I am ASHISH SHARMA and my address is House No, 297, VPO. Dakoha, Jalandhar Cantt-144023. Mobile No.[protected].
I have purchased a Air conditioner of 1 Ton (3 Star) from your representative in July Month from SAINI ENTERPRIESE, JALANDHAR CANTT from their showroom in front of Jalandhar Cantt. Bus Stand.
At the time of purchasing your product,
Dealer ask us our room size, where AC need to be installed.
We have informed then that our room size is 13 X 11.
Then they ask us for structure of room like, it is Ground Floor or First Floor, Area behind place where AC need to be install, Sun Light effect on room etc.
We have cleared then that structure of room is cemented, its Ground Floor, Area behind AC need to installed area is blank, Direct Sun Light in on room and no construction on that room.
After listening all above points, Showroom representative and Showroom owner confirm us that 1 TON AC is enough for that room and we will not face any problem after buying this product.
After their confirmation, we have buy 1 Ton (3 Star) AC from them.
After installing AC in our room, we have asked dealer to send company person to give us DEMO of product and let us know functions of product like how to use Remote etc.
Your person came to our home and informed us how to use AC functions.
After start using AC, we have found that AC is not doing cooling as per our requirements.
We have try to minimize temp. as low as possible but after room ac for whole night still ac don’t done cooling as set.
AC made cooling normal, like if temp of outside us 45-46 then after using AC temp goes to maximum 26 but not below that.
We run AC for whole night to check what is best AC can do but temp is not go down below 24.
We have registered complaint on your customer care service and your service peoples comes to our home to check AC.
They done cleaning of Filter and said to us that now AC will work properly.
But we run AC for again few days but still problem is same so we again raise complaint to your customer care service to check our AC.
Then again service peoples came to our home and done cleaning of Filter and said to us that now AC will work properly.

Then your main person of service peoples ( who came to our home 1st time to give DEMO to us of AC) come to our home, only then he informed us that size of room is bigger than AC strength as you need to buy 1.5 TON or 2 TON AC for this room not 1 Ton AC.
We immediately ask him that why don’t he tell this at time of his 1st visit at our home, when he came to give us DEMO.
His reply was that you don’t ask us about this so I don’t tell that room size is not suitable for 1 TON AC and you buy WRONG AC.
WHY YOUR PERSON NOT INFORMED US ON THAT TIME ????
We immediately talk to SAINI ENTERPRISES person regarding this and he said he will do something about this.
Your main service person is also talked with SAINI ENTERPRISES person regarding this.
When we go to showroom of SAINI ENTERPRISES to solve this issue, they clearly refuse to accept this.
They refuse to take responsibility of their person’s error.
They said that they can’t do anything about this, talk to customer care of BLUE STAR.
We again raised a complaint to BLUE STAR customer care and their local person representative answer was that your room size is big and AC had no problem so we can’t do anything.
Please let us know where we are wrong ????
What we will do ???
Dealer is saying ask BLUE STAR and BLUE STAR is saying ask DEALER.
We are doing this from last Six months.
Now we think we made big mistake to buy BLUE STAR AC.
We have left no option to sell that AC at very low price to some local person.
So we have sell that AC to local person at 13000.
Please look into this matter so that no other customer will be cheated like this.

Somewhere I feel that Technician from Sandeep Refrigeration - [protected]@gmail.com : [protected] was right. He behaved like a goon and used abusive language and also ensured that no one turned up for the installation as It's been 6 days so far but no one is bothered about the same. I'm getting messages that your call has been rescheduled for tomorrow but it's a never ending tomorrow.
But I'll certainly ensure to escalate this matter to the senior most level and would also like to highlight it to the social media as well that how Bluestar India and it's vendors treat to the customers.
Bluestar India has tied up with goons like Sandeep Refrigeration - [protected]@gmail.com : [protected] and not with the vendors with right approach towards customer.
