I have raised almost 4 complaints as there is issue with sound bar woofer. Everytime i am getting email from boat that next 48 hours we will validate you complaint but no one responding.in one instance i got a email that ticket assigned to a engineer and he closed the case without contacting me.

On customer care no one is available, i guess there is no other option than file a fr into consumer court now

    I raised complaint of my under warranty wireless headphones not working properly boat associate xpressbees man come for home pickup2nd june nd from to 18 june i regularly track my product, at 18 june my product status is whhandover nd from 18june to today still show whhandover... Costumer care not responding even not pickup call... No reply of my mail i m concern. An d i will i lost my 3000/- rupeea boat steal my money please help me i m seriously angry on this brand... After very difficulty i collect 3k nd bought this cheap brand product i want my money or product...

        I had registered the complaint on 8 june 2020 for my type c cable as it's was not working. My type c cable was picked up on 15th june 2020.

        Xpressbees is showing my product is handover but there is no update from boat center side.
        It has been 1 month from now, i have faced many problems because of you.

        Kindly look into the matter and process my complaint as soon as possible.

          Helloo
          I had registered the complaint on 18 june 2020 for my earphone as it's one side was not working. My earphone was picked up on 21st june 2020.

          Xpressbees is showing my product is handover but there is no update from boat center side.

          Kindly look into the matter and process my complaint as soon as possible. It's been 13 days of registering the complaint.

                  I had registered complaint on 10th june with ticket no 1170034 they picked my product on 16th june and i got message from them about product they received at there service hub on 23rd june and on 26th june they issued replacement product but there is no message about dispatched or not and no status update till now it's showing same status i mailed them but no reply unable to contact customer care also they told usually take 15 days but now it's more then that

                    One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 20 june 2020 and product is picked on 22 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover & current status of product is delivered but it is not reach to me. Now 1 july 2020, its been 12 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                          They picked up my earphones on 28 may and product replacement issued on 18 june but they didn't dispatch my earphones till now on 1 july.

                          My ticket number is 1118249.
                          Plz help me to dispatch my earphones as soon as possible.
                          Im very frustrated by their service.

                            I have called so many times to boat customer service but they didn't take any call. They had took my boat headphone boat rockerzz 255 ragging red, but haven't delivered me replacement product yet. My ticket number is 1101721. On tracking via the ticket no. It displays that "whhandover" every time.
                            I have tried to contact the helpline no. [protected] but this no. Is always get a busy tone.

                              I raised my complaint for boat basshead 100 as both of its sides were not working ticket no.-1090529 and it was picked up by courier on 15 may and delivered to boat center on 30may and now its about 30 days and there is no confirmation on receiving or any thing about my product from boat.. There call centre are so poor that no one pickup the call and now its really becoming frustrating as its all about 2 month but i don't even know that where is my product now. If i don't get any confirmation on futher procedure i'll forced to move to consumers court.

                                I have raised complaint against my warranty product for replacement and they have picked up my product and they have received at 16th june but after that no update from their side and they are giving reason of covid 19... My complain number on boat site is. 1141266 and one of my friend who have raised complaint for same service and their product has been replaced in 10 days their complaint number is 1180253 so i just have one question why they are discriminate with complaints and they are not picking up my calls not replying mails so please take action for replacement of. My product
