I purchased my boatbass 100 earphones on feb 2020, after just 3months one of the sides stopped working worst part. So, i claimed my warranty, they took my product on 28th may 2020, its been like almost one and halfmonth and xpressbess showing its status as wh handover as of 22nd june 2020 and current status is shown as delivered, i didnt receive any. Its hasnt been updated after the above date. Reckless about customers products, why there is so much of negligence in warranty issues, better dont give it if you cant do good job. Worst experience on top of it only worked 3months. Solving issue will do good.

    I received my replacement product from boat after and all my replacement product is also not working properly one side sound is very low i'm very very disappointed with boat service i call on boat toll free no. They cut the phone without talk my ticket no. Is 1082527 i have requested to boat please replace my product

      I have registered a complaint on 11th june, 2020. The product was picked up on 16th june, 2020. Now it is showing the status of my complaint as "replacement product issued" since 26th june, 2020, but no shipment detail is provided. No response to phone call or email. Now, i have made an purchase on their website, but i doubt their credibility. They don't provide any option to cancel the order, even on tracking order id it says order id not found.

        My replacement product was issued on 7th july 2020. It's been 5 days and there is no update from company end regarding despatch status of the replaced product.

          I sent boat rockerzz 255r wireless headphones on 31st may 2020 to get replacement under warranty. Its been more than a month but i m not getting any updates or status of replacement. My headphones were already under warranty and i understand there could be a delay because of covid-19 breakdown but but this has been delayed by more than 50 days. Please do needful and send me details of status of my product.

            I had registered my product for warranty claim on 23 june and it was picked up on 24 june from that time there is no response from the company. The ticket is 1211380
            They never picks up the calls from customer even not replying to emails
            They said that they will update their status after 4 days but but not updated yet.

            Please deliver my replacement product asap and please take strict actions on these fraud companies...

                          Sir i give my earphone fir replacement on 27 they give me a ticket no which is 1128480... It was picked up on 3rd of june sir not it's more then 1 month and i haven't received any mail from boat nd no idea what they are doing with it sir please do something i need my earphone back i can't afford another one please give it to me as soon as possible i want it immediately they told me it will take more then 15 day but now it's too late i need it sir please do something my earphone is handel to whhandover on 16th of june in mumbai till now i haven't got any updates about that

                              I've ordered boat bassheads 100 in www.boat-lifestyle.com website for rs.399/- with order number #22988 and made payment through razor pay portal.

                              As per the delivery policy i should get the order within 7-10 business days and the tracking number details should be sent to me once the product dispatched from warehouse. Till now i haven't received my product and tracking details. I've sent many mails mentioning my issue to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and received no response from the team. I tried calling to the customer care number [protected] and the number is not working. Please look into this issue asap

                                I had buyed a boat rockerz 380 wireless headphone on 19/5/2020.
                                After using it for two weeks it was not working properly.
                                So i registered a com plaint in the website of imagine marketing private limited. They approved my complaints with ticket number 1182423. And i got the conformation e - mail also. The product was picked up by delhivery private limited. After two weeks i got an email conforming that the product has been recived in the service center. The i have not recived any mail from them. It has been one month and i have not recived the product. Helpline number of imagine marketing pvt is not working since last one month.
