I placed my order for boat airdopes 441 Which i got on cost of ₹1699/- . After placing order on 2nd September its saying order id not found and I called customer care they just told to wait for few more days but no updates . Its got packed but showing not dispatched...

I have purchased boAt bassheads 100 Black earphones (wired) last year through Amazon, with a warranty period of 1 year. As the product was shipped on 3 September 2020 and the product started misbehaving on 25 August 2021 (Only one side of earphones is working now). Do I registered a complaint through Gmail and boAt website on 29 August 2021(well within warranty period).
Now I was in quarantine so I was not able to reach out at service...

Please provide cancel order option...

I have received the product yesterday which I gave ordered from flipkart. The product has noisy sound and less sound quality. It also has connection and charging problems. I found no refund in the flipkart site. I was upset about the product and I need an exchange to it with airdopes 402 if possible or refund of the money. So please look into my issue and respond to me ASAP.

I have placed order of 44, 128/- after applying FLAT20 code and I paid the amount through Phonepay (SBI Bank) and same screenshot of the transaction is attached below and amount also debited from my account but after the transaction it’s showing transaction failed . So please check with the above matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I bought boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ on 03.07.2021.
It won't work on one side.
I send boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ for repair on 02.09.2021. (Ticket no:3302821)
I received boAt Rockerz on 07.09.2021.
Please check this and resend my actual model headphone....

I didn't get my product but it showd delivered status then i complaint in "boat & delhivery service" but they gave me pod bu its not true i didn't get my product i swear, i told them in email full situation but they didn't respond.
This is totally fraud... because I didn't get my product & delhivery service not take any sign & this is not my sign, time is given as 7:24 when product is delivered, how is it possible ? It's very early...

I have ordered boat airdopes 402 on dated 8 September on 1:46 AM (see attached file for the same) but till now I didn't get any details regarding shipment of my order and nor I can cancel my order.

I try to contact them via email but there is no response than tried to contact them via their customers support toll free number but everytime time they put my call on hold.

This is worst experience I have ever experienced...

The boat's Bluetooth has not yet returned...

No cancel options...

I've ordered airdopes 402, payment was done, amount was deducted and even got the order ID but since then there's no update from the company about my order. It's still showing that it is not even dispatched yet, don't know how the service and customer support of this company is so poor. Kindly, look into this matter...
