I filled my complain on 3 june 2020.. And the delivery man was came on 10 june 2020 to pick up my products for replacement. It's received on 12 june 2020.. But their was no results come whether their is replacement done on not.. Many times i called customer service but didn't respond my call.. I also mailed about my status.. But they didn't response on my mail also.. My ticket number is 1148584... Please help me at least update my complain...

      Dear sir i am complaining about my replacement not done yet.. Many times i called your customers care number.. The phone is being received my someone they said your products is dispatch today not done.. Next day again i called they again said it will dispatch today.. Nothing is happens.. This about 40 days come. The replacement is not done.. Please dispatch my products otherwise i will suicide... This is not dialogue.. Because i am frustrate from your company... Thank you..             I sent my boat earphones on 8 may 2020 for warranty claim for repairing, after 20-30 mails in this pandemic, i received my replacement on 21 june, but they sent me necklace in place of my boat earphones.
            So then after 10 mails they sent mail on 2 july for sending a fresh earphones and then on 10 july it reached to my city hub and at evening the status is showing that product is returned to the merchant (Imagine marketing) back without reaching me.
            Now company is not even attending calls and replying to mail. It's been 7 days after the product is returned. I have already waited 2.5 months for that.
            Please help me get my earphones back please

                This is my ticket no. 1130872
                My earphone had mic issue. I registered a complaint within warranty period. Xpress bees picked up my package on 4 june 2020. Xpressbees gave a tracking no to rrack
                The package. Its been more than one month there is no recent update. Current status shows delivered. But i haven't received my product yet.

                I have attached the screenshot of xpress bees tracking status with tracking no.

                    Its been almost a month I m trying to get in touch with Customer service team to help me with the copy of invoice so that I can get my earphones fixed as they are under warranty...but they are not helping at all... Asking for 5 digit order id whereas mine was 4 digit order id .. they can't provide me invoice on basis of my name or mobile number wat nonsense is ths.. n I have sent them all details with snaps yet no reply

                        One side of headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 3 June and and product is picked on 4 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from [xpressbees] 16 june 2020. Now 17 july 2020, its been so long and still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                        Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

                            I have posted a complaint on replacement for boAt rockerz 255 and my ticket no. is[protected], my request was approved on June 30 and I returned the product on July 1. On July 10 the status showed "replacement product issued" and till then I didn't receive any info about the replacement product.It's been 17 days I'm starting to get worried about the product . Please give me some info about of the replacement. I tried raising a complaint through mail to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com as per your website and they just closed the complaint without any info. It would be helpful if I could get some info about the product delivery.

                              I have already registered a complain on the boat website but yet I get no response from the boat customer care people. I call on the customer care number more than 50 times but nobody is receiving my call or giving me a call back again. As my ear phone are in warranty and they are taking kind of responsibility from there end. I also drop so many email also but no response from there end. Please do the needful. Boat customer care is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
