I registered my complaint for boat Bassheads 100 hawk earphones on 13th March 2020 and they got picked up on 17th March, then from 22nd March the whole country has been in lockdown so I didn't complain and Patiently waited but now when the lockdown is over, why am I not getting my earphones back? Earlier when I tracked my earphones form boat's website, it showed they are stuck in Mumbai, now it says "no data avaliable", on my ticket statues it just says "20 March 2020 - Replacement Product dispatching soon" . Would you please return my earphones boat.

Updated by teebee So my problem has been solved, I posted this complaint on 5th July and got my earphones back on 28th July, I'm just glad that they are back even though it took 135 days.
I know boAt did the best it could, I mean once the work started after lockdown, it must be hard to keep track of products of 3 months ago when you're getting them on prolly a regular basis, I hope boAt will provide good customer support and people won't have to face this kind of problem any more.
