To Whom It May Concern...

I have purchased 2 window AC last year in April of Blue Star From M.M Enterprise ( Kolkata ). My both AC is not working properly & not cooling atall from the beginning. I have complained many times but my problem is not solved till yet. Kindly look into this matter & solve my problem ASAP & if you cannot solve my problem kindly replace the or refund the amount

    We got a new AC in late 2016.
    1. First the gas leaked out within 2 months and it stopped working.
    2. After calling the guys who set it up almost 10 times, they finally came to fix it
    3. Now that that is fixed, there are new problems:

    a. The AC makes loud ticking noises after it is switched off
    b. When the AC is switched of[censored]sing a remote, the outdoor unit keeps running till the main switch is manually switched off.

    I need this AC replaced and I am extremely disappointed in the services i have received. The name of the Vendor is Evertest (Pune).

      We had purchased Spilt A/c from Vijay Sales - Ahmedabad in March 2016. Model no 3HW18LAU 3 STAR 1.5 TON and with 9 months we faced an issue for Gas Lek so we lodge complain and rep refill gas in the month of Sep 2016 again we had same issue in Jan so again we lodge complain ...still we are facing same issue again

      Resolution : We would like to have Refund or Replacement - NOT REPAIR

              Bought an AC one and half years back. Now got a complaint and the service person asking for Rs.500 for his visit. repairs cost extra

              Within one and half years, AC which I bought for more than Rs.30000 is damaged and the company is asking for Rs.500 to check what is the complaint and checking the complaint they will charge another amount.

              Yes the company is giving only one year guarantee, but for a customer who bought an AC spending RS.30000+ must have some consideration.

                We have bought 1 ductable ac of 3 ton before 1.25 years
                Now we smell from motor so we check it to the motor winding shop
                They said motor is winding with aluminium cords not for copper cords.
                Now your dealer said "i can't do anything"
                You have to repair on your cost
                It's your responsibility to setisfy your customers we already have another 2 machine of 5 ton in our factory they are ok
                Your dealer from who we bought rest machine is now raising hands up regarding this matter
                Now what should we do?

                  We are facing lots of problem of bluestar product since last 4 months not single day the issues has not resolve from bluestar team only the assuring henceforth product will working properly but yet it hasn't each and every time they told us various problems of machines now its time to close all matter kindly introduce bluestar expert for our diagnosis otherwise we will find our another way

                    This is to inform you that I have taken blue star inverter ac in the month of April-16. After six month we have called person for serving while doing serving he got shocket because earting connection was not provided at the time of machine installation.

                    Post that we have lodge the complaint to blue star after several follow up there service manager Mr. Rao and Sharad send their technicians to identify the problem and they found their is extension pin which was not attached with plug and for the same customer has to pay the amount.

                    We really don't understand after paying 40K for air conditioning company can't provide adequate accessories with machine.

                      The present situation is that it repeatedly going through under maintenance, sometimes it happens

                        I had purchased an ac-model 3hw18ja from satisfaction electronic in kolkata for my bedroom on 12.3.2013 and was fitted by your tec abhijit das on 19.3.2013. Since the day of installation, due to wrong fitting, water was leaking from the ac. On compalint to satisfaction, they sent thier mechnic which stopped water temporarily as they refitted the ac once again. After a year, ac stopped working and the service people said that coil has burnt which needs to be changed. We go it changed at our own cost.
                        In last 4 months, ac again stopped working. On complaint, satisfaction again sent the service people who said that compressor is not working properly and changed the compressor and refilled the gas. Now, after 3 months, the ac has stopped working again.
                        I had filed a complaint earlier and you had got resolved. Now again the machine not working.We are tired by complaining again and again. even your mechanic says that he doesnot know what is the problem. Your this machine is defective and we now want the machine replaced to avoild daily hassles with the machine

                          I had made a complaint on 11.09.2016 for my water dispenser machine which was not doing proper cooling of water and small fridge down inside it.

                          On 15.09.2016 executives came from hi cool refrigeration and did it and charged me Rs. 2250 and i was tolD that it will start cooling in 1 hours. BUT TO MY SURPRISE ITS STILL NOT WORKING TILL TODAY DATED 17.09.2016.

                          ATTACHED SLIPS AND BILL FOR PAYMENT MADE TO COMPANY AND THEIR DETAILS.

                          I again tried to contact Mr Saurabh at [protected] from hi cool refrigeration but he didnt answer my calls whole day from my number. i called up from another new number he picked up instantly and gave me excuse that guys are busy and will come in evening.. but noone came to check again on 16.09.2016

                          I made a complaint at helpline number [protected] again on 16.09.2016 and still nothing was done. they told me they will arrange a call back and send executives but noone came !

                          Today morning again i called up hi cool refrigeration but noone answers my call as i think they have my numbers saved !! and they dont want to send anyone. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING and i am not going to spare anyone including the company and dealer.

