This is regarding the said issue our split ac is not working under the name of kosmo automobiles jalandhar, however we have registered a compailnt on the helpline no[protected] and we have got a ticket no j[protected] on dated 9 may 2017. The authorised dealer (Snow cool jalandhar) have promised to visit timely but in vain after repeated requests there is no solution till now. This is very harassing experience from the authorized dealer person mr aman saying that he have no time to attend our complaint. This is our customer lounge ac now please do some on urgent basis that we expect from such branded ac company.

    My air conditioner's swings is not functioning from some days. I call customer care and then company dealer jaspreet singh owner of five star electrical and ac work, city amritsar, state punjab is calling me for complaint and i told about problem and also given my address.
    The dealer was sent to two boys to repairing ac in my house on friday april 28, 2017. The repair boy had been told about the total amount is ₹1500 including of all expenses. They had also taken ₹500 as advance and asked me to correct this ac in two days.
    After that day neither the dealer nor the boys call me and not give me any feedback. If i call dealer jaspreet singh, then every time they say that the race will get cured tomorrow.
    My request is that strict action should be taken against the dealer.

      I brought 3hw18fbtu bluestar AC from velachery ozone associate at 3/05/17.

      But still not getting any response from installation team. I called around 15 to 20 times last two days.

      I took leave for two days for this installation.

      They told me that they will come 10 o'clock then 1 o'clock after that 3 o'clock. Bust still any person not come for installation.

      Very poor response from installation team( jeyam enterprises- chengalpattu).

      They are wasted my time and money for this type nasty excuses.

        Dear sir,

        I have purchased a blue star ac 1 ton model 3hw12jcfu from chandra traders, velachery, chennai - 600 042 on 29th april 2017 wide bill no. V-825/17-18.

        Till now they are not install the ac, though we called more than 20 times and everyday waiting for their arrival. But we waste our time on waiting.

        No proper response from the vendor and we are not able to contact the installation people.

        This will affect the name of blue star company and this is not good to keet the customer for a long days for the installation.

        Please take immediate action to install otherwise we can't afford. There is no way than returning the ac.

          We have recently purchased Bluestar split AC, on 1st march 2017 to be precise. There is some issue with the outer unit of the AC and we have registered a complaint through phone already (twice) but not getting a positive response, it's hardly 2 months old. First a regular clerk came to check it, who couldn't understand the issue itself, later a couple of men came, and we are not aware of their qualification, but they just wasted our time and concluded that there's in issue in some kind of chip, which we need to get changed and use, but they would not take the AC back, since it's a waste for them now, in that case, why should we use it? Anyway, the point is, we have experienced a very bad service and worse product, and we are really disappointed with Bluestar. Hence, we would like to return the AC as soon as possible.

            We have not any response for the complaint informed for SHRIRAM TADDER for not providing us proper authorise sevcice to installation which further make cooling problem continious problem for next two years in which they changed the coil depriciaton on leakage without warranty service and this time even not attend the calls on problem.
            On finding own for authorised service " COOLING POINT" they refuse to replace in warranty due to findin the coil installed in wrong way.We ask the depriciation for paying by purchaser on misguiding us for selfishness to disturb the smooothness of working and service.
            Over all we wnt our claim of misguiding and mentally hrassment.
            In the same regard on getting your possitive response in my favour we initiate to go for consumer court to fill this all financial loss to us which is in warranty period.

              I purchased a bluestar ac in emploee scheme, when i opened the box i saw the compressor damaged, fan broke and all dented. I raised a request in bluestar for replacement. I kept following up for around 20 days but there was nothing done from their side. After 20 days they stopped receiving my calls and i am left with no option. I still have the damaged compressor and there is no response from bluestar employees. I am now going to the consumer court because i faced so much difficulty in trying to replace the piece and also burning and stressing myself in this hot summer without the ac.

