Bluestar is refusing to install 1.5 TON split AC in my living room citing undertonnage. They are advising me to buy 2 TON ac; most of the residences in my building have 1.5 TON ACs and are having no issues. Can bluestar refuse to install AC which I have purchased?

        Bought bluestar AC and within 9 to 10 months raised complaints 4 to 5 times. We are choosing bluestar for its quality and good service. But each and every time facing issues.

        Raising a complaint and they are checking and not looking into the root cause.

        I won't recommend bluestar for my friends and relatives.

          Dear Sir/Madam

          This is to inform you that I purchased a Blue-Star 1 ton AC on 16th April 2022 of model number WFA312LL (WFA312LLHCVA05039), and the cost of the AC is Rs.24900.

          Next day (17th April 2022) the AC was installed by the company (Installation charges of Rs.650 was paid separately).It was working fine for some time but on the same day after 10 minutes of cooling the AC automatically goes for an autocut for 15 minutes and the cycle repeats. When we contacted the service center by the company, they immediately came to solve the problem and found that the PCB was needed to be repaired. After few days they changed the pcb but the problem still persisted and after further enquiry the service engineers told that the compressor of the AC was needed to be replaced. The service was quick within 4-5 days new compressor was installed on 10th June 2022 but the problem of autocut is still persisting. The service engineers told us that Blue-star 1 ton AC will not give effective cooling and will go on for autocut if the temperature outside is more than 40 C,

          Here, I want to say that neither in the store nor outside the AC box it was mentioned that this AC will not give effective cooling if the temperature outdoors is more that 40 centigrade.

          I think there is an inherit ant design flaw and an inbuilt defective AC machine has been sold to me.

          So, I request you for an immediate replacement for the AC of the same model or different model whichever it will suit. Even 1.5 ton AC will also work the extra amount which is required I am ready to pay.
          A prompt reply will be appreciated as you know ₹25000 is not a less amount and I think my money has just got down the drain and it also not serving our purpose as well as I am not able to utilize the same in this hot summer and defeats the very purpose of buying an AC.

            Bought this on March 2021, no installation provided by the team, I was only contacted after a complain that too almost after a week when of receiving the AC.

            Service was provided only once, 2nd time my ticket got raised but I never got the service

            Now my AC is not working at all just 1.5 months I got it checked from a local person they said the condenser is not working.

            When I contacted blue star they said I’ll be provided service ASAP I don’t know what is this asap how can you make the customer wait when he is literally paying for your product and services.
            You can’t commit on providing installation, can’t provide service and when asked for service after warranty you say ASAP. Please define what is asap as per my knowledge it can be an hour and could be an year too

            If I would have know that blue star has such pathetic service I would never buy your product I feel stuck now should have bought Daikin instead you guys should definitely learn from them regarding customer service
            And please do train you employees on how to handle complaints and provide a solution

                Worst AC BRAND INDIA

                I have been using many ac brands for my office and at my home but buying blue star ac was my biggest mistake. It’s giving me noise trouble from beginning and I am tired of making complaints but there customer service and engineers are useless as blue star ac is .. they are not able to fix the issue and closing tickets by their own without resolving the issue.. I will take this matter to consumer court as I have all the recordings and proofs...

                No service was provided for AC even after multiple calls. Gave reasons like corona which I understand but when called to book service after lockdown they denied to provide any service as 1-year free service duration was over.

                So we've received zero free services and were denied to provide one stating our warranty was over.

                We are consumers of other big brands too who diligently call to book a service and turs up on time. But as a company, Bluestar is an utter failure coz it's the first time I came across a company trying to do its best to dodge service calls by claiming that no service calls were booked.

                The company has absolutely no courtesy to provide one free service to a consumer who was not given a single service stating reasons like corona and lockdown. I'm committing myself to never buying Bluestar products ever again as I've lost trust and will never recommend it too!

