Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we have purchased 11 Ton Blue Star AC before 2 years in our company name Shyam Telecom Ltd. We observed that due to tech problem that is trip after 10 min. We have arrange technician for solve the problem but till date no improvement in our AC.

Hence you are requested kindly depute a educated Engineer to repair this AC. This AC is installed at our Director Floor.

    I have purchased a Air conditioner of 1 Ton (3 Star) from your representative in July Month from SAINI ENTERPRIESE, JALANDHAR CANTT from their showroom in front of Jalandhar Cantt. Bus Stand.

    At the time of purchasing your product,

    Dealer ask us our room size, where AC need to be installed.

    We have informed then that our room size is 13 X 11.

    Then they ask us for structure of room like, it is Ground Floor or First Floor, Area behind place where AC need to be install, Sun Light effect on room etc.

    We have cleared then that structure of room is cemented, its Ground Floor, Area behind AC need to installed area is blank, Direct Sun Light in on room and no construction on that room.

    After listening all above points, Showroom representative and Showroom owner confirm us that 1 TON AC is enough for that room and we will not face any problem after buying this product.

    After their confirmation, we have buy 1 Ton (3 Star) AC from them.

    After installing AC in our room, we have asked dealer to send company person to give us DEMO of product and let us know functions of product like how to use Remote etc.

    Your person came to our home and informed us how to use AC functions.

    After start using AC, we have found that AC is not doing cooling as per our requirements.

    We have try to minimize temp. as low as possible but after room ac for whole night still ac don’t done cooling as set.

    AC made cooling normal, like if temp of outside us 45-46 then after using AC temp goes to maximum 26 but not below that.

    We run AC for whole night to check what is best AC can do but temp is not go down below 24.

    We have registered complaint on your customer care service and your service peoples comes to our home to check AC.

    They done cleaning of Filter and said to us that now AC will work properly.

    But we run AC for again few days but still problem is same so we again raise complaint to your customer care service to check our AC.

    Then again service peoples came to our home and done cleaning of Filter and said to us that now AC will work properly.

    But we run AC for again few days but still problem is same so we again raise complaint to your customer care service to check our AC.

    Then your main person of service peoples ( who came to our home 1st time to give DEMO to us of AC) come to our home, only then he informed us that size of room is bigger than AC strength as you need to buy 1.5 TON or 2 TON AC for this room not 1 Ton AC.

    We immediately ask him that why don’t he tell this at time of his 1st visit at our home, when he came to give us DEMO.

    His reply was that you don’t ask us about this so I don’t tell that room size is not suitable for 1 TON AC and you buy WRONG AC.

    WHY YOUR PERSON NOT INFORMED US ON THAT TIME ????

    We immediately talk to SAINI ENTERPRISES person regarding this and he said he will do something about this.

    Your main service person is also talked with SAINI ENTERPRISES person regarding this.

    When we go to showroom of SAINI ENTERPRISES to solve this issue, they clearly refuse to accept this.

    They refuse to take responsibility of their person’s error.

    They said that they can’t do anything about this, talk to customer care of BLUE STAR.

    We again raised a complaint to BLUE STAR customer care and their local person representative answer was that your room size is big and AC had no problem so we can’t do anything.

    Please let us know where we are wrong ????

    What we will do ???

    Dealer is saying ask BLUE STAR and BLUE STAR is saying ask DEALER.

    We are doing this from last Six months.

    Now we think we made big mistake to buy BLUE STAR AC.

    We have left no option to sell that AC at very low price to some local person.

    So we have sell that AC to local person at 13000.

    Please look into this matter so that no other customer will be cheated like this.

      Hello, I have purchased blue star 1 ton split ac some 4 years back. My usage is very limited like 4-5 months in a year. Yesterday suddenly in night there was a sound of blast nd smoke all over. As we smell the smoke we saw that bluestar outdoor unit caught fire and smoking heavily. After some half an our practice fire got in control. I request their technician to look into this matter as there was no clear reason why this is happend.

