Bluetooth headphone

Hi, i have registered a complaint on 22nd of april, 2020 on boat website and it get approved on same day woth ticket id 1073393. Another day it has been picked up from my address by courier person and it take almost 55 days almost to deliver the product just to next station. Than it take 6 to 7 days for day and my complaint status to change to replacement product issued (Date 24 june) but for more than 75 days, i m still struggling to get...

I've submitted my problem about the headphones... And they have already picked up my product... And the delivery company said that it has already delivered the product... It's been a Month and there's still no update about my headphones... Not even on the site...

They are taking products for warranty and not returning

I had registered my product for warranty claim on 9th june and it was picked up on 14th june from that time there is no response from the company . The ticket no which they have given is also not updated on their website[protected].
.They never picks up the calls from customer...

My faulty product was picked up from my home on 2nd June, 2020 and reached the repairing center on 8th June, 2020 as per the status corresponding to my AWB number.

No replacement of faulty unit.

My ticket number is 1149235 and the complaint was registered on 3rd june 2020. As of 24th june 2020, it says that the replacement unit has been issued and will be dispatched soon but no action has been taken since then....

I have registered complaint on 3 rd of june and after getting my product they are showing your product will be dispatched soon from 26 june and today is 7 july and i got no response from the company and i cannot reach them through their phone no.provided on the site...

Product dispached issue

My ticket no is 1122572. My earphone picked up on 1st june. Last update i got was replacement product dispaching soon on 24th june. Now it's 7th of july and there is no further update. When will i get my earphone???

product not replaced since 40 days. no customer support.

Its been more than 40 days since i have raised a request to replace my boat earphones. The product was picked up at 9th june. After multiple mails and no response, the status was updated as product being dispatched on 25th june. However, there as been no response to mails even after repeated mails being sent for status update. The customer should at least be informed in case of delay. The customer service is the worst. The calls are never...

Product was received on service center on date 21jun 2020, but from 24.06.2020 status is showing replacement product was issued. Could you update the status with courier...

My earphone mic was not woeking, so i raised complaint on 28 may 2020and product is picked on 3rd june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected], its been 37days still no update from boat.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

I had raised a complaint on 21st june, 2020 for my boat rockerzz 255f red bluetooth headphone as the the right side of the headphone was not working. Boat recieved the complaint on 22nd june, 2020 and ticket no. Generated.

The ticket no: 1204286

After that on 23rd june, 2020, one executive from xpressbees delivery took away the headphone from me to reach its destination.

no proper assistance by boat for queries regarding the replacement of the product.

It has been 7 days since the pickup, 4 days ago xpressbees shipment tracker showed it was delivered (Whhandover) to boat company but i haven't recieved any such updates from boat.
Emails are ignored.
Customer care contact number:[protected] shows server unreachable everytime i try to call....

There was problem on call on mic with my boat rockers 400. They picked it up 2 months ago and still i have not received it back. Neither they reply mails nor they pick up calls. Also there is problem with their answering system on calls. No input is being accepted. This is the worst experience of my with any company and i will make sure no one buys a boat product in my network ever see nothing has been updated after 24th july also i want...
