Stabilizer installed for 1.5 t ac is not functioning

Dear Sir,
I purchased blue star stabilizer along with 1.5 T Bluestar AC in Hanamkonda, Andhrapradesh but presently residing in Vijayawada, Andhrapradesh .It is not functioning.I tried to give complaint through Toll free number but it is asking for PIN number.I also sent SMS 'Service' to 57575 couple of times but of no use.

I have 5 difriggers of Blue Star in 3 of my restaurant.
Worst service ever seen...called customer care more than 5 times. No positive response. requested on Feb 9, 2015 @ 11 AM.
Ticket no. B[protected].
I have been told that this will get resolved within 24Hrs on my request to get it done on priority.
That was okay.
ON keep follow ups on customer care
and the contact number shared (Total Solution) never responded on every attempt.
Now this is over. The worst customer service in the world.

    I purchased my 2 ton blue star Ac in last weak of march this year..and just after installation it was not giving cooling at all..so i lodged complaint against it but there was no proper action taken by them..My Ac is still in Warranty period and till now i have made about 15-20 complaints against it but no change in cooling..im so fed up of this Ac...now i just want replacement or my cash back only nothing less then this..please help me..

      As of now i have been raised 10 tickets for the repair work in the split A/C - 3star 1.5T which is in warranty.This issues has been addressed by Mr. Muthuraj and team. It was worked out and fianly they came to the conculation is that entire unit to be replaced.Past 6 moths this unit is not working well due that my electricity bill was around Rs.10000. which I can not spare as a individual.Regarding this issues Mr.Muthuraj was not responding and this was directed to Mr.Mathivanan. After discussion with Mathivanan, the next day i.e10/6/2015 the entire unit was replace and regarding the electricity bill, he committed that, he will take it up to the top management and he will revert with the positive result . which is totally depressed my mind, why should I do this much follow up??.I think service engineers are working for their individual promotion showing to the management that, my area is very less concerns but its not really.So coming to the point:I need my electricity bill amount Rs.10000 that how are you going to pay.       Regarding this i have written the mail to Mr. VS Ashok VP of service and i am waiting for the reply from him.
      Mr.Mathivanan told me that he will do the energy consumption at my home but there is no target date for the same.
      I spent Rs35000 for AC. Blue star ADD says that " We cools better than others" but really they irritate the customer better than others. If i not get the electricity bill amount and proper response. i will spread to social media to alert the people and to my friends.As per Mr.Mathivanan information AC compessor wil not cut off if we keep the AC interior unit @ 18deg cel this looks very funny. I will update this status after one week.

        This is to inform you that i Mrs. Heena Joshi with Reference IBASE ID : 3688807 has registered a complaint for nonworking of my 1.5 TN Window AC BLUE STAR Model No: 2WAE181YA ( SR. NO.:[protected]and my ticket No is B[protected] dated 18/08/2015. The complaint was attended on (not within 24 hrs) 20th August and was informed that there is a gas leak problem; the machine was picked up on 21st August 2015.
        I have taken the AMC contract where they had informed that all my parts are insured. My machine is under AMC contract where i was told that all the mechanical AC parts except plastic part are included.To my surprises am getting a call from Blue Star or Cool Tech Solution saying that cooling coil is not working and i will have to pay Rs. 2500 as it is not included in the contract.This was informed after the unit was picked up and is with service center.This is my second year under AMC contract where i am paying premium amount .This part condition is no where mentioned in my AMC as well.

            I purchased 02 qty of deep freezer model ECFSD300AA from its authorised dealer nd found some problem in locking device of both unit. Dealer lodged a complaint and the service person visited on 27-7-15 and said the lock needs to be replaced.               Hi, I purchased a Blue Star 1.2 Tone split A.C on 18th Apr 2013. Due to leakage of Gas in the indoor unit & heavy noise in it i raised a complain B[protected] and immediately got a message on mu mobile no [protected] that your complain is assigned to Total Solution(Name of Dealer). While i called up to that dealer i got a shocking response that " i have rejected the ticket because your area is not under my control you may contact to other dealer of your locality. Then again i called to the customer care & got a response that we will assigned to correct dealer shortly but didn't get any message or resolution.                 Dear sir,
                We had all discuss with blue star team. One thing they said ac ok. And other thing they gas charging, cooling coil and fan motor was replaced. But now they denied we can't repir ac.

                Voltas fan motor replace with blue star ac.

                Please help to us. We pate all communication which was earlier discuss.

