I have purchased two ductable AC from blue star dealer SMD solutions Chandigarh in july 2014. from then onwards there is repated leakage of gas from the units. Same problem occurred on 26/2/15 and I registered the complaints to blue star customer care ref no B[protected] & B[protected] on 266/2/15.. Company service engineer came on 3/3/15 after repeated calls. He came and checked the units and told that there is gas leakage. Till today as on 4/3/15 the service personal has not come.

    I purchased a deep freezer from blue star last June (6/2/14). It is not working from 19th feb, 2015. I registered a complaint with their customer service and no proper action has not be taken till now. I have had to call them some 10 times to even get a response. Is there any way to make them realise their mistake?

      the blue star customer service is very bad in karnataka whitefield we had complain 2 months back and still it is not resolved very poor technician response they dont even care customer's need or requirement every time they give a complain no. after thet follow up no. and no solution ...i mean it is rediculious next time we are going to choose another brand . i dont know who is taking care of customer's complain if they are not able to do the what is the point of having a customer service ...please close it it is wastage of time and money. disgusting, , ...

I had purchased two a/c's in one month on date 06/05/2013 invoice no 23 . and second on date 26/05/2013 invoice no 98 with a spending huge amount and we depond on pension . at the time i had used ac's for the month and half at the time of purchase and now i opening bcoc on lot's of heat now a days in city but both of them having problem of sound and some efect bcoz my husband gone through huge brain operation so he need ac's but its not working causing mental agony, and suffering from heat now a day's so pls do send the technician soon as possible if anything happening to my husbamd i will put case on ur company and i will go to consumer court with the time of day one only .                 Bunch of cheap people to deal with. Customer Complaint :: S[protected] and S[protected]

                After they make a commitment and do not turn up, I just told him you should have given me a call before rescheduling the time, how would I know? Technician says I am busy i am not coming now "I don't care, do what ever you want to do, write a email or complaint, my name is Krishna"

                After some serious complaints, other guy comes and takes away remote and PCB of my AC and doesnt turn up till i keep raising complaints. After a week i get my PCB (still damaged) and no remote for another TWOWEEKS. Repeated calls and emails give my remote back and its more than a month that the actual PCB issue stays as it was when I have raised a complaint.

                Local service managers behave like a rowdy on calls.

                Overall I still dont know who can help me with these Bluestar customer service guys / should I call rowdys.

                  hello sir, we have purchased a brand new blue star ac yesterday. the dealer somehow managed to cheat us by delivering us the model 5HW12ZB instead of the promised model 5HW12ZW. also the amount has been collected for 5HW12ZB instead of 5HW12ZW. extra installation charges have been levied including the cleaning and damage costs. 1) the installation is so reckless that one of the pipes just got bent too much not allowing air flow from compressor to indoor unit. 2)there's no convenient installation procedure 3)whole place is left dirty with cement, bricks and debris. is this the way you treat your customers?? inspite of choosing yours as the best brand relying on your company we got this kind of customer service. i am highly unsatisfied with your service.                   bracing it. either the bracing was not done properly or the compressor
                  broke down, i don't know, there is no cooling effect from the indoor
                  unit. only hot air comes in. it's a shame that the marketing people
                  don't even respond or act accordingly. i regret buying an ac from such
                  people. fix it if you can or just refund me the amount. this isn't the
                  way!!! send at least qualified technicians not child labor!!!

                    Dear All, I have a Blue star Split AC with me and when ever i have to get it serviced through the dealer its like wrestling in the WWF final round. I have to make 100 of calls and waste my money and time and it looks like that Blue star is only intrested in selling the AC and giving adds in tv to purchase the same and least bother to provide after purchase service. Please understand getting the Bluestar AC service done is not at all a cool job through bulestar dealers - ( Sri sai weather system - Ameerpet )...it only looks cool in your TV add showing DADDY COOL COOL...But in reality its like breaking a mountain. This time i called my dealer for getting the service done - Sri Sai weather service - on 22nd Apr and they gave a ticket no. 13818 and they said to call again on day prior of service date so i called them i reminded again on 25th apr for service. They confirmed that some one will come for service at 3 pm ...then on 26th wehen i didnt received any call ...i called again they said they will come little late by 4:30...then again i called them by 5 they said they will be come by 7 and no one turned up and they stopped picking up call also...then after that i called again blusestar customer service desk and raise a complain - SS[protected] and for the same i am still waiting to get resolved.I Spoke to Vinay - service manager from sri sai weathers several time...but Result is ZERO AS ALWAYS... Now as a customer i wanted to know following points :- Why every time i called no one takes the responsibility to get my request closed, infact everytime i have to tell my requirements again and again either to dealer or to customer service. The no of time i called for service to sai weather they just said they will look into it ..but intreseting part is that same number of time i got a call back from sai weather saying u want to purchase a new ac? It shows dealer is just intrseted in seeling and no one is intreseted in providing service. there is no value of time they just take things granted when once the customer purchase the ac...and they want to to work at their ease. Now i need an answer Is there any one in Bluestar organisation who can look into this matter and get it resolved and ensure that this kind of after service issues will be addressed more professionaly rather then just making fool to customers and makeing run us for service behind your so called " AUTHORISED DEALERS BY BLUESTAR " ... Looking this kind of service i think Hitachi and other service provider are far more superior in service and manitaince part...i think Bluestar dealers need to learn a lot for them. Also if i didnt get response for this then i need to take this to next level. Waitingf or your reply... Rajendra

