    Helloo

    My boat earphone was picked up on 21st june 2020 and estimate delivery to your center was 25th june 2020.

    Currently xpressbees is showing arrived at bom/rvp, mumbai, maharashtra from five days and there is no further progress in shippment status.

    It's been 12 days of registrating complaint for earphones.

      I registered complaint and they picked up my product on june 6 and they i have received on 24th june and replacement issued on 26th but after that no update about product i am mailing them but no reply unable to contact customer care

        Boat service center in mumbai received my faulty headphone on 10th june, and on 22nd june they issued replacement of my headphone and started preparing to dispatch. (As my status is showing, my ticket no[protected]. But it's already more than 1 week over but they aren't dispatching my product. How long i have to wait? They are not giving reply in their email.

            My boat ticket no. Is 1188677 and was it picked from me on 19 th july which has to be delivered on 21th july from expressbee services whose awb no. Is[protected] now it was delivered on 27 july but i hadn't received any mail from boat regarding the successful delivery of my product and i am trying to reach them and seeking help but no respond is coming and i am really in big trouble i really want that product as soon as possible pls help...

            I bought a wireless headset from boat last year October. 2months back headphone was not working properly, so i decided to claim warranty for that i registered the product in their website. After registration they asked me to send the defect product to boat service center through their courier partner. Then they received product on 9 th June and issued replacement on same day. But still i haven't received headphone. I have sent mails, sent messages to boat support. They didn't respond to my mails and messages.Almost 2 months passed since I registered my complaint.

              I had submitted a ticket on 26th April about the maintenance of my bluetooth headset not working on one side. The Xpressbees courier boy picked up my product on 7th May. I asked about when will my headset be delivered to me. I was til dthat I may recieve my headset by 1st Week of June. When I called the customer service executive wild me to wait 1 week as their services are being resumed. It has been 12 days and they have stopped answering my calls and emails. 50+ days for maintenance and replacing of a product is highly disappointing and I fear that they have lost my product and now delaying meill I forget about it

                One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 9 JUNE 2020 and product is picked on 12 JUNE 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected]:18 pm. Now Its 29 june 2020, its been 14 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                Please help here i want my airbuds as early as possible...

                      Hey, i have received my order yesterday from myntra. One side of the headphone is not working. So i reached myntra for exchange, they provided me a boat customer support contact.

                      I have called that number couples of times but my call has been disconnected each time. I have complained to every possible option available on their site. Please provide me

                      My boat rockerz 255 bluetooth earphones one side is stopped working. So i made a replacement complaint. The product was picked up on 4th june 2020 at 3:40 pm, after that on 16th june it shows the status "whhandover". And now no more updates till now after that. It's been 13 days now. No one in the boat customer care is responding.

                      I want my earphones delivered to me as soon as possible.

                          My complaint was successfully registered, and i got a pickup done for the product as well of

                              It's been too long since the delivery boy pick my earphones from my home.. One earphone had been taken from my home 7th may and another one was taken on this month first week of june.. Since i tried almost every day to contact with the customer care but it didn't respond yet.. I called to the xpress delivery company but they also not pick up my phone.. Now it's almost near to 2 months still i don't get the replacement of my earphones... Or if i want some information customer care didn't received my phone.. Now i urged to the authority please take enough decision so that i can receive my 2 earphones replacement..
