It has been 2 months I had registered a complaint of power failure of my boat avante 1280 on 24th of June I had registered complaint but till now no response I have all call records of boAt team whenever I had called they said it will be fixed in 72 hours but till now no response and I will surely fill a case against boAt. And my product was in the warranty period.

One wire of my earphone suddenly stopped working, I ordered it from flipcart on 2nd july and it's still in waranty. please replace or repair it.

I have placed an order for two headsets that cost Rs. 1, 198.00(pre-paid) on August 31, 2021. But I received some other products (it was a watch that cost 2000 something) on 02 September 2021. I have raised a return on the same day. Handover to Courier expresses bees on Friday, 3rd Sep 2021.

But I didn't get my replaced item till now. Till now I couldn't contact Boat or Express bees Customer care. Because nothing is customer-friendly. No reply for emails and the chat boot system is auto generated. They don't have a person to do the chat process. I have called their customer service I've waited in the queue for 15 mins. then when I became first in the queue that was also an autogenerated one, they dropped the call with a msg of call back.

Now its shows this status in Xpressbess,

"Monday, 6th Sep 2021 03.33 PM WHHandover"

By evening the boat status has changed to "Converted Exchange Request To Refund Request". I didn't request a refund.

I need to have a proper status about my purchase. I need to get connect with them either by phone or mail. My contact no:[protected]

My boAt rockerz 235v2 warranty product is not received, i it is now show in bhiwandi for repair status their ticket no :2318528
Now they not show their current location

After 4 months using my Rockerz 295v2 Wireless Neckband with BT v5.0, IPX7 Water Resistance left side bud not working, i have warranty but customer care number not responding my call i want applying for warranty exchange same problem has came one side buds stop working. nothing, please proceed further process.

This is 3rd time with in 10 months am applying for warranty exchange every time same problem has came one side buds stop working. nothing light also not blinking no voice. This time right side bud stop working.

I have also attached the video of my CCTV footage at my door entry where the delivery boy Asked me to show me the link of the expressbees normal text message and then asked to give feedback and then he handed over me the Packet and moved very fast which can be clearly observed in Attached Video .

if the delivery boy would have been genuine then he should first give me the parcel then could have asked to give feedback but It is clear his priority was to give feedback so that he will be in safe hand and move out as soon as possible after giving me the parcel so that I cannot open it till he is escaped.

When I call back to the registered no which was showing in Boat order a person name Rohit received the call and said I sent one of my friend to deliver the product as he was busy in delivering other product

So please look into the video and also make sure audio is ON so that you can hear him clearly .

I had placed the of boat bass head 104 on 4th September 2021. Whenever i track my order it shows order id is not found. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I have bought airdopes 402 black from boat website on 25th august. this is the order id number 720662. i received empty box. i have tried to contact on their customer service number they are not picking. no one responsded. i have bought for 1350 rupees. please help me what should i do. my email address is [protected]@gmail.com

Boat airdopes 141 left airdope was not working

Hi All, I placed an order for smartwatch on BOAT website on 21st September Order number - 707320. the estimated delivery date was 26th however when i tracked on delhivery site it said the order was not ready for shipment on 23rd, 24th, 24th September. On 26th it said the order was cancelled by the seller. but on BOAT website it was still showing in progress whenever I called customer care they always said we are escalating and there was no resolution. so I had to cancel the order on 1st September.

then on 1st I placed a fresh order- 752166 for the same smartwatch, again I am getting similar updates like what I have been getting for my previous order. as per the tracking details on 4th September Order is not ready with the seller. and today again it said Order is not ready with the seller.

Can you please look into it and get the order delivered asap I am not getting any concrete response from customer care or emails. I want my order to be delivered asap as it is well in stock. it is always available on the site.

Reference to the mentioned order number, order placed on 05 Aug 21 in Boat online, Paid upfront. I am yet to receive the delivery. however i been notified through email that the item already delivered on 12 Aug 21.

From that day i am contacting support team over email, messenger etc. not even single feedback

Its been more than 25 days and i am yet to receive any update.

I recently ordered an boat bluetooth headset and after a week its show that the product is unavailable and the refund amount will be credited to your account in 7 day
Its have been 3 months since the the refund order initiated
I haven't received any refund amount to my account

I had ordered boat 550 headphones from the website and made the payment
But order was not confirmed and I didn't recieve my order id
Now payment is done and amount is debited and I'm not able to cancel my payment nor the order is confirmed.
Payment was done through gpay.

Not working is warranty plz exchange dor to dor sarvises

My rockerz 335 suddenly get off during calls and restarts selfly in 30 to 40 seconds.

My product was delivered back to another address
the device i gave as a complaint i did not get back 26/08/2021 the device is gone,
i want my product back in my address

My order was reverse picked up but till now I have not received my refund, everyday I mail them I just get a mail that we are working on it. But till now no response.