        Purchased a 3 tap blue star water dispenser with refrigeration

        Model No: BWD3FMRHA
        Serial No: 15K00178
        Date of Purchase: 6-Jan-2017

        from Damayanti Engineering System Visakhapatnam.

        Within 2 weeks of purchase it stopped powering on, called Damayanti Engineering System, the service man came and replaced the internal fuse without bothering to investigate the cause for the blowing of the fuse, the service man did not maintain any log nor take any feedback/signature from me.
        After two weeks, again it stopped powering on, called Damayanti Engineering System, service man came and replaced the fuse and put tape over the melted fuse case. I insisted that he should investigate the cause for the blowing of the fuse. He had than taken the unit with him and still it is with Damayanti Engineering System.

        Escalated the complain the Blue Star Call Centre and got a response from Mr. Mitesh Kotian with no action so far.

        The following are required to safe the guard the interest of the consumers.

        1. The service man shall maintain a proper log with consumer signature.
        2. The service need to be qualified and look at the cause and not fix the symptom.
        3. Blue Star shall compensate for the time and energy spent and the frustration incurred.
        4. Blue Star shall replace the defective unit.

          We had purchased an a/c (Model no - bo/5hw18sbu) last year 14th april’2016 from sales emporuim nagerbazar, dumdum kolkata branch. Since we had installed the ac there was very light cooling and after around 1 month there was completely no cooling. During aug’16 we had again raised a complain to bluestar with this same problem. The service guy visited and reported that there was leakage in gas due to which the cooling was not happening and he refilled the gas again. Till oct’16 we had run the a/c and it was working fine. However now again the same problem is appearing and we have again booked for technician who had visited today (Complaint no. B[protected]). He said that there has been problem in ac and had taken the entire machine with him.

          If this problem is appearing within one year of purchase then i am extremely doubtful on the quality of the product delivered to us. Please replace this machine since this has been a harassing one since it has been installed. Moreover within few day warranty of the product will be over and charges would be levied upon such problems. Please ensure this as an escalation and i want this product to be replaced on urgent basis. Or else this would be reported to higher authorities.

              One of sales person has visited the house on 5/12/2016 for freeze repairing which was not repaired and returned back to the showroom .But the salesman fraudulently taken a cheque of Rs 23500/- from me, confirming that he will sent new freeze at dealership price. He has encashed the cheque on 06/12/16 and never returned back with the new freeze.I have requested him so many times to refund the money over phone vide mobile no-[protected], [protected], [protected] but he has not responded on it.Later i have called his manager Mr.Kaushik Dhali, m.no-[protected], who has sent him from guwahati but he is also not responding the call, saying that i cannot help on this.
              Till date i have not received the money.Why company like bluestar has sent a fraud person to my house? I need my money back.

                I have purchased 2 window AC last year in April of Blue Star From M.M Enterprise ( Kolkata ). My both AC is not working properly & not cooling atall from the beginning.                   We got a new AC in late 2016.
                  1. First the gas leaked out within 2 months and it stopped working.
                  2. After calling the guys who set it up almost 10 times, they finally came to fix it
                  3. Now that that is fixed, there are new problems:

                  a. The AC makes loud ticking noises after it is switched off
                  b. When the AC is switched of[censored]sing a remote, the outdoor unit keeps running till the main switch is manually switched off.

                  I need this AC replaced and I am extremely disappointed in the services i have received. The name of the Vendor is Evertest (Pune).

                    We had purchased Spilt A/c from Vijay Sales - Ahmedabad in March 2016. Model no 3HW18LAU 3 STAR 1.5 TON and with 9 months we faced an issue for Gas Lek so we lodge complain and rep refill gas in the month of Sep 2016 again we had same issue in Jan so again we lodge complain ...still we are facing same issue again

                            Bought an AC one and half years back. Now got a complaint and the service person asking for Rs.500 for his visit. repairs cost extra

                            Within one and half years, AC which I bought for more than Rs.30000 is damaged and the company is asking for Rs.500 to check what is the complaint and checking the complaint they will charge another amount.

