    My wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 6th june 2020 and product is picked on 8th june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from: thursday, 18th jun 2020, 06.29 pm. Now 15 oct 2019, its been 24 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

    Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

      I had made a replacement request last month and the company used xpressbee to pickup the product on 15 june 2020 and since then i havent received my replacement it is showing whhandover since 27 june 2020.. What should i do.. I need my replacement as soon as possible.. Why are they taking so much time to deliver a product.. I reached out to thier customer care no. And i was giving them my shipping no. But they were saying that no input has been received. And what is this even when i type my registered mobile no. They were also saying the same

      20 days passed and yet not received my replacement ... the company isnt responding to my calk calls and the boat agent is also unavailable how should i contact to the agent because i need to talk and u cant provide that then i will raise a complaint against xpressbee for violating consumer law

        I purchased boat bluetooth earphones boat rockerz 255 (Active black). As one side of the earphone had stopped working i had registered a warranty claim. They approved the claim and picked up my product. But it's been more than 2 months now and i haven't heard from them. They told they will replace within 12-15 days but haven't provided any status on the product return since then. I have tried calling their customer care but no one picks up. I have mailed them a lot of times but i get an autogenerated mail saying to call them to speak to their customer support. My ticket number is 1051066. Please help with the same. Thanks in advance.

        They have still not responded. They picked my product on March 20th before the Covid-19 lockdown. I want a replacement now. The track status always shows to track it with Xpressbees which shows no data found. This shows very poor customer support. The customer care still doesn't pick up the calls also. I would take necessary action against both Boat and Xpressbees if the needful is not done quickly.

          My 1 side of earphone get damaged, so i claim warranty and they pick the damage earphone from home on date 3 june and now its showing in tracking id WHhandover in 16 june and today is 4 july and no response coming from the boat customer care and no change showing in tracking id and don't know it will come or not

              My name is Chaitanya Chavare, resident of Mumbai. I had raised the complaint on 12th June 2020 regarding my boAt rockerz 255 Active black Bluetooth earphones one/both sides not working. My ticket number is 1177288. The product was reverse picked on 17th June 2020. On 21st June, it reached to the warehouse where the replacement unit Was issued. Ever since then, it's showing the same status as dispatching soon. Where have you dispatched it to? The moon? This is totally dissapointing. I had never expected this kind of service from boAt. I have been calling the designated helpline and sending emails, but they don't even care to revert with a proper Explaination. I don't think if someone buys a new product, there will be such a delay to it. Then why such discrimination against warranty related services? Also, they're producing cheap quality earphones as I have had to replace it twice in a span of 9 months only. I am gonna make sure from now on I don't buy any boAt product ever again and also tell my companions to do so.

                  You send email to boat regarding ur complain ...I did same I also contacted them through through instagram ...to which they responded and assured they will send it back as soon as pandemic is over ...finally few days back I got an email from boat that my product is out for delivery ...and finally after a long wait of about 3 months I received new earphones i.e.got my product replaced

                      I have returned my boat wireless earphones as it was under warranty period. The return was successful but it has been one month since i did not receive my replacement unit.
                      There has been no response from their side either on mail or on calls. I have been a frustrated customer from their service now and it's been high time they should value their customer.
                      I want to get updated on my product and want my replacement unit as soon as possible. Please notice this issue and forward this complaint so that they can issue me the product and value thier customers.

                          Boat — Boat earphones complaint


                          My boat earphones was picked on 27 June 2020 and they are not arrived yet.Currently xpressbees is showing Arrived at BOM/RVP, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA this as shipment status and estimated delivery is 29 June 2020.My ticket number is 1224129. Kindly resolve my problem asap. Why it is taking so long!!!.

                            My boat speaker sphinx 2.0 was not working properly, so i register a complaint and they took my product on may 16 2020 for servicing.. I am continuously tracking my product. By given tracking link.. But from 6june there has been no update of it, also customer service person are not receiving my call.. It's been near to 2months i didnt get my product back..

                            I want to know where is my product.. Why they are taking so long to return it to me... Also no one picking calls, neither reverting to emails complained... I think they have stolen the product.. There are many similar complaints about them in their site.

                                I have returned my boat rockerz 255 active black to the courier boy because is in warranty and it's almost a month it does not dispatch for delivery.
                                In mail they said that they Would dispatch with four days. In complent tracking the status is showing me that replacement product issued, but now it is not showing any updates and the replacement product should have to be reached me many days earlier but it doesn't dispatched yet...
                                Please help me with that return my replacement quickly...

                                  My Boat earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 29th May 2020 and product is picked on 6th Jun 2020. On 18th Jun it reached Mumbai, and on 24th Jun 2020 the status of my complaint is updated as "Replacement unit Is dispatching soon". But post that there is no update in the status. They are not responding any mails since 1 month, customer care number never get connected as I hav ebeen trying since last 1 month. I have no option left to check the status.

                                      I bought those earphones from Amazon in the month of January 2020. And it stopped working in the month of April 2020. Please replace as fast as possible.

                                        I have claimed warranty on my boat basshead 172 wired headset... On june 5 nd pickup was done on june 13 2020. I haven't received my boat earphones yet. My ticket no is:1153477. When will i get my earphones back... Plz reply.. I checked status of my earphones it shows delivered but i have not received it..                                         06.2020, ticket no was 1153477 also picked this product through xpress bee against awb[protected]. Product was received on service center on date 15 jun 2020, but from 27.06.2020 status is showing replacement product was issued. Could you update the status with courier details so that on my level i can track for same.
                                        Because i am totally hopeless with you customer oriented service, kindly update status of my ticket 1153477 asap otherwise i have to escalate this matter with higher authorities.
                                        Still i am waiting for my replacement product after 16 days. It is too horrible service.

                                        I got my earphones back ...I wrote to boAt on instagram luckily it replied and said due to pandemic issue of delivery is happening...so they assured as soon as things will run smoothly it will deliver it... luckily approx waiting for 3 month I got new earphones back...I mailed them also...
