My name is Chaitanya Chavare, resident of Mumbai. I had raised the complaint on 12th June 2020 regarding my boAt rockerz 255 Active black Bluetooth earphones one/both sides not working. My ticket number is 1177288. The product was reverse picked on 17th June 2020. On 21st June, it reached to the warehouse where the replacement unit Was issued. Ever since then, it's showing the same status as dispatching soon. Where have you dispatched it to? The moon? This is totally dissapointing. I had never expected this kind of service from boAt. I have been calling the designated helpline and sending emails, but they don't even care to revert with a proper Explaination. I don't think if someone buys a new product, there will be such a delay to it. Then why such discrimination against warranty related services? Also, they're producing cheap quality earphones as I have had to replace it twice in a span of 9 months only. I am gonna make sure from now on I don't buy any boAt product ever again and also tell my companions to do so.

I know boAt did the best it could, I mean once the work started after lockdown, it must be hard to keep track of products of 3 months ago when you're getting them on prolly a regular basis, I hope boAt will provide good customer support and people won't have to face this kind of problem any more.
