We have recently purchased Bluestar split AC, on 1st march 2017 to be precise. There is some issue with the outer unit of the AC and we have registered a complaint through phone already (twice) but not getting a positive response, it's hardly 2 months old. First a regular clerk came to check it, who couldn't understand the issue itself, later a couple of men came, and we are not aware of their qualification, but they just wasted our time and concluded that there's in issue in some kind of chip, which we need to get changed and use, but they would not take the AC back, since it's a waste for them now, in that case, why should we use it? Anyway, the point is, we have experienced a very bad service and worse product, and we are really disappointed with Bluestar. Hence, we would like to return the AC as soon as possible.
Blue Star India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
