I ordered a samsung galaxy j3 mobile phone through Snapdeal on 10/05/2015. When I tracked my order it was seen reached at my location (Kannur, Near Nandilath G Mart, Vivek complex, Chovva, Kannur 670006) on 13/05/2016 at 10.40 a.m. I contacted the the above said office several times
on 13/05/2016 from morning to evening.(phone no.[protected]. But they told me that it has not been received here and they will inform me immediately after the arrival.At 09.30 p.m. on 13/05/2016 I got a sms from you that the address is not able to locate.I have written the mobile number with the address, But anybody did not contact me till now. Actually the address is just 400mtrs away from the above said office of Bluedart. Why did a reputed institution like yours do this? If you are doing like this how can we make further orders?

      My waybill no.[protected]. I am checking track my waybill no your site, its show as "no such consignee at the given address" its totally wrong statement of your courier boy. Nobody come on my address i. E 45-m, first floor, vrindavan garden, (Near satywati kuteer, gali no. 1), sahibabad, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh - 201005 and mobile no. [protected].

      Your courier boy call me on 07th may, 2016 and he says, sir your courier in my hand and please tell me the extact location of your address.

      I was guide extact location of my above given address. Courier boy says ok sir, i am coming with your courier on your address on monday, tuesday and wednesday etc., but nobody come on address and neither call me.

      It is my humbly request to you, please send my courier on my address.

          I applied for an American express corporate card but bluedart near my locality(Shaikpet, hyderabad) did not deliver it.Their service is pathetic. Even though the address was complete and accurate and I am receiving all my parcels through same address they returned my courier saying that the address does not exist.Pathetic service from BlueDart courier.

            Sir, i sent a parcel of medicines with no. [protected] to germany on 23 march 2016. As medicines are not allowed to be sent to germany the parcel retuned and i received it on 11 april. The no. On return is [protected].
            I paid rs. 9500 for the parcel of 3.9 kg while sending it and rs 4500 on return.
            I would like clarification on why i was charged an extra rs5000. It should be the same to and fro or a little extra for packing. The packing box was provided by me.
            Kindly clarify.

              Waybill No : [protected] booked from Mumbai Hub on 02/05/16, Scheduled to b delivered at Kolkata ;700102.Earlier Blue Dart delivered several times in my same address from consignor.On 4.05.16 received at Kolkata, Tracking shows Incomplete address and landmark needed.From that day i started sending the details of location with google map link. Daily i used to send mail with all location details but Blue Dart Every day update the status "out for delivery" and after 4 hrs again the post the status " Landmark needed" till today same is continuing Everyday i sent my location details with google map location link" but no action taken by Blue dart to delivered.I had so many way bill no. of Blue dart which they delivered in my same address.This problem arises only the courier like Blue Dart.Most worst service i had ever seen.No response to my email was given.

                The courier boy does not deliver the shipment. He just comes and goes with asking any information at the reception. We have a reception, on the extension number[protected]., when contacted at this number the courier boy will be aided in locating the consignee.

                Multiple times, the courier boy goes away. We have to struggle a lot to get the courier in hand.

                This is a perennial problem. We request you to fix the problem at the earliest

                  My name is Ramya N. Our shipment has not yet delivered, as we came to know that it was send to Bangalore on 19/4/2016 with transition ref. [protected] and returned back to Mumbai on 27/4/2016 with transition ref. [protected] and surprise we have not received any call from blue dart.

                  Since more than 20 days, we are literally contacting Bluedart and Itz cash but there is no proper response from them.

                  Requesting the team to pls provide us the updated status and when we can receive the shipment? If possible pls keep the shipment at Blue dart office (Bangalore SPR), we can collect it from there in this week (9/5/2016 – 13/5/2016)

                    I have ordered an air cooler through paytym app. I received a message about delivering it today with track number [protected]. It had been notified as unidentifiable location and so the product is undelivered. But I received my tresemme shampoo order (AWB#:[protected] delivered by your courier to the same address. When enquired about the issue in your nearby office, there is no proper response. Kindly resolve the issue and do deliver aircooler product by tomorrow.

                      Blue dart service is very pathetic as i experienced twice bad services and got same reason, i.e. unable to deliver because my house was closed which is straight lie, their delivery dept
                      dont want to deliver the parcel &
                      just giving the abv stupid msg .to the tracking status column.

                      My documents was to come from bank & I got msg also from bank that i will get in a day with a.w# & thru which courier the parcel they are sending - i got msg that i 'll receive my parcel on 4.5.16 but i got on 7th May mean 3 days late.
                      After followup also i got my parcel so late .

