I'm facing problem when I connect my airdopes with my mobile phone. These airdopes are not visible in bluetooth settings of my phone from 2 days, so I'm claiming my warranty

        All time vibrating and on off it self

          First I purchase a bluetooth device of boat I.e boat rockerz 335 but after 15days it's not working properly so I gave it to boat service center I.e. noida. After register a complaint after 25 days I got the Airdopes 381 active black instead of boat rockerz 335. But after 3 4 days airdopes is also not working. I call customer care but u guys are responding my call. So what I do for now please solve my problem Asap.

            Hi Team,

            We placed an order on 06 SEPT 2021 for BOAT Airdopes 131 - Wireless Earbuds (ordered copy attached). But we didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
            When we are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is yet to be dispatched from our warehouse. Please try again later once your order is dispatched:).

            This item has not been dispatched yet. It was mentioned in the website that order will be delivered in 3-5 business days but it has been 15 days now that order is still waiting for dispatch.
            Also we have called multiple times to customer care of boAt but we did not receive any satisfactory and good response from customer care.
            Please let us know the reason why the order has not been dispatched yet.

            This is a really disappointing situation that we have not received yet.
            Kindly help us in the fast delivery of our ordered products and also escalate this issue to the higher authority in boAt.

                  Service ticket number ( for replacement[protected]

                  I ordered Boat Rockerz 550 headphones on 13th July 2021 and received on 17th July 2021, slowly the product creating trouble like one side not working and volume will be low during wired condition, so I raised replacement request on 08th August 2021 and got a sudden call from a guy for pick up of the product on 10th August 2021 while I was at work no prior intimation was given that they will pick up on that day, they was speaking very rudely at that point I felt I made some mistake by ordering boat later on 12th August the product was picked up and acknowledgement messages were received one suddenly a guy called and spoke half hindi & half English and in a rude tone he asked whether I want refund or replacement, I stated replacement thinking that though the service levels were poor product might be good by mistake I would have received a faulty piece, it's more than a month now I am sending mails and making calls but no response at all, have mentioned the order number return request number on the top, kindly do the needful.

                  Really frustrated after too many follow ups without any response from the other side. Boat is a lesson to me I guess.

                        We are happy to inform you that for your service ticket number 3273753, we have dispatched the replacement product unit by XpressBees having tracking number[protected]. It would take approximately 9-12 days to reach the replaced product unit at your door step.

                        The above mentioned msg was from boat team after replacement till now not received or no response from both side boat and xpress bee courier.
                        the worst courier i ever seen in industry without contacting or conveying to the consignee they themself returned the product back to origin. boat company must feel guilty for using a courier like this boat may loose customers by this kind of transit through this courier.
                        Moreover no response from boat to.
                        unable to contact both courier and boat customer care there is no such option to contact them.
                        very very disappointed with boat trusted a lot now its all gone.
                        there is no warranty provided if not working u send product and money gone.

                        still no response from both boat as well as courier. now a new story from courier that shipment was lost.
                        why still boat not responding nothing conveyed from for queries and complaints posted is this the status for all warranty claimed from boat then why are u providing warranty and giving hope to people just tell products are use and throw no warranty product can be replaced.

                                I live in bareilly(243122) and i bought boat rockerz 235 V2 black model from flipkart in november 2020 under the warranty period i want replacement because the product is not working .
                                I have visited the available vission electrosystem service center 6-7 times in the past 2 months but everytime the guys there give me a different excuses for not exchanging it...my residence is 10km far from the service center and it is very difficult for me to go there again and again...i have wasted petrol worth more then my earephones...secondly the guy working there talk in a really bad tone i feel disrespected everytime.I think this is no way of talking to a customer who is in trouble because of the company's mistake and disrespecting a customer is really the worst you can do.
                                I bought this because i had a faith on boat ...but now my patience are been tested so much so that i will think 10 times before buying any product from boat.

                                  It has only been 3 weeks since i bought boat rockerz 550 from amazon and now the power button is not working which means that i cant use the headphones because of the malfunctioning of the power button

                                      Hi,

                                      I bought a Boat Rockerz 335 in the month of May '21. In the month of august suddenly the earphone stopped so i went to the service center and they provided me replacement product. But when I got the product checked, it was defective so I again visited the service center and they again provided me the replacement but it was also defective. All three pieces had the same problem, their power button not working.
