dispached within the time as they committed but their mistake was having contract with a useless courier service bludart. I got a message from bluedart with ref no ev[protected] saying it will be delivered within 5 days. With reference to the tracking number i tracked it on bluedart website it has given the details of my shipment saying it is out for delivery on 11/06/16 from vanasthalipuram branch at 1315 i waited til 5pm and called on their branch landline phone no response and switched off tried alternative number that is also switched off then i called customer care service the executive told it will be delivered by today at 7pm i waited for two hours again i called customer care around 0720pm their reply was same, told delivered by 0730pm i didn't receive neither a phone call nor a message i wasn't able to know the status of my shipment. Again i called customer service the ivr says can't connect today service ends for today will be available on monday. Then i went to the vanasthalipuram branch it is closed. I cameback home and tracked again then i surprised after seeing the status consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed. It is really foolish i was trying to contact them in all the possible ways can't they call me to know the landmark i wonder its unlocatable its just 8km away from the vanasthalipuram branch. Even pizzas are delivered hot to my location why can't courier service reach. I received so many couriers and packages from other delivery services without hassle. Only blue dart is unable to find my address. I wonder how the employees are committed to their work. There is no dedication and common sense to the vanasthalipuram branch employees or management. What iam worrying is just 3months ago i ordered mi fitband on the official website i found the same status and they sent the product back without contacting me. One month ago i ordered mi ear phones same status i myself went to vanasthalipuram branch and collected my earphones because the delivery boy told "we are unable to come there because we need to deliver only one product to your location it is waste of fuel for us to come there u come n collect your package" wat can we say i collected it. Here i see the same status wat if it goes back to gurgaon. There is no contact to speak to them they don't even try to call the consumer. I faced problems three times with bluedart giving wrong information to consumer and updating wrong status after not even trying to contact. Vanasthalipuram branch is the worst branch in terms of service inefficient employees.

    Hi Team,

    Your team received my Debit card from bank and your delivery person has denied to deliver the card to my registered address as that was my uncle's house. The problem is that your customer call center and delivery person misbehaved so much with my parents and with me over the phone. I was out of town and was not available and your delivery person has not asked me that in any case the card will be delivered to me only else I would have been available at home. Now I am badly stuck and no help has been provided by Blue dart to me.

    I was already frustrated and on top of that your customer care executive and delivery person yelling on me. Worst customer experience I had with any company ever.
    Highly disappointed.

        I had a courier from my bank (Waybill no.- [protected]) which was to be delivered on 7th June. I received a call from the customer delivery person who asked me for the landmark. I guided him and he said he will deliver it the same day. I called him up on 7th evening as I did not receive the courier and he did not receive my call. I have called him more than 20 times (in 2 days); neither he picked the call, nor called me back. The status of the courier is "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed" in the blue dart website. Even after I detailed him about locating the address, if this is the status; why should people send couriers through blue dart. This is not the first time I am facing such an issue with blue dart. More than 80% of the times, I received a courier through bluedart, the courier has been returned stating similar reasons. I fail to understand that why on earth only blue dart guys are having issues in finding my address. I have received couriers from almost all courier companies and none had such issues. With such being the state of service of blue dart, its a pity that most of the banks and companies still use blue dart for their courier services!!! Wake up people, there are much better courier service providers than blue dart in this world!!!

        Thank you consumer complaints website, the issue is resolved now. A new courier guy called me up and delivered the courier. I am really grateful to your website as everytime when I registered a complaint with a service issue, I have got it resolved within the next couple of days. I am sure without your help, I would not have received my courier as it would have been sent back with some stupid reason. Thank you once again!! You rock!!!

          The reference number for my courier is [protected].
          I wanted my driving license urgently so i got it couriered via 'Blue Dart' on Tuesday[protected].
          Today when i tracked my courier and called the customer care department i came to know that it has already been delivered.
          However, i didn't receive it and i didn't even get a call regarding my courier.
          I am greatly disappointed with the kind of carelessness that the company has shown and i am never going to trust this company as far as my courier is concerned.
          All i want for now is my courier to be delivered to me on urgent basis.

            I paid amount of 22000 and still ddn't get my stuff delivered when they said it would take only a week. M so disappointed. My delivery was from Paharganj Delhi to Arunachal Pradesh. Iam thinking of loading a police complain. +[protected] This is the no of the blue dart manager who took the sum and when ever we call he makes an excuse. Wot is this?

                I got message as product delivered but still, i didn't received the product.

                Received message on 7/5/2016 like "your citibank reward item has been delivered at your address on 7/5/2016 through blue dart vide awb no:[protected]"

                While tracking with awb number, it shows like it is delivered to address in maraimalai nagar but my address is mahindra city.

                Why blue dart is not checking the address and number before delivering a product.?

