I have ordered boAt earphones on 5 Sept and the status is packed on 6 Sept no further improvement. This is really frustrating and I am not able able to cancel it and no refund yet. The order id is 770634, need resolution asap, not able to reach customer care

        I have ordered above mentioned product on 7 September at that time they told me that it will receive on 17th September today still it is 21 th September but product is not received yet.meanwhile they are delaying my order day by day when I go to check the order status.

                I have purchased boat airdopes 311, which are still in warranty but they are not working properly.

                                I purchased the airpods paying 1800rs on Sep 2nd.. it's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't received any updates at all until now.
