sir i am a customer of BLUE STAR and purchased a Window AC 1.5 ton in july 2008, though it is out of warranty now but its compressor comes with a warranty of 5 years. my Ac's compressor has stopped working and so i approached local service center and they told me to call customer care center @ tool free number.

i booked a complaint on 10th of may and they assured me that problem will be resolved within 4 days, but all in vein, m still sitting in this scorching heat waiting my AC to get repaired. this thing i never expected from a company like blue star. i kept on calling them again and again but nothing happened much.

so after being harassed so much i would officially like to book a complaint with you to kindly help me in this matter and contact BLUE star for such negligence on their part.

    I purchased a 2 ton Split A.C. on 2nd February 2007 in my firm Back Office Support Service having a serial no.SCC[protected] Model no.SCC 2410.

    Sir, I choose the “ Blue Star” out of so many company, because Once I purchased a Deep Freezer from you and it was very good. I never needed after sales service. I thought whenever I buy next I will prefer “Blue Star”.

    That time, I did not know that the Company of such high repute is having such horrible after sales service support.

    I purchased the A.C. in the winters of 2007 but did not operate instant. In summers, when I started, there was no cooling. I called the service people, they examined and said “There is leakage of gas and it would be refilled”. They refilled and the A.C. started working.

    I thought the problem is over, but next summer in 2008 the same thing happened again. I requested for change of machine. But I got the answer that “No sir problem is rectified and now everything is alright”. I trusted the service people.

    But my very bad luck that in 2009 again the same thing happened to me and the same story. After so many calls the service person turned up and checked the machine. The problem was same ”Gas Leakage”.

    In the year 2010 after passing half of summer, I could not operate my machine for single day. The service person came ten days back and said that they are putting pressure in the machine and check after two-three days. But after elapsing 10 days, I am still waiting for them.

    What is my fault? Is this that I chose “Blue Star”. The company which only know, how to sell, but sorry to say how to retain their valuable clients. I who was strong believer of “Blue Star’ at one point of time now thinking how to get out of it.



    I am attaching bill of purchase and all service report for your ready reference.



    I hope, you will appreciate my problem and give some solution at your earliest.

      I HAD REGISTERED ON THE 2ND OF MAY WITH THE BLUE STAR INSTALLATION SERVICE FOR MY WINDOW AC ,I PURCHASED ON THE SAME DAY. THE MODEL NO. IS 3WAE181YB AND THE COMPLAINT NO. IS[protected]. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM SINCE 2nd AND THESE GUYS HAVE JUST BEEN TRYING TO PASS TIME BY SAYING WE'LL CALL BACK WITH A CONFERENCE CALL WITH THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT SOON. BUT THE CALL NEVER HAPPENED. AND WHENEVER I HAVE CALLED UP AGAIN THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME THE SAME. ITS GOING TO BE 48 HOURS AND STILL MY AC IS LYING IN ITS BOX.
      A VERY VERY POOR JOB AND CLUELESS CALL CENTRE GUYS HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE MEANINGLESS.
      WELL CAN ANYTHING BE DONE. I FEEL I DID A MISTAKE BY BUYING BLUE STAR.

        I recently bought Blue Star 1.5 split AC and before I planned to get I confirmed with the dealer that installation will be done on that day itself. Dealer contacted someone and promised me that installation will be done on same day.

        They logged a ticket and it came to some Franchisee in Chennai. I got call from 4 people stating that installation will be done on same day. But at End of the day none turned up.

        I again spoke about this issue to customer care second day and I was told installation will be done and technician will visit in 1 hour and none turned back. Again I escalated the issue and I was told by Franchisee that technician will attend in 15 minutes and none turned back. Again I escalated the issue and technician said that the call has been transferred to someone else and he is not responsible. Again after escalation 1 technician called me and said that he is coming to install AC at my home at 9 PM in the night.

        Though the customer care is working good the Franchisee is very worst in handling the installation. I promise if BLUE STAR have these kind of Franchisee sure the company will go down.

