COMPLAINT ESCALATION - Customer id[protected] Name Shanti

Hi Team,

This is with regards to poor service provided by M.M SERVICE CENTER.

On 8th of April we raised the above service request ticket and the technician arrived same day to my place..we were not satisfied with the basic check done and he left the place collecting the service fee stating PCB board issue and this need to be replaced.

I don't think Bluestar product will require a replacement of PCB within one and half year of purchase.

Okay since it is an electronic item i said okay for replacement.

Today it's been almost 10 days still the service provider gives excuses for item not being replaced.

Moreover the ticket was closed on same day without our concern.

I would recommend bluestar to allot proper service provider who give genuine service as this type of service provider's ignorance may bring down your reputation.

PCB replacement charge quoted by service provider is rs 9500 which i don't trust for the matter of fact

Kindly acknowledge the genuine price considering the age of product.

Hope your team resolves this issue at the earliest.

    Grievance redressal

    I am writing this complaint against the lack of service from your organization. It is with great regret that I have to inform you about the service failure I experienced with your organization. I purchased Bluestar Air Conditioner [Model: IA312TNU] Invoice # CLT/23-24/2730 from KannanKandy Sales Corporation, Mavoor Road, Calicut, Kerala on 17th April[protected]. We purchased the AC to cope with the scorching heat and it is disheartening...

    Not providing service during warranty period

    Dear sir,

    I purchased one window AC (Sl noWFA312LLGAVA01159) on April 2022. the same has been running quite well for 3- 4 months. But now the AC was not cooling not a bit might be tube leakage or gas exit. But the function was not fulfilling the purpose.

    I have lodge a complain yesterday ticket no is B[protected]. The visit is scheduled between 2 to 3 pm but no one come from bluestar. I called them several times but they only give me assurance please wait today they message me and said the visit of engineer is rescheduled on 22/04/23.What rubbish is that very poor service. Even after that I called customer care but they don't talk properly..what can I do now

      I have Blue Star Split AC and their services fade me. I submitted a service request on 14th April 202, and after two days, the service engineer came to my home and told me that my AC needed gas refilling. They promised that my gas filling work would be done the next day, but after four days, no one came to my home. Also, if I called customer care, they always said, "Tomorrow, your work will be completed for sure." I also called the service engineer centre; they told me many excuses like 'My team is not well' and blah blah etc. I am helpless now, and my fault is simply that I purchased a Blue Star Product. Such a frustrating and non-sense company that is not thinking about the customers after selling their products.

        I bought Bluestar 1.5 T Split AC last year in April 2022 & was ensured best aftersales service by Croma dealership. The installation was done by Bluestar on very high rates as they said warranty will lapse if we get it installed from outside. The installing person did not have basic knowledge after AC working & was only a Labourer. We got a shock when we found that Bluestar has worst after sales service record & did not even do the complementary AC cleaning service as promised by Croma. The Bluestar person claimed we have to pay Rs. 850 if we want service in the warranty period (this is provided free by every other brand in India). To top it - the gas leak occured just after warranty expired & we have been calling Bluestar Customer care no.[protected] everyday but there is no one willing to attend even if we are willing to pay. I request everyone - NEVER BUY BLUESTAR PRODUCT - YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY.

        The complaint was registered with BLUESTAR but got a call only after 15 days. Is this the way to support your own product. I had to get it repaired through UrbanCompany by paying. I would again say the same - NEVER BUY BLUESTAR PRODUCT.

          Greetings,

          In 2020, I purchased an air conditioner. However, it stopped cooling, so on March 31st, I registered for a service by Blue Star as I wanted it fixed before the summer season. Four electricians from Blue Star's service provider, JD. Refrigeration, arrived and took two days to repair the AC. Although it seemed to be working fine, I was unsure if it was up to the mark, so I did not provide them with the OTP. They provided me with a bill of INR 12, 400, but after receiving a discount of INR 400, I paid them INR 12, 000.