                    Bluestar AC — Improper service

                    We purchased a bluestar ac before 11 months with proper billing and taxes. Now it is not working. According to there bill they were providing the warranty of 1 year. But the company is not giving the service after complaining them.The complaint no is 117923 submettid on date 24/5/2010. We purchaesed this AC from Air Command, Unit No -30, Ground floor CSC-1, DDA Market, Sector -3 Rohini, Delhi. The bill no-2211 purchased on date 11/6/2009. They are waiting to complete the warranty period. It wiil finish on 11/6/2010. There are only 13 days remaining in warranty.

                    Please take some action against the company as soon as possible.

                    Bluestar AC — FIRE

                    on 24th may 2012 middle of the night there was a big fire in my BLUESTAR AC,my family with 2small kids almost choked and caught in the fire ,luckily by gods grace escaped to survive,our family and neighbors lost trust on blue satr

                    Bluestar service centre people inspected my window AC and concluded that some intrinsic issue(?burst capacitor) that lead to the fire.They responded quite quickly for the present stanadard of addressing to complaints by any company I should say.

                        1. I am a resident of ambala cantt and bought a blue star ac from Aerovision ltd here in ambala cantt.
                        2. The details of AC are model no 2WAE121YA 1.0 TON window AC at a cost of 18300/-, on 06 july 13.
                        3. Today is 10 July 2013 and the AC has still not been installed as no one from blue star has come to do installation and also set up the AC.
                        4. I have been calling the Aerovision dealer and he has been giving all false timings for the installation team to arrive , due to which I waited for 6 hours on 9 July 10, 2013 from 1300hrs to 1900hrs.
                        5. On 7 July 10, 2013 a team of two chaps came to install AC without any accessories required for fitting the AC , and they gave no of some other person to be contacted for installation of AC and they went back without installing the AC.
                        6. When I called that no some lady attended the phone and told me the AC fitter is not available. I spoke to the Aerovision dealer and he promised to me to send a installation team on 9 July 10, 2013.
                        7. When no one came to my house on 9 July 10, 2013 by 1200hrs I called up the dealer and he told he will send the team by one hour. After one hour no one came and so I called him again. He still told me that he will send someone in next 30-40 mins but no one came. I kept calling him again and again but no one turned up by 1730hrs. Then he told me that blue star team is busy somewhere and I will send some other team, but still no one arrived. One guy called up and said I will charge 500 rupees and then even he did not turn up.
                        8. I had taken a half day leave for installing the AC but still the AC is lying packed on 10 july after 3 days of purchase.
                        9. This is a very bad attitude towards the customer and it clearly shows that neither the blue star nor the dealer is concerned once the item has been sold.
                        10. I would seek immediate respite to the situation and request that a installation team be send at earliest.
                        11. This kind of incidents are not very encouraging for the company and I think I will be attended properly. My contact details are

                        This complaint is regarding my Airconditioner which is still on Warranty. The Air conditioner has not been working and I gave a compl;aint at your service center, Complaint number is [protected], A mechanic visited after almost 1 week after repeated calls and it has been over a week afterward that nothing has been done about it, My Ac is still not working, This seriously dissuades me from buying a samsung product in future, hope i receive a response ASAP.

                        I bought a blue star air conditioner 2 days before...till now no body coming to install. I asked about this, they said that after 4 days only they will come..what a worst installation team in blue star...Please don't buy Blue star...before buying air conditioner please ensure about installation date...

                          On[protected] i purchased a BLUE STAR window A.C. And on[protected] this A.C stop working and for the same i call to the BLUE STAR customer care number which is[protected] & they told me that our BLUE STAR agent will come to your house shortly & solve your problem within 48 hours. When agent come he told me that yours A.C compressor is defective and it has 5 years guarantee and they took our A.C with them. I again call to BLUESTAR customer care to know the status of my A.C they told me that we will repair your A.C. as soon as possible. I call to many persons in BLUE STAR so that my A.C can be repair in short time. But the employees of BLUE STAR are deaf and dumb such as Balvinder +91-[protected], Gurjant +91-[protected], Viney +91-[protected], Anu +91-[protected]. They take 28 days to repair our A.C. After 28 days today i.e. on[protected] after waiting from long time the agent came to our industry to fit our A.C. Back to our office. We don’t know either our A.C was in working condition or not, that agent asked me to pay the amount which is 2300/-. I said to him that firstly fit our A.C then we will talk about the charges. I denied to pay the charges because the reason behind this is they takes a lot of time to repair our A.C (28 Days). The reason is that whenever our clients come to our industry they told us to start the A.C and in return we feel ashamed that our A.C had not been repaired by BLUE STAR from last 28 days. As I already told to BLUESTAR that this A.C is defective because it creates many problems again and again such as cooling problem, gas problem, compressor problem and many more. Before placing our A.C to their place that agent releases our A.C’s gas as well as also cut the wiring of our A.C. and also tried to do more damaged on my A.C but I stopped him to do so but still he was doing the same. We also don’t know either our A.C was in working condition or not. I know why BLUESTAR did this to me. The reason is clear, this A.C was defective and was not repaired by them completely from last 28 days, and they take the advantage of this. I never imagined BLUESTAR India will provide such kind of worst service experience. I will never recommend any of my colleagues, friends, relatives & anybody to even think of purchasing a single product of BLUESTAR as its after sales service is extremely poor.

