Hi this Karthik, Am purchasing boAt bluetooth @ 30/08/2021, but it was working only 9 days I was complaint raised 09/09/2021. my ticket #[protected], and returned the bluetooth via Xpress bees courier boy at 12/09/2021, still now am not receiving my bluetooth already am calling for customer care in few times but no one can responsible for my complaint.
I don't know my complaint status I just need and want that detail.please replay me ASAP.

As i went to boat service centre for claiming warranty of my boat rockerz 235v2 the executive name saurabh at Bhopal Service Centre took my earphones for warranty and told to collect the new one after two days and gave me a job sheet case id number :-JIND[protected].He closed the my ticket by himself and did not give me earphone.But after two days when I went to service centre he told this is an on set complaint and biat has closed it from their side and I cannot do anything for you and did not give me earphone after service.I have not received my earphone and my old earphone is also gone.Please take action against this matter and give me back my earphone and deliver it my adress as said by you it is onset complain which will be home delivered.Below attaching my job sheet provided by service centre.

I ordered the Boat Airdrops 402 with order ID #806869 and I received a product which had issues connecting and disconnecting and I requested for a exchange and received a product with even worse quality as it had same issues with connection and moreover the case doesn't work as expected here. Boat doesn't even have a customer care service where people can directly talk and resolve issues and for their email no reply from their email.
Looks like this company has professionally mastered the skill to harass customers and waste their times.

I am utterly disappointed . The product was supposed to be delivered by 23 September but it's 1october now. And they have not delivered it yet. I have been mailing them and calling them again and again. They say it will be delivered but its not been delivered yet. I am so disappointed. I now no more want the product. I just want them to send me a refund. I want my refund. Please please I request to solve my problem asap. I request

I Purchased boat rockerz 333 on July 18, 2021. By september 21, 1stweek it stopped working. I went to nearest authorized customer care center on 9th September, 2021 and filed the complaint for warranty claim and deposited the item. I received a mail that your complaint has been filed and the item will be replaced. On 11 September, the warranty status with ticket number 3369789 and 3369667, it shows Approved. Product pick-up request will get generated in 1 business day. its been 21 days and it didn't get updated. I spoke with customer care more than 12 times. all of them are telling sorry for inconvenience, with in 72 hours it will be resolved. I have no item, warranty replacement not done, customer service not at all supporting, it takes 20 mins to get connected to the customer care and all of them are saying with in 72 hours.

My left earphone is not working

Before 20days replaced headphone not delivered

I got a boAt bluetooth headphones worth of 1500rs. It's been three months and the head band of the product was damaged without dropping it down or breaking it wantedly. I contacted the customer care number and asked them for a warranty but they are not ready to give warranty. I argued with them but they were repeating the same answer. Finally I asked for a pay service but still they don't have a service for this issue. They can't repair the headphones. It's a worst experience ever. I need some solution for this.

I recieved the product in june 13th . now I facing problem with that...the headphones charging is not possible.so I want to return the product.so please consider my complient...as resolved my issue as early as possible

I registered a complaint a week ago and I still haven't got any update on it.

Ok so as I told ABOVE that my airdrops 402 is defective. and I also mailed my complain mail to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com as per the process.
I HAVE MY OFFICE FROM 10:30AM TO 7:30PM
so for visitation and process of service center I called for asking the opening timing and closing timing of the service center but either it is continuously busy or ringing "NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE" then I took a day off from office and I went to boat service Centre near by me for the defective solution. I wasn't expecting this response(I told my problem then he said "did you took appointment I said no but I called your service center and there is no response and that's why I called you FOR PROCESS AND TIMIMNG but he keep on telling his scripted message" please take appointment" so I took that also and ask him to give solution today only he said today will be not possible in 2 days you will get your appointment time. I told him that I took my day off for this I need it today m ready to stay till closing time of your service center also but no solution so I said ok but my office timing 11:00am to 7:00 please provide me before office timing like morning 10 am or 9:30 because there store open at 9:30 so it will be possible for me to come at morning then he said ok mention your timing I mentioned and after 2 days I received my appointment letter 2:30pm to 3:30 pm i texted on that number that please give me morning appointment but HE seen the message and no response . WORST WORST I WASN'T EXPECTING THIS..I TOOK MY DAY OF AND WHAT I GOT WORST SERVICE. PLEASE PROVIDE ME SOLUTION.
