After the product damage, the product was picked up in the service warranty policy on August 18, 2021. The status shows that it was delivered on 24th August along with a message which shows details will be updated within 2 days. After 8 days still there's no updates and after calling the customer support they hold the call for an infinite duration and cuts the call mocking us. Further actions should be taken fast or else we will proceed this to consumer court.