          I am Balraj working as a Assistant Manager in a MNC IT company. I have bought a Blue Star AC on 24-Mar-2011 in Pondicherry. From 28-Mar-2011 the AC is not working and I have raised a complaint on 02-Apr-2011 & 04-Apr-2011. I have also contact the Blue star local service center and they have not responding properly. I am already having 2 AC with other company but I have not yet seen such a worst service in my life. Till now the problem was not rectified can you please look into this and do the needful.

          I never imagined Bluestar India will provide such kind of worst service experience.

              Dear All,

              I think the Blue star packers and movers has already sold my one item which till date i have not received from them. For the full detail see the mail attached below.

              I have booked my house hold items (10 Items) on 1st Nov 2010 by Blue Star Packers and Movers from Bangalore to Singur (West bengal). The worst courier i ever seen. The detail as follows :

              1. Booked 10 (ten) items on 1st November 2010 from Bangalore to Singur (West bengal)

              2. Consignment Number LR-23, paid Rs. 10800/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Only) and they made the insurance of Rs. 20000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) on 1st Nov with bill No. 071.

              3. Blue Star Packers and Movers Bangalore Address No. B-132, 1st Floor, Opp. SRS Cargo, DDUTTL, Yeshwanthpur Industrial Suburb, Bangalore - 560 022.

              4. Mr. Sanjay Singh ([protected]) Marketing Executive (As per visiting card) personally came to my residence in Bangalore to pack and receive the 10 (ten) house hold Items.

              After lots of STD and local phone calls and even I received the threatening call from d Mr. Vijay ([protected]) On 22nd Nov received 09 (nine) items out of 10 (ten) house hold item at evening 05pm. The Driver Mr. Dipak Tiwari ([protected]) and Helper Mr. Pancha Das ([protected]) and they signed the paper that they brought only 09 (nine) items.

              I keep calling Mr. Vijay ([protected]) of Bangalore Branch and he keep assuring me that withing few days it will be there. Today is 18th Dec 2010 nearly one month 18 days over and still the Blue Star Packers and Movers (The worst ever worst logistic service) never bother to deliver the clients consignment properly.

              The worst Worst ever courier service by Blue Star Packers and Movers.

              5. Confirmed me that within ten (10) days door to door delivery will happen, but i keep calling them from 15th day of November about my luggages.

              6.16th Nov 2010 Mr. Sanjay Singh ([protected]) given me the driver number [protected] with truck no. WB-41C 6876.

              7. When contacted the driver he told that he was in bangalore and sent the items in some other truck which driver number he dosent know.

              8. Contacted their Head office (Plot No. 672, Near Dwarka Sector-23, Bijwasan, New Delhi - 45) and spoke to Mr. Mukesh ([protected]) he told me to contact the bangalore office as they dont have any thing to do.

              9. On 20th Nov when one Mr. Vijay ([protected]) in bangalore he challenged and threatened me that whenever they feel they will deliver and whatever I can do they least bother. That way the employee of Blue Star Packers and Movers treat their clients.

              10. 21st Nov received a Kolkata Wear house Number of Mr. Rajnesh ([protected])

              11. On 22nd Nov received 09 (nine) items out of 10 (ten) house hold item at evening 05pm. The Driver Mr. Dipak Tiwari ([protected]) and Helper Mr. Pancha Das ([protected]) and they signed the paper that they brought only 09 (nine) items.

              12. Again spoke to Mr. Rajnesh ([protected]) in Kolkata wearhouse and he told that they received only 09 (nine) items and told me to check in Bangalore office.

              13. Spoke to Mr. Vijay ([protected]) on 22nd Nov about the same and he assured that within few days after checking he will let me know.

              14. 1st Dec 2010 again called Mr. Vijay ([protected]) and he confirmed that the 10th item is in kolkata and he will arrange to deliver it within 6th Dec 2010.

              15. 6th Dec 2010 called up to Mr. Vijay ([protected]) at night 9pm then he told that they cant deliver it two times and we (the client itself) have to go and search and receive the item, over that again he challenged and threatened me that I have to forget my item.

              16. 6th Dec 2010 called up Mr. Mukesh ([protected]) and told him about the same but he told to contact Bangalore office or claim for insurance.