                            Yes the company is giving only one year guarantee, but for a customer who bought an AC spending RS.30000+ must have some consideration.

                              We have bought 1 ductable ac of 3 ton before 1.25 years
                              Now we smell from motor so we check it to the motor winding shop
                              They said motor is winding with aluminium cords not for copper cords.
                              Now your dealer said "i can't do anything"
                              You have to repair on your cost
                              It's your responsibility to setisfy your customers we already have another 2 machine of 5 ton in our factory they are ok
                              Your dealer from who we bought rest machine is now raising hands up regarding this matter
                              Now what should we do?

                                  This is to inform you that I have taken blue star inverter ac in the month of April-16. After six month we have called person for serving while doing serving he got shocket because earting connection was not provided at the time of machine installation.

                                  Post that we have lodge the complaint to blue star after several follow up there service manager Mr. Rao and Sharad send their technicians to identify the problem and they found their is extension pin which was not attached with plug and for the same customer has to pay the amount.

                                  We really don't understand after paying 40K for air conditioning company can't provide adequate accessories with machine.

                                    The present situation is that it repeatedly going through under maintenance, sometimes it happens

                                    Water cooling, is not working properly,

                                    I buy this product nirmal pooja enterprises, i repeatedly call your authorised centre but they are ignore this matter.
                                    He/she replied me, company agent is call u in 48hr but not calling me

                                    I have repair of 3 time under warranty but its work 2 days and same issue in 3rd day

                                      I had purchased an ac-model 3hw18ja from satisfaction electronic in kolkata for my bedroom on 12.3.2013 and was fitted by your tec abhijit das on 19.3.2013. Since the day of installation, due to wrong fitting, water was leaking from the ac. On compalint to satisfaction, they sent thier mechnic which stopped water temporarily as they refitted the ac once again. After a year, ac stopped working and the service people said that coil has burnt which needs to be changed. We go it changed at our own cost.
                                      In last 4 months, ac again stopped working. On complaint, satisfaction again sent the service people who said that compressor is not working properly and changed the compressor and refilled the gas. Now, after 3 months, the ac has stopped working again.
                                      I had filed a complaint earlier and you had got resolved. Now again the machine not working.We are tired by complaining again and again. even your mechanic says that he doesnot know what is the problem. Your this machine is defective and we now want the machine replaced to avoild daily hassles with the machine

                                        Hello

                                        I had made a complaint on 11.09.2016 for my water dispenser machine which was not doing proper cooling of water and small fridge down inside it.

                                        On 15.09.2016 executives came from hi cool refrigeration and did it and charged me Rs. 2250 and i was tolD that it will start cooling in 1 hours. BUT TO MY SURPRISE ITS STILL NOT WORKING TILL TODAY DATED 17.09.2016.

                                        ATTACHED SLIPS AND BILL FOR PAYMENT MADE TO COMPANY AND THEIR DETAILS.

                                        I again tried to contact Mr Saurabh at [protected] from hi cool refrigeration but he didnt answer my calls whole day from my number. i called up from another new number he picked up instantly and gave me excuse that guys are busy and will come in evening.. but noone came to check again on 16.09.2016

                                        I made a complaint at helpline number [protected] again on 16.09.2016 and still nothing was done. they told me they will arrange a call back and send executives but noone came !

                                        Today morning again i called up hi cool refrigeration but noone answers my call as i think they have my numbers saved !! and they dont want to send anyone. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING and i am not going to spare anyone including the company and dealer.

                                        Since we wanted to get it done from BLUE STAR AUTHORISED DEALER ONLY we contacted your company but to my surprise even the dealer is a CHEAT !!!

                                        Kindly get the repair done URGENTLY else refund my amount 2250 which i have made else ill take this case to a senior level and not spare any company !
