Order #721435 Not Delivered and Payment not refund

I purchased the airpods paying 1800rs on Sep 2nd.. it's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't received any updates at all until now. I keep seeing msgs on instagram page that people haven't received their order evn after 1 and half or 2 months. I'm afraid that we are being looted here. Can someone help refund the amount or deliver the product?

One side is not working

I was using Boat Enigma Watch ince few months. Since last few days I am trying to charge the watch but it's not getting charged. Once i connect it with cable than only thing happens is I am getting boat logo on screen. It's not going any further. I have also visited Service center in my area. They have also checked the product for any physical damaged . But as per the them it's not having any physical damaged and it's a faulty so needs to get replaced. When they were trying to take my request they didn't got product listed in their system. By result they told me to contact online and get it resolved. I request to consider my request as I am very well satisfy and a customer who is using almost all the gadgets of boat only. But I am only facing the issue with this product. For more clarification I am also attaching product photos and also c copy of invoice. Request you to get it resolve on priority basis. My boat rokerz headphones are broken and they are not repairing

I have ordered a boAt earphones on 16/09/2021. Its been 2 days now and my order still hasnt dispatched...there has been no notifications from boat. No customer care number...just the order id - 822091. The payment has also been done. When will the order be dispatched? It would be better if there were notifications in case of disturbances... we just want to know whats going on.

My product is not delivered but on ticket I'd shows that product is WHhandover..

Boat flash watch stopped charging, i handed over the watch at service center and you have sent the replacement. Here are the ticket details:
service ticket number 3335236.

But in the delivered replacement there is no item. All are empty boxes, i didn't accept the delivery. I also posted these to you many times but no response. Do you really care about customers.

Item is missing in delivery.

I rejected the delivery AWD:[protected] as the product is fully opened and the boat product box seal is also open and the item is missing. I also shared the rejection letter with the delivery boy. Though I was asking the delivery boy while the delivery cotton box was open, he didn't allow me to touch it until I shared the delivery code. I see the delivery box is open and boat box seals are removed, when I opened the box I didn't see the watch. So, I refused to accept the delivery and also gave a rejection letter.

As is the shared delivery code, XpressBees are saying, they can't do anything and they forced me to accept the delivery, but i didn't accept it.

So, please do the needful.

My boat airdrop is not working
Somtime i m not able to hear it and Somtime its mic not work.
I am not able to connect it and not able to hear voice.

Its touch os is also not working.

Hello sir, I bought boat rokerz 335 but it suddenly stopped working. So I sent it to the service center to replace it but today it has been 15 days but no response has been received. Either you change my boat rokerz 335 or else you return my money.

My parcel 📦 has not delivered yet. Since it is near about 2-3 weeks. I was contacted to the delivery boy he is saying that, they have not received anything from boat. I have checked current status it is not responding anything plz try to deliver it ASAP.

My right side boat airpods is not charging and i have buy 1 month before and after some time right one is also facing same problem .

My boat 335 headphone are not working

I raised complainant because my Bluetooth headset was not working so I received
1st replacement product from boAt which is defective product it had power on issue so i raised new complainant then 2nd time received same defective replacement product which had power on issue.

I don't know whether they will check replacement product before dispatching to customer or they simply send same defective replacement product to customer but they will say we check product which they received from customer which had issues for sure i think so.

Worst customer service experience.

I'm suggesting to you guys whoever read my consumer complainant please don't buy this boAt products they will not provide support or solutions for customers who are facing issues with their boAt products who bought from online
platform or offline stores. Simply they check patience of customers by providing defective replacement products.

Again I created complainant for 3rd time I'm really not sure I'll be getting genuine and working replacement product.

You boAt brand lost your customers trust on boAt products.

I thought boAt brand is a genuine brand they provide best sales and services for their customers but they won't.