                  I purchased Blue Star Split AC from Meerut on 22nd April and they told me that AC will be installed next day i.e. on 23rd April.
                  I did follow up with blue star assigned technician whole day on 23rd but no one turned up. On 24th they logged a ticket and Blue Star assigned Technician (Technician from Sandeep Refregration - [protected]@gmail.com : [protected] ) was supposed to visit my home by 2 p.m. as per the ticket log i.e. J[protected] but no one come when I called back to check on the same Technician from Sandeep Refregration start threating me and used abusive language that your address is from outskirt in Meerut and it will take more time to visit that place.
                  Also he said that i can complain to anyone and he will make sure that no one will attend for installation. Also he said that request has been cancelled and i need to raise another request. Then 24th afternoon I called Blue Star customer care and informed them about the whole incident and they said that they are esclating the service request and technician will visit by EOD but no one turned up.

                  I am surprised to experience how Blue Star company treats its customers.
                  Its 4 days i purchased AC from Blue star and its not installed till now and seeing the response from Blue Star seems it will not be installed till summer as well.

                  Seems like to increase their sales Bluestar has tied up with pathetic vendors and are not at all bothered about the customer.

                  I will never buy any other product of Blue Star and neither my friends or family will purchase any of their products.

He behaved like a goon and used abusive language and also ensured that no one turned up for the installation as It's been 6 days so far but no one is bothered about the same. I'm getting messages that your call has been rescheduled for tomorrow but it's a never ending tomorrow.
                  But I'll certainly ensure to escalate this matter to the senior most level and would also like to highlight it to the social media as well that how Bluestar India and it's vendors treat to the customers.
                  Bluestar India has tied up with goons like Sandeep Refrigeration - [protected]@gmail.com : [protected] and not with the vendors with right approach towards customer.

                    First time i buy blue star ac from sound trading amritsar on may 2016. This is my very bad experience against your service. On 19 april i call service center toll free no for service he give me s[protected] complain number and assured me that service will done within 24 hours next day call from service center come that they visit on thursday i wait all day but they do not come we are salaries employee it is difficult to take leave there but after many to executive he says i come you wait at last at 6pm he refuses to come at friday morning till date he not come after many call to sc they give wrong commitment to come at last on saturday i call and request to talk to your senior but they refuses and says we call u back. Tell me how 4th class services you provided to your costumer no commitment no punctuality and no satisfied to your service.                       I purchased Blue Star Split AC from Chroma Pune on 1st April and they told me that AC will be delivered by 10th Apr. I received AC on 10th April and then they raised request for installation and informed that it will be installed on 13th April. Blue Star sent Technician (Technician from ZamZam Enterprise) to our home for installation.
                      I refused to get core cutting done by them as charges were too high and asked them to come next day for installation. They didn't come and closed the request on 16th stating that customer was Out of network area.
                      I called them on 15th Morning to visit my place for installation as i have got all the core cutting and fabrication done but they did not come. Then 16th afternoon I called Blue Star customer care and informed them about the whole incident and they said that they raised the service request and technician will visit in 24 hrs.
                      Later around 7:00 PM again same technician called and asked whether he can come and visit for installation and i asked him to come and finish the installation but he again didn't turn up.

                      Later i called him around 9:15 PM and he told me that he will not come as i did not got core cutting done from them. Also he said that i can complain to anyone and he will make sure that no one will attend for installation. Also he said that request has been cancelled and i need to raise another request.

                      I am surprised to experience how Blue Star company treats its customers.
                      Its 18 days i purchased AC from Blue star and its not installed till now and seeing the response from Blue Star seems it will not be installed til summer as well.

                      Seems like to increase their sales Bluestar has tied up with pathetic vendors and are not at all bothered about the customer.

                      I will never buy any other product of Blue Star and neither my friends or family will purchase any of their products.

                        Sir my complain ticket no is S[protected] 30 march 2017. That day i had complained. First of all your men have come and see our ac but after that day they dont have given any response to our call. Your men does opened our ac but doent done any thing. Our ac is window and very thing is opened and not also herepairedeverything at its own place. And from that time he is not also responsing or not any steps were taken. And if you dont want to do any thing then you can clearly say to say that u dont want to do any thing

                        For the last 5 days I have raised request 4 times and no technician has called.
                        I dont understand what to do. ‎Now I feel I had a mistake last year by buying bluestar ac.

