I m using blue star water dispenser for the last 3 to 4 years...n m really sorry to say...this product is not worth buying... we hv spended so much on it.
recently the issue is.. cold water was nt cming..so I complained against it... firstly their home visiting charges are so high...590/- then the technicians told us abt some fault of gas leakage and rest is f9. so we paid 2800/- jst for gas refilling... but after few hours when we used it we noticed some other faults also.. earlier it was not there...
again we contacted customer care, technicians came and told us that the compressor needs to be changed which will cost 2400 more...
like seriously the earlier day the compressor was f9. nd now it has to be changed...
I was like.. wat the hell?? the new product is for 7or 8000 /-
one technician is saying every part is ok..other is saying different...
and last to last year we got this compressor changed...
not again...
m not gonna spend a single penny...
company can tke this product...
n m not gng to buy any of the product from blue star... in future...

    Hello,

    This is to bring in your knowledge that I have purchased a RO in October 2021 and in June I have registered a complaint regarding TDS and bad smell the service agent came and charged for the service that It does not come under warranty no issues but in next few days it back to same condition again I called the service agent and from that day they are saying like coming next day and after 3, 4 days he didn't answer my call and when answered he was like "Jo Krna hai krlo".
    It's the pathetic service I have seen for any product worst costumer service.
    Even I called again and again on till free number and asked him to arrange my call with some senior guy but he said I have scheduled your call but till now I didn't receive that call too.
    " I didn't recommend Blue Star products to any one"

      Hi team,
      I had raised a request (B[protected]) for re-allocation of my water purifier from 2nd floor to ground floor in the same building on 1 july.
      The work is done by a service executive and I paid the whole amount of reallocation (uninstall & reinstall) ie. 700/ rs. but re-installation did not work well, as some water leakage is there in the tap connector with RO pipe, which was provided by the blue star. So the executive is asking for money for this leakage while there was no water leakage at that place before reinstallation. He did something forcefully, due to which this leakage happened.

      So please look into the issue and provide the proper service in the same paid amount which I have already paid.

        I'm deeply shocked by the overall after sale experience with bluestar 5 star Inverter ac service. I have raised a ticked on May 31, 2022 for the noise and ice formation issue and after a week a technician visited from vasantham enterprises Tambaram. He informed the rotor fan needs replacement I asked to proceed. Its been more than a month the center is not providing any information and we are living in chennai heat after spending 50k for this piece of failure AC.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          I, Mr. Paul Fernandes, owner of the 1.5 ton Blue Star Window AC ( 3W18GBT) which was purchased under invoice no. V. NO: BGD-A-STG156 (TW.V.No. : BR-A-SFT[protected] Dated[protected] from M/s Vijay Sales.
          I have been recently approached by your company authorised maintenance service provider M/s. Indo Cool for Annual Maintenance Contract. Upon my confirmation for AMC M/s. Indo Cool sent their technical person to check my window AC on 5th May 2022 which was absolutely in a good condition but he said that the AC cooling is not there therfore we will repair the AC and after that only you will get the AMC.
          I had no choice but to agree his conditions and after 5 days i.e. on 10th May two persons came to my house to repair the AC ( Mr. Saini - technician ( [protected]) alongwith one trainee. They repaired the AC and charged me Rs. 3000/- and said me that within 3 months you have to take the AMC. They actually didn't repaired my AC but damaged it completely. And the result of the same came soon after 3-4 days of work. The AC cooling was absolutely not there after 3-4 days. I again started chasing indo Cool on this problem. On 17th May I complained Indo Cool about the same and informed them that being paid Rs.3000/- not even a week is passed and AC cooling is gone?
          After continuous follow up with Indo Cool finally on 18th May same technician appears to my home who had repaired my AC. He realized his mistake and soon after he changed the part near the gas cylinder.
          Actually this person while doing the repairs had done multiple damages internally to my AC which resulted again after few days.

          On 28th June 2022 I again placed my complaint to M/s. Indo Cool regarding no cooling.
          This time new person comes to my place and declares that my AC is damaged and cooling coil needs to be changed. He not even completed the job of patchwork and said that the person who had done the job has damaged the cooling coil. He refused to do the job and left us without completing his job. Now Indo Cool is demanding big amount from me for the replacement of part for their mistakes. I have everything documented with me.
          I have been cheated by you and your AMC contractor M/s. Indo Cool and their team including trainee. I need justice for this fraud with me. I need my AC in good condition which is been badly damaged by your people. I will take up this matter to the consumer forum/court and social media and news agency if the issue is not been solved within 7 days of this grievance.

