I had registered replacement request on boat lifestyle website as rockerz 295 v2 I bought its one side stop working after only 2 months..they accepted replacement request and rockerz 295 v2 I send recieved at their end(boat hub). Its been more than 1 month..and when I call on customer care evertime they say that ur product is out of stock and we are giving u alternate options you can choose from them..and we will send the product..and then...

I purchased boat xtend watch but its battery life is not satisfying as boat promised when I restart watch its battery decline automatically sometime is declined by 10%or above you are requested to solve my problem please...

Purchase Boat rockerz 255R wireless Bluetooth headset on 12/02 /2021.
Only use 6 months . Set on but both side sound system not working ....

Boat rockzers 255+ bluetooth buttons are not working from starting, and also the functioning of this device is so bad.so plz we want to replace this product as soon as possible....

I ordered an earphones on 5th August

I have not recieved anything.
I have paid for my order and they did not even provide my with any order id or details because i placed an order through my guest account.

It's been 25 days and i haven't received anything or any details....

Its 3rd time I compliant but boat service is very bad so I can many times to complain, please replace my product but no means no they can only giving service but not properly servicing is very bad...

I am facing a lot of trouble, a had complained about my neckband and the complain sucsessfully accepted by the boat team and after some days the status of my product is showing that whhandover.
since 5 days please take any further action, i am loosing my patience....

The replacement product sent is also not working
Kindly replace it...

From yesterday night my left side of Rockerz 550 headphone stopped working suddenly...

Screen&touch is not functioning well.
Watch is vibrating unnecessarily....

My earphones one side is not working, some disturbance is coming, sond is getting low comparitively with the fresh earphone... One time previously also i complaint but they have not provided me a new one...

On 27th August 2021, I was trying to Order boat airdopes 281 pro on Boat lifestyle website. But The amount got deducted from my bank account(paytm wallet) but order was not placed and showed "out of stock". I am attaching screenshot of my payment. So Please refund my amount as soon as possible....

I have registered the complaint in the boat website, on 6th august the product was picked up by 'xpressbees logistics' .In boat website it is showing as "Product has been delivered to our service center. It usually takes 2 business days to inward the product." But when I called customer care they are telling we haven't received yet. In xpressbees website also it is showing as "Current Status: Delivered