                          Since we wanted to get it done from BLUE STAR AUTHORISED DEALER ONLY we contacted your company but to my surprise even the dealer is a CHEAT !!!

                          Kindly get the repair done URGENTLY else refund my amount 2250 which i have made else ill take this case to a senior level and not spare any company !

                              They just promise but dint turned up. I have called them 5/6 times in dis month for service.

                              I dunt expect such poor service from a brand like blue star.

                                We bought a split AC from Blue Star and it has some or the other issue every month and need your help to replace as it is beyond repairs now. Here are the details


                                Date of purchase- 26/2/2016


                                Model Number- BI- 3HW24FBU


                                SN- XXXXXXXXXX65C[protected]


                                ISSUES


                                First month- Compressor busted and was replaced


                                Second month- Main unit had issues and some parts were replaced


                                Third month- Gas leaked and had to be refilled

                                Fifth Months- Stopped working

                                When the repair people came, they said that the gas has leaked out again and will need to be refilled. When asked if that will solve the problems, the answer was "NO" as the gas would leak out again due to defect in the AC pipe joint
                                I was told that the company would call me back but it has been a week from that day and no call till now.
                                In last six months, the AC has been with their service center for one month and it has not been working for one month lying at out place like now
                                Escalation mailbox (Sunita D'costa) promptly replied last week that it will be taken care but nothing has been done till date

                                Even after a week of complaining to [protected]@bluestarindia.com no response has been received. I cant even think of a solution when the management doesent respond on mails and calls. Its frustrating.
                                AC is automatically off and malfunctioning. Automatically fan speed changing and cooling mode off and blinking. Every time we need to use turbo for cooling the same but problem is same. This problem creates from yesterday only. Kindly arrange to attend on priority.

                                  I bought the ac in 4th june 2016, the ac stops cooling on 20th july. I launch complaint and after repeated complaints, technician checks out on august 1. Stops gas leak and refills gas. With in 8 hours the ac stops cooling. I have complained so many times, no one has responded.

                                  Either resolve the issue or take back the ac and replace it or refund money.

                                    Installed (First Installation) this AC on 10th July & they collected INR.1500/- as a Installation charge.

                                    After Installation we started using this AC rarely (Due to weather & our health condition's). Noticed WATER LEAKAGE & BIG NOISE IN THE INDOOR UNIT AFTER SWITCH OFF. Immediately informed to ESA compact engg & to their Technician, where they informed that, "NEW AC always its happened. Nothing to worry".

                                    I am NOT satisfied from their answers & I keep on asked them to come & see this issue. Further, I have not used AC till resolves this issue. Due to poor response of ESA compact engg, I have logged complaint on 30th July (Ticket Nr: B[protected]) regarding this subject.

                                    01st August - New Technician (Not Installation made person) & start addend this issue on 01st August evening 6pm to till 10pm. He has opened Indoor & outdoor unit & researched all & finally he noticed issue of "AFTER SWITCH OFF INDOOR UNIT THRU REMOTE - OUTDOOR UNIT RUNNING CONTINUOUSLY WHERE ICEBERG HAPPENING IN THE INDOOR UNIT & MAKING NOISE & WATER OUT FROM THE INDOOR UNIT". BUT AFTER SWITCH OFF MAIN SWITCH, OUT UNIT STOPPING. TECHNICIAN NOTICED THIS BIG PROBLEM & INFORMED TO ESA COMPACT ENGG. They had given instruction for repair by mobile phone to Technician, where the issue NOT solved.

                                    FINALLY ESA COMPACT ENGG ASKED HIM (TECHNICAIN) TO BRING INDOOR UNIT MAIN BOARD FOR RESEARCH. TECHNICIAN REMOVED MAIN BOARD & TAKEN TO THIS BOARD TO THEIR OFFICE ON 01ST AUGUST.

                                    02nd August - Again your Technician came & collected Display board & Remote control on 02nd August.

                                    03rd August - NO RESPONSE.

                                    04th August - After research they came & Installed Indoor main board, display board & returned back remote control during 11.30 am.When we asked regarding this issue solutions Technician's confirmed that "We will come back on evening & resolve". No other comments.

                                    04th August - Technician came evening 6pm along with "SINGLE POLE CONTACTOR" make of ANNAPURNA for Installing in OUT DOOR UNIT. I asked why CONTACTOR to be installed in the unit? ESA Compact Engg Technician confirmed that "BLUE STAR MISSED OUT THIS PART IN THE OUTDOOR UNIT ASSEMBLY”, where this problem arise. Technician started his activity that Installating CONTACTOR in the outdoor unit, changing the wire & etc..(Without any discussions with customer ) But closing 9.43pm unable to resolve this issue. Finally Technician confirmed, we will revert back on tomorrow (05th August) with solutions. They kept CONTACTOR in the OUTDOOR UNIT coil & upper of the wiring area & closed the box & INDOOR UNIT & switch's opened conditions (Refer Photos). Also noticed after fixing this CONTACTOR, there is huge noise in the OUTDOOR UNIT (while technician doing trails). Its new issue started.

