I did complaint about my head sets on 3rd june but till now[protected] i haven't received my product yet and today 24 days has completed. Xpessbees location tracking showing that it's *whhandover* from last 11 days. I want my headphone back asap.

    One side of earphones was not working so i applied for replacement. Product was picked on 6th june. Estimated delivery was around 16th june. Today is 26th June and i have not received the replaced product. I tried tracking the product but it is stuck in Mumbai for several days. My emails and tweets are not being answered by the company. I want this problem resolved ASAP. My ticket number is 1138826.

          My earphones stopped working so i put up a complaint for the replacement of the product. The earphones were picked up on 20 june 2020 and the status of the product shows whhandover but i have still not received the replacement product.

            i was ordered 235V2 headset on 12th June 2021 . Product packed on 14th as per tracking status, but still it not moved from ware house and i am not received so far . MY product order number 461330 . I am worried about your service getting delayed . when will get my Product ...???????????????

              I purchased a boat earphones boat rockerz 225 sports. One side earphone stopped working and i claim the warranty . They approved the complain because it is in warranty but after approving they picked up my earphones and then they never respond to it. Even after 30 days of complaint they didn't respond and even there customer care is not picking up calls and they never responded to my mail. They provide me a ticket no. 1121985. Please i request help me. Please i beg.

              I have purchased boat aavante1160 sound bar few months back, when found issue with the product raised a ticket#:1909772 on 06/Jan/2021 and escalated on 02/Feb/2021 but till now no response. It seems they are not ready to give warranty.
              Please, advise to move further.

                  I had submitted a complaints regarding my wireless headphones was not working and my hradphone is still in warranty period. One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, So i registered complaint on 9 june 2020 and product is picked on 10th june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows Thursday, 18th Jun 2020, 06.29 PM, WHHandover, its been 8 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                  Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

                      I raised a complaint in boat on 16th february for ticket id 979049 & 1055781 as one/both sides of earphones were not working.
                      Its nearly june end. The product was picked up from my house from xpressbees long months back. Yet there is no confirmation about the product delivery. The product was picked n is now currently under the status of whhandover. I have waited long enough for the replacement/repair of my earphones. I tried calling the call center of boat and xpressbees, but both are not picking up. I want my earphones... Kindly help me with this issue

                                      One side of my earphone wasn't working properly. So I went for a warranty claim. My earphones were picked after a successful verification of invoice details on 13th September 2020. It has been around 15 days since it left for dispatching on 26th September 2020. But I didn't receive my product yet (it's 10th October today). I've been calling & sending emails but all in vain. They don't respond to customer queries.
                                      This has been the worst customer care service I have experienced ever. It all started on 5th March-2021.
                                      I tried to book Rockerz boat Bluetooth headphones on https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/ on 5th March 2021. At first, I did not make any profile, as I was in hurry, so I did it as a user guest. My money got deducted but my order was not placed. So I called up boat's customer care and I was told not to worry about the deduction, as it will be refunded within 7 days. And I should sign up first before I place an order. I did the same and it was successful.

                                      It has been 5 months since(today it is 4-august-2021) and I still have not received any call leave aside refund of the amount. In those 5 months, I emailed them( at [protected]@boathelp.freshdesk.com and [protected]@imaginemarketindia.com) many times, and every time I got the only system-generated message( " Your request has been received and our team will get back to you). I also called up their customer care and provided them with the bank transaction details but it was no different story. They would say, " we have escalated your complaint to the concerned department, and our team will contact you soon".
