On[protected] i purchased a BLUE STAR window A.C. And on[protected] this A.C stop working and for the same i call to the BLUE STAR customer care number which is[protected] & they told me that our BLUE STAR agent will come to your house shortly & solve your problem within 48 hours. When agent come he told me that yours A.C compressor is defective and it has 5 years guarantee and they took our A.C with them. I again call to BLUESTAR customer care to know the status of my A.C they told me that we will repair your A.C. as soon as possible. I call to many persons in BLUE STAR so that my A.C can be repair in short time. But the employees of BLUE STAR are deaf and dumb such as Balvinder +91-[protected], Gurjant +91-[protected], Viney +91-[protected], Anu +91-[protected]. They take 28 days to repair our A.C. After 28 days today i.e. on[protected] after waiting from long time the agent came to our industry to fit our A.C. Back to our office. We don’t know either our A.C was in working condition or not, that agent asked me to pay the amount which is 2300/-. I said to him that firstly fit our A.C then we will talk about the charges. I denied to pay the charges because the reason behind this is they takes a lot of time to repair our A.C (28 Days). The reason is that whenever our clients come to our industry they told us to start the A.C and in return we feel ashamed that our A.C had not been repaired by BLUE STAR from last 28 days. As I already told to BLUESTAR that this A.C is defective because it creates many problems again and again such as cooling problem, gas problem, compressor problem and many more. Before placing our A.C to their place that agent releases our A.C’s gas as well as also cut the wiring of our A.C. and also tried to do more damaged on my A.C but I stopped him to do so but still he was doing the same. We also don’t know either our A.C was in working condition or not. I know why BLUESTAR did this to me. The reason is clear, this A.C was defective and was not repaired by them completely from last 28 days, and they take the advantage of this. I never imagined BLUESTAR India will provide such kind of worst service experience. I will never recommend any of my colleagues, friends, relatives & anybody to even think of purchasing a single product of BLUESTAR as its after sales service is extremely poor.

    Hi Folks,

    I have recently brought Blue Star AC from Croma Mulund.
    I was expecting good service as per Blue star AC but these guys have done lot of goo[censored]ps.

    Delivered AC after couple of follow up. Then Blue Star Guys suppose to install on next day.
    I havent heard back from them so I went to Croma again to complaint about same.
    Croma Said they will make sure it will get installed immediately.
    2 Days passed but no call from Blue Star. So I called personally in Bluestar Directly.
    Still no luck I have to again call them after 6 days and lodge the complaint.

    After 8 Days finally one person from Blue Star visited office just to see whats the complaint about.
    He checked the site and gave me additional quotation for 4K to install AC.

    AC is still not installed and I am stucked with the box in my office and no proper service from Blue Star.

    This is one of the worst Experience from Such a reputed company.

    Please think Twice before you buy AC and ask about company service and Support.

    Blue Star — Service Delay

    I purchased an air Conditioner of Blue Star before 2 Months , Suddenly Air Conditioner stopped colling, I have registered a complain using customer care no. , they send me my Complain Ticket No. 131475, it was 18/06/2010, but 5 days left I have not received any support .

        Hello,
        I own a BlueStar window AC since April 2008. Last month its compresser stopped working and I lodge a complaint on its toll free number[protected] with ticket number B[protected]. As the compresser was still in warranty so they replaced it without compresser charge but charged for Gas, labour and transport and total was Rs 3100/-

        Complaint1 : I received SMS from BlueStar stating that they have received Rs 1500 from service associate and of there is any discrepancy please call toll free number. I called at toll free number but no one was able to ready to take this matter and later on I sent email at [protected]@bluestarindia.com and BlueStar corrected the amount at their end. Well I don't understand this why they corrected amount at their end without explaining the reason to customer.

        Complaint2: AC is not working well since the day of replacement of compresser. Cooling is not efficient and room temperature is not coming down below 28 that too in weather where outside temperature is not very high. Earlier in peak summers temperature was coming down till 22. I am continously chasing customer care people at email ID [protected]@bluestarindia.com but AC is still not working in good condition. They have raised another complaint number B[protected] and technician has visited 2 times. Both the technician said that AC is technically OK. I always say that there is no cooling in the room but they dont listen this thing. For them AC is technically OK. Finally technician said that he would report this to next level and they will call me back but no response after that. I again sent email to customer care but nothing is happening now. As per BlueStar, they has raised the issue to Area Manager on 21/07/2012 but no responce after that.
        Bluestar technician are not at all efficeint and not ready to find out the problem in AC.

        Please do the needful.