          However, a few days later, I attempted to use the AC as the weather was hot, but it did not cool at all and instead emitted hot air. I attempted to contact JD. Refrigeration, but they did not respond to my calls. On rare occasions when they did answer, they provided me with invalid reasons for not being able to repair it, claiming that some customers had confiscated their technician's tools and were refusing to return them. The representative was impolite.

          In addition, I contacted Blue Star via email and phone, but they did not take any action to address my problem. They always informed me that the case had been registered, but they would subsequently cancel it for no apparent reason. I am now unsure what to do and have contacted other electricians because the heat is unbearable. I would appreciate a refund for this faulty service.

              I purchased a split air conditioner in Aug 2021 and was used for about three months and was inactive till next season . AC was put into service in March 2022 but it was not cooling the room for which the company attended the call and clarified that some nut bolts remained loose for which the gas was leaked. Again in Aug 2022same problem occured which was attended again by the vendor. Sensing the faulty item sold and warranty period to expire in Aug 2022. I Purchased AMC of Blue Star to provide the service for next year i.e. upto Aug 2023 for Rs 2100/-
              I called the vendor in March 2023 for routine service under the AMC, the vendor attended the call and finished the task within five minutes and stated that the machine is working fine. The weather remained pleasent for a month. The machine was put into use on[protected] but to utter shock, it was not working. I registered a complaint with the company under Customer ID[protected] with an assurance to fix the problem within 12 hours and after 24 hours, the concerned vendor is not picking the call.
              As a matter of fact, Company has cheated on me by selling the faulty AC and despite the persisting problem, company did not bother to fix the problem whereas I had to forcibly purchase AMC for which I got fooled and the Companies like Blue Star boasting of best service provider holds little water

                  Our Bluestar split AC is under warranty and there is water dripping from internal unit and external unit is making noise. We registered a complaint, the technician came and said he cant find fault in the unit for noise and for internal he was not informed for service so he won't do, someone else will. Come and change the pipe. Then they informed it will all be chargeable and closed the complaint. After that I am registering complaints and they keep closing it without even attending. Please help resolve this issue at the earliest.

                    Hi !

                    My name is Avinash Rawat and
                    my mobile no. is [protected] which is registered with BlueStar,
                    I bought an Inverter AC from a dealer in Nagpur in the FEB 2021 and also took the Extended warranty next year in Feb 2022. My A/C was working absolutely fine till 8 FEB 2023. My AC's Extended warranty was expiring so, I called Bluestar for service because during the Extended warranty period only a Bluestar agent visited once and not informed any leakage or any other problem, when Bluestar agent visited on 8 fed 2023 for the second time, he performed all the service and check all the pressure and everything but not informed about any leakage or any other fault. After 8 FEB we have not used it because there was no need for AC, but two or three days back when we started AC it was not cooling so I again called the Bluestar, and today the service agent visited, without checking any leakage or not performing any inspection or anything he said, sir your AC's gas is leaked, that was the biggest shock for me, and when I asked him the reason he said, this leakage is because of poor installation of AC at the very first time when it was delivered. Today the service agent also charge Rs. 600/- for just giving us the bad news without performing any inspection.
                    After this he asked for 4000/- Rs. for refilling of gas, now I am in trouble either because of poor installation or not looking after my AC during the Extended warranty period. I am facing this financial loss for negligence due to failure to exercise the required degree of care during the extended warranty period, and for this, only the Bluestar service agents will remain responsible. This is my complaint against the agency providing services on behalf of Bluestar in Nagpur, I also ask please help me out of this situation. I am informing you of my situation before going into any legal dispute which is not my way of dealing with such a situation but if no other way left. I will go for that also. I request full repair fo my AC.