                    Mistakes of your courier boy, by which i was very harassed & angry
                    1) your courier boy call me after he was coming at my house when i was not home, how could i remind that he would come to my home.
                    2) he call and talk me like gunda, why are you employed this kind of people how dont know how to talk to costumers even i was talked him like gently.
                    3) next day he come with my item stand at front of my door and informed to my neighbour for tell me for receiving my item, (I think he is psycho or harassed by someone) how disgusting. And i am listening all that inside my home then i say kindly him why dont you bell my door are u showing that u r not interesting this work or costumers but he was angrily said i was come to your home, u should at home, i dont like this, and looking angrily at me, so i said u r not supposed to talk me like this but he loudly angrily arguing with me i thinking to call the police because i dont know why he get so hyper. Then i say i dont want this item from ur kind of people, but my family people say dont do like him get item and let him go from here, because he spoil our image in front of neighbours, so i took item which i dont want from that psycho man.
                    Now u said me what should i do, this is your mistake that u cant train your people that how to talk or behaving with customers.
                    I am already decided that i would never received or send any courier from blue dirt courier. Good bye.

                      Delivary guy called me around 10:20am on 6/6/16 and i told him to wait if possible because i am on rounds he said yes but he called me before 1hour and i couldnt picked up his phone than i tried to call yhe delivary guy but call was not going to other side...i contacted many times customer care(at least 5times) finally they allow me to speak to customer care executive who is very arrogant and misbehaving with me ..instead of try to help me he started giving me lecture..this complaint regarding shipment no-[protected]..please take action against these arrogant customer care executive they are spoiling blue dart image

                        My complaint is on bluedart courier service at bund garden, pune. We took the service on 27th may 2016 to send a document from pune to adoor, kerala.

                        Waybill no:[protected]

                        Pincode provided was 691554 and they have taken the courier request ahead with out verifying whether there is bluedart service at that location. 2 days later while tracking it using the waybill, we came to know that the courier was returned back the same evening to bund garden.

                        Complaint#1: there was no intimation or call to the person who has sent the courier regarding the return back.
                        Complaint#2: we were asked to resend the parcel to another address where they have their delivery service and for that they have charged again the same amount. First time when it was sent back, it was because of their operational fault and for there fault we had to again pay the same amount which is not acceptible.

                        I request the authority to take necessary action and refund us back the initially paid amount from bluedart service, bund garden pune. Attached the screenshot of the waybill status.

                        Bluedart delivery service of Bund Garden is not up to the mark and is not consumer friendly as information are not passed correctly. Also because of there operational fault, consumer is asked to pay again which is not acceptible and should be refund back.

                            Item lying at angul office (Pin 759122) for last 3 days. Distance from their office to my home 3.6 km only`

                            The item has been ordered for a ceremony. Company staff rude and inhospitable. The distance can be covered by a bike in less than 10 minutes. So why should they insist my coming to their office to pick up the item?? It seems they are the worst courier service company. Their complaint resolve rating is just 1%.

                              Waybill no : [protected] - this courier has been booked on 1/6/16 at ludhiana and scheduled to deliver by today but till now we have not received. I have spoken to your customer care twice today. But even they are not able to give any useful information or delivery confirmation. They are asking to call by tomorrow to know the status of this courier. This the 2nd case. Last time i have received the courier after 12 days!!!. Really not happy with the service and response from blue dart.

                              I need the above said courier by tomorrow without fail as it is very important for a presentation due tomorrow.

                                  I got a call from blue dart and inform the same

                                  I was not informed that the mail going to be returned if it is not recieve in next immediate day

                                  I came to blue dart after 2 days from the call received

                                  They simply says that the courier has been returned

Aur jab pickup center par jate hain to wahan par intjar karwaya jata hai . mera adress pickup center se 5 km ki duri par hai aur agar itni dur mein bhi delivery nahi kar sakte hain to please saman le hi na aur hame bhi taslli rahegi ki hamare yaha delivery nahi ho sakti agar aap kuchh kar seke to thanku nahi karenge to mai kar bhi kya sakta hun

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      SBI has dispatched my credit card via waybill number [protected]. It reached Patna on 27th of May itself. As I was unavailable at office at that time I requested the courier boy to reschedule the delivery for Monday, i.e., 30th May.But he misguided me by saying that he can deliver only on tuesday as old stocks are not delivered on monday. i agreed to this. All of a sudden he called me on Monday and said he has come for delivery. I asked him to wait for 5-10 mins so that i may come and get my parcel, but he refused saying he does not have time and moreover the current location does not fall under his delivery area. Then he insisted that i come to another place Kurji to collect the parcel at 5.30 in the evening. I reached the said place on time and called him.He said he will be there in 10-15 mins. After about 30 mins I called him again. This time he said he is very far away, it will take him another 1 hour. I got furious abd told him this is not acceptable all the time you were lying to me. To this he said
                                      in hindi..'Nahi deliver karenge. Dekhte hain kya hota hai. Ab dekhte hai aapko kaise card milta hai'. Now i see that he has given a false update on tracking page as 'location untraceable-landmark needed'. You may check the delivery address, it has two very famous landmarks of patna, vasundhara metro mall and rajapur pull.Even a child in patna knows these places.

                                      This courier boy is totally obnoxious and whi knows he may be planning some fraud with my credit card. please take immediate action or i will have no option but to lodge a police complaint against this fellow and bluedart.