                Dear mr. Satendra / maninder,

                You people understand we are asking un genuine demanding.
                If our ac is ok then why you repair my ac.
                At the same time all things are damaged cooling coil, gas, fan motor was replaced earlier.
                And you replace original fan motor replaced by voltas fan motor.
                I think this your technicians are some practical with my ac under guidance mr. Maninder.
                According your sr. Technicians balvinder our ac is ok then why need’s to him gas charging ?
                You all are practice on my machine.

                Please don’t calculate me area and cooling matrix.
                Before repairing our ac grill temperature is 12 and after repairing grill temp was 15. And you said ac is ok.

                Replace this unit urgently.

                Now it is enough we are going consumer court.

                We calculated the heat load on the basis of input data given by our sr. Technician mr. Balvinder who visited at place on 6th june - 15

                Heat load of your existing conditioned area is 3. 75 tr. Sheet of layout of area and heat load is attached here for your reference.

                Input taken for heat load:

                1>conditioned area dimension:
                A) 16x17 (Area - 1)
                B) 8x8 (Area - 2)
                C) 10x7 (Area - 3)
                D) hight 10' taken

                2> light load:
                A) 600w for cfl, tube light & ceiling fan

                3> equipment load:
                A) 500w for soldering iron and other equipment used in conditioned area

                4>human load:
                A) six person consider for heat load

                One more thing i would like to highlight here, there is exhaust fan which is mounted at 2 feet above of ac will increase the additional heat load to this area.

                So, as per above summery total required load for this existing are is 3. 75 tr and you are using 2 tr machine to feeding this area.

                I would request you kindly add one more 2 tr machine to this area to get comfortable temperature.

                Some question also there.
                1 - our ac is ok then why gas charging ?
                2 - why cooling coil replace ?
                3 - our ac’s fan motor also ok but it will changed ?
                4 - suddenly all problems look out our ac.
                5 - is justify capillary and strainer (Filter) not changed after gas rifling two time ?


                As per your words our ac is ok then why need for more part change ?
                Under your supervision service center change local part with ac alos fan motor check with snap. And now we in doubt is cooling coil is original or not ?

                We are not accept this ac.

                One engg come at our at 30. 05. 2015 @ 10:30 office and check ac for 5 minute and said this ac not working at this temperature we come back evening and this company ac working in evening.
                These type argue with engg we are shocked we spend 32000 (Ac) + 3500 (Stabilizer) == 35500 amt is worth.


                Please send someone skilled man.
                Also check with snaps this ac run continue 4 hour but position same here.

I had a problem in AC that its not working My Ticket ID B[protected](22/05/15) and they told me they will sort it out on 23/05/15 VCK Enterprises person Mr. Kanniyappan told that he will sort it out and his person came and checked on 25th and informed in description that Not working action taken list Checked the unit PCB board problem, they came with another PCB board and fitted on 26th but the problem not solved same condition not working, again service person from VCK mr.G.srikanth came and he checked the unit and said that comprosserr was not working. called mr. kanniyappan VCK he advaised me to raise compplain again . i proceed the same. i was traking from that day on 5th mr. Muthuraj Blue star manager called me and told about my issue and i said that it was bought only 2 months back and i raised the issue that to change the complete unit for that Mr. Muthuraj ([protected]) accepted and promise that he will do the full replacement . After two days i called mr .muthuraj and asked about the complain he talked me differently that he will check and tell but he dint respond me properly and he made my number Busy whenever i called . i have called from my brothers number he attened and talked that he dint gave promise that for full replacement he said only comproserr replacement after that i dint accept it for that he told me if you have call record you can take any action against him . but i waited till date and i asked this to George Entriprises and atlast h he called today and they came with the Out Door unit and installed it again the same problem still not working now again the technecian telling that Board problem .till 9.30 they work and said that its a board problem .. I called Mr. Muthuraj and said the issue he dint response me properly and said you can take any action ... please check this and take an necessory action If this issue is not solved within by tomorrow i will spread this to all social media as much i can ... I have logged my 1st complaint on 5th may 2015 and followed many times still no one visited my place today 3rd June 2015. Very pathetic behaviour from cs people always same answer " we will get back to you soon" but no body called me yet...

