    Address: 128/388 K Block, Kidwai Nagar

    Purchased ac 1 month back. Got installed on 13th April. Since, then it is having colling issues. Have raised the complaints multiple times. Asked for replacement in the first go but service people, everytime came, refilled the gas, and go. Total 4 times gas has been refilled to the AC which is not even 1 month old. After denial for further service, they said that they have raised the replacement request but it has been 8 days now and no result.

    I have vested around 30 hours with bluestar customer support and service providers and still living in hot and humid environment. Though I have AC, it is of no use. All my time and money is wasted. It's better to buy a second hand AC at a much cheaper rate than to buy a new ac like this.

      From last month i have created a complaint against ac servicing but they are not so unprofessional, every time they have created a ticket but after one day i got a massage that my request has been cancelled...My AC was under warranty period when i registered complaint but now its out of warranty and they are charging money for servicing...

        Called on 23rd Feb. Reported F0 error. Technician came and diagnosed it as gas leak issue. Charged Rs.4000 and refilled the gas and assured 3 months warranty.
        Same issue re-occurred on 16th March 22 - f0 error. Technician reported on 21- March-22. Refilled the gas again.same issue reocurred on 13th April. - F0 error. No one visited after multiple calls every alternate day.
        On 30th April, i get a call from Mr. Nagaraj from Blue star mentioning that immediately he is going to take an action and get it rectified. However immediately after his call this ticket gets cancelled automatically with a reason customer not contactable inspite of Mr. Nagaraj's call same day with me. When contacted him directly on his mobile, he assured me that he would raise a new ticket immediately. Basically as the ticket was aging without being address I strongly believe that it was closed.
        A new ticket - B[protected] was raised on 30th April 2022 by them only and till date -9th May 2022, no one has visited or attended the complaint. My small two children are suffering each night due to hot summers in Hyderabad from 13th April.

            Hello, I've assembled 8 Cassette ac's of bluestar & now I'm facing water spilling out from ac's issue.
            I'd lodged the complaint with customer care. They told service charge 600/- to be paid on visit, i said no issues I'll do, i did it, i paid 600/- on visiting.
            They took the money & went back without resolving the issue, the issue is still under lying.
            The technicians diagnoses the problem even worst, they tries to misguide & steals money.
            Blue star don't got geniune serviceman, what they all have is outside vendors. It's better we only get them & get rectified.
            Blue star service & responsibility is good for nothing.

              1. On 5/5/2022 Window AC 2 ton WFA324LL was purchased from Manu Refrigeration Noida-201301 vide Invoice no. 634 dtd 5/5/2022

              2. On 6/5/2022 installation request was made to Customer care[protected] at 10AM

              3. Ticket [protected] was raised at 10:08 AM 0n 6/5/2022, with contact numbers of the person responsible for Installation.

              4. One number is "Either switched off / outside coverage area" permanently, and the other number is unanswered for eternity.

              5. On 6/5/2022, received a SMS stating that installation is scheduled for 7/5/2022 at 06:30 PM

              6. Till this time 8th may 2022 at 5:25pm, Installation has not happened. (NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALL EVEN)

                I purchased a portable ac PC12DB from Bluestar’s own website with order id #[protected] which is delivered in this week and installed it before 2 days and yesterday company technician came for demo and from that time I’m facing an issue of compressor tripping due to insufficient of exhaustion so that he advised to replace it with a split ac as your room is not suitable for this product, So as I’m trying to replace the same with a split ac by giving extra cost but the company unable solve this issue from there side.
                So it’s my humble request to do the needful for the same which i will be grateful for you.

                  The day the Bluestar water dispenser was opened it was leaking from day 1 after making 1000 calls to their service centre, no response n very very poor service and water dispenser non functional and no visit from their service centre. It is totally fraud company. Please don’t buy a Bluestar star product, worst company.

                      In May 2019 I thought of my family's good night sleep in summer season so I decided to buy an air conditioner from my hard earned income, after lots of thought and salesman's suggestions I choose Blue star window AC as he said after sales service of Bluestar is good I don't know of other cities but in Bokaro Jharkhand it is the worst.

                      It stopped working in June 2020 after compressor change in 2021 it again stopped working in 2022. It's true that the summer season is your season of fulfilling sales targets but you people must concentrate on after sales services.

                      Currently the Window A/c is at your service centre in bokaro and your executives are suggesting that the front copper coil must be changed as it has lots of leakage and this is beyond repair estimated cost of front coil replacement and gas charging is around 9K.

                      I think you can understand the situation I am in that after investing around 30K to buy a defective product and just after 2 summers (I am not counting 1 summer as it was not working) i will have to invest more 9K for its repair and they are not even giving any timeline in which it will be fixed.

                      Certainly I was the UNFORTUNATE one to choose Bluestar but this is also true that "BLUESTAR IS SELLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND SCAMMING CUSTOMERS".

                      Having no hope for service from Bluestar writing this mail to deaf ears.

                        Since I bought my ac, the it is troubling and I have been facing many issues regarding repairs and all..it's been 2 years and from the second month itself repairs had started and now the technicians are not even responding..I have been trying to contact but none of them are responding and since i bought my ac I have refilled my gas 3 times and yet problem is not solved and my ac is not even working now and no technician is responding. I have no clue what to do now..please help me out on this

                          5 months old water purifier making continuous beep sound.

                          I have a Blue Star Aristo 7 L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier and now the purifier making beep sound while water purification process. I logged a complaint with ticket number B[protected] on 17.04.2022. When the service engineer came, he did nothing, just cut off the beep sound speaker cable with that beep sound turned off, but UV lamp also turned off making water unsafe to drink. Today is 28.04.2022, still no proper resolution has been provided....

                          Somebody came to service from Airqtechservices madipakkam, chennai,
                          Service was totally absurd, not at all good service, he did clean the filter and cleaned the copper with a tooth brush, do you think it's a service, I can do this, he is keen on AMC, I asked to check the compressor and gas availability, he said all good, and I asked to clean the copper system by removing and water spraying on it, he said, it won't cover in free service. In Samsung, during free services the do all the stuffs.. totally disappointed with the service.

                                Bluestar 1 TON IN AC making a heavy noise like generator

                                Hello,

                                I have purchased Bluestar 1 Ton Window on 3 Apr 2022 from Vijay sales Indrapuram ghaziabad. After the installation of AC on 5 Apr 2022 i raised a compliant to bluestar company that AC is making a horrible noise and noise level is so high that we are not even able to sleep inside our room.

                                Bluestar company is not listening to my complaint and not responding even after several reminders and tweets also....

                                  My bluestar aristo water purifier not working properly i had raised a complain they had sent me a service agent number and the service agent sent me a technician number but the technician will always says they are coming today but no one is coming to resolve my problem 3member of my family fall in ill my water purifier is in warranty

                                    Recently I have booked an appointment for AC service since the cooling is not working for a few days. The service engineer came today and checked both the indoor and the outdoor units. He has identified that the compressor in the AC has spoiled. He said that compressor will be covered in warranty but he said, for gas filling and transportation I need to bare the amount. He said it will come around 6k. (Why do I need to bare this amount for your poor quality product.)

                                    We are also using other brands AC in my home. Seriously those are working for more than 10 years and never have I faced such type issue in my other brand AC's. Seriously I am disappointed with this brand, within the four years the product is gone. Waste of money, waste of time. The biggest mistake that I made ever is, I bought this useless brand product, otherwise I will not have this tension and all. Because of this, I need to Pay 6k. For this poor quality product, I need to pay 6k right? Very disappointed and I will never go for this brand again anymore, I will not recommend anyone to buy this brand.