              So in Blue Star Packers and Movers no body bother about the consignment of a client. Its 37 days over I still waiting for my whole house hold Item. Who know either they lost it or sold it.

              worst service i have ever seen . not even responce about my house luggage .
              I dont wanna give even a SINGLE STAR to these people, as I had a worst experience. More than this, I got WORST RESPONSE & IRRESPONSIBLE answers from their customer care support. They dont care anything except for money.

              Let me elaborate my experience:

              1. Their guys came to pick the goods, packed it(not so safe or professional, but okay kinda packing). Loaded it without care, handled my goods as if they are sending it for charity and they dont mind if it breaks. Above all these, they demanded for a COMPULSORY TIP(rs 100 each for 4 people), which was like too greedy. The billing guy had costed me double the time of what was told to me in the phone conversation. I had(no other go) to play along, as I wanted my goods to be delivered the next day itself.

              2. They promised to deliver the goods the next day, which turned out - they didnt pick my calls/disconnected my calls/diverted my calls/etc etc when I tried to get in touch after knowing that they hadnt delivered it the next day. Finally, when I tried calling from a new number, some guy picked the call(he doesnt know either Hindi or English) who started yelling without even asking me what I wanted to know. Somehow I managed to compose the conversation and asked what happened to my goods. He(again) yelled back, saying they could deliver when ever it is possible for them. As an answer to that, I said(furiously) 'the only reason I selected your company is bcoz I could get it delivered the next day, and this is too bad of you. And as a reply, I get to here 'okay ma'm, then next time dont choose us'. I was (literally) SHOCKED, fearing that what will happen to my goods :( bcoz it has my dream bike inside :'( . After this GREAT PHONE CONVERSATION, I stopped calling and waited patiently with fear to get my bike safe.

              3. The delivery happened after 5 WORKING DAYS(Though I was promised to get it in 1 day, I actually got to meet my bike after 7 days i.e. 5 working days and 2 holidays of theirs). The packaging of all 4 goods was damaged as much as possible :@, with too many stains of mud grease water and all dump :( .

              4. After these many frustrating days, I got all the 3 boxes and my bike to my Apartment front gate. The delivery people had no worry to park my vehicle properly even(it was left on the apartment's sidewalk pavement), or deliver the other 3 boxes to our floor. On top of this, here comes the cherry on the cake - the delivery guys demands rs 300 per head(3 guys). The worst ever people I have ever met.

              5. After they were gone, I opened the package of the bike - I could notice at least 6 damages including visor was broken, mirrors damaged, petrol was stollen, too many scrates, bends on the bike petrol tank, etc etc. It was such a bad feel to see my DREAM BIKE to bear that much pain(only bcoz I chose wrong people to handle it)

              To summarize, This is the worst service ever that I have heard of!!!

              Never pick them, if you want your goods for yourself.

                This is hereby to inform you that there is uncommercialized hosiery factory at ground floor of my house because of that we are facing many big problems 24 hours a day like noise pollution and other disturbances .

                We complained at our near police station also but no actions had been taken yet.

                  In Kathua i have purchased one blue star split ac from SK SALES CORPORATION who have purchased it from THREE STAR ELECTRONICS JAMMU for sale purpose in the name of my father MR.ML BRAROO in the month of april-2010.The product is under warranty and now for past five -six days its blower fan is giving abnormal noise whose complaint was regedtred with three star electronics three days back but still no responce was provided by threr side.I have purchased this ac as my daughter who is 10 months old is haaving irretation with heat she cannot tolerate heat.Kindly help me out .I am providing the number of BLUE STAR NOTH OFFICE WHICH IS:[protected]

                  we are facing water leakage in indoor unit of AC of comapny Blustar and every time service engineer came at site and he will resolve on temporary based but after some day issue again create,so pleas help for permanet solutions.

                      With faith I have purchased a Blue Star 1.5T Window Airconditioner. After Purchasing of this Air Conditiner, few days it works good (Not Very Good). And after few days the problem arise, there is no cooling. I have lodge a Compplain in Blue Star on dated 20.05.2010 and they issued me a Ticket No. 116469. A long wait and communicating with various persons, but from there is no response from Blue Star. I again communicate with them and after a long wait they send a engineer to my end to check what is the problem. on 17.06.2010 a engineer came to my end and check the AC and said the problem is in Compressor and they will replace the same on tomorrow. on 18.06.2010 another engineer came to my end and says the compressor is ok the problem is Gas Leakage. They recharge the Gas and back without showing me the AC is working or not. Still the Problem is not resoved. I call them again 4-5 time in a day. I ask them so many time to give me the phone numbers or mail address of their senior officers but they refuse. And today (25.06.2010) when I call them they said your call has been cleared. I dont know what to do.

