Am one of your customers from chennai, am a home user. It's been a year since i purchased the blue star invertor ac from rathna fan house, t nagar, chennai. And suddenly 13 days before my warranty gets over the ac stopped cooling my room, i figured it could possibly a coolant issue.

m a dentist practicing n stay in airoli (navi mumbai) and had installed 2 ton bluestar ac in my clinic..its been almost 2 n half years since da ac has been installed.. i hav filed up al da reports of complaints made to da da local guy from where da ac was purchased al des years.. not a single time ny blue star guy has come and examined it.. now my local guy is also calling him since one month as he said.. but still no one has even bothered...

Have purchased two 2 ton ac for my school office. both the ac seems to have some problem or other. technicians said board problem, power problem, and so on.

atleast one ac was working till yesterday but today that is also not functioning.

they said compressor will be replaced in two days but since a week nothing done.

Big name but worst service.

This is to inform you, that, I Mr Ashish Nag bought Blue Star AC 1.5 ton 5 Star one year ago.


The present situation is that it repeatedly going through under maintenance, sometimes it happens

leakage of gas, sometimes it not working properly, sometimes it is not cooling only fan is working and also at this

moment it is compressor failure.

I registered for a General service with the customer care on a friday, requesting for service on Saturday. After that there was no response till Saturday afternoon. Called CC again and asked the status. They asked me to call Sona enterprises and gave a number, which has no response. Today it is Wednesday. Still no response from Blue star or Sona Enterprises.

Whenver i call to Sona ernterprises, that number is not picked up....

I purchased blue star stabilizer along with 1.5 T Bluestar AC in Hanamkonda, Andhrapradesh but presently residing in Vijayawada, Andhrapradesh .It is not functioning.I tried to give complaint through Toll free number but it is asking for PIN number.I also sent SMS 'Service' to 57575 couple of times but of no use.

I have 5 difriggers of Blue Star in 3 of my restaurant.
Worst service ever seen...called customer care more than 5 times. No positive response. requested on Feb 9, 2015 @ 11 AM.
Ticket no. B[protected].
I have been told that this will get resolved within 24Hrs on my request to get it done on priority.
That was okay.
ON keep follow ups on customer care
and the contact number shared (Total Solution)...

I purchased my 2 ton blue star Ac in last weak of march this year..and just after installation it was not giving cooling at all..so i lodged complaint against it but there was no proper action taken by them..My Ac is still in Warranty period and till now i have made about 15-20 complaints against it but no change in cooling..im so fed up of this Ac...now i just want replacement or my cash back only nothing less then this..please help me.....

As of now i have been raised 10 tickets for the repair work in the split A/C - 3star 1.5T which is in warranty.This issues has been addressed by Mr. Muthuraj and team. It was worked out and fianly they came to the conculation is that entire unit to be replaced.Past 6 moths this unit is not working well due that my electricity bill was around Rs.10000. which I can not spare as a individual.Regarding this issues Mr.Muthuraj was not responding...

I purchased 02 qty of deep freezer model ECFSD300AA from its authorised dealer nd found some problem in locking device of both unit. Hi, The AC that was running in my house suddenly caught fire for unknown reason & bursted. Luckily my grandpa who was unaware & sleeping escaped uthe blast from the burning smell which allowed us to pull him out of danger. Photos after the blast is added here...
