I would like to bring in to your notice that I Aditya Singh registered a complaint, ticket id "3103490" On dated 13 Aug, 2021.
Your engineer is visited to my home and regrading the problam he ordered a "Product PART".
I would regret to inform you that the your engineer and I also didn't received any update that the part has been dispatched from your company. Your customer support executive pushing this day by day and it's been 45 days.
Being so late for product part delivery is not what I expected from a reputed company like yours. I seriously condoned this irresponsible behaviour.

      The worst service ever. I have been calling the customer care number continuously for past 7 days all they tell you to do is wait on the call for half an hour and then they cut the call saying that we have noted your.Number and will reach back to you, which never happens. Don't ever buy from this stupid company.

        Complaint ticket number 3316093.
        Bought charger cable from Amazon and not when it stopped working I raised online complaint for warranty claim. 30 days passed and yet no resolution.

        I am following up on mail but no reverts received now. Have looped marketing team and customer care team but still no one feels responsible enough to respond.

        Seems like being cheated here.

          I ordered boat rockerz 335 on june 7 and that product is malfunctioning (power on failure).i have registered my replacement and the courier service picked up my product on August 19.i have not received any replacement product yet.

                  I have a ear phone of your company and I think it's totally wastage of money of buying boats product and I am totally malcontent with your products.
                  My ear phones are in warranty period.
                  and Now i don't have any expectations from your side because if you give me another ear phone surely it will be same quality.. Such undersized quality you serve to your customers. And day by day your company lost the public trust also just because of your bad quality products. For me it's a tainted product. Now it's upto you whether you want to alter my earphones or not because i am vexed with your products.

                              I had ordered a boat rockerz 330 navy blue neckband from boat official website but after somedays I returned back . They returned my product in two days but they didn't refunded my money. It has completed 1 month of returning my product whenever I tried to call boat customer care it shows like busy .

                                      I had returned Boat Rockerz 235V2 earphones that i bought from the boat website on 6th september-2021. I had applied for return on 10th September-2021. The product was successfully delivered to the boat centre but I haven't received the refund amount of ₹1019.15 till now.no response from boat customer care.Please process my refund as soon as possible.

                                        I have purchased Boat Rockerz 295V2 from amazon in Feb 2021, I have raised complaint at service Centre of Sector 18 Noida regarding the same they have raised replacement request for Boat Rockerz295V2 Black vide Request Number on 13th August 2021 service ticket number 3102446 and service reference number RVSRNTCD[protected]and I have received Lime Green Colour after that .

                                        Again on 17th September I have raised complaint to receive worng colour service ticket number 3446712 and service reference number RVSRNTCD[protected] & I had ordered for Black, but again I received Lime green colour and in description of the product Black is mention Receipt attached and also I have received Unbox product, in polythin only. I have attached photo of that as well.
