This is in regards to my complaint dated 20th of April - Ticket No. B[protected]. My AC stopped working and I registered for it to get checked. In response, 2 people from Bluestar (one of them was named Hansraj) visited me and checked my AC - said the TCV needs to be repaired. I have purchased blue star(3 star) window AC on 23rd may 2014 and unfortunately it's compressor was damaged during the installation process, they promise me to change the AC with in 2 or 3 working days but till it's1month and 8 days have gone and they still taking complain and not resolving the problem .I have already three complaints copy.