          I lodge a a complaint on 16th of july against the AC which was purchased 2 week back only (complaint No.B-[protected] dated 16.07.2012) 5 days has gone nobody even turn to check the problem even after regular follow up with the company's customer care,,

          I wud request to every one pls dont go for the Blue star product,, service after sales is very poor, its really very bad experience with company..

            We have purchased a new A/C from BluStar for our new home and its been almost 1 month we have started using and it does not work the way it should be working and the worst part is we have complain to this dealer and they are saying its a fault of Torrent power and when we have complain to Torrent Power they confirm everything is fine and no problem of any voltages as we have 3phase line already. The main issue issue is even we have small bedroom if this AC is working on 20C temperature still we do not feel its cooling even after 30 minutes.

            We are really tired of complaining things without any solution for the amount of money we have spent and we need a solution or a new piece of AC to have this sorted out.

            Blue Star Air Conditioner — SWING MODE NOT WORKING

              With reference to several follow ups through calls and mails with my respective Blue Star AC's company The Axis Bank Limited, Jhansi Branch Air conditioners are out of order since more than last one month.

              Branch is continuously following up with the service local engineer, however the problem is still unresolved.

              It gets extremely hot inside the branch premises during this season and causes a lot of inconvenience to staff and customers.
              Further it may damage the ATM machine also due to extremely hot interiors as a result of glass walls.

              Ww have lodged a No. of complaint but not one from the company taken initiative to check the problem.
              Every time we got the copy pasted matter says our complain has been lodged and will resolve with in 24-48 hours however after one and half month no one came for the resolution.

              This is the hights of extremilly worst service of BLUESTAR.

                Bought a blue star ac from this VENKATRAMANA Electronics, RP road,Secunderabad. which was a big mistake.we called them up for our first servicing and after 10 days of continous calls to these ppl the servicing was done and the mechanic could not even do it properly as my ac was not working from the next day. Its more than 1 and a half month these people dont even care to send a mechanic to fix it as we are fed up of calling these hopeless people 100 times a day as they dont even bother to respond to our calls .We had to visit their shop personally and the dealer was rude and irresponsible even though ut wa their mechanic's mistake . One of the worst service we have ever seen.when they cannot provide proper service then why the hell are these people selling Acs better shut their shops and sit at home.Their inability and inefficiency of their service team is bringing a bad name to the product.

                After more than one and half month finally the ac got repaired they replaced some parts which was their mistake as they spoiled a AC which was working properly .so i advice customers to think twice before buying anything from this dealer.

                  I have purchased Blue Star Split AC Model: 2HW181YC-VERTI COOLSPLIT AC 2.5 TR-VCE301SC/2HW181YC , FROM Dass Associates, Kalka Ji on 5/4/2012 installed on 6/4/2012 at my residence 1740/6, IIIrd Floor, Govindpuri Extension, Kalka Ji, New Delhi-110019. I have faced problem of Non Cooling and lodged complaint on 21/5/2012 via TICKET NO B[protected]. I have given phone number of dealer Parth Services [protected] after several follow up the dealer has given me another no of Mr Balbir [protected]. After many follow up my complaint was entertained by dealer but still I am facing the problem of non cooling and again yesterday requested to reopen my complaint. I have informed that my problem will be resolved within 24 hours but till time nobody has come from your side to resolve the problem.

                    i had purchased a split AC of Blue star considering that Bluestar is reputed company....but after some AC was not working properly,so i complaint to the prime marketing from where i purchased the AC but after repeating complaints since 15 days they are not able to sort the matter....till date my problem is not sorted out....

                    a company like Blue star is behaving like this its ridiculous.....

                    i am planning to take it to further if not attended.

                      We purchased one split AC for our office from a blustar dealer. Rates quoted by vendor were higher than other vendors for installation hence it was not installed by him. After installation it started creating problems.After many complaints to headoffice a mechanic came and set it right. Now in this season again it is not working. Warranty is valid till 10th June. Mechanic again came on complaint but he is asking for Rs 1800/ He says that gas has leaked and capacitor is also damaged. He now wants to place astand also. These things were not written in the quotation.
                      We have complained since 4th April but no action has been taken.

                      i am chaitnya chokshi, my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in i have bluestarsindia in investment plan deposit at[protected] and daily withdrawl comapny says to me and networker. so today since 50 days to go daily 5% return give me but 50 days go no any withdrawl deposit in my bank, i have alredy 5 withdrawl take it, but no any one withdrawl in my bank, so u r consumercomplaint u see the company indian government is very strik and very punishable, please sir i have two id in company one is 105000 and second is 90000 my money is not given company and not withdrwal given so i have request u, u serach a comapny contect and see the indian man.

