Hi Team,
I have registered complaint in Blue star that there is no cooling on 6th May 2022. Person visited home on 7th May 2022 and informed us that Compressor has to be taken to service center for further check, separate team will come to collect AC on Monday i.e., 9th May 2022. But none visited or called, again i mailed to blue star customer care and finally AC and compressor was taken from home on 11th May 2022. Today the date is 23.05.2022, and till now AC is not back, at least what is the issue in the AC was not updated. Whenever i call them, they say Compressor is not available. They always say, we are going to collect compressor, we are on the way etc..but never called me back to inform whether they have got the compressor or not. Worst ever experience. Please help on this.
