I purchase a 1.5 Ton split AC in DEC09 and in Jan11 the split started to drip condensed water. Your Blue Star mechanic avised that a part was gone and need to change the same. I paid Rs750. Now again the water is dripping from inside and your mechanics advise that the Inside unit be completly serviced cost again Rs750.

On 30.05.11, I had booked subject AC from distributor M/s VEDOM’S ,Gokulpeth Market, Nagpur-440010. The distributor had promised me to install AC on same day by 2.30 p.m.

Please note the reason we purchased AC was that we had visitors at our home & wanted them to have good rest at night given extreme weather of Nagpur city.

Blue Star Split AC 1.5 ton purchases on 7th May 2011 went off on 15th, the service people came and refilled the gas and then again it blowed off in 3 days again they have done some welding inside the outdoor unit and again inspite of refilling the gas once again it blowed off last night. Its a severe defect that must be at manufacturing itself ..... please do not go for blue star as it is expensive than others and is very poor in service...

sir i am a customer of BLUE STAR and purchased a Window AC 1.5 ton in july 2008, though it is out of warranty now but its compressor comes with a warranty of 5 years. my Ac's compressor has stopped working and so i approached local service center and they told me to call customer care center @ tool free number.

I recently bought Blue Star 1.5 split AC and before I planned to get I confirmed with the dealer that installation will be done on that day itself. Dealer contacted someone and promised me that installation will be done on same day.

They logged a ticket and it came to some Franchisee in Chennai. I got call from 4 people stating that installation will be done on same day. But at End of the day none turned up.

I am Balraj working as a Assistant Manager in a MNC IT company. I have bought a Blue Star AC on 24-Mar-2011 in Pondicherry. From 28-Mar-2011 the AC is not working and I have raised a complaint on 02-Apr-2011 & 04-Apr-2011. I have also contact the Blue star local service center and they have not responding properly. I purchased a 2 Tonne cassette ac made by Blue Star believing it to be the best in the market. It was installed by an unauthorized individual posing as a bonafide dealer, and when i complained to the Blue Star people, they glossed over this illegal act, and handed over the care of my installation to a regular dealer. from this it was clear that the person had the tacit BLESSINGS of Blue Star.