                        I have purchased Two 1 ton window AC from Blue Star Authorised Dealer from Malad West Ragesh Electronics.on 19 March 12.During Demo we found that remotes are not working properly and Demo person has launched Remote replace complaint to Blue Star with service report number 00948195 and 00948194 after which complaint not yet resolved.Post contacting them they send some their engineer with out knowledge of compapint made and with out report/remote and with out ID cards.on 14 April and still we are waiting for the same .The sale servise post sale is pathetic and no one at service desk giving propoer answer would request you to take this matter urgently.As we are getting harras by making no. of calls to them and they do not respond properly.

                        I bought a new window AC in june2006. product serial no- 069976. i have logged a call in customer care for its compressor. complaint no is 15553 dated- 03/06/2009. i am following up with you guys since then but still no one from your company has visited my place. i was looking for a better service from you guys atleast because i have heard a lot about this company before buying..

                        I request you to look into this matter, if this is not sorted out immediately, this will push me to drag you guys to the court for not providing a proper service.

                        Window AC — Replacement of remote

                        As my AC was making some sound and remote was not working properly I asked the customercare to take care of it one of the person from Carrier service centre came and did stop the noise which was coming from AC but as the remote was not warking he took away the remote for the replacement but till date the remote has not been replaced. kindly intervine in the matter.

                          unfortunately i have purchased new Split AC of blue star in the month of Dec'11

                          with in 10 day's it's started created problem that bad smell coming from it when i am using. when i called to customer care, they send their Chanel partner person to rectify it.but the problem is not rectified and your blue star channel partner has damaged the split door.

                          the same has been updated to customer care so many times, they have send again channel partners 3 time again,but they rectified the bad smell issue and they did'nt brought the new door. in the month of Jan'12 your Chennai team called and they told they are sending door with in 2 days. but not send.

                          i a new AC not even 3 months old when i requested to resolve the bad smell problem, unfortunately it's not yet rectified till date and your team created new problem(damaged front split door).

                          goodness i am having proper record like the complaint numbers and conversations had with customer care recorded in my mobile.

                          Pls consider this mail as formal intimation to send legal notice. tomorrow i will send the copy of Legal notice to this ID and as-well as hard copy to you. with in Monday i need your person here to collect the AC and he return my money back.

                          if it's not happen, my problem will sheared with all my friend though Face book/Orcut Etc... about the bad experience which i have faced. and in the meen time i will log a compliant about the improper response and bad service given by Blue star.

                          Pls do'not try to convince me and dont cheat the customers like this. i dont want this AC and i want my money back.

                            This is with regard to the supply & installation of Ducted split Airconditioners of 11 TR – 2 nos and 17.5 TR – 1no for which the project work was given to your dealer Naveen Air conditioner, we had clearly told that they should carry out the work only in night time for which their prop Palanivel had agreed and later they used to work on their own that is working on only weekends and no response during the weekdays not receiving the calls and working as per their wish and convenient time. Before he used to call us hundreds of time for the contract but after that we being customer are calling him.

                            We had issued PO on 11th January and now its almost 1 month now. The work included only installing the a/c equipment and connecting to the existing duct for which your dealer had promised to complete the job in 10 days and working in night time only. We had made the 50% payment on material and labour as per the dealer request on 28th December 2011 but till date the work is not completed.

                            We had given the contract to Blue Star believing that they would work professionally and would not disappoint us as they are one of the largest companies but really very disappointed and frustrated the way of work. Our employees are struggling and suffering without A/C but your dealer is least bothered.

                            On 27th January we had given him the PO for providing thermostat 2 nos for which the he told he will complete in 2 days but the work is also pending. If the dealer is not able to complete the job on time and is busy with other projects then why he should take up our project. Blue Star should seriously look into their dealers.

                            Even blue star doesn’t care for their customers even escalating to them ther is no responce so there is no surprise that their dealer also is not bothered. What is the use of this escalation procedure if no action is taken or we get a reply. Blue star and there dealer has let us very disappointed and they have made sure that we should not go again with blue star a/c for our further requirement. We keep on calling but dealer is least bothered to receive our calls.

                            Had a very bad experience by going with blue star a/c.

                            For water dispenser

                            4th June I submit complain engineer came he replace tep of water dispenser and demand 1100 rs I ask for bill but he say I haven't any bill and his lenguage change! !! Overall he opened new tep and say ab theek karwa lena ...so my question your company not responsible for this reason

                              Dear Nodel Officer,

                              We had placed an order for Cold Storage Room in our Ware house based in B-57, G.F, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase II, Delhi 28 from our one of the Group Company Labindia Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and had given advance of Ch. No. 918511 dtd. 26.09.2011 of Rs. 82466.00 (25% Advance payment) and cleared from our Bank on 22nd October, 2011.