                            Hi Folks,

                            I have recently brought Blue Star AC from Croma Mulund.
                            I was expecting good service as per Blue star AC but these guys have done lot of goo[censored]ps.

                            Delivered AC after couple of follow up. Then Blue Star Guys suppose to install on next day.
                            I havent heard back from them so I went to Croma again to complaint about same.
                            Croma Said they will make sure it will get installed immediately.
                            2 Days passed but no call from Blue Star. So I called personally in Bluestar Directly.
                            Still no luck I have to again call them after 6 days and lodge the complaint.

                            After 8 Days finally one person from Blue Star visited office just to see whats the complaint about.
                            He checked the site and gave me additional quotation for 4K to install AC.

                            AC is still not installed and I am stucked with the box in my office and no proper service from Blue Star.

                            This is one of the worst Experience from Such a reputed company.

                            Please think Twice before you buy AC and ask about company service and Support.

                            I purchased an air Conditioner of Blue Star before 2 Months , Suddenly Air Conditioner stopped colling, I have registered a complain using customer care no. , they send me my Complain Ticket No. 131475, it was 18/06/2010, but 5 days left I have not received any support .

                                I own a BlueStar window AC since April 2008. Last month its compresser stopped working and I lodge a complaint on its toll free number[protected] with ticket number B[protected]. As the compresser was still in warranty so they replaced it without compresser charge but charged for Gas, labour and transport and total was Rs 3100/-

                                Complaint1 : I received SMS from BlueStar stating that they have received Rs 1500 from service associate and of there is any discrepancy please call toll free number. I called at toll free number but no one was able to ready to take this matter and later on I sent email at [protected]@bluestarindia.com and BlueStar corrected the amount at their end. Well I don't understand this why they corrected amount at their end without explaining the reason to customer.

                                Complaint2: AC is not working well since the day of replacement of compresser. Cooling is not efficient and room temperature is not coming down below 28 that too in weather where outside temperature is not very high. Earlier in peak summers temperature was coming down till 22. I am continously chasing customer care people at email ID [protected]@bluestarindia.com but AC is still not working in good condition. They have raised another complaint number B[protected] and technician has visited 2 times. Both the technician said that AC is technically OK. I always say that there is no cooling in the room but they dont listen this thing. For them AC is technically OK. Finally technician said that he would report this to next level and they will call me back but no response after that. I again sent email to customer care but nothing is happening now. As per BlueStar, they has raised the issue to Area Manager on 21/07/2012 but no responce after that.
                                Bluestar technician are not at all efficeint and not ready to find out the problem in AC.

                                Please do the needful.

                                  I lodge a a complaint on 16th of july against the AC which was purchased 2 week back only (complaint No.B-[protected] dated 16.07.2012) 5 days has gone nobody even turn to check the problem even after regular follow up with the company's customer care,,

                                  I wud request to every one pls dont go for the Blue star product,, service after sales is very poor, its really very bad experience with company..

                                    We have purchased a new A/C from BluStar for our new home and its been almost 1 month we have started using and it does not work the way it should be working and the worst part is we have complain to this dealer and they are saying its a fault of Torrent power and when we have complain to Torrent Power they confirm everything is fine and no problem of any voltages as we have 3phase line already. The main issue issue is even we have small bedroom if this AC is working on 20C temperature still we do not feel its cooling even after 30 minutes.

                                    We are really tired of complaining things without any solution for the amount of money we have spent and we need a solution or a new piece of AC to have this sorted out.

                                      With reference to several follow ups through calls and mails with my respective Blue Star AC's company The Axis Bank Limited, Jhansi Branch Air conditioners are out of order since more than last one month.

                                      Branch is continuously following up with the service local engineer, however the problem is still unresolved.

                                      It gets extremely hot inside the branch premises during this season and causes a lot of inconvenience to staff and customers.
                                      Further it may damage the ATM machine also due to extremely hot interiors as a result of glass walls.

                                      Ww have lodged a No. of complaint but not one from the company taken initiative to check the problem.
                                      Every time we got the copy pasted matter says our complain has been lodged and will resolve with in 24-48 hours however after one and half month no one came for the resolution.

                                      This is the hights of extremilly worst service of BLUESTAR.