                      Who is having so much time to follow up the courier parcel, we have so much other things to do so it is very sad.

                      We client when searching their contact no.thru Google site we get one no.which they say tollfree but it is STD charges .

                      We call & very difficult to get authorized person also our time like one day get wasted & our money also.

                      Their charges are very costly compared to other courier service but delivery service is zero.

                        Our online consignments, which is to be catered and forwarded to a Bluedart franchisee of 796007 & 796009, is often diverted to 796001 by Mr Darshan Chhetri, a Bluedart franchisee and a caterer of 796001.
                        It is very inconvenient on my part, as the courier's proximity and parking space available
                        Moreover, they do not deliver their consignments but rather force and compel us, their customers, , to collect it from their courier.
                        Also, the employees do not hand out or let us view the 'Delivery Run Sheets' or an 'outscanned copy' and just narrate the figures, which is very unreasonable and unsecured on our part.
                        Hoping that our grievances and prayers to take up a necessary action would soon reach the ears of the authorities concerned, and the needful would be done; we thank you in anticipation.

                          Dear,
                          Delivery date for my product was 5th may 2016 but it's not delivered yet. I waited for the delivery boy at my residence address which was mentioned on the courier package but nobody came to deliver it. Instead a false status updated on website when I tracked it. Another day on 6th may 2016 I also waited, again no one came to hand over it. I called to customer care 7-8 times regarding this matter but every time I got the same response that it will be delivered soon.
                          Please take a serious action against it as it is very important to me.

                            Hi,
                            I am stayin bangalore. SOmhow I lost my debit card and I reapplied for the card. HDFC Bank processed it through BLUE DART. The guy came on 3rd of May but as I was outside and was not able to pic the call so the courier guy left the office. WHen I call back they said you were not available so we havnt given it to someone else. That OK
                            But what happen next was stupidest thing. I called BLUE DART customer care and they said we will deliver it by tomorrow 12.30pm. I left my work and was waiting for the courier guy. He did not come . SO I called them again they said by 4pm you receive the Courier which I did not on 4th May 2016. I again called they said on 5th May 2016 on highest priority your courier will be delivered. But it hasn't been delivered. Every time they were giving the reason that I am not in office even when I was present everyday. I called today 6th may 2016. Now also they have promised the same thing but its 3pm and courier hasnt been delivered till now. I havnt seen such a pathetic kind of service from any courier company till now.

                              We ordered oneplus 2 (Sandstone black, 64 gb) mobile from amazon.In dated[protected] . Amazon.In dispatched package through blue dart express waybill number [protected] which was received on[protected]. We had to pay rs 22, 999 (Twenty two thousand nine hundred ninety nine), but by mistake we paid rs 30, 000. We already discussed this matter with local branch officer mr. Ankit (Vapi) and delievery boy mr ajay (Vapi), but they are not responding properly. Please do needfull and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                                Blue dart executives call to say that we are coming to deliver your packet today. But till 4-5 days we didn't receive any packet. If we call them back for any response, there is no one to reply, last time I had gone to the office to collect the packet in emergency and complaint to manager, but of no use. Kindly look otherwise will compliant in consumer help desk. Worst courier services ever experinced.

                                    I am really frustrated about the service. If you check the status of my shipment, it will show you the big list of cancellation, redirection, consignee refused to take the delivery and all.
                                    I have called customer care hundreds of times and every day they keep saying that it’ll be delivered tomorrow. I don’t know what’s wrong. But it’s an important document and I need it urgently.
                                    I humbly request you to look into this issue.

                                      We are highly disappointed for listening lies from your staff and customer care.The above consignment has booked from Ahmedabad on 30th April-16, and your online report shows expected delivery on 3rd May-16. Today we have spoken to customer care and got the information saying Mr.Manjunath has come to our office and door locked, as per the procedure you have to put sticker or notice has to be given, but he has not done. In realty our office timing is 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. Mr.Manjunath is so foolish, he is telling office closed at 2:30pm, this shows height of irresponsibility from your staff.Mr.praveen ( ID 107296) and he is telling Mr.Manjunath not traceable to recheck. I hope you utilize good officers to enquire this problem and we incurred huge loses and this contains medicines which you will know the urgency. Dont allow us to reach consumer court regarding this issue.

                                        Dear sir/ madam,  

                                        Way bil no : [protected],   the status is out for delivery, but they are not delivering the product to the mentioned address.  simply,   they call the contact number and said collect the shipment from the office.  a ridiculous service from bluedart in future this should not be happened. 

                                        Pfa attached to the mail.

                                        Bluedart customer service provider is lying, while i am eagerly waiting to receive the product see the images.
