I have ordered BOAT Airdopes 131 - Wireless Earbuds today through their website but did not got order number. Payment was successful but page got error however money deducted. Got even payment I'd as well.
Payment done through Razorpay...

Ordered trimmer on 8th sep 21 but not yet dispatched.. still showing message as Order placed, amount has been paid, not sure how long will it take to dispatch, ordered for an occasion but no updates yet, really getting frustrated.

I have ordered boat Rockerz black headphone on 4 March 2021. After few months it stops working . I did complaint on 4 August 2021.. and give my original product to pickup boy. On 16 August 2021 I received parcel which having 2 toothbrush In place of headphone. I had bought a type c to type c cable on 16 june from boat website. I used it for 1 week, encountered problem and availed the warranty service. Since then it has been more than 2 months. I am repeatedly being sent type a to type c cable as replacement unit. The customer care keep on telling me to lodge a complaint and send the product to them. Again they send me the same wrong product again and again....

I have bought boat Rockerz 255 Pro blue colour by Flipkart order ID: OD[protected] on 17 Oct 20(Invoice date). On 20 Aug 21 its automatically switched off and after charging battery automatically swallowing.

Boat rockers 335 wireless bluetooth headsets is not working.still now warranty period is continue.after some day using boat earphone is not on and battery is not charging so completely it is not working. No physical damege....

I have Issue with my Product that some of the items are missing in the box like charging cable, types of buds, warranty card and Product box. They have exchanged but they are given only the charging case. I didn't get the rest of them. Please Kindly Provide With the Product box with all the item missing inside the box

I am getting a same issue. My order Id is 751754 and my order has not been even dispatched since 9 days. I would have ordered from Flipkart or any other platform. They dont even have any customer care support, they always gave me next day time but after next day date changed
I just want my order to be delivered as I have waited for a long long time

I submitted exchange request for my product before 10 days but no response getting yet....

I haven't recieved refund amount from boat till now. Returned the item two months back.they are not having customer care no also...they are into cheating the consumers and making money......
