    Recently my headphones got damaged and i applied for a replacement of the product on 30th april. It was picked up by the courier person from xpressbees, i think the product reached the destination on may 28th, but still i have no information regarding my complaint. It's been already 3 months i have applied for a replacement of my damaged product, but still i have'nt received any update from the company. So, please provide details regarding my compliant as soon as possible.

    Firstly, thank you for responding to my complaint.In the website page when I track my complaint, it is showing that replacement product is issued, and will be dispatched soon, this is on 8th july.But after that I haven't received any update regarding the dispatch.Please dispatch my replacement product as soon as possible, because its been already so many months I have lodged my complaint.Thank You.

      One side/both side of earphones was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 15 june, 2020 and product is picked on 19june 2020, today after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover suddently on the date when "our for delivery" has been shown since 25th of june. Now it's 6th july and i've no idea about my unit. I m trying to contact with customer care but no one pickup my call

      I also write a complain on consumer complaints 27 june 'u tell m that u should notified boat they contact me for several days " 9 days over but now no response from the boat
      Help! Here i want my earphone as early as possible.

      Boat said that at the time of complain 10-12 we provide ur replacement. I tried to call them and mail them but but they are not responding to me what should i do

      Both sides of earphones was not working, so i raised complaint on 24oct . And then it was marked as WhHandler from 1oct and it has to be dispatched in 5 business days . But till now no action has been taken nor i get my earphones . Please help me .

        Left earbud of my boat rockerz 255 stopped working. I booked a replacement on 7th june and the product got picked up on 12th june. Product was approved for replacement on 24th june, but it's been 10+ days from the date of approval and 20+days since product picked up now and i still don't know where the replacement product is. I have been trying to call them but they haven't answered any. I have attached screenshots below, for more details.

          I registered a Complain on 30th April 2020 for problem in my boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset .No sound is coming in one side of boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset. My complain no. is 1080146(Ticket no.). Pickup schedule on 5th May 2020, I have given my boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset.
          When I check on line status its shows “WHHandover” on 28th May 2020 and customer care is not picking up phone.
          After repairing I have not received my boat rockerz 255 Bluetooth Wireless Headset till now & almost 2 Month complete, I have not received it yet.

          After posted complain, Boat customer support change status as "Replacement Product Issued" on 8th July'20, Till now my Product is still not dispatched.From Pickup schedule on 5th May 2020, it is almost 1.5 months.

            Try returning or replacing a boat product to boat company, you will know how we are progressing in life . It takes 25 days to reach the boat warehouse and they take 15 days to analyse the product and more 15 days to dispatch and then 30 days to reach you back . Hahha. What an amazing service

                    I have complaint about my earphone damage with ticket no 1109566 and you said that it can't be deliver on my address. I purchased it from amazon and they deliver on this address. My warranty period is about to expire and i don't have alternative address and relative address is not possible in this corona situation so please contact to amazon delivery and exchange my earphone, otherwise i will always feel cheated by you. Never gonna bought your products.

                      I have claimed warranty on my boat Rockerz 255...on June 16th June pickup was done. I haven't received my boat earphones yet.My ticket no is:1179095. When will I get my earphones back...plz reply.. I checked status of my earphones As from 24th June it's showing Replacement Product Issued ..I am attaching screenshot of my status with the mail...kindly help ...I want my earphones back...
                      I am continously asking for my product boat Rockerz 255 that when i will receive my replacement product boat headset.

                      Because i am totally hopeless with you customer oriented service, kindly update status of my ticket 1179095 asap otherwise i have to escalate this matter with higher authorities.

                        I registered my complaint for boat Bassheads 100 hawk earphones on 13th March 2020 and they got picked up on 17th March, then from 22nd March the whole country has been in lockdown so I didn't complain and Patiently waited but now when the lockdown is over, why am I not getting my earphones back? Earlier when I tracked my earphones form boat's website, it showed they are stuck in Mumbai, now it says "no data avaliable", on my ticket statues it just says "20 March 2020 - Replacement Product dispatching soon" . Would you please return my earphones boat.

                        So my problem has been solved, I posted this complaint on 5th July and got my earphones back on 28th July, I'm just glad that they are back even though it took 135 days.
                        I know boAt did the best it could, I mean once the work started after lockdown, it must be hard to keep track of products of 3 months ago when you're getting them on prolly a regular basis, I hope boAt will provide good customer support and people won't have to face this kind of problem any more.

                          I filed a complaint for my earphone, in which both the sides weren't working.
                          I placed the order on 19th JUNE, and till now it is 17 days and I haven't received my product. On 26th june it showed " Out for delivery" Then after sometimes it showed that it is still in process. They don't answer to our calls at all. They aren't providing the product nor giving me the refund.

                                I had made a replacement request last month and the company used xpressbee to pickup the product on 15 june 2020 and since then i havent received my replacement it is showing whhandover since 27 june 2020.. What should i do.. I need my replacement as soon as possible.. Why are they taking so much time to deliver a product.. I reached out to thier customer care no. And i was giving them my shipping no. But they were saying that no input has been received. And what is this even when i type my registered mobile no. They were also saying the same

                                20 days passed and yet not received my replacement ... the company isnt responding to my calk calls and the boat agent is also unavailable how should i contact to the agent because i need to talk and u cant provide that then i will raise a complaint against xpressbee for violating consumer law

                                  I purchased boat bluetooth earphones boat rockerz 255 (Active black). As one side of the earphone had stopped working i had registered a warranty claim. They approved the claim and picked up my product. But it's been more than 2 months now and i haven't heard from them. They told they will replace within 12-15 days but haven't provided any status on the product return since then. I have tried calling their customer care but no one picks up. I have mailed them a lot of times but i get an autogenerated mail saying to call them to speak to their customer support. My ticket number is 1051066. Please help with the same. Thanks in advance.

                                  They have still not responded. They picked my product on March 20th before the Covid-19 lockdown. I want a replacement now. The track status always shows to track it with Xpressbees which shows no data found. This shows very poor customer support. The customer care still doesn't pick up the calls also. I would take necessary action against both Boat and Xpressbees if the needful is not done quickly.
