I bought Bluestar 3-star inverter AC from Cooling Matrix around 15 months ago, Bhopal. Two times AC Indoor Motor Changes and One time PCB is not working again both parts are not working AC in dead condition. only 1-year duration AC 3 times repaired what quality and material you have used for your product production. Blue star brach AC not working for more than a year. I want a full replacement of my AC as soon as possible.

I have lodged complaint for this on 14.06.2022 via complaint number B[protected] but till date no solution provided .

Suffering in endless lope of Customer care to Service centre to dealership....

Madam/Sir,
This is in reference with my ticket number B[protected] where I was waiting for the part replacement for my ac unit for last two months. Even after communicating correct model number with picture with technician, they are not able to fix the issue till this time. Please help me to fix the issue.

Have purchased RO water purifier in Sep 21 with 1year of warranty. Now when I call them for a complaint the technician visited said that the additional boul of filter is leaking, it is required to replace that and it will cost 2200/- RS under warrenty.

The what is the use of warrenty then i have purchased it for around 8500/- and after 9 months a filter is leaked and I have to pay 25% money of RO cost to get it serviced.br...

I have purchased your product AC on Flipkart on 20-04-22 . Please find attached invoice copy for your reference. and installation done on 23-04-22 . Within a week there was Gas leakage in the outdoor unit. The same was rectified on a temporary basis by the technician and they told us it will be replaced through a new one . I have followed up for one month and then only temporarily rectified on 27-05-22...

I bought the best available AC of 2 ton from Reliance Digital sri ganganagar in April 2022. From day one the AC is unable to catch commands properly from Remote. It only works if you point remote to the display of AC by standing in front of it. It should be able to catch from different angles like other 2 Llyod AC's in my home. Bought bluestar AC and within 9 to 10 months raised complaints 4 to 5 times. We are choosing bluestar for its quality and good service. But each and every time facing issues.

Raising a complaint and they are checking and not looking into the root cause.

I won't recommend bluestar for my friends and relatives....

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to inform you that I purchased a Blue-Star 1 ton AC on 16th April 2022 of model number WFA312LL (WFA312LLHCVA05039), and the cost of the AC is Rs.24900.

Next day (17th April 2022) the AC was installed by the company (Installation charges of Rs.650 was paid separately).It was working fine for some time but on the same day after 10 minutes of cooling the AC automatically goes for an autocut...

Bought this on March 2021, no installation provided by the team, I was only contacted after a complain that too almost after a week when of receiving the AC.

Service was provided only once, 2nd time my ticket got raised but I never got the service

Now my AC is not working at all just 1.5 months I got it checked from a local person they said the condenser is not working.

Dt. 13.05.2022 ko maine Blue star AC M/s Premier Sales, bus station road, Lakhimpur kheri, up se purchage kiya tha. Dt 01.06.2022 se mera AC work nhi ker raha hai. AC me H6 error aa raha hai. Maine kai baar purchage shop per complaint kiya. Lekin mera AC theek nhi kerwa rahe hai. Kahte hai jaha complaint kerna ho waha ker lo. Please meri complaint submit ket mera AC theek karaye.

I have been using many ac brands for my office and at my home but buying blue star ac was my biggest mistake. It’s giving me noise trouble from beginning and I am tired of making complaints but there customer service and engineers are useless as blue star ac is .. they are not able to fix the issue and closing tickets by their own without resolving the issue.. I will take this matter to consumer court as I have all the recordings and proofs...