                                    As a customer, I am NOT satisfied his answers & really upset due to exiting issue’s in the AC & new issue of OUTDOOR UNIT BIG NOISE.

                                    In the discussions with Technician he used such a RUBBISH WORDS & HE ASKED ME TO FILE THE CASE IN THE CONSUMER COURT AGAINST BLUE STAR TO GET BACK MONEY / REPLACEMENT UNIT. In the upset manner your Technician stating that " Future don't go to Blue start AC, buy Voltas, LG AC which is good in the market"

                                    As a customer I really surprised such a REPUTED & LARGEST AIR CONDITION MANUFACTURER IN INDIA - MADE THEIR PRODUCT WITH IN-COMPLETION / MISSED PARTS & it’s reached to CUSTOMER HAND. Also Technicians are struggling to resolve this issue on last four days & their approaches & talks are really made disappointed. Also they are recommending Voltas & LG AC's".

                                    As a customer, I need few clarifications / answers from BLUE START before going to next steps.

                                    1. Blue star making their products with In-completion & delivering to market?
                                    2. Hope Blue star have such a Quality system before reaching their product to market, but still how this kind of product reaching to customer hand?
                                    3. When your Technician noticed this issue due to MISSED PART OF CONTACTOR, why they’re NOT informing to customer before Installation of " ANNAPURNA brand CONTACTOR?
                                    4. They tried with "ANNAPURNA" brand SINGLE POLE CONTACTOR. Please confirm BLUE STAR buying all their CONTACTOR from "ANNAPURNA"? Shall I get Blue Star latest Purchase order copy as a proof?
                                    5. "ANNAPURNA" brand SINGLE POLE CONTACTOR - Its recommended by Blue star?
                                    6. Noticed between 10th July to 04th August, there are multiple Technician's are came & doing all research & some time they are getting Instructions by phone from ESA compact Engg. But till today problem NOT solved.
                                    7. Paid Rs.32, 000/- & Purchased this AC for my Personal use. But now the situation is your Technician using AC for their R&D & Learning purposes.
                                    8. From the date of Installation on 10th July to 04th August, as a customer I am facing this much of issue means, how this AC going to work continuously on future?
                                    9. Mainly, I worried your untrained Technician’s code of contact with customer is really worse & poor & your technician recommending other manufacturer brand, which is really Pathetic.

                                    10. As a customer I & my family members are really upset when your technicians done all kind of operations in the NEW AC. Not only will we, any customer will cry.

                                    11. My neighbors really blaming Blue start AC’s, where they have other brand AC’s running on long years, without any trouble.

                                    Being professional, still I have small trust with Blue star to get REPLACEMENT of this entire unit.


                                    NOTE: IN DOOR UNIT COMPLETELY OPENED CONDITION THEY KEPT & GONE & OUT DOOR UNIT INSIDE THEY KEPT CONTACTOR IN THE UPPER SIDE OF WIRE & COPPER TUBES. NOT FIXED CONDITION’S. AC NOT WORKING CONDITION & INDOOR UNIT & OUTDOOR UNIT HAS BIG NOISE. IF ANY SAFETY RELATED ISSUE’S HAPPANING DUE TO THIS ISSUE’S COMPLETE RESPONSIBILTY LISE WITH BLUE STAR & ESA COMPACT ENGG.
                                    AS A CUSTOMER, I WILL NOT USE THIS AC TILL THEN GETTING CORRECT SOLUCTIONS / RESPONSE FROM BLUE STAR.

                                      We would like to informing that we have purchased 1 no. Of 'blue star air conditioner 1.0 ton split ac from your authorized dealer siva enginnering and invoice no 278/slm/[protected] dated 20.05.2016.

                                      Pl. Note that after installation we found that the ac is stopped cooling even the mode is cool with in a week of purchase.. The matter has been repeatedly informed many times and raised complaint also, unfortunately nobody has taken any initiative i. E neither sent any technician nor given any information by your dealer till date.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        We had purchased 12 air conditioner each of 5 ton split for our plant virgo décors and for other plants also. bills attached already.. we have complaint so many times for executive visit because no air conditioner is working properly and out of all, the dealer not given remote of 1 ac also. my ticket number is b[protected], other ticket number – b[protected]. doing follow up with your customer care executive on daily basis but they are not able to resolve the problem. if step not taken any we need to file complaint against your company and services that you have done fraud with us and not resolving our problem.

                                        This is a request to you to please look into the matter otherwise we need to go to consumer court.
