        I gave my product for replacement on 20th june 2020 and was collected by naushad shaikh[protected]. I still have not received the replacement of the product.
        I had also received the reverse pickup acknowledgement receipt product id:156 product name: boat roackerz 255 active black.

        I had also mailed the issue to the xpressbees. They replied that they have handed over the product to the imaginemarket team

          Hi on 1st June 2020 i registered my complainet to BOAT they send a boy for pickup on 10th june and also on 4th JULY i received a mail from their side that my Replacement product has been dispatched but after that they are stopped reverting on mails and not picking up the call

          Its been 12 days i call them daily 100 times
          i have spent rupees 3500 on my product and they are doing this kind of stupid things

          Please help me

              Hello. I had sent my boat rockerz 265 for replacement as on of the sides of the earphones were not working and it has been over a month i have't received my product. I tried many times to connect to connect to the customer service but it is not connecting and they are also not answering to any of my mails. My ticket no. Is 1125975. I have also not received any messages regarding the shipment of the product. The courier company also said that they had delivered the product to them. Please help me.

                  I had raised a complaint on 21st june, 2020 for my boat rockerzz 255f red bluetooth headphone as the the right side of the headphone was not working. Boat recieved the complaint on 22nd june, 2020 and ticket no. Generated.

                  The ticket no: 1204286

                  After that on 23rd july, 2020, one executive from xpressbees delivery took away the headphone from me to reach its destination.

                  On 3rd july, 2020, when i checked for the shipment status by using the awb no. On the xpressbees website, it is showing the shipment status as "dto" and "whhandover".

                  After that on 8th july, 2020, from boat's website it was informed to me that they had received my product and they have issued the replacement but today is 13th july, 2020 no other information have been provided to me regarding the delivery of the replaced product.

                  Please look into this matter deliver the replaced product as soon as possible as i am in urgent need of the product.

                      It has been almost 12 days that my product has not reached the service center of boat, mumbai. It was under warranty and was to be replaced but my product has not reached the service center and i could not get where is my product. The delivery was made through xpressbees.

                        I purchased my boatbass 100 earphones on feb 2020, after just 3months one of the sides stopped working worst part. So, i claimed my warranty, they took my product on 28th may 2020, its been like almost one and halfmonth and xpressbess showing its status as wh handover as of 22nd june 2020 and current status is shown as delivered, i didnt receive any. Its hasnt been updated after the above date. Reckless about customers products, why there is so much of negligence in warranty issues, better dont give it if you cant do good job. Worst experience on top of it only worked 3months. Solving issue will do good.

                            I have registered a complaint on 11th june, 2020. The product was picked up on 16th june, 2020. Now it is showing the status of my complaint as "replacement product issued" since 26th june, 2020, but no shipment detail is provided. No response to phone call or email. Now, i have made an purchase on their website, but i doubt their credibility. They don't provide any option to cancel the order, even on tracking order id it says order id not found.

                                I sent boat rockerzz 255r wireless headphones on 31st may 2020 to get replacement under warranty. Its been more than a month but i m not getting any updates or status of replacement. My headphones were already under warranty and i understand there could be a delay because of covid-19 breakdown but but this has been delayed by more than 50 days.                                   I had registered my product for warranty claim on 23 june and it was picked up on 24 june from that time there is no response from the company. The ticket is 1211380
                                  They never picks up the calls from customer even not replying to emails
                                  They said that they will update their status after 4 days but but not updated yet.

                                  Please deliver my replacement product asap and please take strict actions on these fraud companies...

                                    One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint and product is picked on 28 may 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover on 16th june 2020.
