Dear Sir,
I am a foreigner presently residing in Delhi, and was previously living in Noida. I have purchased 3 units of 1 ton Window type AC from Blue Star. I was told and guaranteed that the AC's would be having 1 year warranty. That incase there will be something wrong with it, they would come and check. I and my other foreign officemates were able to use the AC's only for 4 months. As the winter started already, we stopped using the AC's. Unfortunately, a day before I moved from Noida to Delhi (last month), I found out that the 3 AC's were not cooling. ALL 3 OF THEM! So when I transferred to Delhi, I immidiately asked my assistant to call the dealer to check the AC's, as it was not cooling. But the money-sucking, no-caring dealer, did not even show-up and insisted that they will not check the AC's coz its my fault that its not working coz I removed the AC's!! They accused me of such thing like they were so sure what was wrong, even though they HAVE NOT SEEN NOR CHECKED the AC's. It left me no choice but to file a formal complain to BLUE STAR. Complaining to them about their dealer. But then again, LIKE SUPPLIER, LIKE DEALER..I have heard almost 30 promises from them. That they will have it fixed. One time somebody came in my house to check and said that after 2 days someone would come and pull-out the AC's.. 2 weeks had past, but neither a voice nor a shadow of the BLUE STAR GUYS came.. when I did a follow-up, guess what they told me?? I need to pay 7, 000+ for EACH AC to have it fixed!!! I asked them what happened to my warranty.. and said that the part was not covered by warranty. Which was contrary to the statement given to me buy one of the blue star guys. I have called Mr. Sandeep ([protected]). He's the one who told me that I have to pay 7, 000+ per AC..I have bought the AC from them for almost 50, 000!!! and after 4 months used only, they are asking me to pay 21, 000!!! for it to get fixed..And now Sandeep had passed me over again to Mr. Bhaskar ([protected])! I am treated like a ball that they keep passing -on! nobody wants to take responsibility! I feel deceived and cheated-on! i find this very unfair and UNJUST as it was still under warranty. Now 1 month had passed and the AC's are still not working..Im still hearing promises from them that someone who is an OFFICIAL ENGINEER of blue star would come. I have had 3 people who cheked out my AC already..And still NOTHING!! I was left but with no choice but to file a formal consumer complaint against them. I have trusted them by their word and guarranteed me immidiate result. And after purchasing from them, and after they got what they wanted this is what they do to their customers! I am very dissappointed and upset. I am a female foreigner, living alone in my house with 3 Ac's not working ALL AT THE SAME TIME! I bought these AC's from them thinking it will make my stay in India more at home and compfortable, like my home in Philippines. But instead, I get sleepless nights and often wake-up from sweating! Now I think that they are just waiting for my warranty to expire and reason out to me that my expiration date has come. Im just a few days away from the expiration of my warranty. IT WOULD BE OF GREAT HELP IF YOU CAN HELP ME. I HAVE NO FAMILY HERE, AND IS STAYING ALONE. I FEEL BETRAYED, DECEIVED AND CHEATED ON. ALL I WANT IS WHAT WAS PROMISED TO ME.

Blue Star,Water Dispenser — No Follow up Service or Communication from Company for The Product under warranty
HiThank you for having such a Board where by Customers like us can post their grievances and get our problems solved.
I had purchased a Blue Star, Water Cooler on 15.05.2008 for my company, which stopped working a day or two before 25.03.2009. We registered a complain by phone and on 25.03.2009 some one from Blue Star come for inspection and found the Compressor dead. Since that date there has been no Communication from the company, in spite of our regular contact through mails & phone. We have received no Concrete reply as to when the product will be fixed.Its been more than a month that I have been sending regular mails to their Complaint department but barring a regret mail no other communication has been received.
I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest possible