                        Bluestar - Awful AC Service - Replace ASAP 1 Review Add a Comment User Sonika91 on Apr 22, 2015 This is in regards to my complaint dated 20th of April - Ticket No. B[protected]. My AC stopped working and I registered for it to get checked. In response, 2 people from Bluestar (one of them was named Hansraj) visited me and checked my AC - said the TCV needs to be repaired. TCV was damaged because the stabilizer was giving more output than required - 246. I got my AC serviced last year after summers so that it is ready for this year. I don't understand what that service-man checked. Because had he done anything at all, he would have seen that the stabilizer needs to be checked. Prior to that, last year when the summers started I had called in for service and that man dropped my AC because of which the gas leaked immediately and had to get it refilled. So those 2 people took TCV, Stabilizer and remote with them saying they'll come again at 2 PM next day. Next day, they didn't turn up all day. I called them up and was told that the stabilizer repair is taking time. Next, they called me up at 9:10 PM saying the technicians will be there in 10 minutes and fix it. Since it was too hot, I agreed, assuming even if they turn up by 9:30 PM, they'll get done by 10 PM. Two men (one of them was named Sanu) came with TCV and stabilizer (they weren't even aware that the remote was also with them) - there were about 6-7 sparks in TCV and 2 loud sparks from inside the AC. The MCB tripped every time these sparks happened. Finally at 10:55 PM they left with the TCV and remote (the so called repaired stabilizer was still giving an output of 235 instead of 220 and when I asked them, they said it's fine now) Next day, two men (one of them was named Shakeel) came with the TCV and remote. They connected the TCV and sparks began - MCB tripped - stabilizer was stable at 235. Shakeel mentioned that Sanu had plugged the cords wrongly because of which the sparks were happening. He said that the stabilizer needs repair (this man was unaware that the stabilizer has already been to the service station and back). He then opened the entire AC - took out the motor which he said needs repair. He took away the motor and stabilizer again. Now, I know that the motor was damaged by Sanu when I saw that loud spark inside the AC. Every time they send a different person who has no clue what the previous person did or what parts he took away for repair. I was buying Voltas AC because my family has always trusted it. However, the dealer convinced me that BlueStar is better. I've never allowed anyone apart from BlueStar officials to touch my AC and this is what I get in return. Delhi is burning hot and I've been helpless for the past days because of this pathetic service that your people have been rendering. They have basically spoiled every part of my AC. First the service guy leaked the gas. Second service man didn't check my stabilizer. Third Sanu damaged my motor. They've taken the PCV twice with them in vain - after having multiple sparks in it. With this kind of experience, I will definitely never recommend anyone for BlueStar. I've had an awful experience so far. So now, I really don't wish to get it repaired anymore as I have had ENOUGH. You can keep the so called repaired parts which are actually way more damaged than what they initially were. Kindly get me a replacement as soon as possible since you've already damaged my year old AC to the maximum possible extent. [Updated by Sonika91 Apr 24, 2015] After filing this complaint, I got a call back in the evening saying this will be addressed soon. A man called up and informed that an engineer will be coming and fixing this for me by 7:30PM. However, three men turned up at 8:40PM which was abrupt so I had to ask them to leave. They left the stabilizer and the motor at my place. Now, is this what you mean by satisfactory measures? Why should I be keeping a repaired motor that was damaged by your people without any fault of mine? This is so not acceptable! Kindly revert back with a reply as soon as possible. [Updated by Sonika91 Jun 01, 2015] Now my AC is again not working. For the past couple of weeks, it is worse than a cooler. The compressor is on ALL THE TIME, but the room never cools down and the temperature displayed falls to a maximum of 28 degrees. The electricity bill is horrendous. What am I really supposed to do with this AC? Just keep coming up here and pen down my frustration? All that I asked last time was to make sure that AT LEAST for this summer I do not have to contact for any service since I had already gone through enough courtesy the Noida service centre! But what now? I've already dealt multiple times with BlueStar team and do not wish to keep doing so only because I bought it which I now am very sure I shouldn't have. I DO NOT WISH TO KEEP THIS AC. KINDLY ACCEPT THIS WONDERFUL PIECE AND REPLACE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH ONE THAT WOULD WORK AND MAKE SURE THAT I DO NOT NEED TO FILE A COMPLAIN AFTER EVERY FORTNIGHT.

