Dear Team,

This is regarding frequent failure of my refrigerator.
Model No :- CHF500R
SERIAL No:- CHF500A16M17257

Failure details :- No cooling, Refrigerator not automatically powering on after power cut.

Below are the repair details.

on 8th July, 23, replaced compressors with Sr no 88LJJP[protected]RE - Model no MA88LJJP ( 400 liters). This model is of low power, original one is of 500 liters, Bill amount 12, 390/-
Failure :- Even though replacing compressor, problem not resolved.
on 9th Aug, 23, They replaced Thermistor and refilled gas (Bill amount 1180/-.
Failure :- Even though replacing thermistor, problem not resolved.
Now he is asking to replace Condenser Fan replacement for which we have to pay another 1500/-

Now till date nobody has checked and rectified the refrigerator.

    Mene water purifier Aristo liya tha Flipkart se, product installation time pr hi kharab nikla, aur pura leakage tha, mene return request ki Flipkart ko, unki trafse reply aya ki brand degi replacement. Fir mene brand se bat ki to unhone local service provider ka nam bheja, unke technician aaye aur kam kiya unse problem solve huva nahi fir bhi mujhe massage aya ki complaint solve. Fir mene call Kiya brand ko fir vahi local service provider ke technician aye aur product 2 din leke Gaye, aur pura scratchs se bhar ke laye, fir bhi product kharab hi, fir bhi complaint solve ka massage, fir mene brand se bat ki fir brand ne unko hi bheja fir vahi service provider ka technician aya product 3 din leke Gaya, fir bhi jaise the problem.
    Itna hoke bhi mujhe replacment nahi Mila
    Mene 10 15 mail kiye he aur sare evidence bheje he defects ke fir bhi kuch nahi, 100 se jada brand ko call kiye he, kuch nahi huva.
    Itna pareshan Kiya iss company ne, na product accha he na service. Ek number ki faltu company he .
    Inke against kuch majbut action hona chaiye.

      Worst Service" I booked complaint on 12th July, 23 via complaint no. B[protected]. After registered complaint, company allotted service provider (Unique Enterprises, Mobile No. [protected]) but no solution & close complaint. For this when we again complaint on customer care they reopen same complaint & assure that service provider will visit soon but again after 2-3 days no solution & close complaint. That happened many times but till date (2 Sept.23) no solutions provided.

        Subject: Complaint Regarding Defective Product and Refusal to Replace by Service Center

        Dear Customer Care Department,

        I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the defective product I have received from Blue star and the subsequent refusal by your service center to provide a replacement. I have been a loyal customer of Blue star for many years, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of both your product and customer service on this occasion.

        On[protected], I purchased an Blue star water purifier, from online platform Flipkart . Upon installation, it became evident that the product was defective and failed to function as advertised. The water purifier consistently leaked water and failed to provide the expected level of filtration. This is a serious concern, considering the health risks associated with consuming impure water.

        Immediately after discovering the issue, I contacted your customer service helpline and was informed that I needed to contact the nearest Blue star service centre for replacement. However, to my dismay, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was informed by the staff that they were unable to replace the defective product.

        I would like to emphasize that this is an unacceptable response, as I am well within my rights as a consumer to receive a replacement for a defective product under warranty. As an esteemed company in the market, I expected better attention and service from Blue star. Your service center's refusal to provide a resolution has left me in a highly inconvenient and unsatisfactory situation.

        Considering the inconvenience and dissatisfaction I have experienced, I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

        1. An immediate replacement of the defective Blue star water purifier, ensuring that the replacement is fully functional and meets the promised quality standards.
        2. Adequate compensation for the time, effort, and inconvenience caused due to the defective product and the unhelpful response from your service center.
        3. A thorough investigation into the service center branch that refused to assist me, as their behavior does not align with the values and service standards expected from Blue star.

        I urge you to address this matter promptly and resolve it to my satisfaction. Failing to do so will leave me with no choice but to seek legal assistance or to pursue other available consumer protection avenues. I believe it is in Blue star's best interest to rectify this situation promptly to maintain its reputation as a provider of quality products and services.

        I expect a written response to this complaint within reasonable time frame, to expedite the resolution process. I can be reached at the contact details provided above. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

          I purchased blue star portable ac from madaan electronic, Ambala Cantt on 26 june 2023.
          After two months ac is not working properly and giving hot air. I did so many complaints about the problem through online or customer by call nd they are not giving a response and no technician visiting till time.when I talk to technician he said that you have to come in workshop.
          I also call madaan electronic but they are not pick my call and block my number. My mother is a heart patient.she is suffering from that day .now I'm fed up .I am serving in defence. Now I'm out of station. My parents are senior citizens and they're suffered . Soo I complaint against Bluestar company in consumer court fir harassment and mently and physical suffer.
          I want to repair or replacement or return.

              Bluestar Ro+uv genia service center

              My bluestar Ro is not working since 4 days, I had complaint on 26july 23, and I am troubled by calling customer care every day, no reply has come yet,
              I suggested no one purchase bluestar.
              Because his service is very poor....

                I am using blue star inverter AC in my restaurant. I have made several requests on your customer care no that my ACs are not providing effective cooling. These products comes under warranty. I am waiting from a month now and really the response is so wired from the company.
                The local service centre also didn't help.

