AC INDOOR UNIT MODEL NR: BI 3HW18JCFU
Installed (First Installation) this AC on 10th July & they collected INR.1500/- as a Installation charge.
After Installation we started using this AC rarely (Due to weather & our health condition's). Noticed WATER LEAKAGE & BIG NOISE IN THE INDOOR UNIT AFTER SWITCH OFF. Immediately informed to ESA compact engg & to their Technician, where they informed that, "NEW AC always its happened. Nothing to worry".
I am NOT satisfied from their answers & I keep on asked them to come & see this issue. Further, I have not used AC till resolves this issue. Due to poor response of ESA compact engg, I have logged complaint on 30th July (Ticket Nr: B[protected]) regarding this subject.
01st August - New Technician (Not Installation made person) & start addend this issue on 01st August evening 6pm to till 10pm. He has opened Indoor & outdoor unit & researched all & finally he noticed issue of "AFTER SWITCH OFF INDOOR UNIT THRU REMOTE - OUTDOOR UNIT RUNNING CONTINUOUSLY WHERE ICEBERG HAPPENING IN THE INDOOR UNIT & MAKING NOISE & WATER OUT FROM THE INDOOR UNIT". BUT AFTER SWITCH OFF MAIN SWITCH, OUT UNIT STOPPING. TECHNICIAN NOTICED THIS BIG PROBLEM & INFORMED TO ESA COMPACT ENGG. They had given instruction for repair by mobile phone to Technician, where the issue NOT solved.
FINALLY ESA COMPACT ENGG ASKED HIM (TECHNICAIN) TO BRING INDOOR UNIT MAIN BOARD FOR RESEARCH. TECHNICIAN REMOVED MAIN BOARD & TAKEN TO THIS BOARD TO THEIR OFFICE ON 01ST AUGUST.
02nd August - Again your Technician came & collected Display board & Remote control on 02nd August.
03rd August - NO RESPONSE.
04th August - After research they came & Installed Indoor main board, display board & returned back remote control during 11.30 am.When we asked regarding this issue solutions Technician's confirmed that "We will come back on evening & resolve". No other comments.
04th August - Technician came evening 6pm along with "SINGLE POLE CONTACTOR" make of ANNAPURNA for Installing in OUT DOOR UNIT. I asked why CONTACTOR to be installed in the unit? ESA Compact Engg Technician confirmed that "BLUE STAR MISSED OUT THIS PART IN THE OUTDOOR UNIT ASSEMBLY”, where this problem arise. Technician started his activity that Installating CONTACTOR in the outdoor unit, changing the wire & etc..(Without any discussions with customer ) But closing 9.43pm unable to resolve this issue. Finally Technician confirmed, we will revert back on tomorrow (05th August) with solutions. They kept CONTACTOR in the OUTDOOR UNIT coil & upper of the wiring area & closed the box & INDOOR UNIT & switch's opened conditions (Refer Photos). Also noticed after fixing this CONTACTOR, there is huge noise in the OUTDOOR UNIT (while technician doing trails). Its new issue started.
As a customer, I am NOT satisfied his answers & really upset due to exiting issue’s in the AC & new issue of OUTDOOR UNIT BIG NOISE.
In the discussions with Technician he used such a RUBBISH WORDS & HE ASKED ME TO FILE THE CASE IN THE CONSUMER COURT AGAINST BLUE STAR TO GET BACK MONEY / REPLACEMENT UNIT. In the upset manner your Technician stating that " Future don't go to Blue start AC, buy Voltas, LG AC which is good in the market"
As a customer I really surprised such a REPUTED & LARGEST AIR CONDITION MANUFACTURER IN INDIA - MADE THEIR PRODUCT WITH IN-COMPLETION / MISSED PARTS & it’s reached to CUSTOMER HAND. Also Technicians are struggling to resolve this issue on last four days & their approaches & talks are really made disappointed. Also they are recommending Voltas & LG AC's".
As a customer, I need few clarifications / answers from BLUE START before going to next steps.
1. Blue star making their products with In-completion & delivering to market?
2. Hope Blue star have such a Quality system before reaching their product to market, but still how this kind of product reaching to customer hand?
3. When your Technician noticed this issue due to MISSED PART OF CONTACTOR, why they’re NOT informing to customer before Installation of " ANNAPURNA brand CONTACTOR?
4. They tried with "ANNAPURNA" brand SINGLE POLE CONTACTOR. Please confirm BLUE STAR buying all their CONTACTOR from "ANNAPURNA"? Shall I get Blue Star latest Purchase order copy as a proof?
5. "ANNAPURNA" brand SINGLE POLE CONTACTOR - Its recommended by Blue star?
6. Noticed between 10th July to 04th August, there are multiple Technician's are came & doing all research & some time they are getting Instructions by phone from ESA compact Engg. But till today problem NOT solved.
7. Paid Rs.32, 000/- & Purchased this AC for my Personal use. But now the situation is your Technician using AC for their R&D & Learning purposes.
8. From the date of Installation on 10th July to 04th August, as a customer I am facing this much of issue means, how this AC going to work continuously on future?
9. Mainly, I worried your untrained Technician’s code of contact with customer is really worse & poor & your technician recommending other manufacturer brand, which is really Pathetic.
10. As a customer I & my family members are really upset when your technicians done all kind of operations in the NEW AC. Not only will we, any customer will cry.
11. My neighbors really blaming Blue start AC’s, where they have other brand AC’s running on long years, without any trouble.
Being professional, still I have small trust with Blue star to get REPLACEMENT of this entire unit.
NOTE: IN DOOR UNIT COMPLETELY OPENED CONDITION THEY KEPT & GONE & OUT DOOR UNIT INSIDE THEY KEPT CONTACTOR IN THE UPPER SIDE OF WIRE & COPPER TUBES. NOT FIXED CONDITION’S. AC NOT WORKING CONDITION & INDOOR UNIT & OUTDOOR UNIT HAS BIG NOISE. IF ANY SAFETY RELATED ISSUE’S HAPPANING DUE TO THIS ISSUE’S COMPLETE RESPONSIBILTY LISE WITH BLUE STAR & ESA COMPACT ENGG.
AS A CUSTOMER, I WILL NOT USE THIS AC TILL THEN GETTING CORRECT SOLUCTIONS / RESPONSE FROM BLUE STAR.