            I am owning blue star cassette a/c my customer id:[protected] from last 3 years. The a/c compressor got damage which is under warranty till may 2023. I had registered my complaint on 15.05.2022 ticket no.:- b[protected] which was being rejected on 27.05.2022 then another ticket was raised on 28.05.2022 complaint no.:- b[protected] till date no solution had been done.
            I am owning a showroom which there is so much heat inside that customer are complaining to me. Which is hampering my sale of the store.
            I had a word with the service engineer who is a authorized service partner of blue star in the name of s.A enterprises he is not giving any reply to me. I had also word with mr deepak the service head of jharkhand is also not giving me any reply. Is company providing this type of service to the customer then i would suggest not to buy blue star

              I bought Bluestar 3-star inverter AC from Cooling Matrix around 15 months ago, Bhopal. Two times AC Indoor Motor Changes and One time PCB is not working again both parts are not working AC in dead condition. only 1-year duration AC 3 times repaired what quality and material you have used for your product production. Blue star brach AC not working for more than a year. I want a full replacement of my AC as soon as possible.

              amount paid for indoor motor change for 2000 with service charge
              PCB warranty is 5 years
              The compressor warranty is 10 years

                I have purchased a inverter split.AC from them last year only but with in one year the PCB got faulty .

                I have lodged complaint for this on 14.06.2022 via complaint number B[protected] but till date no solution provided .

                Suffering in endless lope of Customer care to Service centre to dealership.

                  This is Geetanjali Sharma from Chandigarh and I want to inform you that I have purchased an Inverter window AC 1.5 TR 5 star (5W18GBTI) from Utility Engineers SCO 309-310 Sector 35 B Chandigarh last year on[protected]. Further the AC was not working from last 4 days i.e from[protected].
                  I have called utility engineers and discuss the matter with them they get my complaint registered under ticket no B[protected] and customer ID[protected] on[protected]. On[protected] an authorised technician from Blue Star visited our place to check the AC. After checking the AC he said that as the AC was not under warranty you have to pay Rs 15000 for AC repair. Proof attached for your reference.
                  I asked him that I want to talk to your senior then he gave me the contact number of Mr Shivam, I called him but again I was disappointed on hearing the same.
                  I have also called your customer care regarding the same and I request them to connect me with some senior authority as to disscus the matter but they told me that I have to pay Rs 15000 if I want to get my AC repaired.
                  The AC costs Rs 31500 and just after 1 year 3 months and 11 days it suddenly stopped working. I have shocked to see such a poor quality product sold by a renowned company like Blue Star. I am sure that the company has used low quality parts in this AC that's why it has stopped working.
                  I have old parents and small children at home and without AC in such a hot weather it was very very difficult to manage. I have mentally disturbed due to the irresponsible behaviour of your company. How could you say that I have to pay Rs 15000 for the repair of product that costs Rs 31500 just after 1 year.
                  This is highly unfair and unethical.
                  I am not going to pay anything for the repair because the reason for this is low quality parts used in the manufacturing of AC.
                  Please look into the matter seriously as it will effect the name and fame of your company.
                  Also you are torturing the customer mentally.
                  Please get my AC replaced by a new one with genuinely good parts as soon as possible.

                    Have purchased RO water purifier in Sep 21 with 1year of warranty. Now when I call them for a complaint the technician visited said that the additional boul of filter is leaking, it is required to replace that and it will cost 2200/- RS under warrenty.

                    The what is the use of warrenty then i have purchased it for around 8500/- and after 9 months a filter is leaked and I have to pay 25% money of RO cost to get it serviced.

                    Please sale it without warrenty then, it is a strategy for making extra money. You put local and poor part with a new water purifier. So that you can make money by replacing that even in warrenty.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have purchased your product AC on Flipkart on 20-04-22 . Please find attached invoice copy for your reference. and installation done on 23-04-22 . Within a week there was Gas leakage in the outdoor unit. The same was rectified on a temporary basis by the technician and they told us it will be replaced through a new one . I have followed up for one month and then only temporarily rectified on 27-05-22 . but still it has not been replaced.
                        Kindly update status in this regard otherwise kindly process the refund.

                          I bought the best available AC of 2 ton from Reliance Digital sri ganganagar in April 2022. From day one the AC is unable to catch commands properly from Remote. It only works if you point remote to the display of AC by standing in front of it. It should be able to catch from different angles like other 2 Llyod AC's in my home. Its been more than a month since I have lodged a complaint but, the guy replaced the display but the problem is still the same.

                                Bluestar is refusing to install 1.5 TON split AC in my living room citing undertonnage. They are advising me to buy 2 TON ac; most of the residences in my building have 1.5 TON ACs and are having no issues. Can bluestar refuse to install AC which I have purchased?

                                  I have many times registered the queries on your toll free number and on customer email id also. But every time local service provider deny the queries and not provide the services.
