    One side of the boat rockerz 255 was not working. So i claimed the warranty as it was under warranty period. I raised the complaint on 29 june and picked up on 30th june. The product reached the service center on 10 julya and after checking they gave status on 11july that replacement dispatching soon but it hasnt reached yet.
    They are not responding to calls or emails
    Please help to get my earphones as early as possible

      My one side of earphone not worked properly so i raised complain against it. They took my earphone 21th june. Today it's 16th july. It's been so long time still no response from boat.
      Please help me to get back my earphone.

        I made a replacement request of boat bassheads 100 in-ear wired headphones with mic (Black) on 07/07/20 and reached at service center on 07/07/20. And last status shown on ticket number - 1234937 that "replacement product dispatching soon" on 08/07/20 after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 16 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1234937. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

            I had issued a complaint for my boat rockerz 255 black wireless earphones. My product was picked up and it's now 7 days it hasn't reached the destination. My warranty is going to end on 17 july and today is 16 july and till now the product has not reached the service center. So i have issue that will i get my product or they will refuse to replace it. Please help me as i am student and i need the headphones for my studies and for all stuff. So please replace it as soon as possible. I am little worried. I really want my earphones.
            The boat customer care is not available to take calls as it is busy always whenever i call them.
            Please let me know my status and will i get my product replaced and till when??

              I have registered a complaint about my boat rockerz 255 sports black colour bluetooth headphones that one side speaker is not working on 30th may 2020 and it was picked by xpress bees courier on 7 th june 2020 and almost after 45 day's on 15th july 2020 they are showing status as whhandover i want my headphones delivered to me as soon as possible please deliver it to me.

                  Both side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 19 june 2020 and product is picked on 20 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover that too of date 30 june. Now its 15 july still no update from boat, its been 27 days from registering my complaint and still no proper update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                    I palced a replacement request on 22/6/2020 which was to be picked up after request made for replacement and the time period for the replacement was told. By your employee was 10-12 days because of global pandemic... Product was picked up from me on 27/6/2020... From now till then i haven't recieved any update from your side neither i have got my replaced product... If there's any issue from your side make it quick or provide me refund i'll be happy to have my money back if you cannot provide me with the replaced product

After continuously tracking the earphones for 10 days, i found that the product has been wh handover but i haven't received my earphones!!!

Latter he told me again 100rs pay in phone pay for Gst. When i pay 297rs in phone pay . Then he blocked in WhatsApp. At that time i realized he is fraud . After that he did not receive my call . He did not refund my money.

                          Last week i'd purchased boat headset bassheads 100 online from boat site. I made online payment too and received automated confirmation stating that the item will be shipped but there has been no confirmation on delivery yet. I made several call to their customer care but no response. My email note too did not revoke any response.

                          Boat lifestyle customer care no.[protected].

                          This is completely frustration as there is no confirmation on delivery or money refund. Can someone assist me in resolving this.

                            I'he ordered boat wired headsets on boat life style website on july 6, till july 14 i didn't get any update regarding the order and i have raised many mails and called to customer care many times, but they didn't respond to my mails and calls. I want to cancel my order but i am not unable to do it from my logged account (From where i'he purchased the order - boat lifestyle).in the cancel option area it is showing not delivered (Only text), maybe because of that i am not able to cancel the order. Please resolve this issue asap.

                              I bought the boat aavante sb2000 sound bar on 4 june 2020. Right side speakers are not working in this sound bar and there is a burst sound in left side speakers.
                              Neither did they get any customer care. I have been calling so many times but their customer care is not available.
                              When i register a complaint, the complaint is registered. But when i check status, the youth ticket shows is-invalid, then nothing is being resolved now. I have been upset for a long time. Please give me some solution.

                              I myself went to Karol Bagh, Delhi, the service center of the vote, after waiting a lot. 70 km away from his Sonipat and going there he said that the service of Sir Sound Bar is home service. There will be no service here. If I am doing this and I am not getting the number. Could not talk to customer executive. I am very upset. Please help

                                  I raised a complaint about receiving a replacement unit for my faulty headset at 02/06/2020 on boat's official support page. On 09/06/2020 it got 'approved' and on the same date they picked up the headset from my home and since then it is stuck at mumbai after 'whhandover' on 18/06/2020. They aren't updating any more statuses. I just want to know how and when am i gonna receive my replacement unit. Some quick assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.

                                    My one ear piece of boat rockerzz 255 is not working and also the rubber attachment ( bud) has got cracked as well as the surface of earphones has got damaged, the skin is wearing off in certain areas.
