I have Issue with my Product that some of the items are missing in the box like charging cable, types of buds, warranty card and Product box. They have exchanged but they are given only the charging case. I didn't get the rest of them. Please Kindly Provide With the Product box with all the item missing inside the box

    I am getting a same issue. My order Id is 751754 and my order has not been even dispatched since 9 days. I would have ordered from Flipkart or any other platform. They dont even have any customer care support, they always gave me next day time but after next day date changed
    I just want my order to be delivered as I have waited for a long long time

    Please help me

        I haven't recieved refund amount from boat till now. Returned the item two months back.they are not having customer care no also...they are into cheating the consumers and making money...

          I'm unable to cancel my order every time I ask the help boat on the website that I want cancel my order it says that u need to go to manage your order and then cancel it but every time I goto the manage order section there is no order cancellation option there is this joke to you boat is wasting my time and there is no way of contacting the website people because only contact they give is there warranty and service center no. What about the website customer support and it is a paid order or other wise I would just ignored the but now I need to wait and wait it's been eternity since I ordered my product and it's stuck in a single delivery facilities if cannot provide sufficient service and satisfaction to the customer then you should live the selling part to the pros like Flipkart and Amazon my order no.             Tracking shows product has been delivered even though I haven't received any product

            I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 1st August . On the 7th of August it showed as out for delivery and on the 7th it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.

                It has been 2 months I had registered a complaint of power failure of my boat avante 1280 on 24th of June I had registered complaint but till now no response I have all call records of boAt team whenever I had called they said it will be fixed in 72 hours but till now no response and I will surely fill a case against boAt. And my product was in the warranty period.

                    I have placed an order for two headsets that cost Rs. 1, 198.00(pre-paid) on August 31, 2021. But I received some other products (it was a watch that cost 2000 something) on 02 September 2021. I have raised a return on the same day. Handover to Courier expresses bees on Friday, 3rd Sep 2021.

                    But I didn't get my replaced item till now. Till now I couldn't contact Boat or Express bees Customer care. Because nothing is customer-friendly. No reply for emails and the chat boot system is auto generated. They don't have a person to do the chat process. I have called their customer service I've waited in the queue for 15 mins. then when I became first in the queue that was also an autogenerated one, they dropped the call with a msg of call back.

                    Now its shows this status in Xpressbess,

                    "Monday, 6th Sep 2021 03.33 PM WHHandover"

                    By evening the boat status has changed to "Converted Exchange Request To Refund Request". I didn't request a refund.

                    I need to have a proper status about my purchase. I need to get connect with them either by phone or mail. My contact no:[protected]

                    still, it's not solved. They are (BOAT) simply taking this problem. they have only refund the amount of Rs.599 I have to get Rs. 1, 198.00.

                    The customer can cancel/ return only one time the product within 15 days and the full amount will be refunded to the customer}

                    *This is their refund policy.
                    First of all, I didn't apply for any refund but exchange because of the wrong product I have got. They have changed the status to refund by mentioning that, "Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange the product for a different color. However, we shall issue you a refund once the order is picked up from your place"..

                              I have also attached the video of my CCTV footage at my door entry where the delivery boy Asked me to show me the link of the expressbees normal text message and then asked to give feedback and then he handed over me the Packet and moved very fast which can be clearly observed in Attached Video .

                              if the delivery boy would have been genuine then he should first give me the parcel then could have asked to give feedback but It is clear his priority was to give feedback so that he will be in safe hand and move out as soon as possible after giving me the parcel so that I cannot open it till he is escaped.

                              When I call back to the registered no which was showing in Boat order a person name Rohit received the call and said I sent one of my friend to deliver the product as he was busy in delivering other product

                              So please look into the video and also make sure audio is ON so that you can hear him clearly .

                              Please feel free to call me at anytime on [protected] if any further querry.

                              I am really very disturbed since last three days due to this incident.
                              Please resolve this matter at the earliest ORDER NO :216391.

                                      Hi All, I placed an order for smartwatch on BOAT website on 21st September Order number - 707320. the estimated delivery date was 26th however when i tracked on delhivery site it said the order was not ready for shipment on 23rd, 24th, 24th September. On 26th it said the order was cancelled by the seller. but on BOAT website it was still showing in progress whenever I called customer care they always said we are escalating and there was no resolution. so I had to cancel the order on 1st September.

                                      then on 1st I placed a fresh order- 752166 for the same smartwatch, again I am getting similar updates like what I have been getting for my previous order. as per the tracking details on 4th September Order is not ready with the seller. and today again it said Order is not ready with the seller.

                                        Reference to the mentioned order number, order placed on 05 Aug 21 in Boat online, Paid upfront. I am yet to receive the delivery. however i been notified through email that the item already delivered on 12 Aug 21.

                                        From that day i am contacting support team over email, messenger etc. not even single feedback

                                        Its been more than 25 days and i am yet to receive any update.