                          Recently i had purchased a Blue Star AC with appropriate bill and installed in my Room. The person who came for installation from Blue Star (as installations charges are free for Blue Star customer) installed in my room.
                          Due to extra requirement of pipes and cable etc., he charges me extra amount and i had given to him.Then i demanded for the BILL as its our right to take BILL, and he told me that he will give me next day.
                          But it's been 20 days he has not given me the BILL and i call him everyday for the BILL but now he extending the dates day by day.
                          Kindly requesting you to please take some serious action so that your customer will not face this type of problem.
                          Or just confirm me whether i will get my BILL or not.

                          The new split AC (1.5 ton from blue Star) stopped working after two days of installation and no body from customer care service is listening, except bypassing their responsibility internally. This was the first time that I bought Blue Star product and had very bad experience.

                            The AC is being taken on 31st march for service check and it is installed on 5th that too the plug was not sent by service centre so on 6th it is installed properly
                            No of issues i have faced from bluestar service
                            1 The advisor told that there is a fault in inner unit pipe due to which there is a leak in gas
                            2 If the fault is in inner unit Y the out unit was replaced as a solution
                            3 why the problem is not taken seriously after 9-10 complaints in a year.
                            4 Still the swing is not working when I received AC unit.
                            5 Now the warranty is over If the problem still persist who will take the responsibility as always hit and trial methods are used by service engineers. Who take one year to find our the fault.
                            6 if whole unit was taken to service centre the stand of outer unit was not fitted

                              My Ac was not working and I called the authorized service center (sigma ) in Ongole. The technician said the compressor got damaged and has to be replaced and as said he got it changed and took the amount but never gave me the bill or warranty card even after repeated calls. But after two days again its not working and when i called the same service center for the repair they are not responding. This happened during March 15, 2017. I need the refund of the amount i paid or repair the Ac properly. I urge you to take care of this on priority.

                              I have raised complaint regarding my A/c with ticket number S[protected], which says the complaint will be attended shortly, But now I get a message that it has been resolved without even any visit from any service center representative.The message also says that the ticket has been closed with free of cost. I also called the technician but he never came.
                              The is completely cheating and if the problem is not solved in next 24hrs I will file a complaint with the Consumer forum against Blue-star and the authorized service center in Ongole (SIGMA)
                              I brought chicken drumsticks from star bazar Akurdi Pune, its worst ever quality and rusty seems to be 15 days old.
                              Even i brought spices that are too much expensive compare to local market.
                              Khas khas for 100gm charged rs 100
                              And in local market its just rs60

                                Purchased 2 TON BLUE Star aplit ac in april 2016.which was faulty, from the day of installation it was making KHAT KHAT noise in fan blower.later after two months the KIT was changed.But only the noise was minimised.
                                now we started it just a fornight back and after a gap of around 6 months, the noise still existed and we could not sleep.
                                complined to your local dealer M/S VYANKATESH refrigeration, chandrapur, maharashtra, but for a week nobody attended complaint.
                                later we complained on all india toll free no [protected] on 3rd Aprill but regret till date nobody atteneded,
                                We need replacement imm failing which we are going to launch a complaint in Consumer court at your cost and risk.

                                    I have purchased the bluestar split inverter ac on 26th march from vijay sales, pune. The installation for ac was done on 30th march 2017 under call number j[protected] and technician was not able to start the ac due to communication error he was getting in the ac.

                                    He told me to raise a complaint so that a person from bluestar can look at it and rectify the issue.
                                    I have raised the complaint number b[protected] on 3rd april at 1: 00 pm.

                                    The customer care person told me that dealer from supra enterprises will respond you in 24 hours. The time has already passed and the dealer is not picking up my phone neither he is calling me back for when he will rectify the issue.

                                    The service i am getting from bluestar is very worst.in this case, now i don't want to continue with this faulty ac. Please take this ac back and provide me the refund at the earliest.

                                    We didnt get any call for timing cofarmation. I am not sure how come without discussing 9th april has been written in the reply.