                          Dear Mr. Akshat Sharma, Greetings . I bought an Split AC on jan’2015 from M/s.Venus electronics, pallavaram, Chennai. It is not working for the last one month( from 02.05.2015). (no cooling). The service persons came from M/s.Sona enterprises, Chennai. They told compressor was gone, we will take the outdoor unit. They took the outdoor unit 3 weeks back, after 1 week, they refitted the outdoor unit. After installation, AC is not working (problem was not rectified) on 16.05.2015. They (M/s.Sona enterprises) committed, they will come on Sunday 17.05.2015. but they didn’t came. Again I raise a complaint, then I got a call from M/s. Sona enterprises that they will come on 17.05.2015 after 5 pm, I waited for that, but no one call or came, but I got a call on next day morning, we will come in the day time not in the evening, if you available we will send a person. I replied I have to go to work, so I will not available, but you can come after 5 pm. Then after a long conversation they committed to come on 24.05.2015(Sunday). But no one came. (to remind this I called on Saturday, nobody picked the phone). Today I called them in the morning, they told they will come at 11 to 11.30 am, but still nobody come, now they are telling other reasons(service person is in other area, you please Wait). Still I am waiting…..(more than 20 days for one complaint) Now I m calling them, no one picked the phone… For your reference Complaint(ticket) number:B[protected] I just trust the M/s.blue star for quality & bought the AC, but this is how you provide the machine which will be defective within warranty period? This is how your machine will work? This is how you treat your customer? This is your response time? Do you think I will prefer to my friends for bluestar products? Because of you & Sona enterprises I have lost 3 whole days (lost salary) and more than 20 days of sleep (Me & my family).                             I have purchased a BlueStar Split Airconditioner 1.5 Ton from Surendra Electronics Mahanagar Lucknow on 6th April 2015 and the same was installed on 8th April 2015.From Day 1 there was no cooling in the AC. As the AC was still under warranty so logged a complaint with BlueStar and engineer visit was arranged, the engineer told is that the cooling problem is due to oil in the pipe.He later told that the problem has been resolved and went away but next day again there was no cooling. We have logged so many complaints after that and each time engineer visit was arranged and they told some fault or other but the problem was not reolved.Finally their supervisor from Cool India, Service center Mr Shahid([protected]) visited our place after so multiple calls and told that the AC is defective and he will prepare a report and submit it with BlueStar and AC will be replaced but again no action was taken. Later on contacting BlueStar we came to know that Mr Shahid has mentioned 'No cooling due to wrong installation and Room size' although the same has been checked by BlueStar personnel before installing AC. Now after so much follow up still no action has been taken by BlueStar.This is my first product from BlueStar and no need to mention the expirience is horrible. After loosing my hard earned money and suffering so much there is still no action taken by BlueStar.This is pathetic.Please relace my AC or refund the complete amount else I have to take some legal action against this company.                                   Hi, First there were installation issue. The 1.5 ton AC(Model No 3HW18FA) was purchased from Croma Hyderabad, Kondapur on 4th April and forget about 24 hrs installation, it got installed on 20th April after numerous follow up with Blue Star Cust Care and Croma. The customer care of Blue Star is pathetic.If you choose the preferred language as English, the assigned rep says they are not conversant in the language and talks in Hindi.They register a SR and close it on their whims without even calling/intimating the customer. Now on the day of installation, i ask the technician to give a demo.He's very reluctant and tells that a separate session will be arranged for that.Its been one week and no one called.Rather the technician was to provide a proper bill/receipt note on installation on the very next day, but again 1 week passed and there's no trace of him. The dealer is Gayatri Cool World The machine makes terrible noise on switching on and on a regular interval.Both the indoor and outdoor unit has same noise level.Also there's no water passage through the outdoor pipe.The unit looks faulty and also the installation was done incorrectly. There's no point in calling blue star cust care and so I am raising my voice hear.Hope some blue star rep addresses this issue.The product is very much under warranty. Regards Kuheli +91-[protected]

                                    Dear Sir We had purchased Blue Star A/C - VSI02 - from Vijay Sales on 27th April 14, Had requested for a service on 30th March 2015, The Mechanic from your end arrived the next day for the service, but even after that, the A/C was not cooling, On complaining again, the mechanic turned up and removed some parts from the A/c & informed it needs replacement, the same was fixed after 5 days. but, was of no use.. As the A/C was still not functioning as was required . We again lodged a service complaint with the customer service department - Blue Star. The Mechanic arrived again and said some other part is damaged and to send bill copy to their office via what app. Today its 23rd April, and we have being already bearing the heat for almost a month thanks to the poor service from your end, and can see no respite from your end in sorting the issue As its within the warranty, the company is entitled to either replace or replenish the A/c or machine parts that are required. We had not expected a such a poor quality and service from Blue star.. We hope you will take an immediate action and sort out the issue asap, no point in getting the A.c fixed during monsoon. Blue star has value in the market, due to which though we had used other brand in the past, we bought your brand, but as a great disappointment . Regards Chitralekha