                        We have purchased Blue star Split AC as its the best in india inspite of its high cost from M/s Global Aircon on 04. 05. 09 from hyderabad. Following are the details: Model no:3HW181YB Delivery challan no:028, Comp. no:72121 Address of the dealer: Global Aircon, #6-1-169,padmarao nagar, secunderabad.

                        we logged a compliant with the dealer and we got a technician, he checked everything and said the problem is gas leakage and improper connection of input and output at the time of installation.

                        But when it comes to service its the worst than the worst, can i ask for a replacement of the unit or money back as i lost trust on the brand.

                          I purchased a 2 Tonne cassette ac made by Blue Star believing it to be the best in the market. It was installed by an unauthorized individual posing as a bonafide dealer, and when i complained to the Blue Star people, they glossed over this illegal act, and handed over the care of my installation to a regular dealer. from this it was clear that the person had the tacit BLESSINGS of Blue Star.
                          The ac was not provided with a guarantee card , but I was assured by the dealer that HE WOULD 'TAKE CARE' of my installation. From day one the ac was performing poorly, and complaints only resulted in 'servicing' AT MY COST, and assurances that it was O.K when in fact IT WAS HARDLY COOLING THE ROOM AT ALL.
                          The machine would break down at periodic intervals, for which no explanation was given BY THE EXPERTS other than BURST WIRE (WHY???) which was then replaced. For the last 2.5 months , they have been sending more EXPERTS, one of whom replaced the fan motor, only to reverse the connections and BLOW UP A NEW ONE. from this it is clearly evident that the EXPERTS ARE IN TOTAL CONTROL!!
                          The machine has been producing its old weak performance, and no action taken, in spite of a senior technician advising that the gas pressure be checked with a gauge, and the pipeline checked for blockage during brazing.
                          This is shocking neglect, particularly as I am a senior pediatrician, and the clinic filled with sick children who have contend both with their illnesses and CRAPPY AIR CONDITIONING.
                          The has inevitably resulted in VERY BAD PRESS FOR BLUE STAR as my office is visited by so many potential customers, who by now must have the most abysmal opinion of the company.
                          WILL SOMEONE FROM BLUE STAR WAKE UP AND REPLACE MY MACHINE??

                            We have purchased Blue star Split AC wide Invoice no:RTL/RAD/336/09-10 from M/s Avdhoot corporation on 17.02.10 from Vadodara.Following are the details:

                            Immediately after installation we have been complaining about the poor cooling ,but all our efforts have failed in convincing the dealer.
                            The service technician reports, checks something and gives some reason for poor performance which is not related to machine and do not satisfy us.The room temp is not going below 26'C even after running the unit for about 4 hrs.Also compressor is not getting unloaded as it never reaches the set point of 22'C.Last service visit ( Service report no:129860, Dated 15.05.10)we have clearly mentioned our dissatisfaction,still no feedback,no communication.
                            The purpose of purchasing the AC in Feb'10 was to get some relief for the aged parents during the coming hot summer ,completely defeated and instead they are put under additional burden of following it up/chasing o[censored]nskilled service technician team.
                            As a last attempt we have approached customer service Toll Free service on 23.05.10 and were assured of 100% satisfaction in minimum possible time and as a ritual one Ticket no: 117821 was given.
                            Sorry to complain that even after 9 days and explaining the typical agony of aged parents during this hot summer so far no positive feedback/attempt to resolve issue was done.
                            Today again service desk representative was contacted with reference to Ticket no,but he has shown his helplessness by just reforwarding the ticket and could not apprise about the exact status of the complaint i.e it is at which stage?, who is working on it?How fast it will be resolved?