                              Due to unavoidable circumtances we had to transfer this Order PO/LHPL/DG/0014 dated 16.09.2011 to be placed from our another Group Company, i.e. Labindia Instruments Pvt. Ltd. The matter was informed to the dealing sales Executive Vishal Garg ([protected]) and against that we have given following cheque_
                              1. Ch. No. 293897. Dtd. 17.11.2011 of Rs. 82,228.00 (towards 25% advance payment), cleared from our Bank on 24th November, 2011
                              2. Ch. No. 293898, Dtd. 17.11.2011 of Rs. 164456.00 (towards 50% advnace against delivery) and cleared from our Bank on 24th November, 2011.

                              While releasing above 2 cheques of Labindia Instruments Pvt. Ltd. we had given a confirmatry letter to change the Account name and refund of Advance given by Labindia Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

                              We had been given commitment by the sales staff of Blue Star that on clearance of cheques given from Labindia Instruments Pvt. Ltd. the advance payment given from Labindia Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. will refund within 2 weeks time.

                              Since then we are running Pillar to Post for refund the advance. We are not expecting this business aethics from such a big Company like Blue Star We are still waiting our refund

                              We Request you to refund our due advance within no time.

                                Dear sir,



                                With reference to our complain no- (Ticket no B[protected] dtd 25.8.11) for problem in our

                                Air Conditioner



                                Our dealer has replace cur kit with another old cur kit & inform us that he will replace new cur kit

                                new cur kit send by you but it was different & not fitted , service man opened A C more than 6 times & till date nothing has happen & my A C is not giving proper cooling



                                Dealer said that it may take 6 to 7 day’s process to replace

                                You also promised me to resolved your problem with in two days.





                                Kindly look in to the matter seriously & do the needful at earliest if possible pl replace entire A C

                                Instead of replace spare parts.

                                  Bought Blue Star in April-2010 Since beginning the unit is not working properly.

                                  its fan creates high sound with low cooling and high electricity consumption Since April-2010 to till date I had chased the Blue Star service team followed bu multiple engineer visits with no solution, In about 10-15 visits in 15 Months every time there was a New engineer with different conclusion but no relief.

                                  I feel myself stacked with very Low service from a brand of our own country.

                                  Hope to get the desired relief through this step at earliest.

                                  The desired documents are available with me on the same to proceed.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    After listening of more and more name of company blue star .
                                    We have purchased BLUE STAR 1.5 tons window ac from your dealer Named Jagir Electronics Mithapur in March 2011 before 1 Month ac is stopped working

                                    service men came and said that the SERKIT is not working and to be replaced .i make the call to the dealer and he said that it may take 3 to 4 days process to replace . I had made daily calls to that dealer and they are now making daily new excuses till dated 29 Aug 2011.

                                    we are facing this problem last 1 month And we are very harassed.


                                    I thought Blue star given best service but after purchasing we realised
                                    Blue star A c service is very poor

                                    Please make the necessary actions

                                        I purchase a 1.5 Ton split AC in DEC09 and in Jan11 the split started to drip condensed water. Your Blue Star mechanic avised that a part was gone and need to change the same. I paid Rs750. Now again the water is dripping from inside and your mechanics advise that the Inside unit be completly serviced cost again Rs750.
                                        This morning I noticed that the 2 ton split purchased in Marc10, in the hall, the water out let pipe in of such poor quality that it has come brittle and broken and now water is leaking inside the balcony.
                                        I always thought that Indian Companies were good but am ashamed to think the same way now.
                                        The after sale service is so so poor I will never again purchase Blue Star A/C. I was thinking of replacing our bed room A/C but no never.
                                        Least Blue Star can do is have this complaint looked into. Otherwise will understand that is also another of those substandard iIndian Company.

                                        BLUE STAR AC 2 TON SPLIT — POOR SERVICE

                                        dear sir ,

                                        we have purchased 3 ac of 2 tons from your dealer gem house jalandhar almost three years back , from the day of purchase till date all the units are not in proper condition , even after changing the unit of 1 ac from the dealer , even afer reffilng the ac gas in all units , even after changing the control pannel plate from the ac . till date we have spend more than 20 thousand rs in servicing these units to work properly but all in vain . your dealer is very clever , he is making us fool & making money out of it . now the condition is so worse that his service people is unable to correct two units & bring them in working conditions for last 2 months , due to this we are loosing our business like anything , so its my request to you to take the fast action on this , otherwise we have to take the help of counsumer court which we dont want .we have choosen these units as bluestar has a good brand name . waiting for your possitive reply
