Fake boat company air phone set please give me payment

I recieved the product in june 13th . now I facing problem with that...the headphones charging is not possible.so I want to return the product.so please consider my complient...as resolved my issue as early as possible

I registered a complaint a week ago and I still haven't got any update on it.

Ok so as I told ABOVE that my airdrops 402 is defective. and I also mailed my complain mail to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com as per the process.
I HAVE MY OFFICE FROM 10:30AM TO 7:30PM
so for visitation and process of service center I called for asking the opening timing and closing timing of the service center but either it is continuously busy or ringing "NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE" then I took a day off from office and I went to boat service Centre near by me for the defective solution. I wasn't expecting this response(I told my problem then he said "did you took appointment I said no but I called your service center and there is no response and that's why I called you FOR PROCESS AND TIMIMNG but he keep on telling his scripted message" please take appointment" so I took that also and ask him to give solution today only he said today will be not possible in 2 days you will get your appointment time. I told him that I took my day off for this I need it today m ready to stay till closing time of your service center also but no solution so I said ok but my office timing 11:00am to 7:00 please provide me before office timing like morning 10 am or 9:30 because there store open at 9:30 so it will be possible for me to come at morning then he said ok mention your timing I mentioned and after 2 days I received my appointment letter 2:30pm to 3:30 pm i texted on that number that please give me morning appointment but HE seen the message and no response . WORST WORST I WASN'T EXPECTING THIS..I TOOK MY DAY OF AND WHAT I GOT WORST SERVICE. PLEASE PROVIDE ME SOLUTION.

I have ordered for my boat extend watch on 21st September the delivery date is on 25th September. But still today 29th September I haven't received my order. If I track my order it shows every day by it was extended the delivery date. And the customer care number no one Receiveing when am trying to call them.

I orders a bluetooth but it's not working n charging so i complaint it on website they took the product on 22 september but on 28 september i saw in status that delivered n WHhandover. But i didn't received the product please send the product soon it's very necessary.

Hi, I purchased boat airdopes 131 black on 25 sep 2021 and i request them for return, then their delivery boy came on 15 sep 2021 to receive the product . Till now i haven't got any refund amount, the product status is showing that they had refunded me the amount but they haven't i didn't got any kind of amount on my any upi apps . Kindly help me out from this and the refund amount is 999/-

When I power it on it doesn't trun on

Not at all audiable, whenever it is turned it on it makes an wired sound . Pairing with buletooth it is too not audible,

My warranty complaint was registered on the 30th of August for Boat airdops as one of the airdops wasn't working. My product was within the warranty period. The delivery executive picked up the parcel from my address on the 31st of August and since then there has been no record of any such pickup. I received the notification of my pickup being denied after he had ALREADY taken away the parcel. I raised the issue with both Boat and the courier service both of them are unavailable on customer care calls. Boat did respond on instagram saying that they will look into the matter but no such action had been taken.

I ordered on 2nd sep. Now it's 27 . I didn't get it till now. No tracking is available.when I called customer care and told about trimmer they cut the call and blocked me

My ticket no. Is - 3443624. It has been 11 day no update of my product.The delivery tracking page says it has delivered . But i didn't received it till now, Where is my product.