                  I bought Blue Star Invertor AC from Croma showroom Dwarka Sector-14 on 11th June'23, Since installation AC is making unavoidable noise, within a month i already made 3 complaints at customer service Bluestar, Technician already visited thrice and checked the AC but still this issue persists, We are even unable to sleep at night if i switch on AC, this AC usually makes a heavy and continues noise after 1 hour of running, We all get totally frustrated now, It was my biggest mistake in opting Bluestar AC.                     To bluestar,

                    I am writing you regarding the AC purchased on 25 June 2023 from Utility Engineers Sector 35 Chandigarh. The model no. details are BS inverter SAC 1 TR 5 star IA512DNU

                    The issue I am facing after installation is that the outdoor unit is producing high decibel sounds seems like I have received faulty unit from your side I wanted to get it replaced rather any repair.

                    The service center team visited they also said the outdoor unit is faulty. The outdoor unit received detail is BO-IA512DNUAWA00596

                    For your reference I am sharing you the bill copy also

                    After the escalation I got the area manager detail contacted saurabh chawla he assured me false promises multiple time so many deadlines given but till not replaced they are pressuring me that to take another model which is available in there stock, however I have paid for latest model how can I get lower model older generation.

                    I have told Mr. Saurabh chawla and piyush our area bluestar concerned person to kindly initiate refund money and take back your faulty product delivered to me so that I can switch to another good brand but never BLUESTAR

                    Note - for your reference I have also launched complaint against bluestar and utility exclusive bluestar store in Chandigarh to National consumer affairs Department of consumer affairs GOI you all will impeach for all this soon.

                      Purchased 1.5 ton AC 2 years back. Having cooling problem, when temperature reaches above 30 degree, AC does not work. Complain was filed but no one visited on site, said take the AC to Service center. I took the AC to service center they said power issue and charged 590 for doing nothing. Still facing the same issue. Now authorised service center technician are saying, we can not visit on site as we have no time. Called 2 local technician they are saying compressor is not working, but company technician are saying there is no issue with compressor. Last option is consumer court only i think.

                          I have been running around for the last 8-10 days to get the service done for the blue star product bought in Feb 2023 ( invoice attached) installed in my dental and laser clinic. we raised the complaint and have called more than 10 times but no work happened. We raised the complaint again but no help arrived yet. This is very troubling as we can't do any treatment for the patients in this 45 deg heat leading to business loss everyday.

                            At a time of new Ac installation Mechanic damaged Back side door of Ac. And then i request many times to the mechanic correct the damged . But the mechanic of your company ( blue star) did not response any more . Mechanic use of hammer
                            at the time of fitting of new Ac . And also ask mechanic of your company pay the extra Rupees for this work . So i request to the Ceo and the manager of your company (blue star) resolve my problem fastly (as soon as possible) and change my backside Ac . But they didn't resolve my problem fastly .                               I bought this inverter bluestar ac in Aug2020. I am told by bluestar support company that 5 Yr PCB warranty started in Oct2020 and that it's not available to me. So they asking me to pay Rs 12k for replacing PCB. It's ridiculous and cheating. I am seeing so many complaints about bluestar on social media. Kindly help.

                                Till date I didn't get any response from your side pertains to status of my order except one single communication on the Booking Date that my order will be dispatched with in 5 to 8 Working Days.

                                  I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing issue I am facing with the Blue Star air conditioner that I purchased through Amazon in the month of May'23. The unit is currently experiencing a breakdown, and upon inspection by a service engineer, it has been determined that the outdoor unit is choked. This is a highly disappointing situation as I have always associated Blue Star with top-notch product quality and service.

                                  Considering the fact that the air conditioner has been operational for just around two months before encountering this problem, it is unacceptable to experience such a malfunction. Moreover, the timing of this breakdown could not be worse, with the scorching heat of the current season. It has left me and my family in a highly uncomfortable and inconvenient situation, affecting our daily routine and overall well-being.

                                  Therefore, I kindly request an immediate replacement of the outdoor unit. I believe that as a customer of Blue Star, I deserve a prompt resolution to this issue, especially considering the brand's reputation for delivering superior products and services. I trust that you will understand the urgency of the matter and take swift action to rectify the situation.

                                    I bought a Blue Star convertible 4 in one 1.5 tonn 5 star split inverter AC from flipkart on 22/09/2022(. Seller :Consulting Rooms pvt Ltd

                                    Within few days o[censored]se it stops cooling and I have contacted the customer care.They came and rectified the issue.After 1 month again cooling issue came.In addition to this it was having leakage issue also.
                                    Again service personnel came and rectified it.Later the same cooling problem arise and service personnel came again did something and tell me that product is ok
                                    I have made complaints in this following dates
                                    20/12/2022
                                    14/02/2023
                                    24/02/2023
                                    28/02/2023
                                    09/05/2023

                                    Within last seven months I called customer care for atleast 15 times and communicate s via email several times. Last complaint was registered on 09/05/2023 and they have visited my shop and took the AC for repair.Till date they haven't rectified the complaint.I told them from the beginning that this product was a damaged one and asked to replace or either refund the amount .I haven't used this product properly for atleast one month from the date of purchase.

                                      My Bluestar AC was delivered on 27th Morning 9AM and No information on installation yet.

                                      When I called the Service Vendor they are like one the way but from Past 3 Days they are on the way and We have to Leave all other work and Wait for them

                                      If we call them there is no Proper response

                                      Somebody should Seriously take care of these