                      I bought an Air Conditioner with an extended warranty from brand itself. On Tuesday i.e (11th April 2023) i raised a service complaint against my product after acknowledging my complaint they have provided me a number of Third party service centre - AR Air Conditioning - Delhi. I must say that they are the most irresponsible, mannerless & unprofessional peoples i have ever come across. since Wednesday i am calling them neither they are picking up my calls nor calling me back after seeing so many missed calls. Bluestar has most pathetic after sale service in all Brands. BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING THEIR UNITS.

                          Hi Team,

                          Please refer the attachments, I have requested for warranty extension of 1 year on 13 mar'23. I have paid Rs. 2124/- to blue star for the same thru UPI.

                          I have been told that I will receive a warranty extension paper/ invoice within 20 days on my email directly from company but I haven't received it yet, it's been a long time.

                          Any update on this or again this will also be late service, because blue star customer care service is very pathetic. they don't even know how to resolve the issues of customers. when we call to customer care they only ask for issue and say please connect to local service provider in your area.
                          i have received a call from blue star and they asked me to share the AMC card but till date there is no update and no AMC card received.
                          please let me know when this will get resolved. we can't expect the same from Blue star which is a big brand and customer has to suffer as lot with there pathetic service.

                            I've bought blue Star 1.5 ton 5star window ac on 23rd April 2022 and my product is still under warranty and the cooling of the ac is nit working. The person who came from blue Star for second service of my ac confirmed a leakage in it. Next day another person came and he found out the leakage and he said they will have to replace the compressor for that we have to make a complain. We were continuously making complains from last 7-8 days and after so much of suffering they send another person who was not ready to repair the AC at our place (also he confirmed prior that it can be repaired at our house only) then he asked us to pay for transportation cost ₹600-₹700 for taking the ac to their service center otherwise he would not repair it as he have to do a lot of formalities.

                              I have lodged service request on 04.03.2023 vide request no-BR[protected].Thr complaint was for servicing .B.R.Enterprise attended the service request and charged Rs.800?-The requeest has been closed.
                              Suddenly on 31.03.2023 the water leakage starts from indoor unit. Iraised an service request vide request no-B[protected].Technician came from B.R.Enterprise and an amount Of Rs.1200/- paid.At that moment there was no water leakage. But from 02.04.2023 night again same water leakage started.I can not sleep due to the leakage.
                              Please resolve the issue since the technician came they ware not so knowledgeable to find the reason of leakage.

                                I made online payment for AMC renewal. Bluestar processed the payment but never provided the invoice confirmation. I checked few days if the AMC is renewed, but it was not.

                                The local technician who provides AMC service suggested to make an offline payment before the AMC lapse and complaint to blue star to reverse the online payment (which was never processed). I paid the local technician who promptly provided service with no issues.

                                When I raised merchant dispute, blue star provided invoice. I raised complaint to their customer care which is unresolved for last 45 days.

                                My question:
                                1. If online payment is processed, why was it not reflecting in their website.
                                2. Why the local technician is able to raise AMC against a machine covered in AMC? Isn't it cheating?
                                3. Why the customer care is reluctant to resolve this issue. I have been emailing for the past month with no avail.

                                I strongly urge anyone from purchasing Blue star. I have Eureka Forbes machine in my other home and no issues till date. If a company cannot provide customer service, they should not exist.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  Unfortunately I have purchased Blue Star 1.5 Inverter Ac (B/Star INV A/C IA318VNU 1.5T3 HSN Code:[protected] Onn 25.02.23 from Lulu Connect.

                                  From 20.03.23 the product was not working and raised the ticket on same day itself through mobile app. (B[protected])

                                  On 21st March as per the SMS received from Blue Star Wintech Solutions contacted me and their service executive visited on 21st itself. As per the confirmation from executive internal motor and board got damaged due to voltage issue. But in my area there is no voltage related issues and more than 3 ac's with different brands are working fine.

                                  I accept this is an electronic device and chance of damage or complaint is there. But on 23rd again the executive visited my home with new board and motor. But the executive failed to rectify the problem. Now the justification is because of the damaged part that received from godown.


                                  As a customer I am not satisfied with these kind of services from your side.