                                    Still till today me and my husband are only chasing Customercare people of bluestart, the dealer supra enterprise and the seller vijaysale pune.

                                    but all are giving same worst service and i have faulty AC hang in my room which is not working.

                                    If this is the service i am getting even after raising so many complains. God save others!!!.
                                    The worst customer service I have ever seen, on their IVR they says that they are serving customers from past 70 years whereas it seems they fooled people from past 70 years...

                                      This is to inform you that we have purchased 11 Ton Blue Star AC before 2 years in our company name Shyam Telecom Ltd. We observed that due to tech problem that is trip after 10 min. We have arrange technician for solve the problem but till date no improvement in our AC.

                                      Hence you are requested kindly depute a educated Engineer to repair this AC. This AC is installed at our Director Floor.

                                        I have purchased a Air conditioner of 1 Ton (3 Star) from your representative in July Month from SAINI ENTERPRIESE, JALANDHAR CANTT from their showroom in front of Jalandhar Cantt. Bus Stand.

                                        At the time of purchasing your product,

                                        Dealer ask us our room size, where AC need to be installed.

                                        We have informed then that our room size is 13 X 11.

                                        Then they ask us for structure of room like, it is Ground Floor or First Floor, Area behind place where AC need to be install, Sun Light effect on room etc.

                                        We have cleared then that structure of room is cemented, its Ground Floor, Area behind AC need to installed area is blank, Direct Sun Light in on room and no construction on that room.

                                        After listening all above points, Showroom representative and Showroom owner confirm us that 1 TON AC is enough for that room and we will not face any problem after buying this product.

                                        After their confirmation, we have buy 1 Ton (3 Star) AC from them.

                                        After installing AC in our room, we have asked dealer to send company person to give us DEMO of product and let us know functions of product like how to use Remote etc.

                                        Your person came to our home and informed us how to use AC functions.

                                        After start using AC, we have found that AC is not doing cooling as per our requirements.

                                        We have try to minimize temp. as low as possible but after room ac for whole night still ac don’t done cooling as set.

                                        AC made cooling normal, like if temp of outside us 45-46 then after using AC temp goes to maximum 26 but not below that.

                                        We run AC for whole night to check what is best AC can do but temp is not go down below 24.

                                        We have registered complaint on your customer care service and your service peoples comes to our home to check AC.

                                        They done cleaning of Filter and said to us that now AC will work properly.

                                        But we run AC for again few days but still problem is same so we again raise complaint to your customer care service to check our AC.

                                        Then again service peoples came to our home and done cleaning of Filter and said to us that now AC will work properly.

                                        Then your main person of service peoples ( who came to our home 1st time to give DEMO to us of AC) come to our home, only then he informed us that size of room is bigger than AC strength as you need to buy 1.5 TON or 2 TON AC for this room not 1 Ton AC.

                                        We immediately ask him that why don’t he tell this at time of his 1st visit at our home, when he came to give us DEMO.

                                        His reply was that you don’t ask us about this so I don’t tell that room size is not suitable for 1 TON AC and you buy WRONG AC.

                                        WHY YOUR PERSON NOT INFORMED US ON THAT TIME ????

                                        We immediately talk to SAINI ENTERPRISES person regarding this and he said he will do something about this.

                                        Your main service person is also talked with SAINI ENTERPRISES person regarding this.

                                        When we go to showroom of SAINI ENTERPRISES to solve this issue, they clearly refuse to accept this.

                                        They refuse to take responsibility of their person’s error.

                                        They said that they can’t do anything about this, talk to customer care of BLUE STAR.

                                        We again raised a complaint to BLUE STAR customer care and their local person representative answer was that your room size is big and AC had no problem so we can’t do anything.

                                        Please let us know where we are wrong ????

                                        What we will do ???

                                        Dealer is saying ask BLUE STAR and BLUE STAR is saying ask DEALER.

                                        We are doing this from last Six months.

                                        Now we think we made big mistake to buy BLUE STAR AC.

                                        We have left no option to sell that AC at very low price to some local person.

                                        So we have sell that AC to local person at 13000.

                                        Please look into this matter so that no other customer will be cheated like this.