                                      This is in regards to my complaint dated 20th of April - Ticket No. B[protected]. My AC stopped working and I registered for it to get checked. In response, 2 people from Bluestar (one of them was named Hansraj) visited me and checked my AC - said the TCV needs to be repaired. TCV was damaged because the stabilizer was giving more output than required - 246. I got my AC serviced last year after summers so that it is ready for this year. I don't understand what that service-man checked. Because had he done anything at all, he would have seen that the stabilizer needs to be checked. Prior to that, last year when the summers started I had called in for service and that man dropped my AC because of which the gas leaked immediately and had to get it refilled. So those 2 people took TCV, Stabilizer and remote with them saying they'll come again at 2 PM next day. Next day, they didn't turn up all day. I called them up and was told that the stabilizer repair is taking time. Next, they called me up at 9:10 PM saying the technicians will be there in 10 minutes and fix it. Since it was too hot, I agreed, assuming even if they turn up by 9:30 PM, they'll get done by 10 PM. Two men (one of them was named Sanu) came with TCV and stabilizer (they weren't even aware that the remote was also with them) - there were about 6-7 sparks in TCV and 2 loud sparks from inside the AC. The MCB tripped every time these sparks happened. Finally at 10:55 PM they left with the TCV and remote (the so called repaired stabilizer was still giving an output of 235 instead of 220 and when I asked them, they said it's fine now) Next day, two men (one of them was named Shakeel) came with the TCV and remote. They connected the TCV and sparks began - MCB tripped - stabilizer was stable at 235. Shakeel mentioned that Sanu had plugged the cords wrongly because of which the sparks were happening. He said that the stabilizer needs repair (this man was unaware that the stabilizer has already been to the service station and back). He then opened the entire AC - took out the motor which he said needs repair. He took away the motor and stabilizer again. Now, I know that the motor was damaged by Sanu when I saw that loud spark inside the AC. Every time they send a different person who has no clue what the previous person did or what parts he took away for repair. I was buying Voltas AC because my family has always trusted it. However, the dealer convinced me that BlueStar is better. I've never allowed anyone apart from BlueStar officials to touch my AC and this is what I get in return. Delhi is burning hot and I've been helpless for the past days because of this pathetic service that your people have been rendering. They have basically spoiled every part of my AC. First the service guy leaked the gas. Second service man didn't check my stabilizer. Third Sanu damaged my motor. They've taken the PCV twice with them in vain - after having multiple sparks in it. With this kind of experience, I will definitely never recommend anyone for BlueStar. I've had an awful experience so far. So now, I really don't wish to get it repaired anymore as I have had ENOUGH. You can keep the so called repaired parts which are actually way more damaged than what they initially were. Kindly get me a replacement as soon as possible since you've already damaged my year old AC to the maximum possible extent.

                                      After filing this complaint, I got a call back in the evening saying this will be addressed soon. A man called up and informed that an engineer will be coming and fixing this for me by 7:30PM. However, three men turned up at 8:40PM which was abrupt so I had to ask them to leave. They left the stabilizer and the motor at my place.

                                      Now, is this what you mean by satisfactory measures?

                                      Why should I be keeping a repaired motor that was damaged by your people without any fault of mine?

                                      This is so not acceptable!

                                      Now my AC is again not working. For the past couple of weeks, it is worse than a cooler. The compressor is on ALL THE TIME, but the room never cools down and the temperature displayed falls to a maximum of 28 degrees. The electricity bill is horrendous.

                                      What am I really supposed to do with this AC? Just keep coming up here and pen down my frustration?
                                      All that I asked last time was to make sure that AT LEAST for this summer I do not have to contact for any service since I had already gone through enough courtesy the Noida service centre! But what now?

                                      I've already dealt multiple times with BlueStar team and do not wish to keep doing so only because I bought it which I now am very sure I shouldn't have.
                                      I DO NOT WISH TO KEEP THIS AC. KINDLY ACCEPT THIS WONDERFUL PIECE AND REPLACE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH ONE THAT WOULD WORK AND MAKE SURE THAT I DO NOT NEED TO FILE A COMPLAIN AFTER EVERY FORTNIGHT.