                              Brand new Blue Star water dispenser [still under guarantee] and never used; was sent back to the Blue Star representative for check up and they said that it has faulty compressor and a new unit would be sent in replacement or new compressor would be fitted to the sent dispenser. I was given one week during which period the unit would be returned. But upto now it is they keep telling me that they are waiting for new compressor from head office. the dispenser was collected two weeks ago. It has become impossible to dispense water from 20 litre water bottle as we are senior citizens and do not have strength to tilt the bottle to pour water into smaller bottles for normal use.

                              Please help.

                                Dear Sir / Madam

                                We have purchased a Blue Star Chest Type Fridger (Model No. - CHF425) from M/s United Agencies, B.O. 6, Netaji Subhash Marg, Daryaganj, Delhi - 110002, your authourised dealer, vide their Bill No. 303 Dated 27.04.2010.

                                Immediately, after installing this fridger at our Shop, we found that cooling is not properly and. we complained this matter to the Dealer as well as Customer care Centre[protected] / 77) of Blue Star. First Complaint No. is 105094. One of the engineer visited our place and told us that the Pipe of this Fridger has been damaged and he changed this pipe with the new one as well as he filled the Gas in the Compressor of the fridge. But after two days, the problem still exist. Now they told us to change Switches, wiring problem of that particular Shop, To install voltage stabilizer, we did all these changes by this time. We spent a lot of money on this as well as whole Items at the shops has been got damaged, which can not be stored without Fridge (Ice Creams, Milk, Chocolates). The loss really very big than the FRIDGER VALUE, by this time and we registered another complaint at your Customer care No. vide their Ticket No. 115655 Dated 19.05.2010 and in contrast, No one visited us at our shop untill 24.05.2010 and the customer care people responded us somebody is reaching within 10 mintues, within half an hour etc. etc. Now one more engineer visited our place on 24.05.2010 at odd hours (11.30 pm) and adviced us to replace the COMPRESSOR, since the installed one is got damaged at the time of supplying/delivering the FRIDGE at our place. He is ready with an old Compressor to replace the damaged one, which we refused to accept. Since all the sensitive items like ICE CREAM, MILK, Etc. etc. got damaged due to FRIDGER's complaint, especially after installing the said Fridge. Also we are sorry to tell that after various repeated Reminders, nearly after 10 days, your personnel visited our place to attend the complaint.

                                Please put up this case to find out a positive solution at your end in our favour.

                                  Hello,

                                  We have a AC unit installed 3 months back but it is not working. We have told this fact to concerned persons but they did not respond to us. The AC is not working since then. We told about this fact to the higher authorities but they did not responded us too.


                                  We said to take the unit back but they refused to do so and also no one came here to rectify the issue.

                                  Kindly guide us.

                                  I have buy 02 nos. split indoor units of capacity 1.5 TR. At the time of commissioning it was found that PCB of one indoor unit is not working/ defective. I have call the local dealer but he is not respond.

                                    I have purchased a Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star Rated Airconditioner from Pooja Electronics and Appliances-Vinraj Plaza, Opp. Govt Press, Kothi Road, Vadodara. Whe the Out Door Unit packing was opened while installation, the warranty card for the unit was not included in the packing, the same was brought to the notice of the dealer and he assured that he would write to the company and arrange to send it to me. I purchased the Airconditioner on 19th April 2010 and it is almost a month now but still i am getting the same response from the dealer that it is pending from the company. I request the concerned to look into the matter at the earliest.
                                    We expect better services from a renouned company like BLUE STAR.

                                      With reference to several calls and teleconversation with MR SHASHI NAIR / MR RAMESH NAIR [protected] (M/S UNITECH ENGINEERS) authorised dealers of BLUESTAR,as a customer we expect a good behavior with any dealers, but everytime we received the bad behavior from the said dealers of BLUE STAR, recently we had purchase one split a/c from the said dealer, we had facing the simple cooling problem with that product, as you know that now we are facing very hot whether in all over india, we had called so many times to M/S UNITECH ENGINEERS but still nobody has take this matter seriously, We was not expect this type of attitude from BLUESTAR company one of the leading seller in india, we fails to recieve a good service from the said dealer, Please consider our serious complaint for M/S UNITECH ENGINEERS,