                    Hi Team,
                    We have ordered Bluestar Water Purifier in Flipkart in the month of January 2022.
                    After get installed by Bluestar team it didn’t get turned on, At that time installation person said that there is an adapter issue.
                    Lot of follow up with Bluestar local & global team via email and phones but no resolution provided.
                    From past 4 months I keep on checking with them on these issues, But no one is taking care of it.

                    It’s been almost 4 months which I have ordered this product which it didn’t used at least single day.

                    Even I have opted for extended warranty of 2 years with policy number [protected], but it get failed at initial phase itself.

                      Complain logged with Blue star India customer care on 13/April for non functional PCB for 3 PCB . After rigorous follow up since then only 1 PCB has been organized after daily mails to Area Manager ( Delhi NCR).
                      There is no response from them on the balance PCB.

                      Blue Star Inverter Ac's are extremely hyped product with poor value for money. Out of 6 Inverter AC ( 1.5 ton & 2 ton) - 4 have PCB issues/ failures & least PCB cost is 15, 500/-. Certainly not a product worth spending so much money as the advantage of saving energy is far less compared to struggle one has to go through with Blue star team.

                      Poor after sales service from Blue Star & Terrible resolution procedure .

                      Could have agreed with you if this was a 1 off case. Unfortunately it is a practical situation. My 2 AC's are still not functional. & I am still sending email to Blue star team every alternate day. Gas filled by technician gets depleted in a day or two. Quality of service is equally poor & technicians assigned are not technically sound.
                      Inverter Ac compressor makes loud sound & technician states it is frequency change & nothing can be done.
                      This is extremely poor after sales & your Inverter Ac's are not worth the money.

                        Split AC installed in Income Tax Office, Gurugram. Complaint has been lodged since March 2022 for SplitAC not working. The company executive visited and advised for compressor to be changed. The company executives are not paying visits after several complaints. Therefore, the problem still remains the same and the technical glitch related to the compressor is being surfaced time and again.

                            I purchased abovementioned window ac on 30/06/2021 from nutan electronics, dilshad garden.Fews days my ac stop cooling all of sudden.On filing complaint mechanic told that fan motor is to be replaced. After changing fan motor still when it was not working he told me that pcb was also not working and it also need to be replaced.
                            My product is only 11 month old and effectively it worked only for three operating months.I purchased blue star product under impression that company gives world class products but in my case it does not sees to be the case and i have been given defective piece by the company.
                            Therefore kindly replace my product immediately as it also gives bad name to the company .

                              Dear Sir,
                              It is highly regretted to inform you that bluestar AC services are very poor. I complained 3 months back for my AC Services but my issues is not yet resolved. Their service Center are also pathetic, there are no skill manpower, they aren’t well known of AC services. Today I got shocked when I found that there are no AC technicians, services Center boy told me that all technicians visited for services.

                                We had purchased the blue star AC on Jan26th, 2022 and got it installed on march 26th 2022 by the bluestar technician by raising request in their app. after 20 days of installation, AC stopped working, it is not cooling anymore. We have raised request in their App again and one person came and told gas is leaking inside, it takes 2 days time to resolve and left. again after 2 days came with another technician they did some gas filling and yes AC started working. After 2 days again our AC stopped working with EC(whatever) error. Again raised complaint and speaking to count less members, till now not addressed.

                                we bought brand new Bluestar AC and suffering in the peak of summer, bonus is bluestar team's careless responses.

                                Attaching the bill number and serial number of indoor unit.

                                Now we want nothing but replacement of this defective piece.

                                  Hi Team,
                                  I have registered complaint in Blue star that there is no cooling on 6th May 2022. Person visited home on 7th May 2022 and informed us that Compressor has to be taken to service center for further check, separate team will come to collect AC on Monday i.e., 9th May 2022. But none visited or called, again i mailed to blue star customer care and finally AC and compressor was taken from home on 11th May 2022. Today the date is 23.05.2022, and till now AC is not back, at least what is the issue in the AC was not updated. Whenever i call them, they say Compressor is not available. They always say, we are going to collect compressor, we are on the way etc..but never called me back to inform whether they have got the compressor or not. Worst ever experience. Please help on this.
